Excellent care and such a kind atmosphere from the reception to the doctors.

I can highly recommend this practice. I have been seeing Maria Oppacic for over 20 years. She looked after my parents & my family & have always found her very empathetic & thorough with her diagnosis , always taking much time with her patients giving excellent advice

I have seen Dr Tim Amos on multiple occasions. He has always taken the time to listen then provide relevant, specific advice with explanations if I ask for them. I go to Tim whenever I need medical advice beyond a basic prescription or referral.
The clinic also runs relatively punctually - I have never waited more than 20 minutes, which is better than many other GP clinics I have attended.

Great clinic, professional staff and convenient and efficient service. If you value service quality, time efficiency and cost equally then they seem to be the best option in the area, in my opinion.
They do not always bulk bill but this is a government/industry issue rather then a reflection on the clinic. So, they still get 5 stars🌟

Getting sick during the vacation was one of the worst things. I was trying to call many places that take walk-in patients who travel from outside of the country. Thankfully, this place accepts me. The reception lady was so kind and helpful.

Ocean Medical was an awesome practice! It was very easy to get in and everyone apart of the staff was more helpful than I could’ve hoped for. I would recommend this practice to everyone!

Dr Yuan is very efficient and knows how to take care of her patient with kindness. The secretary is also very welcoming. I recommend this medical center.

I’d give zero rating if I could!
Do not see Dr Anthony Smith
This doctor should have his medical license revoked! He’s so old that he doesn’t even know what’s going on. He needs to retire and to be reported!! On top of that he’s so outdated he doesn’t even know how to read scans off the computer and he’s skills need updating as he’s still living in the 1800’s
This Dr spent most of the appt talking about my street address name and Vietnam war instead of asking me questions and trying to help me with my injury. He Didn’t ask me any questions about my pain or how did it happen or anything like that. He was more interested in knowing if I write with my left hand or right.
Avoid!! He has no idea on what’s going on! He’s that old he’s lost the plot!

I have been here several times over the past years and I have found the psychologist amazing however the person from concierge is absolutely atrocious. He is so rude and condescending (spoken to him more than once) and he often talks over you and if you say you don't understand something he just keeps explaining it the same way instead of tailoring his communication. Even when telling him I am just following up on what my GP said to do and also the receptionist, he told me they don't know what they're talking about and that I need to listen to him. Someone with that attitude should not be dealing with people with mental health issues. Dealing with mental health is hard enough without having someone talk down to you like that. Good way to make them feel even worse.

I have been a patient at Ocean Medical for more than 20 years. I have always found the Doctors there to be caring and efficient but most of all they are proactive in caring for my good health. Thank you. Diana Olsberg

The most unethical practice I've dealt with. Since the 14 of February I've calling for updates about my referral & keep getting told they'll call me back. Lies after lies and zero empathy. Today is the 7th of March and I had to call back because they 'shockingly' they did not call me. They need to be investigated and I will be seeking legal advice. They have absolutely no duty of care.

Ria Warfe is a kind, caring but also extremely competent and thorough GP. The practice is set up wonderfully all the way from the front desk through to the practice nurses. I wholeheartedly recommend Ria and Queen Street Medical Centre for comprehensive and compassionate primary care!

I had a really great experience at bondi skin cancer clinic! Reception staff were super friendly and helpful (even at 8am!) and Dr Vo was wonderful!
Dr Vo was very friendly and chatty which helped make the appointment feel quick and comfortable but he also took the time to explain everything in simple terms and even showed me the close ups of moles and what to look out for.
Not only that, he went over and above and advised me on some aesthetic mole/blemish removal questions I had and I’ve booked in for a later date to get that seen to! A skin wizard 🙌🏽
I could not recommend BSCC enough.

I am so grateful I was admitted on the complication of a public holiday 26/1/2024. I have found all staff Professional, Compassionate, extremely Caring, Very informative and helpful. I feel safe here, I Highly Recommended . The very Best Care Available.

Amazing and down to earth customer service. Andy the skin doctor gave me the best experience I've ever had with any health professional. Thank you!

My experience at Wyndham was made to be very positive all thanks to the nurses! The nurse who took me in today for my procedure from the waiting room and who did all of my pre-surgical checks was so kind and helpful. I forget her name :(

I called in needing someone to see my father urgently during the holidays and Nat, the receptionist ensured we were seen same-day. The entire staff was very accommodating, understanding and efficient. I am BEYOND grateful. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Absolutely horrible, horrible horrible horrible. Went there for my son's dental procedure in March 2023 and have been on the phone for the last 9 months trying to get them to pay me my $900+ excess which they owe me. Their admin team lied to me TWICE (special mention to Henry for telling me he'd not only submitted my claim but had called to confirm it had been processed, when he hadn't done anything). From May they told me they had put through my claim, only to be told in Sept by Bella that it had never happened. My private health insurance has assured me I'm covered but they're having issues with Wyndham - a special case has been opened with my private health insurance to get this resolved but still, nothing. Medibank also advised me Wyndham owe them hundreds of thousands of dollars so my claim has not been paid to them, as it's been deducted from what Wyndham owe Medibank. This is not at all my problem, my son's procedure was covered by Medibank and so Wyndham needs to pay me my $900++.
If your surgeon suggests Wyndham please go somewhere else, it is not worth months of phone calls and being continually lied to.

perfect place if you’re racist, against the lgbt+ community and ableist. while claiming to support the community and making people sign contracts the nurses will actively protect homophobia and even give excuses for it. don’t let them trick you into thinking this is a safe place as it’s anything but. i do want to make clear though that once the people running the programs and my psych found out what happened they were appalled, but it’s not enough when you have people actively protecting patients that cause others to self harm while kicking out those that do

This place is dangerous and not fit to be a rehabilitation centre after being accused was thrown out in the middle of a medication change over, Dr Rag to shorten his18 letter nam serounding me with two oth men he openly lied to my face he refused to call my Dr and threw me out, medical negligence leaving me with no medicen, last time I withdrew I had a tacisumo, he probably dosnt know what that it, the classes are ridiculous the staff say in the office the whole time instead of carrying out talks and visual issues that may be accusing. The place is a joke, my Dr zaier was the one and only fabulous thing going for the hospital.

After unexpectedly going through psychosis, I was put under the care of this centre.
Initially I was allocated a female psychiatrist who I saw ongoing for a few months, to ensure I was taking olanzapine (2.5mg). I asked about the side effects of depression, as I was already feeling depressed before taking the medication. They said it would steady itself after several months and not to worry too much as I was on the lowest dose. After seeing her for several months, with no improvements in mood, she said she thinks I am just a sensitive person.
After struggling for 6 months, with no mood stability and worsening depression, I spoke to my doctor about coming off the medication (as the psychiatrist informed me I should be Ok to stop after 6 months). I stopped the medication and almost immediately felt suicidal. Extreme emotional volatility. I read that these can be a side effect of stopping the medication, so I tried to persist with the detox process, even though the psych said I “should be fine as it’s such a low dose”.
I ended up going back to this clinic to be reviewed by 2 staff (not sure what positions they were)… bailing my eyes out, very distraught, unstable. They said they would have a team meeting and get back to me.
A nurse called me asking if I wanted to go back on olanzapine, after I had reexplained that I think it was making me feel worse and extremely depressed.
I was able to see a second psychiatrist, who was very dismissive and said how I was feeling wouldn’t have been from the medication and blamed my counsellor instead (claiming that perhaps I was discussing topics that I wasn’t ready for). When I asked if he thinks it’s normal to feel depressed, OK, happy then depressed again in the same day… he said that I am just a highly sensitive person… and to “just not let it get to that point again” when I mentioned that I had been feeling suicidal.
Extremely disappointing experience, especially when you are in such a vulnerable state.

I had a procedure on 14/9 with Ray Yong. I was terrified to have this done. From the time of first contact I was warmly welcomed. The lovely lady at the front desk, to Chris (She is wonderful). I can't speak highly enough of all staff on duty. It made a yucky experience quite good. It was like everyone was a good friend. Thankyou so much. To CEO, keep up the great work! Xxx

My sister has needed the care that they have been trained to do and receive a wage for their services and support.
Well not in this building.
To be able to seek some communication first would be a great start.
My sister and walked into the emergency department and asked to seek some help,
The state of my sisters appearance should of been enough to make sure she was in safe part of the hospital until she was seen by triage,
But instead she was told to sit in the waiting area while it was full.
Saying again my sister has violent history with dealing with her mental issues so to leave her unattended in a room full of strangers is beyond me. My sister has been admitted multiple times and released with no link with supports.
This Health system is failing my sister and many more living a daily struggle.
This is supposed to be Australia. With the best health Medicare clearly there’s so many out there with a family member or themselves trying to break this struggle. Suicide rates have reached high percentage because they did not receive the proper care or supportive professionals helping you overcome your daily challenges daily stress Should be ashamed of yourselves

In regards to the friendliness of the receptionist and prompt action of the doctor I am giving a 5*
In regards to the no-follow up I had, I am giving a 1*.
Therefore here you get a 3*
I saw Doctor Vo on a Tuesday, he did my first skin check after a decade or so, he found a mole he didn't like, removed it straight and send it for biopsy.
They told me they will call me after one week, if I do not hear I should call back on Wednesday.
I called proactivelly after 1 week on the Tuesday to be told the doctor will contact me later.
It didn't happen.
I called back on Wednesday morning and I was told again I will be contacted by the doctor.
It didn't happen [2nd time].
I called in the afternoon and after the call I received a telehealth appointment for Thursday 7:00am-7:20am.
On Thursday none called me [3rd time].
When I was able to call them back [at 5:30pm], I reached a voicemail, telling the emergency number is active from 6:00pm.
On Friday I called back and I was told they sent me on Wednesday afternoon the results of the biopsy.
I checked my email, also the spam and nothing was there.
After the call I received an empty email with no explanation whatsoever and the PDF that was sent from the specialist who did the biopsy to Dr. Vo.
I had to ask a medical friend to help me understand it.
The clinic didn't even mentioned when I should go back.
Doctors, nurses and receptionist of a health clinics should understand that patients are waiting home worrying until they do know the results.
A better and clearer follow up should be a MUST!

I just wanted to thank you for the outstanding service that QSMC provides. We were lucky enough to find you when we first moved to Australia and no matter where we have moved to (now in the burbs!) we have always made the right decision to stay with you. Despite how busy the practice is you always manage to fit us in (like yesterday for our 6 year old which was so reassuring). Your GPs like Dr Inga are exceptional. So caring, thorough and knowledgable. And the nurses too.
And of course front of house and management (Tania and others and Hayley) are always so helpful and seem to know all the patients so well. It certainly has the feel of a practice in the suburbs.
Outstanding work. Thank you for everything. We have been truly spoilt having you as our practice.

This clinic and its manger are poor. They are money-centered and don't care about the wellbeing of the patient. In addition, during my feedback to the manager she would not hear or even try to understand me, instead she hang up on me during our converstaion. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.and to the owner, no! My results were not followed up with prompt and professional manner. On the contrary, Dr igna and your clinic Manager received my results last Wednesday (2/8/23) and failed to contact me the entire week (I waited until Friday 11/8/23) and provide me with my results. Not good enough! And to clarify, no one has been abusive nor bullying at any time. Good bye!

I’ve been seeing Dr Nicholas Cox close to a year now for a number of medical conditions and have always had positive experiences. He’s friendly and professional. He genuinely cares for his patients and make sure the patient gets the best treatments and refers to the best specialists if required. Highly recommend him.

Fantastic service, I felt heard, and my concerns were listened to regarding my skin check. The skin check was comprehensive. I have recommended the service to others after my visit.

Dr Han Thai is very meticulous and patience. He listened to my concerns and gave me an easy to follow treatment plan in "commoners terms", which makes it easier for me to comprehend as the medical report was filled with medical terms that I could not understand. Once again, thank you for your care. We are so lucky to have great doctors like yourself in Bondi.

My 5yo daughter had day surgery for her dental needs. I've been through the public and private system before, and this experience was a standout. Every single staff member (reception, nurses, doctors, etc) were so kind and caring with myself and my daughter. They ensured that may daughter was made to feel safe and understood. I arrived at 8am and my daughter was in surgery at 9am. During recovery, there was no urgency to wake my daughter or to see us out. Everything was fantastic from beginning to end and I can't thank you all enough for making my daughter's first (and hopefully last) surgical experience a positive one.

The moment I step in, I feel very welcomed. The two lovely staff are very accommodating. Dr. Peter Vo is also very patient answering all my concerns. Best clinic I’ve been.. Two thumbs up. 👍🏻👍🏻

Male staff members treat you like a child, no respect, constantly calling on your days off, about minor things that can wait till one is working. Are they paid per call, text or what?

The worst place for mental health. I told the doctor that the voices are telling me to harm myself and he did nothing. They also changed my medication that doesn't work for me. They also don't seem to care about my wellbeing. Overall I'm worried about my mental health and don't think they care

This place and it’s practices needs to be investigated. If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff are unable to deal with complex mental health needs at even a basic level. Staff treat patients as sub human and regularly employ bullying and manipulation tactics to ensure patients don’t make complaints. Staff are inexperienced in therapeutic interventions and lack skills in harm reduction and incident prevention. Patient details are regularly shared without any confidentiality, with receptionists (patient notes left in view of waiting room) and the general public (including online). Staff often make inappropriate personal comments and use gaslighting as a tool to ensure compliance. Patients of City East deserve better and NEED better. I’m unsure how any patient with limited communication ability is supposed to navigate such a clinic without being taken advantage of by staff.
Update: this will be taken higher up as City East has decided to use patients formal complaints a reason to deny patient care and treatment.

As someone who's been involved with Youthlink over the span of the last two years. I can with 100% confidence say that there are millions of better services out there. Youthlink not only fell short targetting the areas I'd shared hope of working on whilst engaged with them, the involvement we have had has led to more frequent suicidal idealisations and impulsive dangerous behaviour due to the frequent stress and ultimatums given to me by different workers revolving around my desire to keep my job and stable accommodation whilst undergoing therapy. I've been involved with 3 different psychologists through Youthlink Northbridge so I don't believe it's the people themselves, but the training and protocols Youthlink follow as a company. I will be strongly recommending anyone and everyone I know against these services as to not enable the negativities this service causes.
I can not put into words the extent of my disappointment with engaging with youthlink.

very good AAP unit serving the west

I don’t usually do this but I am very disappointed in the compassion and care of Dr Ria. I went away from bulk billing doctors to find a doctor that I could trust and stick with long term. I got lost and was 5 minutes late to my first appointment so I completely understood that the appointment had to be cut shorter however, the second time I was early and it was no different. Still felt like I was rushed out of there. I felt very uncomfortable bringing up new issues and did not feel like she wanted to hear or understand anything about me. Money is not an issue when you’re paying for a good service so I gave it another chance.. but in the end it was definitely not worth the 3 appointments and expensive medication she prescribed me without warning. I would not recommend. On the other hand the clinic itself was very nice and clean and the staff were friendly

Janice and Kate provided excellent professional support to us over the phone. They took our call extremely serious and acted effective and efficiently to solve our problems over the phone. They contacted us numerous time to do the proper assesment. In nut shell the service is outstanding and they are professional and they know what they doing. I strongly recommend them and shall advise others not to panic or worried, they know what they are doing leave them alone and let them do there job. At the end will be fruitful result depends on illness.
Thank you Janice and Kate for your kind, effective and efficient service over the phone and taking the patient call very seriously like a own family member. 🤗🤗🙏🙏🙏

all staff are kind, caring and understanding. 100% recommend.

I had cuts on my arm and i did that on my own and the men said did you do this to yourself and i said no i just fell and they said nothing after that and they were asking questions anyway i got told by a worker their that he will send me the number for Catt team he did not end up giving me the number. So i called Catt team at night because i was getting suicide they did not help me. No wonder people take their own lives because some doctors are so useless and can't do their job right. In the west we have the worsest health care system and not just that. When i get offered a coffee i expect it to be warm and not cold. The coffee was like drinking cold water. Is that how you treat your guest and they blame the parents for people that have mental health.

my partner was admitted to werribee hospital first for the birth of our child the staff there became controlling and jealous that we were going home so they made false reports in there notes and said that my partner was unwell postnatal depression and had my partner locked up in there psych ward after just giving birth to our second daughter they kept her in there for a month and she passed away I am devastated they ruined our lives and took a mother away from our 2 beautiful girls rest peacefully my angel Tracey Ann preece 6/5/1980 to 12/12/2008

This has got to be the best Doctor’s practice my family and I’ve ever been to as far back as we can remember. The beautiful ladies at front desk work exceptionally hard with a smile and greeting from the front door. You will love Natalie and Deb and have lots of laughs while You sit in the waiting room. Everyone including the patients all have a chat like there having a tea or coffee with friends. Our Doctor Tammy is a Doctor that puts patients first. Very down to earth. She calls to see how you are going. That alone is leaps and bounds ahead of any practice. They also have excellent psychologist Stephanie who also goes above and beyond making sure your recovery is the most important thing for her. The love in this office is real

Brilliant youth mental health support for marginalised young people. Senior mental health nurses, social workers, clinical psychologists, occupational therapists and psychiatry in a community outreach case-management model. Government health so is a free service. A++

The service that Deb (the receptionist) provided for me prior to and during the time I visited the medical centre today was absolutely above and beyond anything I have ever experienced before. She has a caring & warm personality and managed to put my anxieties at ease about visiting for a skin cancer check. Deb called to let me know a time update, and was exceptionally attentive to sanitising procedures around the clinic. The doctor that I saw, I believe his name was Adrian was also very kind and thorough in his check up and advice. Thank you both so much. 🙏

We flew into Brisbane for medical checks not knowing where to go I took to google to do a doctor. This medical group has several doctors that specialize in different areas. Booking an appointment is so easy to do online. You can choose from a 15minute to a 30minute. They are located in the heart of the CBD. They are very punctual for appointment times. There is also a radiology and lab in the same building so it makes the visit super convenient for an out of towner.
We saw Dr. Warfe and Dr. Amos both outstanding doctors.

I didn’t attend the service here. I used their emergency life help line. And thank you so much Matt for your kind and professional help.

Likewise, illegally detained for 24 hours. It was represented to me that I was not allowed to leave when in fact, there was no Order was in place. I didn't realise this until I contacted a Medical Health Specialist Solicitor who informed me that I was being unlawfully imprisoned. I will be seeking further action against this hospital for their unconscionable and illegal activities

In My Opinion Ursula Frayne and Clare Moore Psychiatrists Should be all Sacked and be stopped from ever going anywhere near a patient ... They do not care about the patients .. They do not do what they say they will... They make excuses .... They blame Families for their lack of knowledge of the patient and the medical situation ... Very Poor Choices of Psychiatrists .... If i knew the way they treated the Patients and Families i would never ever allowed my loved one go there .... Better care with local doctor and staying at home .... They should be disbarred

YouthLink is an amazing organisation. That has helped me during some of my worst moments, and some of my best. They're all friendly and eager to help.
I definitely recommend seeing them.
I definitely recommend seeing them.

I was assessed by Dr Chang who ended my session early (maybe got a 20min session) when it should of went for an hour. He tried to force medication onto me and kept cutting me off while I was trying to talk out my problems..it is a free service so I wouldn't avoid the place theirs no harm in hearing what they got to say or offer.

Awful. Peep my review on Werribee Mercy Hospitals Google reviews. Would never recommend this hospital, ANY unit in this hospital, to anyone.

Had a meeting with the lovely Nicole at Whitfords yesterday walked away from meeting feeling happy.
Joy.

I used ARAFMI in 1993 When I discovered it...after a year of HARD YAKA...trying on my own to understand and discover what one of my sons had, and it was his second psychosis and a year later...!
Was it "DRUG INDUCED PSYCHOSIS" after having used Pot and Alcohol,
may be together...
If so, I was told it could be a "one off event"...or BIPOLAR ? and he would be able to work with breaks...or Schizophrenic and he was never going to come good and work ...Only TIME WOULD TELL I was told...
yes that was the time when drugs were not as helpful as they are now..Drugs have changed since. and help as well....
ARAFMI gave us books, social workers and seminars by psychiatrists -to understand...I went to them all !
I spread the word to GPs to be trained and aware of.. mental illness and of help available...The patients were released into the Community VERY EARLY and we, the carers had no idea what to do...I learnt at a WAAMH conference that there were mental health nurses in the Community...surprise! But there was none in my suburb....The hospital did not want to keep the patient but did not tell us the diagnoses and we were the carers with no knowledge and NO HELP! ...Thank God for ARAFMI And WAAMH! but we had to find them...
i lobbied politicians, went to WAAMH yearly conferences...learn more and got a terrific support and counselling from the Association ARAFMI, an ear, a shoulder to cry on... when my situation was: I was a single parent, MIGRANT WITHOUT ANY FAMILY... The help was invaluable! I especially I remember when the film ' A BEAUTIFUL MIND' came out and distressed I phoned ARAFMI and was given counselling on the phone !
I did not expect 'help on the spot'. I was so grateful!
-I must say that when I saw that film for the 2nd time I got up and clapped! - to the astonishment of the audience- I was so grateful that mental illness was talked about...out of the closet ! There was now a TV campaign saying that mental illness is just an illness like any other...
Keep it up WAAMH and all the people helping!
WELL DONE and THANKS!

If you are unfortunate enough to be battling mental health issues, or are a relative of someone battling them etc, please avoid this place like the plague.
Zero transparency, zero accountability, unethical, you name it, and it can be attached to City East. Made only worse by the fact they are tasked with providing support to some of the most vulnerable and at risk sections of the Perth community. Worth noting that doctors and senior nurses, allegedly utilise something called “flagging” for many patients who become involved with city east via voluntary psychiatric admission at RPH. This means staff will intentionally record on patients notes/medical records, a DX of some manner of personality disorder (generally BPD), which is then used as a means of identifying patients who may make future visits to the hospital ED, and essentially black lists them from receiving in patient care within the hospital. Aim being to freeze out potential “problem patients” and cut back on patient load. I have also been told this information is also disseminated by the hospital to other parties (such as police, WA public health database etc) for “flagging” on their own systems. No cohort of mental health professionals in this state, deliberately stigmatise it’s patients the way those employed by City East/RPH/Bentley do.
Without doubt the WORST mental health service provider in the Perth sector, bar none. The chief psychiatrist of WA needs to investigate this place. Urgently.

Horrific! The psychiatrist decided to tell me that he is on the fence as to whether an unrelated medical condition that he wasn't and isn't treating me for (and is not qualified to treat anyone for) is an actual medical condition and that most of the medical field is unsure as well. All he showed was his lack of current education and lack of understanding and concern for a patient who is severely depressed. I notice that the service doesn't have a formal complaints procedure on it's website either.
