Great place to bowl.
Riley was working the second time we came in. They were fantastic and greeted us with a big smile. When we had issues with the lane they sorted it out quickly and ensured the night went well for us.

Today we had our son's 9th birthday at Zone Bowling Frankston. Josh was our host who took care of absolutely everything from the moment we arrived until we left. Josh you were awsome,thank you for everything.
If you are looking for a party for your child,that is stress free,fun and such value for money then you need to pick Zone bowling. We will definitely be back again. We couldn't fault a single thing. The kids had the best time and the parents did too!

Josh was a great host. Helped and explained everything to us.The birthday was amazing it couldn’t have gotten any better.
Lilian and Anisa helped me with a few problems. They were both super helpful. We had a nice chat while we were waiting. They both had big beautiful smiles and were an absolute pleasure to talk to.

I mean, how can you give this place less than ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Any time a machine has malfunctioned the staff has been very gracious in giving me a game back on my card. Love the range, always clean, rarely an out of service machine
I had so much fun! Dance Dance Revolution had Undertale music, and the best part? There was the Minecraft Dungeons Arcade game! Also check out my cool cards I got.

This is not my first time visiting this place but I believe it will be the last because of the lady who was supervising it. She was so grumpy all the time. Once we came she didn't allow what she said out side food (it was only a bag of chocolate and a box of biscut) it's ok if this is the rule but she was so rude!
Then she treated our kids badly as if they were the only kids in a very busy place.
In the end, when we were about to leave, we got our chocolate back, and my friend shared it with us next to the counter she impolitely asked us to leave and get the chocolate outside!
It was a very bad experience, we won't come back again.

My son had his 12th birthday party at Zone Bowling Frankston and had a fabulous time with his friends. Our fantastic party host Char was friendly and fun, all the kids loved her. Thanks Char for being an amazing party host!
Good facility, the arcade games suits wide range of ages. Our host Shammy was superb! She tended to every kid and made them felt very special. The birthday kid definitely had a blast.
We had a wonderful time with our host Indi. The birthday girl and friends had fun. It would be best to tell your guests to come 1/2hr later for pick up as they will spend a lot of time choosing their rewards! :)

This place is amazing, all of the staff are kind. The food was outstanding and customer service was second to none. I greatly recommend to come here for a birthday party or just a good time.
Shaun at the timezone Northbridge was so friendly and helpful. He was very patient while we chose prizes and we had a good chat about gaming and anime. Will definitely be back thanks to his welcoming attitude.
I'm not sure if the staff had been there all day and were just worn out but there was not a smile or a welcome from either of them. A hello with a smile would have been a great start, but we didn't even get a hello. Neither of them seemed happy to be there as I watched them serve person after person without cracking. Sorry girls but you were flat!

Amazing venue and easy to access by public transport. The arcade is fun, the games were well maintained and the photo booth is great. You go for the bowling of course (which is fantastic by the way), but I’m a sucker for arcades so I very much recommend the motorbike racing game and the air hockey.
What an absolute joke. My daughter had a birthday they attended today. The staff were grumpy and far from helpful. The parents paid for items and the staff hadn't even booked it in. Better to find another venue for the little ones.
Handled by an extremely rude female Asian staff, who shouted at both me and my partner while we were paying. Furthermore, she displayed a dismissive attitude, as depicted in the picture. Our experience here was completely ruined by her behavior. If she dislikes her job so much, she should consider quitting.

Lauren & Rio has done a great job coordinating our kid’s birthday party. It was a fairly big party on a busy weekend afternoon. They have managed to get all the kids sorted throughout the party, which is probably one of the toughest job. They have a very good attitudes and very knowledgeable about the party progress. I would highly recommend them and Zone Bowling Cannington. Thanks a million!

The birthday party was really good. The boys had a lot of fun with the bowling and the arcade machines. Atlas was the person in charge of our group and she was very kind, helpful and flexible. The food was good and they had nicely decorated the table. I recommend it !

I go to every Timezone store in WA regularly to play The Wizard Of Oz. Northbridge store hands down has the best machine. the card dispensers are never jammed and have a good amount of Toto cards mixed in, coins always dispensing and full. if there are any problems the Staff are ready to help, you don’t need to awkwardly look around trying to find anyone. Team member, Shaun especially looks after the machine and ensures it’s always in peak working condition. He can always fix an issue or answer a question

We had our 10 year old daughters party here and it was awesome. Jack was our party host and he was so accommodating to all the kids including the younger siblings. The kids all had a blast and I'm sure this will be a birthday that my daughter members for a life time. Thank you to Jack for everything you did, you were amazing.
Would definitely recommend Timezone Northland for your child’s next birthday celebration. The kids all really enjoyed their party host Jake, who made the party even more fun for them. The whole process was easy and stress free from start to finish. Not sure why we didn’t do this sooner.

We really enjoyed our 2 games and drinks...we had fun as we hadn't bowled for a long time. Ordered food. Yum! Prompt service delivering to your lane directly. Customer service was great. So no tomato sauce for the alleged hot dogs. Buns like rubber, food cold, game screen gone before we finished. 340 dollars could of been better spent elsewhere. Never again. Try another place avoid this one.

I love Bayside rock climbing. Staff is always incredibly friendly and love to help when they can. Community there is very kind. I love coming here every week and having a great climb. Highly recommend climbing here wether it's for a birthday party, a family day activity or just because you want to! Rock climbing is now my favourite hobby and I love coming here and being greeted with smiling faces. Thank you Bayside Rock!!
Absolutely disappointed with this “play center”. Very dirty, all toys are so old and worn out, food is terrible and overpriced!!! The worst part that entrance fee is super high for this poor place
To preface, this review is from the perspective of someone who climbs a lot as a hobby, and it is not from the reference point of a parent or caretaker or any other kind of customer. What I need or want will wildly differ from someone babysitting a group of kids from the sidelines and this review will not account for that point of view at all.
I've been climbing here 1-3 times per week for the past two years or so and I consider this one of the best gyms in Melbourne. The membership fees are very competitive, the staff members are so friendly, and they make killer coffees too. The route setting, particularly recently, has been excellent, and at the moment I feel like I want to jump on every climb in the gym. There's something for everyone, all the way from first-timers to people who are climbing hard grades outdoors, and plenty of everything to keep you entertained for quite a while. Depending on the day, the gym can get quite crowded, particularly after 6PM on weekdays, especially in the bouldering area. This is great for people who like company, maybe not so for people who would rather grind things out in peace.
Both the bouldering and lead climbing are great, and you won't find better roped roof climbing anywhere else in the city. The atmosphere, particularly in the bouldering area, is always exciting and welcoming. I also appreciate that there's a kilter board upstairs for the members, as not every gym has one.
The only downside to this gym is that it's only 12 meters tall which is a shame, but the routesetters have done a great job with what they've got. The roof climbs are nice and long though.

The Crocs play Centre is great for all ages . The only thing I would say is , it needs upgrading all the equipment is old and a bit tacky . The food there is quite pricey for what you get but Muffin break is a lot cheaper .
The gaming area has half the machines out of order, and the ones that work are mostly not included in the package deals. And the package deal is based on time of play. Not value of play. So by the time you work out which ones work and can be played, you've wasted all the time of play you had! = no value! Better just come for bowling and be done with it. Packages are a false economy. Don't fall for it.
We didn't end up coming inside for a play. We drove around in circles for a very long time trying to find a car park. I would advise you do not go on a week day. It is in an industrial area and every park is taken.

We hired out the venue for my son's 5th birthday. My son told me it was the best day of his life and all the kids said it was so much fun. The staff made it so easy and enjoyable. I could not of asked for a better day. All the staff were so accommodating and went above all my expectations. I can't thank them enough. I Highly recommend booking your child's party here.

Love this place! Always a lot quieter than the one at Haymarket and the staff is friendly :) It is on the smaller side but still great if you’re out in the city and need to kill some time.
Fun place. Main attractions apart from the usual arcade fare is a maimai and chunithm machine that they keep up to date. Also got dance rush

Bowling session with my awesome colleagues are really fun. Prices for foods and drinks are reasonable. Foods taste good, portions ok. However, I feel arcade zone is outdated and games are a bit boring to my taste. Overall, we had our fun.
Great place to sit back have a coffee and watch the kids scale walls. They have tunnels too for kids who want to stay grounded, and a big climbing tower if they don't trust the harnesses.
They took the points in my card, something about they expire after a while, the money used to pay for it expired?

Kids love this place, plenty of playing areas with slides, bikes, castle, jumping castles.

I can not recommend this place enough!!! I just celebrated my daughters 2nd birthday here and Eve and her team were so accomodating, the party was absolutely magical and my daughter and her friends had the best time ever! The centre is clean, well looked after and most importantly FUN!! The whole team is so welcoming and nice and really gives a family feel to the place, we come here so often we feel like part of the furniture. Thank you Big Top, this is a party I’ll never forget ❤️

Karaoke machine doesn't have songs in other languages despite able to search artists. Claw Machines are rigged especially for the Big Pusheen Cat one and Pop Figueres one. Dropping items on purpose all the time.
If you want to have a quiet time doing bowling I recommend you come as they open, me and my friends had a session booked for 9am and we were the only ones there. The food is good and reasonably priced, there's also arcade games for the kids to play aswell as a photo booth, and a party centre for birthday parties. 12pm and after is usually when its the most busiest.
First time visiting Zone Bowling Cannington as a #mumofboys taking my youngest and 5 friends. It wasn’t my son’s first time visiting though. Really like the place. Chris (and another guy) was very helpful and he went above and beyond to help me. Food was good and the place was clean despite it was a busy Friday evening. The tickets exchange place has a lot of gift selection. Will be visiting again definitely. The Mega fun pass was a really good deal to purchase!

Touch down in Perth for a very short holiday and guess where we go on our first day.. Timezone.. must say that it is one of the tidiest timezone I’ve ever been.. the venue manager Jacqui is very friendly and welcoming and helpful with helping us with our favourite game.. friendly staff and has a mixed of good variety of machine over here for a small venue.. thanks again..

Doodlebugs is a great experience for little ones. It's so clean, the under 3's area is perfect for crawlers and toddlers. The menu is extensive with great kids options, tons of tables and seating. All the staff were so friendly, helpful and clearly understand kids and young families. There's even a little parents room for babies too. We'll be making this our regular go-to soft play centre!

Bowling is always fun, no exceptions here. Great lanes, helpful staff and fun arcade games too. For adults the range of bowling balls is not great, and some of the arcade games are average. But kids will definitely love it. We're lucky to have a club like this in suburbia, get down there.

I like coming to timezone for the rhythm games, and this one has all the ones im interested in like pump it up and DDR, taiko and mai mai, though one of the dance games were temporarily unplayable. cool prize section too. the lady at the counter was very friendly in explaining how the app worked, if you connect your card to the app, even if you lose your card you don't lose your funds.
edit: I ended up getting a free game from the manager because I posted this review which is much appreciated :D 2nd time was a much better experience and I was able to try all the rhythm games since I came on a Tuesday during the day and it wasn't very busy.

also very happy with the adorable rainbow hello kitty I was able to win with tickets! I think Northbridge has my favourite selection of prizes compared to Innaloo and Fremantle timezone (cutest plushies!)
having said that I think Fremantle timezone has better ticket winning potential, the hammer game top prize is only 500 tickets whereas Freo's same hammer game's top prize was 1000 tickets. Freo and Innaloo also have a power roll machine which is my favourite way to earn tickets, I was sad to see Northbridge doesn't have one. I still enjoyed the ticket roll claw machines here but the tickets earned per cost isn't quite as good as the other timezones I've tried. I think better ticket winning machine deals at Northbridge would make this place perfect!
edit: my main gaming interest lately is maimai, as a regular player I appreciate a machine that functions well. this venue's maimai machines aren't very well maintained and the buttons are sticky which greatly affects accuracy of input which is annoying :'( I will be mostly going to iPlay at Carousel from now on for maimai.
edit: I ended up getting a free game from the manager because I posted this review which is much appreciated :D 2nd time was a much better experience and I was able to try all the rhythm games since I came on a Tuesday during the day and it wasn't very busy.

The place isn't huge but it has everything you need except for food. Would be lovely to include a cafe so parents can sit and chill. Also there is no sitting area and limited toilets if there is a huge group. No covered rooms to have events where some places have them these days. Also it was too cold inside but you will be sweating so it's fine if you are climbing but if you are waiting then I suggest you dress up as if you are outside (if you go on a cold winter day)
We had wonderful experience celebrating our son's 10th birthday party. Our host Chloe was awesome. She looked after the kids nicely and assisted us in every way. We will really appreciate if you guys have more vegetarian options available on the day in the cafe as we were told that you can order on the day but there were not many options to pick from.

Great place to have a kids' party. Very friendly and attentive staff. The party room for our daughter's second birthday party looked absolutely fantastic!
The management has to lift their game and hire more staff for public holiday and wet days as it was just unbelievable. The average waiting time for a coffee was 45-50 min. I won’t even mention the waiting time for a food?!!?

We all love it here, especially the children! We've been to a few Timezones and this is one of the ones where the layout seems to flow better and make more sense. The staff are very helpful and generally other patrons are nice and polite.

Nice climbing gym and very nice staff! I went there to boulder. The boulder area is quite decent in size and there were a lot of challenging problems. I went on a Wednesday and it got a bit crowded after 5 pm.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions with a lot of insight and good advice. Would definitely recommend and next time I'm there I'll try out the top rope section.

A great place to take adolescent's during school holidays. Great food, bowling and arcade games to play and win prizes. I recommend you make an afternoon of it and plan to order lots of platters with drinks, as kids get hungry when they bowl! The curly fries are the best!

Now, the kart area was "out of order" so this meant some were left disappointed as they were looking forward to that.
Those parents who were busy sitting facing the opposite direction of where the children were playing, on their phones, not paying attention is alarming!!! 🙊
And those parents who also let their kids run around screaming at the tops of their voices is even more alarming. 😪
I can safely say that those unruly children were NOT of European or English/Australian origin on this day at this particular time.
That part is not on the owners but the participants Parents!!
With the admission price having gone up I think Crocs owners need to update and or upgrade.
P.s. I am hoping my hearing will return to normal tomorrow.

My husband and I were very disappointed in the state of the toys/mazes.. the foam was coming apart and held together with zip ties, large chunks of foam were missing many places, the ball pit was almost empty, most nets had big holes, and everything was just incredibly filthy. It seems like nobody has cleaned this place since it opened. Almost didn’t want my little one touching anything. A real shame because it is huge and roomy with tons of seating and different play areas, but disappointing that it’s just not maintained at all. Would not recommend or go back. That said, our 16 month old, that doesn’t mind dirty run down toys, absolutely loved it here.
Fun place for the kids to spend a few hours. Quite hot inside so dress in cool clothing. Make sure you explore all the areas for different things to do.

Such a great place for little climbers. My 4 and 6 year old have a wonderful time. They love the caves! Such a great idea. They have lots of options to climb too. Great for strength and resilience. Awesome staff and some food and drink options.

I stood at the counter 3 times and the young girl was no where to be seen. There were only 2 other families in there so it wasn't like she was busy.
I took my daughter to the change room and she fell through the change table, lucky I was able to catch her.

This play centre is so run down and a sest pool for germs. The floors are disgusting, the toys in the toy room are so old, they look like they've never been cleaned and the room itself was filthy. The soft toys were so ewww brown and had various kids sucking on them.
The actual play area itself was so old, rundown, unclean and held together in places with cable ties, some of the padding was falling down. I didn't enjoy being there and refused to buy the kids food there as it seemed so unclean, unless they upgrade the place I won't ever take the kids back. I really miss places like Abrakidazzle.

Over the weekend visited BigTop Playhouse for my god-daughters 3rd birthday and was met with a continual level of disappointment and frustration for the service my friend paid for. This party cost my friend over $800 and included extras she paid for like a balloon garland, costumed character and additional food platters.
When arriving at the venue we were met with dirty tables and chairs, tilting theme display which was completely unsafe, used table cloths and also only approx 5 themed plates and napkins with the rest of the settings replaced with an alternate themed plates, cups and napkins from a different childrens program.
I think one of the biggest disappointment was the balloon garland that was purchased as an extra for $120 per the advertised images and was nothing more than 4 individual balloon bunches that could have been done by anyone (photos attached).
Reusable cups that our children were given were dirty and looked to have not been properly washed and had been braisenly given to patrons.
The venue was completely understaffed and guests of our party were left to fend for ourselves in a private party room with a costumed character. We had to ask random patrons and their children to leave the room so that our kids could enjoy the costumed character that was paid for our party. This should have been something the staff should have been doing. I even had to ask to take over the music in the room for the kids as completely inappropriate music for children was being played.
We even had to help escort the lovely girl in the costume out of the room safely as the one staff member who was in the room with us left after I took over the music.
The food which was purchased additionally for $100 was nothing more than frozen party packs from your local shopping centre. If we were allowed to bring our own food in I can assure you it would have been much more enjoyable.
The actual playground space was completely run down with multiple sections of the play area held together with duct tape and zip ties and covered in a thick layer of dust.
When my friend sent a complaint to the owner on the same day, raising all these concerns it took over 38 hours for her to respond and was met with no remorse or explination for this service.
All in all it left a sour and dirty taste in our mouth and I know I am not the only one to say we would never recommend this venue to anyone looking to celebrate their childs special day.
