Terrible experience. Took an hour to get out of this awful place due to light traffic. Avoid at all costs
I love using these guys. I have just booked again for the 4th time in 2 years.
So easy, drop off your car and get a lift to the airport front doors. And the same on the way back .
You are the best .
$255 to look after your car for 23 days. ❤️
Ambiguous, hard to understand instructions where it says the first half an hour is free when in fact on the weekend and/ or night times it is $15. It's probably deliberately confusing to catch the unawares.

Wilsons Domain car park was awesome for an overnight park. Stayed parked for 24hrs
Book ahead online for great pricing. Large easy carpark spaces and well lit up.
Enough space and car spots to find your next parking.
Not sure how this carpark is compliant
Super narrow driveway; columns and sharp corners

Terrible! All payment machines including at the exit gate broken And to top it off the advertised support telephone line hung up 9 out of 10 calls. Then when it did go through apparently it’s no longer the correct number. A lot of angry people trying to get out! Never going back

Great people, always reliable for drop and pick up. I don’t use anyone else and could not recommend anyone else for Perth Airport parking options. Even when flying in and out, out of operating hours the walk is usually less than 10 minutes. Easy to contact and will do all they can to support issues with flight delays.

Great parking locations at a cheap price
This car park is not suitable for modern vehicles. The size of the car parks is just about manageable but the drive ways are way too tight and you can quickly get stuck! Terrible experience. Will never return.
Meh. Very tight spots and manouvering; several of the levels are reserved so it's a bit of a drive up to casual parking levels. Prices at the "high normal" level.
Decent carpark, but they have hand-amended the early bird conditions on the sign at the exit and threatened to charge me $80 instead of $21.

The website says exit before close, which it lists separately as 7pm. The sign at the entrance said exit by 7pm. The sign at the exit has a sticker over the 7 saying 6:30pm.
I have a small car (Corolla), but even so struggled significantly to navigate the very tight spaces in this car park. Parts of the car park were one way, so that meant for lots of jams and time to practice patience. I did however manage to find one spot on a Saturday afternoon. Will not be attempting to park here in future and will opt for parking further from the CBD from which I'll walk in.
Great parking close to the harbour. The flat rate is valid as long as you don't stay overnight. Since that would obviously be 2 days.

Very dishonest car park, do not use this Interpark site as you will be ripped off. The Office of Fair Trading should investigate.
The sign says first 1.5 hours free parking with a Coles docket, minimum spend $30.00.
I stayed 3 hours and 38 minutes and spent $43.30 at Coles. If the first 1.5 hours is free then I should have been charged for parking 2 hours & 8 minutes for which their signage says 2-3 hours $28.00.
I scanned the Coles docket at the pay machine, it gave a beep but did not give any discount, I was charged the maximum rate of $38.00. I pressed the help button on the pay machine but they claimed I had to send an email explaining in order to be refunded the difference. They do not have anyone on-site to deal with. They were not willing to do anything on the spot. It is against consumer law to mislead and/or overcharge. They have mislead and charged more than the advertised price.
It is not worth wasting my time for $10.00 which means they get away with breaking consumer law. I only hope a representative from the Office of Fair Trading reads this and investigates.
Dear Interpark, you can come up with all the excuses in the world to justify your dishonesty but it cannot be justified, you ripped me off and probably many others. Your business should be shutdown. Stop misleading and ripping off the public.

Came here on a Friday night after 5pm, was advised $15 flat rate but ended up paying $12! Bargain!!! So close to darling harbour and The Star. Across the road is The Star parking which is double the cost! Definitely parking here again!

Worst carpark service I ever seen, after doing 10 hours shift, paid my ticket, car park roller door wasn't working, pressed intercom, person answered, said all doors are broken won't work, advised can't get hold of management and security is not available, after waiting 1.5 hours, we finally opened door manually, also advised it might take all night for someone to arrive to have a look, avoid this carpark because if you get stuck no one will help you!

This has to be the worst parking garage in Melbourne by far. One lane entrance & exit provides ample opportunity for traffic jams and all sorts of diabolical chaos. The garage is a nightmare to navigate, with parks seemingly placed at random leading you to be potentially boxed in. The ramps are narrow and the corners are blind so buckle up and hope for the best. I would definitely recommend keeping a holy book of your preferred faith on your person when visiting this parking garage (and maybe something for self defence)

AVOID AT ALL COST -one entry/exit only. This carpark is chaos. I didn’t read the reviews prior to using, what a mistake. It is one of the most stressful carparks I’ve used as there is only one gate to exit/enter via a one way lane and the parking spots are narrow as are the turning circle throughout.

The worst car park I’ve ever been to. After navigating the chaotic single boom gate for entry and exit, the car park was horrific. It was barely wide enough for one car to get through the tight turns and extremely steep ramps with low roof clearance. Once getting to the top level to find a park, the entire place was full and we had to start the terrifying drive to exit down. Save yourself the stress and scratches to your car and find another car park, literally anything is better than this.

Most ridiculous car park I’ve ever encountered. I and around 12 other cars spent 45 mins trying to get out of this crazy place, one boom gate for entry and exit is insane and traffic was queued up on either side, with no one understanding how the hell to get in or out and no room to get out of gridlock. Called the intercom for help numerous times with no reply and when someone finally answered was unhelpful and refused to come down to sort the situation out. Tiny parking spots and dangerous to drive up/down levels because it was so narrow.
Should be bulldozed.

We had an excellent experience using Hamer Parking - so much easier than relying on Ubers and so quick and efficient with picking us up when we arrived back in Perth! We'll be doing this for future trips for sure.

Forget taking a taxi or an unreliable Uber (that cancels on you last minute), just drive your own car, jump in their van and your at the terminal within minutes!
Parking is secure, affordable, and easy. Plus when you arrive back in Perth, just call them and they’ll be there shortly to pick you up. Simple as that!!
Definitely takes the hassle out of arriving at the airport, especially for us FIFO workers who just wanna get on a plane and go to sleep early in the morning.
Great family business with fantastic service and friendly staff!!!!
Cheers, Greg
Worst place for parking. No terms and conditions/ opening or closing hours. Biggest scam is going on here with the customers.
Never park over here at night.

Closes at 7pm and sign is hard to see when entering, we were dining in restaurant across so left at 10pm and the car was stuck in there overnight. We had to get public transport home and pick up in the morning. Fee is also high compared to other city parking, don’t waste your money.
Minimal signs on how to get out and what time they were operational. Branded to trap people in and waste their money, Maha restaurant is the only reason I was able to get my car out. Not worth the inconvenience.

Google location shows incorrect location- as the parking entrance is actually located at 192 Clarence St.
Such a cheap quality car park.. ripped off extras 75 bucks for after hours parking even though it says only $15 for weekends all day in big letters,
Just because they don’t have a intercom.. they don’t have a intercom is not our problem.. assholes…what a fraud.. it doesn’t mention what after hours are even.. totally false marketing
Professional team, safe and secured. I can work away knowing my car is safe and ready for me when I come back home
The whole concept and delivery is excellent but the website / app needs some work.

This could include parking type selection box and online payment and receipt. This would allow customers to book all aspects of parking online and slimline the process.

Also online receipts would allow customers to easily claim parking on salary sacrifice.

An app with log in and all account logging and this service would be the best.
Wins the prize for WORST communication ever. No signs whatsoever when carpark pulls gates closed at 7.30, so no way to work out how to exit carpark, although late departure is allowed. Thanks to Maha restaurant across the laneway for advice on how to use hidden scanner, located in darkened alcove, with no signs whatsoever. Another 4 customers assisted, who like us, were completely befuddled about getting their cars out. Please add some basic communications/signs.
No signs telling you the carpark closes at midnight. Called to speak to the carpark and the man answering the phone unable to assist or advise how to get car out after hours with no number to the security company. Called private security company who then charge you $95 to get your car out. Would NOT reccomend parking here at all!

I parked my car in an early bird parking spot and had to leave at 1 pm. I didn't know they had changed the system again and had to pay the full price of 60$ for 4 hours even though I left at 12:30 pm 2 weeks ago and I paid 18$. They should have informed us that they have changed the rules again to leaving at 2:30 pm for early bird parking holders. I called the attendant and talked to him but he kept on repeating that either I should pay the full price or wait till 2:30 pm. He didn't understand anything at all
Fairly disappointed as I liked the car park and was going to be a long term customer but apparently they don't care about long term customers and are after quick money
Central Melbourne CBD car park (off Flinders St) which is easy to get too coming off M1 freeway/King St/Flinders St. First 2.5 levels are reserved and non-reserved parking spots are VERY tight; your parking must be centimetre perfect or you'll have to suck in your tummy to squeeze in and out. This carpark does provide free parking for 3 hours if you donate blood at Red Cross (Lifeblood in Optus Centre), which is great! 🙂

Not great at all! I picked my car up and it had a huge white paint mark on the RHF bumper, clearly a white car had nudged it or someone nudged a white car with my car while fitting it into their Canned sardine style Car park! When I mentioned it to the extremely rude girl at the front desk she abruptly told me they weren’t held liable for any damages to my car.... never went back and will never recommend.
Fantastic service offered by Hamer, they go above and beyond. Rates were very reasonable and the shuttle bus was a great addition. When I came back my car battery had gone flat and they jump started it for me. Could not recommend these guys more, and will definitely use them again if I come back to Perth.
Very nice city hotel

Poor service and unapologetic staff. Upon exiting the carpark, we attempted to make payment at the boom gate machine. The credit card was swallowed up and we had to repeatedly ring for assistance. When someone eventually answered, we were told our options were to cancel the credit card (what a ridiculous suggestion) or to wait for someone to be called out.

After a 20 min wait, a gentleman arrives to take the card out. Instead of apologising for the inconvenience and the defective machine, we were told this situation was our fault for putting the credit card in incorrectly. Even if the card was entered in the incorrect way, the card should never have been swallowed up by your machine. Fix your machines or provide free parking for the inconvenience you cause your customers.
Convenient, reasonably priced, helpful staff member.

Presumably ugly underground parking station has two ugly entry/exit ramps from Castlereagh St. These ugly intrusions to the streetscape also have the benefit of creating a wide space behind the bus shelters which exist between the ugly ramps. This space makes this bus stop very spacious compared to others in the City. Look elsewhere for details of the inside of the car park.
Best location to explore Melbourne in many ways. Experienced dynamic city culture.
Needs to open earlier

Was the worst. We were locked out for ages and no one could help us, it was pathetic. We just kept getting transferred to other numbers to call with no outcome
Poor pedestrian access

I'm a trans woman who has recently had gender surgery. For obvious reasons my mobility is restricted for the time being and I'm in pain and I have an appointment with my lawyers in Elizabeth street. Money is very tight as I was refused work due to my gender transition and I asked if they could help me as a one off by allowing me to park there as a favour or do me a special deal. They point blankly refused and refused to put me through to a manager. Thanks a lot for your officious attitude and lack of understanding
