Now that was an absolute delight. I had the lamb shank with the most wonderful gravy and my partner the beef cheek. Both fell of the bone. The staff were friendly and upbeat and the place was humming with people.
We came upon the kiosk via a wrong turn and we are so glad we did 💞 we will definitely be back.

Good food for an affordable price. It was a little bit busy at the time we visited so service might be a little slow. Still it was worth the wait while looking at the beach view.

Costumer service: Unfortunately it was inappropriate. By accident we got wrong food and I told that to the waitress (same person who took the order) in friendly way. Her response was unprofessional and as a customer I wasn’t happy and I felt more pushing down.

Really enjoyed this Cafe, the atmosphere, service and food made for a good experience. I like that they have an all day brunch menu with plenty of options. It was busy about a 10 minute wait for a table at midday but the wait went quick.
It is table service and they are quick to clear and serve.
My sister had the sweet potato croquettes and they were yummy and the egg was cooked perfect.
I had the Breakfast quesdillas and I added chorizo $6. I thought it was a bit of a rip off for the chorizo as I only got about 3 slices of it in my burrito. I would not order this dish again.
The coffee is good here.

We came specifically to try the gnocchi dish. It looked amazing but really needed some sauce. The egg yoke was slightly over so didn’t provide any liquid. I would HIGHLY recommend serving this with some marinara like the shakshuka sauce. Although the gnocchi were perfectly cooked the whole dish was a bit dry :(

A great little spot for a weaving workshop tonight organised by City of Joondalup. A great night was had by all. Thankyou Peppermint Green for the use of your venue.
Beautiful little cafe inside the complex, ordered a large cappuccino was ready within minutes even though they were quite busy and I think that’s the best coffee I’ve ever bought!

Absolutely delicious food and coffee! We came here based on online reviews and weren’t disappointed. The food is delicious. We had to wait a bit for a table as it’s clearly a popular place but it’s well worth the wait.
Best oat flat white I've had in.. probably ever! What a delight. This place definitely looks (and smells) the part - with friendly, professional grunge barista and men in suits hanging around waiting for coffee. Great vibe.

Lovely cafe. Had the pulled beef panini and breakfast pretzel roll. Very yum. My husband has declared the beef panini as the best thing he has ordered from any cafe around (and he is hard to please ☺) and now his number 1 breaky food.
The waitress Nyah, from the second I ordered my food was on her feet in a rush perfecting it, making it absolutely delicious neigh stunning. My brekkie burger was done in an instant, served with kindness and love, it was absolutely to die for, I had no idea she was able to cook at all. The service was very prompt from the beautiful waitress (Nyah), and overall my experience was a 5/5 in every category, cannot recommend peppermint green enough. I made sure to leave a tip for the waitress too. We had some lovely conversations throughout my stay, but she was quacking away the whole time, couldn’t get enough of it. All in all it was an amazing experience, definitely recommend.
Had to wait a bit for a table, but the food came out so fast that it didn't matter. The coffee was really good and I loved the quaint lil atmosphere they had! I got the turkish eggs and it was so good! The menu had so many good things on it though, it was hard to choose. I would definitely come back for the breakfast gnocci and the bubble and squeak. My boyfriend got the pavlova pancakes, which looked amazing! But there was a bit much cream and it was hard to finish 😅 Still a great place for breakfast/brunch!

Surprisingly good cafe near the beach, highly recommended for family with young kids, there is a playground next to the kiosk, my toddler loves it.

It cost me $23.50 (plus a $0.25 surcharge for using a debit card) for a so-so breakfast wrap and one of the blandest flat whites I've ever had. When I enquire about getting an extra shot of espresso to upgrade my cup of hot milk to something even resembling a coffee, they ask me for an additional $1. Very disappointing
Whilst at The Kiosk Floreat Beach this morning we ordered: the pancakes, a brekky burger, the kids breakfast, 2 coffees and 2 juices and some how left paying $98.09! The picture attached to this review is the kids breakfast which we were charged $26.50 for (usually $15.90 but we asked to add an extra egg and some bacon...). When enquiring about the bill I was told it's because you added extras - $11 for an extra egg and some bacon is ridiculous. Service was acceptable (though nothing to write home about) lovely views of the beach whilst eating our overpriced meals. It's a shame because the food was quite good - however the high bill and lack of acknowledgement from staff has tarnished what would've been a decent breakfast.

Now, their stand out feature is the toasties. They’re not just normal toasties, they’ve been curated to be one of a kind. There’s only about 3 on offer but I’m all for it - if you do something well then focus on doing it better than someone else, people will keep coming back for it. Today, I got the Cuban but I’m going to try the rest at some stage.

I lived in Melbourne for eight years and am a coffee snob. Marmalade has the best coffee that I’ve tasted in Perth and I’ve tried a lot of places. Their food and staff are great too. Highly recommend!
Service is always nice but the cooking & food assembly quality was sub-standard on 13/4 at 10:43. The young man in the kitchen was clearly disengaged & poorly trained. One of the poached eggs was totally disintegrated. The first Ham & Salad sandwich had stale bread, the replacement was just as bad; big clumps of ham, minute amounts of salad & dry bread, resulting in a partner walk out (partner regularly visits other Miss Mauds who make the sandwich well).
We won’t be going again until you can retrain your cook to NOT think he can get away with this sort of poor food preparation!

My family and friends were provided with excellent hospitality at a private evening function.
The celebration was well catered for by Justine with a variety of food catered for all tastes.
Score 11 out of 10 for a quality range of food and beverages with excellent service.
Certainly would recommend Justine and her lovely friendly staff to cater for your needs.

A friend and I regularly have coffee here, it is always hot and delicious. Service is quick and friendly.. Leo particularly greeting us with a big smile, professional and efficient.. perfect start to the day 😀
We've been coming to Marmalade once a week for several weeks now and enjoyed lovely morning teas. Date scones, fruit toast, muffins are very nice, coffee and tea also very good. Staff are bright, cheerful and helpful. This cafe is very popular for good reason. It's refreshing to find a cafe that's homely and not too trendy.

We have dined here quite a few times in the past month and must say how pleasant "all" the staff are. They are all unusually friendly and welcoming, and it's such a nice feeling to be valued. The brunch food we have enjoyed has been excellent, and the table arrangement isn't confining like many other nearby cafes. There is a sign at the entrance stating that supermarket trolleys are not permitted inside, and so there are extra tables adjacent for those that have them. That makes for such pleasant atmosphere inside without being surrounded by these big trolleys (that are in most instances empty, or contain one small handbag) such as in a nearby cafe where these trolleys are permitted and take up so much room and hassle many diners. The staff at this Miss Maud are extremely well trained, very pleasant, very respectful, and very kind.
I feel like for the last year or 2 the coffee was been phenomenal and super consistent. I'd avoided it before that because I often hadn't enjoyed the coffee... But we got here every week or 2 now and haven't had even an average coffee in at least 2 years. I'm a total marmalade convert
My second time here. The cafe looks really welcoming, cozy and nice, but the ice coffee I ordered... it was ok.
Both times I visited the iced coffee was watery and diluted.
Other than that, service was excellent, friendly and efficient.
Hopefully there will be improvements with the iced coffee as this cafe is really close to my workplace.

Fast and efficient service, friendly staff, consistent coffee every time (and I go several times a week!). The food is amazing, lots of options & fresh lunches. They even do made to order dishes when you ask them! Plenty of seating indoors & outdoors

Finest establishment in the area, brilliant food, warm and approachable staff, premium service and unrivaled coffee. Regular customer for a coffee and a bite everyday of the week, Friday burgers are always a hit of incredible flavour combinations, as is all the food on offer. Hats off to the manager Paul for building such a reputable and locally loved business. Highly recommend!

Paul's passion for food and providing delicious experiences for people shines through in their food. From his staple regular offerings which are always fresh and full of flavour to his daily inspirations which can hail from all over the world. Really flavourful coffee- my flat white was the perfect ratio for me (I don’t like them too milky). The staff were so welcoming and friendly which gave the place a nice vibe 😊
First time at this trending Cafe in Duncraig. Friday brunch was very busy but only a short wait to be seated. Seated at first table near door which was OK with a warm breeze on a very hot day. Cafe is smaller than I thought it would be but has a good atmosphere with lots of chatter going on although if you don't like it noisy this may not be the right place for you. Service was quick especially considering how many people there were. Some nice and different choices for food. Mixture of bench and chair seats inside and outside. I had an iced latte which was nice and strong but alas I forgot to add ice cream for an extra $1.50 and not sure if you can add whipped cream as I didn't see an option. I had the bubble and squeak with chorizo and bacon and poached egg which was a big serve and quite nice and not too spicy. Daughter had avocado toast which she enjoyed. Small shopping centre across the way and a car park which was very busy on a Friday mid morning. Pet friendly with doggies treats too!

I love the chef salad. The portion is perfect (the portion tends to be too big for me at many cafes), and the balsamic dressing is lovely. The food comes on time from my experience. Just the other day the waiter served me the chef salad with smoked salmon on top instead of the chicken I ordered. I told him about the mistake, and he took it away swiftly, and then came back with the chicken version 10 minutes later (it was peak time), and he said “here is your salad, I’m sorry that was my fault.” He then asked me how the salad was after I finished eating which was another nice surprise. I haven’t been asked that for a while at a coffee shop. I think this type of care can especially make a cafe shine in Perth, where a large portion of the service industry tends to not apologise for mistakes or hold any accountability compared to other cities.

I ordered a bacon and cheese sausage roll and a hot chocolate. Ultra basic breakfast. They went the extra mile and gave me a sausage roll with sauce, a salad and a cute little flag. Hot chocolate came with two marshmallows as well.

Great coffee, and quick and friendly service. Enjoyed reading the paper in a quiet spot first thing in the morning. Highly recommended if you are in the area.
Wish they had more seating - I was lucky to have a table vacated just before receiving my order that I initially had to-go. Staff had no qualms plating the toasties instead of boxing them up. The Italian toastie was super tasty and I loved the fragrance of the herbs. Probably the best coffee I've had so far on my trip (5th day so far). Perth's coffee is decent, reliable, to a point where all flat whites end up tasting very similar across cafes. The flat white from here made me perk up a little.

Amazing! A must! This casual dining restaurant has something for everyone! I had a coffee which was the best I had tasted (the young lady told me it's called Locale) wonderful servers were amazing accommodated my friends baby they found us great table and just had the best meals.
So happy I found this little gem 💎 and it was extremely busy.

Lovely customer service. I ordered large cappuccino, three shots, was $5.70 which I think is on par with most other places. It was a nice coffee, not burnt and the milk was creamy with a fruity bean which is not my preferred preference.
I also ordered the margarita toastie. Very cheesy! Perhaps a little too much pesto? I did enjoy it though, hit the spot.

Had a delicious Raspberry Cheesecake here today. My kids wanted some water so bought a bottle from Woolsworth and asked Muffin Break next door for 2 small takeaway cups. They wanted to charge me 50c each. Prontissimo on the other hand happily gave them over. The Customer service was wonderful and I reward that with purchasing from them. The food looks fantastic and am happy to report it tasted great too. :-)
Absolutely the best coffee in Perth. The vibe is right, the staff are top quality and the coffee couldn’t be more on point - attention to detail 10/10. Almost croissant was perfection. Other cafes take note - this is how it’s done! Even under pressure (both times I’ve been there was a line out the door) staff are cool, calm and the product was faultless. A rarity in Perth!

Back to basics coffee and meals with indoor and outdoor seating. There is seating with sea views behind perplex wind shields.

The coffee is delicious, the biscuit I purchased for my grandson was definitely NOT fresh. I looked in the cabinet and ordered from the sign which was wrongly labelled. The staff member was argumentative, I just paid for and took the order, it was easier. 🥺

Stumbled across this deceptive cafe while waiting for my daughter to finish her ballet class. From the outside it looks pretty plain, but when you walk through the doors you'll find a much bigger space than expected! Friendly staff, great drinks, didn't have time for food but the menu looks fab. Local handmade goods for sale too, nice to see the support for small businesses.

I love the chairs at the Whitfords shopping centre. Their chairs are great and comfortable!

No breakfast menu anymore. Just what ever in the cabinet. Friendly atmosphere tho. Wish they got the real cooking back. No more food that is on the website photo 😔
Dropped in this morning & what a surprise, great yummy creamy latte in a glass & to die for biscuit; view in pics. Groovey very responsive group of guys & lady's waiting to serve you, and what a lovely gesture with everytime you get your coffee or drink, the groovey Staff hand deliver you a fresh glass of water. Situated down at the West End of Perth opposite the Old Melbourne, go try it you'll be impressed...

I’ll be honest, only stopped in as I was starving before grabbing beer brew supplies from the guys next door, but really impressed.
Great coffee, quick service and turnaround.
Brekkie wrap was great and the peanut butter brownie was indulgent beyond belief in the best way.
Interesting selection of homewares and clothes also on display.
Will be coming back when I have more time.

Went here with a group for lunch, I had the vegetable wrap toasted and a large coffee. The wrap full of various veg including beetroot and peas with cheese. Quite tasty and filling. The coffee was nice and strong as well. Sitting outside you can overlook the Indian Ocean, whilst under an enclosed canopy. Also an easy amble to the beach. Yes that is an oil rig in the background zoomed in about a X50 ratio. (2021). Wil not allow bring your own cup, but supply a takeaway disposable cup, to pour into your own, creating extra waste.
Delicious coffee made by friendly baristas. Always a good range of cabinet snacks available for breakfast and morning tea like the bacon and egg wrap, conti roll, lemon slice, muffins and cookies. Very dog friendly with a water bowl and treats available :)
My friend & I had afternoon tea today. The service was prompt & efficient. I had apple pie with cream. The pie was delicious. I have enjoyed the Earl Grey Tea & Apple Pie. Will return for future afternoon teas & bringing family members along.

Came here for a takeaway coffee which was very good. They use bonsoy milk if you are soy drinker. Thought I would make a picture of the current menu as well, as a little update. We will be back for breakfast one day. Overall good experience, friendly service and good coffee.

I got the groupon voucher and we went there for my husband's birthday. The breakfast was great, tasty and fresh. The staff were friendly and super kind and the restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere.

Simple humble cafe. Surrounded by many offices. Serve good food. Price wise, understandably standard for the location it's at.

I work in the same building but used to go to other places for coffee. But since the last winter I have bought a cup of coffee from them every morning because he makes one of the best coffee which is the right temperature and amount of frost especially cappuccino. It's beautiful.

This place makes excellent and affordable food and is just down the road from where I work. Get the chicken curry, hot chips or bacon and egg roll.
