Terrible. The parking machine took $192 off my card, and yet the gate wouldn't fully open. I had to pay TWICE several times. Horrible parking. Would STRONGLY not recommend, I'm never going here again. The only thing okay is the service - at least the guy got the gate to fully open. However, that's the bare minimum any parking or business should have. This place needs serious work.
The pricing here is a SCAM. We entered on a Monday night and we asked the agent at the entry terminal how much would it cost to park here overnight and he reassured us it’s 16 dollars per 24 hours parking. The following day, we exit around 12:30 PM and the terminal was asking us to pay 32 dollars. We called the terminal and this rude lady who insisted is the manager at the moment picked up and said that we were given misinformation last night and couldn’t do anything about it. RUDE CUSTOMERS SERVICE. HORRIBLE FALSE ADVERTISING AND MISLEADING INFORMATION. GREAT JOB.
Horrible car park that confusses everybody. Push the button, take a ticket and pay on way out super easy right? No everytime we park here a lane is closed or people have stuffed it or the voice assisting can't be heard properly. If i can avoid it i do and i recommend you avoid it until they make it incredibly easy for the simplest of folks to understand how to take a ticket and pay or society get mildly more intelligent.

Literally took 30 minutes to leave on a quiet Sunday afternoon, after 10 minutes to find a space in the first place.
And the topping on the cake is the advertised price is not achievable as you can only pay by card and they add a card fee - this is false advertising and illegal in Australia.

Unsafe and price gouging car park.
We used this car park as our hotel doesn't have it's own car park.
We arrive Friday afternoon and exit Monday morning.
According to the price listed on their board, we were expecting to pay around $36 for less than 3 days of parking.
We were charged $73.80 which was more than doubled the amount we were supposed to pay.
We sent an email to customer support to get a refund for the extra charges and were told the charges were correct and they refused to refund the extra charges even though they failed to clearly display these extra charges.
They charged an extra $15 for Saturday night as it was NYE and $15 instead of $10 for weekend rate on the Sunday.
Their price board did not reflect any of these extra charges.
If we had known we would have used street parking which were free on public holiday.
On top of this, our car was broken into as there were no security cameras around.
We do not recommend this car park to anyone.

Terrible experience with the staff that were rostered on tonight (13/12/22). My 50% off pass wasn’t scanning at the boom gate, and even though I showed it to the man on the camera he said it’s my problem and I need to go get a valid ticket. I asked him if he had a button to do it for me, he said he did but he wouldn’t use it. Very disappointing service.
