The reason the one star service report is simple……when I ordered for the 3 of us I requested bowl of chips first to share then followed by pasta to share and pizza to share. Chips arrived table wasn’t set no plates or cutlery she walked away later I hailed the waitress and requested plates and cutlery to share chips with my friends. We haven’t even started the chips share pasta and pizza arrived which was place on the table, waitress walked off no with no cutlery as well i requested tongs to share the pasta she brought 2 large spoon.

For our mandatory Italian away from home, we tried this Italian restaurant down the road. Ordered pick-up as one of them kids had something to do online. Prices are higher than Melbourne but the portions and taste are pretty good so no complaints from the kids. We ordered marinara and piemontese pastas and the usual suspects, supreme, capriciosa and bbq chicken pizzas. For sure, not top bad.

Great atmosphere and playlist, indoor or outdoor seating, bathroom on site, warm, friendly and thoughtful service from the team of two - nothing was a trouble - and my Rainbow Wrap delicious and very generous in size.
And as important - coffee excellent(I had two)!
Breakfast out in this inner city location (border Fortitude Valley/New Farm right on the 199 bus route City/New Farm Ferry) is such a different experience to going out for Brekky in the coastal location where I live, and I really enjoyed the change.

Great location water views. We came for happy hour had discounted drink and got the meat platter, loaded fries and a burger. Far out this place is amazing such yummy food. Highly recommend for all.
I’ve been going for years now and order the Flying Pig sandwich every time without fail. Due to its delicate composition and rich flavour. With the signature mint mocha you cannot go wrong at this cafe.
SO GOOD! A big Warm welcome as soon as we arrived. The waiter attended us very quickly and asked if we’d like a coffee to start. Came very quick and was amazing! The food came super quick also and it was also amazing!! 10/10 recommend.
A warm and friendly vibe with cheerful staff. I was fortunate to be travelling through Sydney Olympic Park and stopped in for breakfast on my way to work. I thoroughly enjoyed my eggs on toast with a side of bacon, halloumi and hash brown. A delightful experience and one I would recommend to others.
This is the go-to spot for my morning fix of coffee and bacon and egg roll. The owner and the barista, Nina, are absolute gems with the friendliest attitudes and smiles.

This bar style venue serves up a cracking American BBQ. The lamb shoulder just fell off the bone and was absolutely delicious. You can dine inside or alfresco outside. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing bar style.
If you’re Muslim I would not recommend coming here. They claim to be halal, yet, have bacon in basically every meal. Their halal certification expired in January 2024. We did call in advance to confirm it was halal and they said yes.

When informing the staff, they snickered and acted as though this was a joke. It was hard to coordinate a refund with the staff, which in turn led to a call with management.
Their service and lack of respect was simply appalling. This is highly unethical and does not meet OH&S standards.

It's my favourite place to go for when I want to work my laptop. It has a big and bright space.
I find this restaurant through my NRMA membership offers. The location is close to Circular Quay and the restaurant is spacious with many seats. Their dishes are delicious and well presented, but a bit salty. The staff is friendly. With the NRMA offer, we paid only half price! Such a good experience!
Fast service, excellent coffee, and a perfectly balanced temperature make this coffee shop a standout. Unlike some other places, their coffee is served hot but not scalding, so you won't burn your hands or tongue. You can enjoy your coffee immediately without the wait. Highly recommended!
Dirty Moe's has a great vibe, with awesome artwork to enjoy and start discussions.
They have a good selection of drinks and a menu which caters for all. The kitchen staff are informative and knowledgeable about dietary requirements.

Fueling my Sydney adventures, one ice latte at a time.
Staff are very friendly and service was quick. It was pretty easy to get a table both inside and out. The meals were very good but the serves were enormous, way too much for any normal person. The prices aren't cheap but you are basically getting 2 meals in one. Definitely recommend sharing with most of these meals since otherwise too much goes to waste.
It's all about the cornbread!!! I've never had such amazing cornbread, it was light, fluffy, warm and crispy on the outside. Just perfect 👌 we bought 3 more the day after our dinner!

I ordered a steak sandwich but I was shocked when I back home and open it. I don’t know if the cafe run out of the toastie and then cooked an ugly pancake instead. I’ve been waiting over 20mins to get such thing.
Worst customer service ever, ordered a baby-chino for my son with other food, when the baby chino came my son wanted 2 marshmallows so i kindly asked the waiter for an extra marshmallow he went in and then came back asking for 50c, i was like ‘lol’ but i said fine get me the marshmallow first i will come and pay as my son was crying. He said no i needed to wait back in line to purchase the marshmallow before he could give me one. Are these guys actually for real?

Found this little gem nearby to the hotel i was staying. Have to say that it is absolutely brilliant. The food was really great. The service was prompt and friendly. The coffee was spot on. The atmosphere was perfect for an inner city cafe vibe.
They offer some light takeaway options along with some takeaway juices. Sydney often misses the mark on cafes, im very pleased to say that this little cafe has ticked all of the boxes.

Friendly staff. Good vibe. They have more gluten free options now which is nice. Highly recommend the gluten free chocolate cookie. It goes well with their coffee. Was busy this morning when I got take away but staff were still lovely :)
Coffee was good, desserts looked great, there are no price tags on the display sweets. You would have to ask about each individual item to find ojt the price.

Ordered the Scallop Pasta and a BBQ Chicken pizza. Both were steaming hot and delicious when they quickly arrived at our table.

I found this place on one of my walks. ordered a coffee and a burger. My order came super fast! Staff were so friendly and I love the little quirky art works and the atmosphere was wonderful. Will absolutely be returning!

I imagined 'the big cheese bagel' a bit differently. I can't complain about the amount of cheese, but I expected it to be melted, not cold. Additionally, it seemed like it was torn apart rather than cut (hopefully not bitten), and there was just a big piece of it in the middle of a very dry bagel. However, the coffee and service were good
We had a group of friends gathering for our common interest and each bought a drink at the store. However, the lady who seemed to be the manager with her really unpleasant attitude came up to us and said “You cannot have a class here. Next time you can’t come here to have a lesson/class.”
First of all, this is not a class and we aren’t running an activity for profit and simply took your place. You are judging people with your prejudice and that should not be the attitude to run a business. I hope you could have lesson on customer service cuz it’s important for your own good. Second, there won’t be a next time for us and you can rest assured that we will spread the words to our friends.

I hang out with my friends, around 10 ppl of us, each of us order drinks and food, and sit down to share the things we bought, then suddenly an Asia lady (maybe manager of this cafe) came and say: not allow us to have a class here! Excuse me? We share the things we bought to other friends, why it’s a class? We explained this is not a class, then she still not allowed us to stay! Her tone was so mean and rude! Never go there again!!

The service is incredible! I've always wanted to go there and I wasn't disappointed at all! The food is very good, we were very well looked after, the waitresses were very kind and attentive to us. Not to mention the taste of the Ultimate Box. Amazing! Thank you! I live nearby and will definitely go back.
We're completely sold and floored by the recommendations of the Tuesday Brisket and Mixed Platter. Had there been any lamb left, I'm sure we'd have loved it too. Anyways, we gobbled up the additional order Buffalo Wings!

We ate the Spaghetti Prawn Pasta and Spaghetti Seafood Marinara. The Spaghetti Prawn Pasta had lovely sun dried tomatoes and olives in a lovely olive oil sauce. The Prawns were big and juicy and fresh and they put plenty of then in.
The Spaghetti Seafood Marinara had a lovely sauce and fresh Mussels, Squid, Scallops and Prawns. We added a bit of chilli to it to give it a bit of a kick 😊

Tuesday nights are an absolute winner and no brainer which is the $22 brisket meal!
The serving size is great value and the meat falls apart in your mouth.
We ordered three servings one with garlic bread and mac&cheese and the other two with garlic bread and fries. All were great options.
The brisket comes with bbq sauce so there is no need to order any other sauces.
We will be coming back!

Ordered the steak sandwich and added a side of chips for an extra $4. Disappointing to be served a tiny scrap of stale chips and half the sandwich without any steak.
I recently enjoyed a fantastic coffee experience at Standing Room Only. The cappuccino I ordered with two shots was nothing short of amazing – the blend was perfect, and the rich flavor truly delighted my taste buds. Came here for breakfast today and had a large hot chocolate and a nice egg sandwich on toast. The service was awesome and quick too. Located in the heart of Rosebery, this hidden jem is a must when your in this area.
I was so delighted to find this cafe on Google maps when in Sydney recently and returned a month later - on both visits, excellent food and friendly service. Breakfast and lunch menus are fantastic and the only challenge is choosing between it all 😀

Really impressed as the service, food and especially the coffee was good so they deserve the 5 stars.

Food was ok. Service was ok. Had the Chicken Parmigiana, Smashed Avo and a Benedict. The dishes were all fine, and the staff all catered to our requests. Coffee was ok, Parmigiana was slightly above average and was seasoned well, but perhaps a little bit overcooked. The chips were great, not the super crispy kind, but the softer, tastier kind. Smashed Avo was ok as well, the avocado was a bit lumpy. Overall, it wasn't bad, and it wasn't excellent, an "ok" place to stop for a brunch or lunch.
Food is a bit pricy but very good quality. Cold brew was overrated didn't really like it. But overall ok would come back. Staff were pretty friendly and food came out pretty quick.
In my opinion everything was great at the Two Fives Cafe. Even down to the vintage teaspoons and clever menu items the sandwiches I ordered with Turkish bread were so delicious and perfectly balanced in ingredients. I got the Apollo lamb, fried chicken and pulled pork 👌🏻

Definitely one of the best cafes we have been to in north Adelaide !! Amazing vegetarian breakfast with a lot of options and quick service too ! The coffee was good too ! Ample of space in and around the cafe ,have a indoor as well as outdoor seating area and ample of parking available too !!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you are after a good breakfast !

Great place that really is standing room only! Steady stream of people coming through when we went there though since the coffee is so good, very popular with great service. Coffee also came with some tonic water which is unusual for most places in Perth. They also sell beans and some other coffee related paraphernalia like filters and other machines. Overall I was very impressed with this place and will be back!
I visited for my lunch and I visited again for my breakfast on the next day. Both food and coffee were nice and worth repeating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As this visit was during my holiday, there will not be a chance for me to visit again soon. However, I will definitely visit again if I have another chance to come to Sydney.
The best brunch in New farm. My partner and I really enjoyed the sandwich and coffee, and the lovely clerk was always very friendly to us. Enjoy balcony seating.

Really kind staff, fast service, and good coffee. Haven't ever needed to wait long for my order, and the quality never disappoints.
I finally tried out the Three Beans Cafe, and it was pretty damn good. The eggs Benedict had a generous serving of everything and a uniquely tangy hollandaise sauce. The salmon and egg worked incredibly well together, and the sourdough was just a little tough to cut through, but it didn't ruin the breakfast. As a drink, I had the biscoffe milkshake, which was the highlight of the breakfast and well worth the premium price.
Easily one of the best place to grab some meal when you’re around that area. Ambiance is great, outdoor or indoor seating. The food is great too! Service is excellent. I went over there few times over this month as I stayed around Wentworth Point.
Good mocha in the morning - I will need to come another time to actually try the food on the menu. I think the founder / owner (Dennis) was there this morning - all business and I like it (wants to make sure you get your coffee done right). Tasted fine and the barista did a good job. 👌🏻
This was the first time I've been to Dirty Moe's. I have to say I wasn't disappointed. The food was amazing. The staff were friendly. It was clean and well laid out so you didn't feel crammed in. Very nice.
Great little snuggley decked out Coffee Stop in the Piccidilly Arcade, between Hay & Murray Streets, Est 13 years now and what a groovey spot very tastful and with a great selection of drinks to go or stay. I didn't try any food or snacks so I can't really score high on that, but heh drop in you won't be disappointed friendly knowledgeable Owner/Operators, a class stop off..

We ate here every morning for breakfast on our travels. The staff was amazing. Roger and Mia welcomed us each morning, remembered us the second day. The food was top notch, delicious and presented professionally and artistically. We tried something new each morning and each dish was as perfect. Coffee was delicious. Quick service as well! Dennis was so kind. We loved the atmosphere. I wish I could have taken the whole place home with me. I highly recommend this fabulous restuarant cafe!
I am from Melbourne and have lived their for over a decade and hands down I have say these guys make the BEST bloody coffee in the country! To be really honest, I have travelled to over 34 countries, and still nothing compares to the coffee these guys make!! Highly recommended and you will know it for yourself 😊

It is a cute little cafe attached to an old house on a street corner. We were welcomed by the friendly staff at the counter. They had a little souvenir/handmade shop too, I bought a little brooch as a gift for a friend. The burger was quite good and the doritos chips was a cute touch. My hubby had the vegan fruits bowl with coconut yoghurt and he was happy with it too. Price is similar to other small cafes. Over all it was a nice lunch.
The experience was amazing from the moment we walked in the door. From the service with a smile, to the great coffee and food. Plenty of Vegan options. Cute gift shop with one off creations. LGBT friendly, dog friendly. Highly recommended dining exoerience. We'll be back for more.

We've hosted a thank you breakfast for school staff members and have ordered a coffee van and breakfast from Two Fives. Not only they offered competitive pricing but the quality was exceptional! The teachers and staff members all loved it. We ordered a mix of sweet and savory options with fresh fruit. The coffee was delicious as usual and was prepared on the spot by one of their top baristas Babara :). They've also prepared coffee alternatives and bottled water for those who are not coffee drinkers. Thank you so much for making the event so wonderful with your touch.

Chicken burger was yummy and probably saved the cafe rating overall.
Ambience is average... a bit dark and dull... and decor didn't flow - there's greenery, a boat, random ropes.
Service was quick and efficient but no smiles or greetings.

Best Caesar salad. Not many Caesar salads include huge amounts of avocado and kale. Good portion, well dressed.

Coffee tasted burnt… Both of them. Service was abrupt and lacking, croque monsieur had one thin slice of ham… A little stingy and seriously you need to fix your flap door so they don’t bang constantly each time your staff enter or exit behind the counter. It’s not pleasant to hear.

A very fine Eggs Benedict with perfect eggs stacked on two slices of toast. Excellent coffee. Topped by great service.
Apart from a beautiful looking and relaxed atmosphere, the bacon and egg roll from here was absolutely delicious. Took them up on the $12 deal of bacon and egg roll and a coffee (substituted for a chai latte) and was not disappointed. I chose the aioli as the sauce but there were plenty of other options to choose from. Try it. You will be glad you did l. Service was good too (except 1 very miserable member of wait staff, hopefully she's ok!)
Great vibe and decor. Friendly staff. Colleague and I enjoyed our latte and mocha. BIG is an understatement describing the size of their cookies. If you're a cookies fan, you will enjoy your visit when you see the size of their cookies.
Great Campos coffee and friendly service, excited for them to open back up properly once the restrictions are lifted!
Not gonna lie, I was expecting an average standard cafe chicken burger but instead I was surprised with something better. I was surprised with a decent chicken burger with a charcoal bun. The burger is a nice savoury sandwich of breaded fried chicken thigh, american cheese (I think), slaw, shredded granny smith apple, (I also think) corn, sweet chili sauce, another sauce that accompanied the slaw and definitely another ingredient or two.
The seasoning, the chicken and the sweet chili sauce create a nice savoury prominent taste while the slaw, the second sauce and other greens balance the flavour profile by pairing the meat with a fresh salad.
Buuuut that’s pretty expected with any burger with greens in between. What I’m trying to say is that the amounts were perfect and that none of the ingredients were overpowering.
The charcoal bun’s taste and texture was surprisingly similar to that of a fresh brioche bun. So instead of crunching away at dry bread like you would expect from a cheap homemade burger from a school fair (Not that that’s bad, I love these things too), You would eat a soft and sweet bun that doesn’t crumble in your hands but pillow in your mouth.
Now this was ordered during a quiet hour in the middle of a COVID lockdown with ‘stay at home’ orders (I was getting my vaccine today and the vaccination staff told me to come back because I was too early so rack off), so I was fortunate enough to receive a burger that was made by someone who could take their time. So to me, this is another fortunate surprise of spending $20.
Absolute huge compliments to the cook and management for organising decent food. Definitely recommend the chicken burger from the Conservatorium in Sydney Olympic Park.

Very tasty coffee and banana bread at a reasonable price in the mornings. Indoor and outdoor seating. Service is quick and the staff are so nice! Will be my go to coffee spot when I'm in the area.

This was the first time that we had been to The Nest and our experience there was very good.
The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble when we modified our original order.
We started with coffee, two flat white and a cappuccino. The flat white was a little weak but we like it that way. The main issue was that the coffee was not hot. The cappuccino was perfect.
Service was very quick and our meals arrived promptly.
We had spaghetti carbonara, smoked salmon with Spanish onion, cream cheese, asparagus and capers on sour dough and the third meal was two fried eggs on white toast.
All meals were delicious and were hot when they arrived at the table.
We finished off with another coffee, hot this time, a cronut and a small cheesecake. All were delicious.
We also thought that the prices were reasonable.

The Nest has a fitting name, nestled on the top level of Westfield Chatswood in what feels to be a loft like experience. You are surrounded by wood that is almost woven into the furniture. The food is sweet and the service is friendly and attentive. Coffee was delicious too.

Just when Instagram had me thinking all cafes were on the way to becoming a bit 'extra', along comes Bloomfield Eatery. Housed in the entrance to a Rosebery office block, Bloomfield Eatery is both minimalist and lean. Scattered across the lobby, the chairs, stools and tables shout contemporary schoolroom against white walls and polished aggregate floors. A beautiful floral arrangement softens the angular space, which seems to be more about the passive patterns created by wells of light than it is about active decoration.
The menu is similarly pared back; and completely devoid of freak shakes and other Persian fairy-floss topped affectations. You won’t find waffles, matcha or turmeric flavoured lattes, or burger monstrosities here, and, quite frankly, it's a bit of a relief. While those items may have special occasion appeal, on your average Monday I just want a well-made coffee. Here the beans are Campos, and the barista has spent time working in their facility, so my Latte ($3.50) was robust and complex with balanced bitterness that didn’t require me to add sugar just to make it drinkable.
While sandwiches and salads take up most of the menu’s real estate, you can opt for a slightly fancier bowl of Miso Salmon ($17). It’s a well presented bowl of organic soba noodles sitting in warm dashi broth and topped with a generous amount of charred miso-cured salmon fillets, strips of nori and floating green snow peas that add crunch and visual interest.
A large Salad Bowl ($12) gives you two selections from their trio of interesting plant foods. I’m happy to see beet leaves feature in two of the menu's salad selections, including one with purple cauliflower, goat’s cheese, red quinoa, pickled Swiss browns, piquillo peppers and beetroot. Hopefully these slightly sweet chard like leaves will have you asking why you ever threw beetroot leaves away! All three salads (yeah I was greedy and asked for a bowl combining all three of the day’s offerings) are full of interesting vegetables – artichoke, radicchio, salted kale – plus different nuts and grains to ensure they make a balanced meal.
However don’t be shy about adding a side if you’re sceptical about feeling hungry after eating a salad lunch. Both the 7 Spice Chicken ($4.50) and Haloumi ($4.50) are tasty and generously proportioned, and dense enough to ensure you last through the afternoon without snacking. Not that there's anything wrong with visiting Bloomfield Eatery for an afternoon pick-me-up, especially as they stock products from Nútie Donuts, like their popular vegan chocolate chip cookies...

Being locals to Rosebery, we were extremely happy to see this cafe pop up. Located inside the lobby of a small office building and trendy area, it has a minimal but stylish decor, complete with beautiful floristry.
The cafe has has a great vibe and the ambience is set by their playlist of good tunes.
The menu options are the type of thing we’re keen to order over and over again, like granola, avo on toast, brekkie rolls and brekkie bowls. The lunch menu offers salads and sandwiches so you can easily get a fresh and healthy meal at either breakfast or lunch.
We had the granola and the smashed avocado dishes. Both were simple yet super tasty. The coconut yoghurt really compliments the granola and we also like that there’s not too much honey. Nicely balanced.
The classic smashed avocado on toast was nicely executed. You get the sweetness from the relish and saltiness from the goats curd which is oh so perfect.
They use coffee beans from Campos which they are proud to present and we were excited to see that daily batch brew was on offer.
We love this cafe and look forward to revisiting .

Great new neighbourhood cafe located close to The Cannery. Friendly service, excellent coffees and a good variety of breakfast options. Recommend the avo toast and the breaky bun to get the day going.

Food: We ordered a hot chocolate, a pistacchio Friand and a cookies and cream milkshake. The hot chocolate was watery and inconsistent. The friend was mushy and looked few days old. The milkshake had cookies that had been crushed but not mixed properly - hence they had gone to the bottom of the tumbler forming a mushy lump
Staff:
Just as other reviews mentioned, the staff are unprofessional and don't care about their work. No smiles nothing rude.
Ambience: the place is in the middle of the mall with escalators on one side hence no real privacy, the tables are squished together and you can hear the next person
Menu: One star for the menu as they have a number of items that are different and hopefully if done well would taste amazing.
Tip: High chairs are available even though it was me who had to tell the waiter that they had high chairs at the back :?

A small Cafe located under 9 Help St building. Extremely friendly staff with personal service. Great coffee and a small but tasty selection of food. Staff always have big smiles. Has both indoor and outdoor seating.
