I got a sore neck in this place.
There was so much to choose from if you can think of it I'm sure they have it.

Abi was amazing with her knowledge and was patientand & great for trying to understand my really bad discriminations. With my lack of knowing what i exactly wanted but describing somewhat of what i was looking for, she pointed out a number of games that fit my discriptions. Louis and Abi were super friendly without being pushy.
Great range in store and well set up and clean.
Many thanks guys for you help in making future core memories for our family!

Prices pretty expensive compared to elsewhere, but you get a greater selection of games.

Very fast delivery. The machine feels solid. I had an empty game list, but after reading the manual the sd card just had to be popped out and back in. I like the ability to play standing, or to move the main unit onto a bench. Thank you so much

I visited GGGC to ask where i may be able to source some genuine things for my new pokemon club I was starting with my class. The customer service and help from the lady that day was friendly and was so nice to be able to be helped by a genuine person. The kids in my club are so appreciative and love learning about all things pokemon and Pokémon TC. Thanks to the help I got. Highly recommend.
Alright selection of arcade games, but best top up deal doesn’t compare to Timezone venues when they have double dollars, and staff sometimes don’t attend to customers at the front counter.
Jasmine was the absolute best! She had great service and was super attentive, very kind and overall friendly.
The arcade was great!! The atmosphere was very nice, place was clean, and the staff were all very friendly! One of the claw machines had gotten stuck, but luckily, one of the staff members helped us immediately, and even provided us with a free plush toy!
I have been a customer with these guys for the better part of a decade, less so now, much less so, life, family, wife etc but they still treat me like I am the same guy playing there every other night.

Staff were fantastic in getting my large order ready quickly. They upgraded cards not available. Cheap singles with a large range.
This is actually one of the nicer Koko Amusement places in Sydney. Not much noise, quiet space, plenty of time to play anything without congestion and very friendly staff.
Really enjoyed my experience here and did win some new lovely friends from some of the machines.
Despite all the troubles I've had during my times at all of the Kokos, I actually enjoyed it! I do like the vibes and colors and characters scattered everywhere. Would love to see your franchise here in New Zealand.

Great variety and staff are knowledgeable and not pushy for a sale. Love being able to see the staff picks very helpful.

Great supportive hobby shop. Hosted us for 8 player Twilight Imperium spanning 10.5 hours. Will definitely be back!
Female employees do not pay attention to customers who come to serve them. I lost a lot of money playing this arcade game just to relax. But I went to inform the staff that there was a problem. The staff did not give importance and did not care. I come to play here almost every day. Today's female employees don't care.

A cheap is Rubik’s cube fell apart within a few minutes of using it. My son was literally sitting outside the store after the purchase. The stubborn staff member told us there was nothing he could do. “It was fine before it was taken out of the wrapper”. Selling an inferior product and refusing any type of refund or exchange is totally unacceptable. Will never go back again. Don’t shop here.
Decent selection of games and game accessories with friendly staff. However, if you wanted to buy or sell singles I would recommend literally any other Aussie singles retailer. Hands down worst prices in Aus
dropped through on my way home on a long drive and had an amazing experience with the staff here. They were so happy, upbeat and knowledgeable about anything I asked them, being new to the magic world and also so considerate about my injury to make sure I was comfortable.

Great gaming store that’s sort of become a social meeting place for the gamers of the Gold Coast. Runs weekly D&D tables where you can meet with like minded people, and play without having an existing party that you play with. Also has a wide range of gaming material (board games, dice, miniatures, trading cards, plushies)
Amazing place! I got everything I needed to counter the Gardevoir EX deck!
After researching many arcade machines, this was definitely the best choice for a more than reasonable price. It looks great, and has such a wide variety of games to suit kids of all ages. Big screen size and the games play well and sound great. My kids are very happy!
last week I went into Games World Joondalup to try and push my luck to find a puzzle that sold out everywhere really quickly. I spoke with Emily, and at the time she gave me the sad news I was expecting that they wouldn't receive it for possibly quite some time. She asked to take my details in case it ever did come in so I could have first dibs. About half an hour later she called to say she found one online and ordered it in for me! A week later I've just picked it up and I am incredibly happy! This experience has just solidified my love for this shop, and even more so the Joondalup branch. An item I had accepted I would not receive for a long time, if at all, is now in my possession and has completed my collection. Thank you so much Emily!!! You've provided me with possibly the best customer experience I've ever received. I would happily drive the 30 minutes it takes just to shop at this branch again 😊

Their passion for board games was evident, sharing in-depth knowledge on many of the games and offering some great advice.

Good for games and winning mini prizes. Good management and selection of things to do from racing games and rhythm games to huge claw machines.
Wow, the gang here sure know their board games. And the wonderful blonde lady really knows her stuff about the model cars. I always ask her to get the best advice on my cars.
Absolutely awesome! I'm 10 years old again! All the games I grew up playing in the milk bars and take away shops in the 80's. My 8 year old son is hooked on all the old school games now as well. I ordered it on a Sunday and it arrived on the Tuesday. Call Anthony today. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend!
The arcade game is all that and more! The quality of the stand and the entire unit is A-grade. The games are amazing and there are so many. Delivered safely in less that a week. The assembly was easy, the customer service was amazing even AfterHours. We are extremely happy with our purchase and can not flaw the entire experience from start to play! Large variety of games, pretty expensive per play. Ambience was kind of ruined as there were unruly youths inside, and the staff had to keep yelling at them. Some of the game equipment was in disrepair, and no evidence I saw of hygiene from the business ie wiping down the games / sanitising etc.
Terrible experience. I do not trust them. Poker set was marked with sale price of $99, as opposed to the full cost of $170, and the salesperson wouldn’t honour it (despite being an ACCC law). I emailed the store and they replied overnight agreeing to honour the price if I came back. Which I did the next day….. However, they wouldn’t let me have the same poker set (with 13.5gram chips). Instead trying to tell me the 11.5 gram set was the same. It isn’t. Must think their client are idiots. Buy online from a different business and Im sure it will be a better product and service and save you hassle of going into the store.

good until i drive all they way there as the internet said they closed at 5:30 but we’re closed a few minutes after 5. Workers clearly saw me there looking and wondering all confused but didn’t care as they get to go home early.

Friendly when you buy something but the total opposite when wanting to take something back. I was treated like trash, so I went to the shopping centre's management office. They agreed to the manager's unacceptable and rude behaviour and refunded the money without further questions. They opened an investigation and wrote a complaint to the main office of mind games .. terrible manager at gc mind games, she's definitely enjoying her manager status... I told her I'll put her and the story online, so other people know that they can complain to the shopping centre's management office. Don't let the manager make up her own rules and throw made up legal paragraphs at you. Teach her that it's not ok to use her manager status to bully customers.
The managers I'm employing in my companies would never be allowed to have such a bad attitude. B4 you buy from Mind Games, check out Toyworld first. A lot of the same stuff as Mind Games, but half the price and much better treatment as well. Never going back to any Mind Games shop again.

Perfect in every way, can't help myself from stopping in every time I walk past, great knowledge and friendly staff. The 5/5 Hatoyama mind puzzles are awesome and definitely recommend getting one as a distressing tool

I’d Just like to say I went into Games world looking for a particular puzzle and was served by Emily, she showed me great customer service and even though they didn’t have the puzzle I was looking for, Emily tried to find me something similar and another alternative. Working in retail myself you appreciate good customer service.
Emily was polite and smiled as did all staff working. I would recommend going to Joondalup as even though it is a very busy time of year, she took the time to help me. Well done!

Most impressed with this lovely toy shop. I bought a volcano eruptions explosions kit and the volcano piece was missing but after a phonecall they sent it out from the distributor so quickly. The joy on my kid's face when she was jumping up and down at the idea of the new volcano piece having arrived was beaut. They ended up sending a whole new kit which was great also. Thanks to The Creative Kid and that particular distributor.
This is a wonderful independent toy store, run by a local family. They have a great selection and are very knowledgeable! They are always able to help and have lots of fun fantastic toys!

10/10. I came into the gold coast store looking to purchase my first mah jong set. Anna provided excellent service and was very knowledgable about the products. I will be telling everyone else from the mah jong club come to mind games should they need anything.
The young woman behind the counter on the morning of the 8/12 was incredible! Very friendly and knowledgeable, helped me out with picking a great gift for my partner, and made the whole experience really nice.
Creative Kid is my "go to" toy shop. Very helpful staff. Excellent selection of wonderful, creative toys for kids. You won't see these toys in the big chains and prices are good.

Would like to commend young girl behind counter (long dark hair and lovely friendly smile). Excellent customer service and eager to please attitude. Definitely my favourite shop attendant. I found out today Gamesworld Whitfords is a completely different story and they won't be receiving any of my custom or money again

A great addition to the Northland shopping centre. Awesome range of games and goodies. The two shop assistants were very friendly and helpful. Bought a nice chess set there that they let me look at before hand. Thanks, will go there again.
Superb selection of games and toys for anyone. Went in looking for a jigsaw puzzle for a particular frame I had and was spoilt for choice. They've got models and puzzles and games for any kind of challenge or party you might have in mind. Prices on their smaller party games are really good too. Whether you had a budget of $10 or $500 you'll be able to find something for sure.
Found the best Toy Shop in the Highlands. Very helpful ex primary teacher found the perfect challenging toys for my little ones. The service was friendly and helpful.
