First time trying oporto i oder the spicy ricee got not flavour like just eating normal rice not taste not spicy and also i oder the spicy cheese chip there was no cheese the not eevn the spice and chip was soggy this is my first and last of oporto i just waste my money

I don't often leave a review, but respectable institutions like this deserves to be known about. This has to be the best Fish and Chip shop on the Gold Coast. I am particular on some of these more traditionally humble, laid back meals maintaining humble, laid back prices.
The prices are very competitive. Hamburger with extras, $10, and it's really good. Infact, all burgers are cheap, and all burgers are so darn tasty.
The fish is great, from a simple cheap cut to a more premium cut, they are good, size fillets with great batter and great quality chips.
The food and the prices make this feel more than a business but an institution. It's no suprise they have won awards.

Food was not nice, chips had the dregs it appeared , the chicken tenders were burnt not nice the meal deal got me double serve of fries come on guys I know u can do better
Alway fresh we eat Yiros salad pack at least once a month.
We ordered 3 x snapper, 6 x prawn cutlets and $7 worth of chips.

The snapper was way overcooked. The fillets were hard and like rubber. The prawns and the chips were overcooked too.

food without a doubt slaps. i ate there multiple times, and the fish, bacon burger, steak sandwich and chicken snitzel burger are amazing. not only are the standards high, but the prices are low. simply one of the best places to eat in the goldie
A bit of an unusual spot for a bánh mì but this place truly pumps out the best food. Bread and salad were fresh, pickles were crunchy and tasty, and the pate was just second to none. Hands down one of the best bánh mì places in Sydney.
Never have I ever been to a kebab shop, that genuinely weighs their meat. Between the kebab sizes and Hsp sizes if you watch the person make the food they put it on a scale and measure weight 🤦🏼♂️

Established in 1972. This fish and chips/fishmonger. Grills an awesome salmon. That with an awesome Greek salad. Not sure if they are Greek but the feta was amazing cherry tomato’s and dressing was the best I have ever had. 😋
By far the best schnitz you will go to. The customer service is immaculate from the manger all the way to the other staff always smiling and happy to serve you. Thanks for the consistent amazing service

I’ve come here three times a week for the past month, the same 2 girls serve me they make the best coffee within the shop, compared to what I had this morning. Wouldn’t recommend, seems as though they’ve changed staff and the coffee is now awful. Undrinkable.
Went through drive thru for chips and this was just abit after 10am waited 10min and didn't get served at all tried to walk in and doors where locked. Website said was opened at 10am instead went to maccas got served straight away.
It’s my first time when I get disappointed from this store. I didn’t get proper food. There is no sauce in the wrap and there is no salt on the chips.
Not bad not good. On the positives I asked for specific pieces to be included and they got that right. On the negatives the person who made up the order was I think a newbie and took forever to get my order ready. The chips ended up needing to be microwaved at home which is a shame cause fresh KFC chips are the goat.

Ordered 2 packs through drive thru. When we got home we were shocked and fuming to find out they charged us for both packs and then individually charged us for each item within the pack. I’m recovering from major surgery and my hubby was worn out after a 14 hour working day so we did not return. We paid in excess of $20 more than we should have. Please check when you drive thru. I have since learnt we are not the only victims of this scam.
A great quality delectable Indian feed. My only gripe was that my gf was incorrectly undercharged for our cheesy naan, and they chased her down while her hands were full of food to pay. Great food nonetheless and will come back more than likely.
Do not order delivery from here. They charge you for salad on your pork rolls. $1extra if you want pickled carrots, $0.50 for coriander, $0.50 for chilli, $0.50 for cucumber, $0.50 for shallots, and $0.50 for onion. The rolls also start at $10. Never in my life have I ever heard of that. Vegetables should be included in a Vietnamese roll.
Had the misfortune of ordering food here for my family. Placed an order direct on the Red rooster app for delivery. At 6.20pm app said out for delivery about 15 minutes after the Order . So all good should be arriving soon. 1hour and 15 minutes no food . OK ring store , Lady manager tells me not our fault food has left the store with driver you must ring them. I explain to her That it is their driver I don't have his contact information. no apology wait 5 more minutes. OK so I wait 35 more minutes no food. Ring again this time Male manager tells me to contact driver (Whilst the lady from before screams rudely in the background) I explain that it is their driver and store and Its not for me to contact driver(impossible ) where is my food been nearly 2 hours. phone hangs up in my ear. 5 minutes later a car arrives cold chips wrong order wrong drink no apology. The people who are managing this business have no idea what customer service is. As for Red Rooster I sent them 2 emails in regards to this matter not a single reply.

Schnitz has the best Chips, and the staff are friendly, and the service they provide is amazing. Love the Plain and simple added with pineapple, substituting sauce with sweet chilli Mayo with Moroccan😋

For some reason KFC in Australia really does not taste good. While I tend to like it in US and Europe in Australia it is rather soggy than crispy which seems to be the main problem!

Got a small hsp for 14$, what i got in 14$ check the image. Seriously stop ripping off people, on name of chicken i got only 50 g
Overall i receive average service and food quality at red rooster woodvale, however recently i found if i walk in store as oppose to driving through. i am met by a dodgy looking homeless lad on my way out who consistently begs me for money and food and if i do not comply he trips me over and takes me zinger box and runs away with it. I have alerted the in-store employees about this and they have replied with “Oh, that’s just ‘Jack’”. I am not satisfied with this result or lack of action against this event. I request the head office look into this more seriously for a better outcome, until then you can expect to find me at McDonalds.

Great food have been coming here for a while however I have noticed the serving size has shrunk by alot but price has gone up, used to get a large rice hsp in a decent size container but now it's in a very small container not filling at all see photo for reference normal size fork placed on top.

Have been there 3 times in the last 6 months and the chicken in the Bondi burger has been cold every time. Two of the times the bread was stale. I don't normally write bad reviews, but this store needs to lift it's game
I don't want to say anything negative but after giving these guys a god 4 goes I must say this place just keeps getting worse. I'd love to see an improvement and maybe even some staff training on customer service and hygiene.

Honest Review. This place won’t disappoint you because they sell the best HSP in Cranbourne. The chips are fresh and the meat is perfectly cooked compared to other places and I’m definitely coming back! 👍

Fish, (seafood)and chips here is awsome. Was great in 2019 then we moved away. Came back for Xmas 2022, I think there are different owners but the food is still excellent. Clean hot fat, fish cooked to perfection.

Delicious tasting Indian food for a VERY affordable price! Obviously it’s a fast food model so I wouldn’t recommend for dine in experience! Friendly staff! Amazing Naan bread and butter chicken! Definitely coming back again!

It was a great customer service experience at the Parkmore store, Awesome food quality and fresh .. Amazingly served by staff "Krish " making sure all the food was prepared the best with special requests for being a vegetarian customer . 😀. Thank you.

This is my go to coffee place ! I cannot function during the day without their coffee. Thank you for perking me up every morning, such lovely staff too who always remember my order. I have 2 babies under 2 and sleep has been a nightmare for the last 2 years, their coffee is my only remedy to keep me functioning throughout the day. THANK YOU FOR EXISTING
Great food for a reasonable price, and the new store manager Krish is excellent at keeping the standards of the food high. I got the veggie avocado smash parma and chips.
Now it’s happened to me twice in the past two weeks. I ordered two spice of life( double wrap and normal burger) but instead I have received double on burger and single on wrap. I ordered a Parma instead I got a melted chips and cheese( see the photo). It’s was terrible and waste of $75. Shame on u guys with ur service and ur food.

This place offers three taste tests for FREE! I went in there once and was going for a nice looking curry tried it and did not like it but the recommended a curry I would have overlooked twice and loved it. I would recommend the combo meal and garlic naan bread is made fresh in front of your very two eyes. I would highly recommend it.

Crazy first day, lines way out the door with people everywhere! They were fast with cooking though and getting people in and out. Very small place to sit and eat, best to find another seating area or takeaway. Very clean and the atmosphere was big and felt packed all the time. Good Oporto to get food from was a great meal and great service.

It was delicately crumbed and lighty fried - didn't feel oily - and had a great crisp texture. Chips had a wonderful crunch. The seafood salad was excellent. Overall a great meal and served promptly The venue seems popular with the locals, with a steady stream of people ollecting their lunches and the guys behind the counter greeting them by name. There's a very small number of tables and the staff were accomodating by suggesting we combine 2 tsingle tables to fit our party of 3. Great seafood; great staff. Well recommended.
The heavenly aroma omitted from this establishment was compelling. The food was succulent, the naan was scrumptious and the price was right. I've scarcely over ate, but the culinary delights delivered from this place are so delicious I couldn't get enough.
