Great location with Sydney view, staff very professional and friendly and the food is outstanding! Love the deserts, as in for lunch I strongly recommend the swordfish grilled which is perfectly cooked (like medium) , the most delicious fish I have ever had BUT when I visited on the following day week since my first visit they have changed the swordfish grilled and added some very bad and extremely spicy sauce, such a shame, I was very disappointed and never returned here since then.
I have attached pictures, the one that has the orange colour sauce was the great one I had
was called in the menu “Grilled swordfish, braised pepperonata squid , red capsicum sauce” and the one that has ravioli is the one bery spicy with separate sauce. The waitress was nice to warn me in advance to take the sauce separately

Great location, sitting on the patio is a must! Wouldn't say it's worthwhile sitting anywhere else as the food is good, but doesn't match up to the stunning location looking over Circular Quay and the Harbour Bridge. We were there during Vivid and it was a great view point to sit and watch the Harbour and surroundings light up.
Service was F- grade, constantly changing waiters, slow to take orders, top up drinks, and staff weren't knowledgeable on the menu or wine list. Pretty disappointing really as it could have been a very memorable dining experience if the service was up to par.

My partner and I had a great date night at elements in Woolloomooloo. Bianca and Julie provided great service and Bianca gave us great recommendations with her knowledge of the menu. The food was so tasty and the cocktails were delicious!

Beautiful date night spot. Delicious food, amazing vibes beside the water and attentive and friendly service. Absolutely enjoyed our dinner here and we will definitely be back for their steak and crab orzo.

Juliana N was extraordinarily helpful to me. She went out of her way. There were a minor issue with a misunderstanding with the waiter and she fixed everything. She is sweet, charming, and intelligent I highly recommend her.
The food was so much more than I imagined. The staff absolutely amazing. The atmosphere - who can complain about the view. I had calamari chips and salad. So yummy and fresh. I hate to leave left overs however my belly couldn't fit it all in. Great value and a wonderful experience.

Our service attendant Ben is a true professional with charismatic personality and the food is well presented. I loved every choice especially the sauces aa I can say if I am allow to wipe the sauce clean on my plate I would.
Had an excellent lunch at Cafe Sydney and what has compelled me to write a review was the excellent service. Every single person we encountered was attentive, gracious, and kind. They went above and beyond for my mom's 70th birthday lunch and we are so appreciative. It was incredibly busy and they made it all seem effortless. On top of that the food is absolutely delicious and the view is incredible.

Fantastic little Cafe and bar tucked away on York lane near Wynyard. Coffee is consistently great. Limited food menu but everything is really fresh and tasty.

I ate at this restaurant on the 3rd day of my trip to Australia and it was really delicious. The atmosphere was the best and the waiter, Ami, was so good that I enjoyed the meal very much. It became an unforgettable memory.

Situated on a busy Esplanade corner this cafe is quite big and convenient. Hubby had the big breakfast and gave it 10/10. For $26 you would expect it to be generous and it didn't disappoint. My smashed avo on sourdough was $19 and had plenty of avo. The beetroot hummus was a nice flavour touch. A touch too much citrus dressing made it quite wet, but tasty all the same. Our coffees were hot and $5.50 each for a mug size. Staff were acceptably friendly but this cafe doesn't require engagement as food can be ordered via the QR code. Water is help yourself. Ambience is varied depending upon whether you sit inside or out near the road. Decor is a pleasant beach vibe with music playing. We would eat here again. Suitable for families too.
I hardly ever leave reviews, especially bad ones. The staff member who served me was extremely racist to my culture and this was out of no where. On top of that he charged me $23.50 for 2 coffees and said "my boss told me to charge you this". I highly recommend against going to this place. I will never be entering again.
I was really looking forward to my birthday dinner at the George and it lived up to all my expectations. There was a little hiccup at the start and we were seated at the wrong table but the host quickly sorted it and we got our beautifully appointed Rumpus room. The waiting staff was fabulous and very attentive. The food and drinks were delish. All my guests were happy and we made great memories. Thank you for an incredible night!!
Good $99 tomahawk deal on Tuesday. The steak was well seasoned and tender and came with mash which was buttery. The salt and pepper calamari had a light and crispy batter with a delicious spicy Mayo however was served warm (not hot) within a minute of ordering. I imagine this was pre-made. Staff were friendly and attentive. Note this venue is by the water so is a bit smelly like rotten eggs (not the fault of the restaurant)
Walked in for dinner on a Saturday night. We ordered the Bunga Bunga and Gamberoni pizza which was delicious. Staff were lovely however the food took a while to arrive. Overall nice atmosphere with great music.

I had a tomahawk steak and couple of drinks. The steak and drinks were fantastic! The waitress “Diana” is the one who is extremely kind and has good sense/taste. I have asked her recommendation and have ordered some drinks. those were all amazing. I will come here again for sure.
We dined here as a small group for dinner and the atmosphere was great. The service was very good and we had a great night. The menu had a mix of seafood and steaks so everyone was able to find something to eat. The serves were very generous and we kinda over ordered. I’d recommend this place for catching up with friends or family.
We ate here for my wife's birthday and had the $85 banquet. Stand out dishes were the lamb ribs, green curry and the mango coconut pannacotta. The rest of the dishes were fine just not very exciting. The staff were lovely and professional. We had a couple too many cocktails.
Cute restaurant with beach views. I visited during breakfast and everything is self serve. You just grab a menu, a seat and order from the QR code including payment. You grab your own cups, water and condiments then wait for your food. It was pleasantly presented and if you can’t be bothered interacting with people or talking, this is a really great place.
The staff were lovely and it seems like a great venue for after work drinks but I wouldn’t recommend the food. We got the Gin rigatoni and the Casareece al pesto and they both came out very quickly but they were both quite bland and unfulfilling. My family of 7- 5 kids & 2 adults, attended the sandbar for dinner the 15/02/2024. The meal was delicious, atmosphere was splendid and the time there was extremely pleasant. Staff were kind and helpful. 4 of us had the rump steak, 1 had a parmy, 1 had kids fried fish and 1 had kids Spaghetti. For our palates the spaghetti was aweful, it’s had a taste of mint ( or maybe too much basil now I think of it?) so that went mainly untouched. Everything else from the gravy right through to the steaks were amazing.

Prime location overlooking the beach at Surfers Paradise. Island vib decor which blends into the beachside atmosphere perfectly to enhance your lunch or dinner experience. The Oreo cheesecake is a must have.. I could have had a dozen. Good food at a reasonable price. 👌🏾

Here is a restaurant where the welcome is impeccable. To start, the ambiance is very pleasant, with subdued lighting and a magnificent view of Sydney Bay from the outdoor terrace. It's an immersive experience that takes you out of the city.
The quality of service is excellent; the servers display great professionalism. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the food quality, especially regarding the desserts, which, in my opinion, slightly tarnished the overall culinary experience.
Nevertheless, the value for money remains entirely acceptable.

Delicious food full of flavour! Came here as a group of 4 and decided to just ordered straight off the menu - we found it to be better value than the banquet and we left with very full tummies. The service and atmosphere was good, although quite loud inside
Delicious food, incredible atmosphere and fantastic service. The restaurant itself is so beautiful and the food is delicious. We sat in a booth and had the perfect amount of privacy, making us feel like we had our own little space in the restaurant where we felt comfortable to catch up with friends and really enjoy the food and drinks.
Enjoyed a meal at Bellucci in Sydney, where I tried their Pizza Capricciosa. The pizza was good, with a nice mix of toppings like artichokes and ham, though it didn't quite reach 'amazing' for me. What stood out was the service - really warm and welcoming, and the ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall experience. A solid choice for those in Sydney looking for a good Italian meal. The music inside was too loud!

Excellent service by the brilliant service team at The George on Collins, delivered with amazing food that's simply heaven and to die for. Our order was taken promptly, and the dishes were served to our table quickly. We're very pleased with the delicious food served (attached photos), the portion sizes, the beautiful flavours and the music, intimate ambience and lively atmosphere. This is good food cooked with passion for high quality ingredients and a heart for South East Asian culinary tradition. Highly recommended and will definitely return to celebrate special occasions.

Steak sandwich was tough and chewy. Chips were nice and crunchy.
Salad was average.. we added chicken, nothing special. Chicken was herby.

What a cute funky bar 🍸 YOLO has been on my list for some time. Jam packed with happy customers and it is unique hole in the wall kind of a place. The owner must love bicycles. I was only here for a drink (my cocktail was on sweeter side than expected). The draft beer (Orion) was nice light beer for summer.

I generally avoid hotel restaurants but arriving late and with rain bucketing down, thought I would try the Hyatts only option on a Monday night.
Disappointingly small serves for the typically high prices. Quality was good but atmosphere and service both lacking. Expected more from a “5-star” hotel.
And the “short” gin and tonic was a massive glass of tonic which meant I could barely taste the gin. Need a new barman as well.

We had dinner at the Jackalberry located inside the Hyatt Regency Hotel.
The food was good. Delicious burgers. Just some negatives on the dessert. A simple menu but they had a selection for all tastes..
The dessert “Sea salt and baileys crème brûlée” unfortunately had a very burnt top which was inedible. The flavor of the brûlée was good if you didn’t eat the top.
It came with a thin pistachio biscotti chip which sadly tasted soggy and old (from being stored too long)

Nice meal; I had the prawn linguine which was tasty with a good amount of prawns, and my sister really enjoyed the pomegranate poached chicken salad.
The cool kids and the grandmas all know that York Lane Cafe is a special place in the Sydney CBD. Great food (waffles are amazing) drinks and coffee (go the magic). Awesome vibes and friendly staff, make this little bit of Melbourne in Sydney a winner any time of day. I'll be back.
The food was INCREDIBLE!!! Scarpetta - Gin basil rigatoni was ON POINT!! The pizza crust was so soft. Lively atmosphere, perfect for a dinner with friends after a work day. The service was good, the staff were attentive as they come by now and then to check if you need anything. At on point, a higher-up staff passed by and chatted with us a bit, he was supper nice. One minor minus point was when the staff were rush to take your dishes away as soon as you finished. Other than that, everything is good. Will definitely comeback!
Absolutely love coming here great atmosphere. Great food. The was good service because they were busy and pretty hectic but generally it’s all fantastic. Love getting a chicken parmie from here can’t beat it. Best is to get a little bit early so you can enjoy yourself and then join the crowd. One of the classics
Super awesome hidden small cafe/bar. Located down a back alley, this sunken cafe has a cycling flavour with cinelli caps lining one wall. Excellent coffee, good food. Not cheap but worth it.

We really enjoyed the mains, the steak was perfectly medium rare and the chicken was well cooked, still moist inside. We enjoyed the rose. The staff were professional, attentive and friendly. The London Hotel, Paddington is one of the best venues the area has to offer. We hosted an internal work function/party at the venue in December and our expectations were exceeded. The staff are all very friendly and their new menu is incredible.
I couldn't recommend this more to anyone looking to host a function or just pop in for some great pub vibes. It goes off on game days with the stadium just down the road so it guarantees a good atmosphere!

I love how they have glutenfree option, vegetarians and great omelletes👍🏻. The restaurant is always full , yet they never run out of food 🥰. We have been served by the John during our 14 nights stay at parkroyal.He and his other mates are so friendly 🥰. It makes us feel welcome always looking forward for the breakfast time
A really nice venue with a lovely outdoor section, perfect for dinner and drinks. They have heaters so it's bearable to sit outside during winter. We visited on a Thursday and didn't realise it was steak night. On steak night the only thing you can order is steak, pizza or salad. You can't order off the regular menu. We had a couple of people in our group with dietary requirements and the staff kindly let them order off the kids menu. I'm keen to go back not on steak night and try other items from the regular menu.

However, we were standing waiting around for service, placed at a terrible table right near a walkway despite booking far in advance, spoken to rudely by staff when trying to order food despite not knowing the kitchen opens at 5pm (our booking was at 4:45pm), had staff almost run into us walking passed us and had a drink taken away when it wasn't even finished. On top of this, the food was essentially a frozen meal, Coles sausages averagely cooked and chucked down onto our table. We were really looking forward to coming here after all of the reviews. Please fix your customer service.

Popped in for dinner after a late night flight into Sydney, staying at the Hyatt Regency. Food was lovely!!!
As per above, flew into Sydney late and wasn’t expecting much to be open. Stopped by the Jackalberry based on the advice of the hotel staff and was not disappointed! Staff were friendly and helpful. Steak was cooked to perfection, sauce and vegetables (which I substituted from fries) was lovely. Honestly, was just a surprising lovely meal.
The bar space is really nicely fitted out as well. Makes for a fabulous space to unwind and relax.
A strong recommend from me, will definitely be back!!

Nice variety of cuisines for the breakfast buffet.
Lovely atmosphere and accommodating staff. The food wasn't super tasty but rather very diverse. It's a nice place for drinks and just average taste wise. The seafood linguine and pumpkin arachini from the bar were our favourites. The desserts were also nice, the matcha white chocolate cake was the star of the night!! We highly recommend that cake if you visit :)
The food was really good and the staff really attentive and did everything for us to have the best experience. The service was really nice. The atmosphere was cosy with a light music so we could easily chat without screaming.

Really enjoyed buffet breakfast here recently. Unobtrusive service, did not feel rushed to vacate table. Something for everyone - especially liked the do-your-own juicers, Chinese dim sims and good quality Danishes (real pastry, not just the usual puff). Chef makes omelettes to order. Standard selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, and bain marie hot food but good sourdough as well as square bread, nice in-house ?hot smoked salmon and rainbow trout and some unusual things like braised lambs' fry with onion gravy. Machine coffee rather than barista but still OK.

Good place to go for a breakfast buffet. They had classic breakfast staples such as crunchy (but soft) hash browns, crispy bacon and a custom egg station (fried, poach and egg omletes were all available). Other options included fresh fruit, pastries and baked goods, cereals and eastern dishes (congee, har gow and chow mein). I particularly liked their automatic pancake maker for its whimsical nature (though don't expect perfection from it) and the juicer machines that you can load up with a custom mix of ingredients (honestly a game changer for breakfast buffets). Overall I was very pleased with the option available and it was defintely a pleasant way to enjoy a relaxing morning meal.
Not the greatest club lounge breakfast, in fact the regular restaurant has much better options than the upper area.
Excellent buffet breakfast, with amazing Gluten Free station. Including dedicated gluten free toaster, muffins and brownies. Even the bacon was placed on glutn free bread in the main warmer. Totally recommend!
