last week I went into Games World Joondalup to try and push my luck to find a puzzle that sold out everywhere really quickly. I spoke with Emily, and at the time she gave me the sad news I was expecting that they wouldn't receive it for possibly quite some time. She asked to take my details in case it ever did come in so I could have first dibs. About half an hour later she called to say she found one online and ordered it in for me! A week later I've just picked it up and I am incredibly happy! This experience has just solidified my love for this shop, and even more so the Joondalup branch. An item I had accepted I would not receive for a long time, if at all, is now in my possession and has completed my collection. Thank you so much Emily!!! You've provided me with possibly the best customer experience I've ever received. I would happily drive the 30 minutes it takes just to shop at this branch again 😊

Terrible experience. I do not trust them. Poker set was marked with sale price of $99, as opposed to the full cost of $170, and the salesperson wouldn’t honour it (despite being an ACCC law). I emailed the store and they replied overnight agreeing to honour the price if I came back. Which I did the next day….. However, they wouldn’t let me have the same poker set (with 13.5gram chips). Instead trying to tell me the 11.5 gram set was the same. It isn’t. Must think their client are idiots. Buy online from a different business and Im sure it will be a better product and service and save you hassle of going into the store.

good until i drive all they way there as the internet said they closed at 5:30 but we’re closed a few minutes after 5. Workers clearly saw me there looking and wondering all confused but didn’t care as they get to go home early.

I’d Just like to say I went into Games world looking for a particular puzzle and was served by Emily, she showed me great customer service and even though they didn’t have the puzzle I was looking for, Emily tried to find me something similar and another alternative. Working in retail myself you appreciate good customer service.
Emily was polite and smiled as did all staff working. I would recommend going to Joondalup as even though it is a very busy time of year, she took the time to help me. Well done!
