Really friend staff, great range of suitcases and colours!

Walking in made me feel happy! I love colours and the bags were all super cool with very unique designs. Most importantly Hugh who works there was very pleasant, helpful and his product knowledge was superb. He is a professional I could tell.

The ‘guarantee’ is a gimmick sadly, everything seems to be wear and tear unfortunately, especially if it’s a difficult repair. Decent bags while they last, nice if they showed a bit more integrity as a business.

Customer service was good, the employee who helped us was very efficient in price matching the luggage we were after which was very helpful

This shop really have a very bad customer service, experience with one of the staff ( short hair ) lady, very not polite. We just want to take a look for the lugage and she just said there is more downstair and straight away take the lugage away without say anything. It look like we don’t have money to buy. Maybe can said it kind of racist.

Grumpy woman working there. Abrupt and with no customer service skills.

Delays in online order reaching store. Attempts to pick up several times. Staff either clueless or unwilling to help after they half closed but we’re still inside

They no longer do repairs waste of time and they sell suitcases at full price.

Rude staff. I foolishly took a bag in for a repair, was bluntly told we don’t do that anymore buy a new one and was basically scoffed at. The bag is a very expensive piece by the way. If I do buy a new bag it won’t be from those people.

Do not believe their warranty ... It has now been 6 months to get a wheel replaced on my Wellington Heist. I have spent well $5,000 on their brand for full sets of travel luggage (his and her) and other bags as gifts for overseas family. You would expect that they keep their word. Over the last 3 months no response to emails or information on what is happening to my bag. Now hers has the same issue of a broken wheel!!!! The brand has gone down the tube since its takeover. Shame on you!!!

Poor customer service, I bought three bike bags and need no explanation and he served me and put my purchased in the bag that’s it. He probably busy can’t wait to move on another big sale. This is the worst service I receive after so many years buying crumpler product. Sydney Store

Shopped here a few weeks ago for the first time. Was looking for gifts and the girl was so excited and happy to assist. Angelique was her name from memory. She showed me different options / picked out various items based on what I was looking for. She was a total superstar. What a great experience. Thank you!

This is the second time that I purchased a water bottle and all animal prints on them have been faded after only two months. I washed them only with cold tap water with care but the store manager accused me of putting them in a dishwasher. However the “BPA free” sticker on the bottle is still in its original design and it proves I didn’t put it in a dishwasher.
The store manager said that the water bottle is still functional and she refused to give me another one, but I purchased Smiggle for the designs, not just functional.
I wouldn’t recommend this dodgy Smiggle to anyone.

Good selection of bags, but unreliable opening hours. I have visited this place 3 times in the morning, during opening hours, only to find the shop closed and a sign saying “back at 2pm”. What’s the point of a retail shop if we can’t visit it ?

The staff are usually very helpful when purchasing their products. However, when I tried to get my bag repaired, they left it at the back of their storeroom for 2 months and forgot about it. It has now been 4 months and they continue to be bad with email replies and continue to delay returning my bag. I will be taking this further.

Great range. Great prices. Ordered 8pm Sunday and delivered at 8am Wednesday. Perfect supply and very highly recommended. Six stars if possible as transaction was seamless.

Crumpler is a fascinating Australian company with a rich heritage. 25 years old this year, their Sydney flagship store at the Galeries nods to their Melbourne beginnings with brick walls and scaffold like fixtures. The bags are both functionally and form focussed, featuring simplistic and simple design packed with specific features for travel, work or causal use. Crumpler always updates their ranges with pops of colour which seem to always be changing! Staff are fantastic and always willing to help find the best solutions.

Extremely disappointed. The staffs in the store is very unprofessional and rude.

Unless you are buying something, they will be trailing you like car dealers!

I was redirected by Antler Official Store vouched by their good customer service as an authorised repairer. I have a broken lock which requires repair. It was damaged by an airline (which allows reimbursement). The reimbursement procedure with the airline requires me to produce a repair quote and approved prior repair. At the store, they inspected and return me with a repair cost of $59 in total.

I requested whether this can be written in any manner so I can forward it to the airline. Sydney Luggage Centre refused.

The store was unwilling to provide me a repair quote. Verbally stating that it will invoice me $49 for a quote by itself (yes, $49 for a piece of paper). They told me that they do not care about how my airline works, refused to communicate or give details about the store. The staff refused to provide me their full name and ABN so I can allow follow up conversation. So essentially, they are forcing me to pay $59 upfront or leave the store - not trying to be helpful in any manner.

I have no clue how this store became an official Antler representative given the appalling rating. If you are to buy a luggage, stay away from it. It is very sad Antler have choose such store to represent its brand.

September 13, 2019, afternoon. A young fat female store clerk attitude is very bad. Ask if there are different colors of the same luggage. Ask if there is any new product in the warehouse. She is not willing to use computer query. Very negative attitude.
If you have only one chance to visit this store. I hope that you will not meet this clerk. But the manager who met the next day had a good attitude. Should fire that female employee.

This shop is great for inspiring creativity in children, not to mention the lovely staff at Chermside Smiggle, who deliver customer service with kindness and a smile.

The staff was kind and supportive. I like the product because many of them are consciously designed for people who carries iPad and Mac Book - and that is what our lives are nowadays!!

Smiggles does kids stationery, bags and gifts well. The quality consistently high and prices are a little on the high side but you will be buying a product that is not available elsewhere and often has some unique traits.
It’s great to see that the boys fabrics are finally branching out beyond the soccer ball patterns. We were are growing quite tired of the boy’s patterns.
There is a new cartoon fabric design that seems quite unexplored and we hope to see more of it. For now I think it’s only used by a lunch box and has certain cartoonish slogans.(e.g. Pow). See photos.
This is a small and compact store and it can get very crowded on weekends. During the week is much better.

Smiggle is a place full with bright colours and cool stationery for school and other cool stuff. I love Smiggle it's very creative and fun!😄

Positives - good range of brands and product lines in stock. Prices are competitive.

Negatives - dubious sales practices including the crossed-out "original" prices the products have never actually been sold at. For such a large shop, there is a distinct shortage of staff. Salespeople can border on pushy. Limited car parking near store.

Tip 1 - if you're waiting at the counter and no one comes to server you, just phone them, press ”1” for sales and they'll rush to the counter to answer the phone. Hang up and get served.

Tip 2 - Before you buy, Google the product and you might find it substantially cheaper elsewhere (with free delivery), even after the bollocks original price is replaced with their asking price.
