One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. There were a myriad of issues plaguing our stay:
- 20% of the lights in the apartment did not work (bedroom and bathroom)
- Some power outlets were broken and not working
- All Blinds were broken and some had mold
- Most bedroom shutters were broken
- No wifi password provided even though the welcome letter said it was on the fridge
- No hairdryer was made available even though the room was advertised to have one
- Bubbling and Peeling paint
- Fan in the bathroom did not work or didn't exist

When the staff were called to deal with the issues they told us "we are busy at a 50th Birthday party and cannot be of assistance". Extremely rude!!

Should not be a 3 star hotel! I would give 0 stars if it were possible.

Love this complex!
We booked for my mom who needed a much needed break and although the view is fantastic, they would not let her cancel even though she got Covid. She pushed herself to get there and then on arrival there is construction all around the area across the street, so it’s noisy all day. There is no AC so can’t sleep at night as the bedroom is very hot. The couch is very small so can’t even rest on the lounge to enjoy the view. The TV didn’t work and NO Wi-Fi so couldn’t even watch something on an iPad. And to top it off the water pressure was terrible. And they charged an arm and a leg and make you practically clean the place yourself, even though you have to pay a massive cleaning fee with the booking. Rip off!
Moved in 2 weeks ago, so far so good!
The on-site management is friendly and helpful.
We've lived here for over 7 years and loved our time here. The onsite management staff are great and there is a great community of people living there too. Highly recommend.

Lived here for a year. Really amazing apartment with two pools and great on site management.
Great building and location, on-site rental management not worthy of any trust.

Rent through real estate or privately.
Well maintained stylish residential block of apartments.
Just a WARNING to anyone wishing to use the VISITOR PARKING !!! DONT !!! I won't be returning to visit my friend any time soon, unfortunately ! I occasionally visit my friend who permanently resides at this building. I usually park on the street, but due to it being around 7:30pm and dark, I requested to park in the under ground visitor parking, which was empty, except for one car, which wasn't towed. (now I know why, I could assume many are scared to park there). I have young children and thought this would be the safest option, than walking the street with our belongings in the dark. I was supporting a friend who recently had an injury, which management are aware of. I returned to discover my car had been towed, which was extremely distressing for myself and the residing resident. I have never known a building to not leave a note offering a warning for future reference and I am quite well aware of the dynamics that generally occur and the business opportunities available with these dealings. Which I find disappointing. I unfortunately did not see the sign, but do acknowledged it was there. I have spoken with others, who reside and own other businesses within the hospitality and tourism sector, they also have said they felt that you should have offered a note on the windscreen advising, not to do this again as it was the first time occurance, as such I am aware of a large chain in Broadbeach does this. I am a single mother, I had to frantically access support to release my car from being impounded and have been left shaken by this experience with no compassion for why someone may be there longer than expected.
Plenty of options nearby. Close to the water with good public transport.
Good for families and friends also close to the Broad water restaurants and bars so Sapphire is Awesome!
Just moved here. Friendly management, great parking and close to everything!
Great place to live or just for a weekend getaway, close to restaurants, water, and walking or bike riding paths,. Close to sea world and surf beach as well.
I lived in proximity for almost a year. The property manger was helpful throughout my tendency, from moving, living, and moving out. Apartments are nice and location is excellent (great for airport workers).
We moved into the Proximity almost 2 months ago and after reading a couple of the more critical reviews, I have to say that I honestly don't know where they are coming from - I am a stay-at-home mom and therefore naturally see the managers quite frequently and I have NEVER experienced anything but friendly faces and competent help in every possible way.
In the last couple of years we have lived in various different places all around the world and I can really say that this is a great building to live in - and very family friendly :-)!
A place to live and stay. Was going okay, Until your your friends car gets ruthlessly towed.

Dear management, why are you being so cold hearted during these tough times.

I have calmed down and cooled my jets.
The cape is not a lousy place to live. It is next to Bond university, which is very quiet because of the border closures to international students.

There is still the pub and varsity brewhouse 🏘️

I kind of miss the place and the incredible views of the 🌇 sunsets.

If I win the lottery, is like to live at the same apartment, I buy it off the owner. That is only if they were happy to do so.

I personally wish everyone good luck, success and growth in 2021.

Thank you, and good day.
Great water view from my apartment. I hear the management isnt going to stick around long. So hopefully a more professional management will be taking over soon.
Bad management, unprofessional, rude people that dont even know how to behave properly not to mention do any kind of work. They are poison and shouldnt be working anywhere near people. Today in the morning at the reception another example of their managerial lack of skills: was told to piss off when asked about mail.
Haven't stayed here but the facilities are great!
A lot of amenities. View were lovely. Air conditioned. Nice and close to beach and eateries.
Love it. Great views. Great maintenance people. Great owner.
If you're looking for good inner city accommodation, inspect this place. It's pretty cool.
Fabulous place to stay, relax and enjoy the surroundings. Apartments were clean and homely. Only fault would be that its a family orientated place but our apartment had very uncomfortable lounge chairs. Great place to walk and explore the local shops, great skate park for the kids near by and the beach was amazing! The drive along the coast road to Ballina was lovely and plenty of places to stop and explore. We hope to get back to Lennox Head one day and stay at these apartments.
A bit noisey with uni students yahooing st night but nice pool
Do not stay at this property!
2.5 hour delayed check inn due to room being unserviced.
Key pick up is from a sushi shop under the complex.
Was sent to the wrong car park
After arriving I found the carpet and kitchenware was filthy.
Coat hangers ,food and use tissues under the bed.
Spare blankets provided smell like perfume and had hair on them.
Cleaner asked to access the room to lend a broom????
No information provided about Internet or anything for that matter
Pictures provided about the room Is nothing like the room or view
Upon complaining about these matters after finally getting in contact with management I was accused of the soiled carpet.
The PR at this property should be disgusted with theirselves and how the property is run!
