I was at Taco Bell Cessnock last night for the second time ever. The first time was pretty good, but last night was horrible. We ordered over $50 worth of food.
When we received our order, it was missing items, and the items we did get had the wrong filling. Not sure how they managed to screw up this bad, but it took four times to get all our items, and even then, it still had the wrong filling. At that point, we just gave up.
Not to mention the toilet were dirty with pee all over the floor and no toilet paper.
On a note positive they gave us extra churros to say sorry which are were delicious
Would also like to say the young lady behind the counter gave a good service with all the issues

This TB gets a lot of flack but I've never had a bad experience. The staff are always really nice and apologetic about wait times (which is fairly often). The wait times aren't overly long but I don't mind because the food is always fresh. Keep it up, team. :)
Officially the best chicken burger I've had. Bummed I didn't get a picture but wow. Think it was the Cassandra Wong. I also got sriaracha Mayo as extra, if there is one thing I would change about the burger it would be change the chicken from breast to a thigh, more tender and easier to chew as the chicken was a little stringy. But over all this was a 9/10 for me. Next time I'm back down this way I'm coming back for more!
Always great food, have been here quite regularly and on the odd occasion there's a bit of a wait but we never mind because we know it means our food will be fresh 😄

Happy with the food quality, had a bit of a mishap in order got the wrong kebab, when I went back the guy on counter took it back after a bit of back and forth. I can tell he was very angry. But gave me the right order anyways.

Fresh meat is assembled over a giant skewer that has probably taken hours to assemble. The meat is properly prepared and seasoned.
For the HSP, you get crispy properly cooked chips, with crisp and well cooked meat, in my case lamb, but I assume the same goes for chicken.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Souvlaki's were delicious, meat was so tender. The Feta chips were also packed in there! 10/10 will be coming back again!
Great new found burger in Southeast! Their burgers were amazing! I ordered the burger with prawn and I loved it! It was juicy and tasty! My partner had another one which was also good. :)
We tried their buffalo wings and cheesy loaded fries. The cheesy loaded fries was too salty though for us, but the buffalo wings were just soo good. :)
Overall, we are so happy to find a very good burger spot near our home. :)

This is such a cool, local place full of car memorabilia and decor. Food is made fresh in the open kitchen and is typical of an American diner. Lots of pimped out burgers for all the omnivores out there! Personally, I love the mushroom burgers though. Order at the counter and the food is brought to your table. Definitely a local favourite judging by the continuous flow of delivery drivers.
I ordered a chicken and gravy roll for lunch. Feeling how light the box felt was the first sign of concern. Opening the box only added to the disappointment. The roll was half filled with chicken at best. It's not a complex meal to get right. They were either lazy, tight, or both. I regret not mentioning something on the spot. Be better..
Always fresh and tasty, the best in the area
Just had a great impromptu dinner here for the first time and we loved it. Food was served hot and fresh, perfect serving sizes and a massive menu to choose from. Food is definitely reasonably priced for what we ate. We played a couple of rounds of Jenga from their supply of board games while there. Lovely staff and very clean restaurant. We will be back, particularly as they are open late!
This place is the ultimate! Most incredible burgers at a great price, top shelf friendly service, great range and the best milkshakes around.

Just had lunch with my friend here for the first time. The food was absolutely full of flavor and hands down one of the best burger places in the Southeast. Definitely coming back to try the Ty Burger with the nacho fries. They also had games to entertain your kids while waiting for the food. 10/10.
Went there to pick the food I ordered. The guy was taking way long. When I did ask him how long are you going to take. He said cannot you see its only me. Really had a very bad experience. Don't recommend to anyone.
We’ve been dining here at HC for quite some time now and we love the variety of their foods! Their operating hours is very realiable for people like us who gets home quiet late in the evening - we are comfortable that there is a shop open for us to still buy a decent and proper dinner ! Yummy food and very friendly and warm owners! :)

So its been about close to a year id say since ive been here,was always a favourite but didnt have the time to get there, so finally went there tonight 7/7/24. Anyway apart from everything gone up by $5 per deal/item i bought a large hsp was looking forward to this for a fair while,only to notice once i started eating now there was more majority chips in the box with very thing layer of meat,very dissapointing especially at now $22 and it was mainly chips. I thi k this will be the last time i go here and try other kebab venues,

The pizzas are absolutely beautiful, but lucky inside the pizza shop it doesn’t look all that Clean it needs to be painted out and brightened up but I cannot say anything bad about the pizzas. They are 10 out of 10.

I ordered HSP with cheese, and they charged me $18 at the same time I ordered the same, and they charged me $20. When we checked the bill we went back to them and then asked why they charged us extra money for the second order and they said they put extra cheese for the second order. when we went home and checked the food, both said there were no differences. the food was disgusting and very rude staff. it's not about the $2. As the consumer law, they can't do this.

The first time I came here the gyro was perfect, fresh onion and fresh tomato, soft and juicy meat and overall worth the high price of $18 but today the gyro was chewy and dry and the onion and tomato didn't taste fresh and for $18 definitely not worth it.
Based on my experience and other people's experiences I think that Melon Labe need to work on consistency.

Disgusting Kebab. The garlic sauce didn't taste right, meat was bland, wrap was soggy, and it gave me a good cleanse in the toilet. I'm thankful I didn't get sick. Although the kebabs are cheap I would still recommend to anyone to save your money and buy a can of dog food it will taste just as good.
No crust on smashed patties at all. Poor meat taste (no seasoning, didn't taste fresh). Burger sucked.

Food, service and atmosphere all on point. We were attended to as soon as we walked in, orders taken and served shortly after and the food was delicious. The OMG burger is what I had and I was very satisfied. The staff are kind and the atmosphere is good with decent music. Very comfortable experience. Thank you.

Really tasty HSP and good value. We got the large and it was packed to the brim. Chips were also well fried and very crispy. Definitely worth a visit!
Welcomed whole heartly by the owner at the counter. Atmosphere was astonishing. The quantity was more than enough. Taste and quality of food was top notch. Specifically loved the trendy serving plates. Value for money. Highly recommended.

the souvlaki is ok, but half very soft chips and only half lamb. btw, NO toilet for customer, they point you to go to neighbor's toilet.

Having ordered our lunch at the drive through today, this is where the convenience ended. After waiting 15 minutes for the first car to be cleared through the drive-thru, we proceed to the 'pay' window to find no one there or coming to take our payment so we proceed to the 'pick-up' window where we wait a further 5 minutes before 'Kayla' shows up.
'Kayla' proceeds to tell us that because we didn't pay at the pay window we needed to drive round into the drive thru again to pay at the correct window, remembering we have already waited over 20 minutes now.The question was asked why we couldn't pay at the pick up window because there was no one at the window, Kayla's reply was 'Sorry but we only have a few people today' and apparently this staff shortage becomes the customers problem.
After being left with the choices of leave or drive around again, we drove around again after being promised by Kayla we would be processed straight through, we were not. We now waited another 15 minutes for one car to clear and when we arrived at the pick up window a second time, we waited 5 minutes again to get our cold, soggy underwhelming but premium priced take away food.
Overall the most incompetent, inconsiderate and arrogant drive-thru/ take away restaurant we have ever been too and if it was possible to give 0 stars I would. The only step that was easy in this whole process was to take our money, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SPEND YOIR MONEY HERE !!! GO TO KFC NEXT DOOR.

I only just got home from having a late lunch with a colleague of mine from work. We were both recommended by another colleague to check out the venue which was absolutely beautiful. They really reminded me of Betty’s Burgers in way!
Amazing little spot selling genuine and delicious burgers. Old School burger and a chocolate thickshake is my pick. Kids loved their little cheeseburgers too

Ordered twice from this place. First time the chips had no salt, no big deal. burger was good.

They adjusted the price of my order and increased it because I asked for extras (I did not).
All I asked was for a burger spicy (it wasn't extra spicy) and it definitely doesn't cost $1 to make hot ogalo burger spicy.

I had the Southern Chicken burger combo and my husband had a cottage pie. The servings were huge, the food fresh and delicious and the service was friendly and attentive. This was the best chicken burger! The chicken was crisp and had a slight smoky flavour, the sauce was the right amount of spice and the salad was fresh. Will definitely be back.
We had the worst experience here tonight. Waited for the kebab to be ready only to find out that the wrap and meat were separate. Went back same minute for a fix and the man behind the counter refused to remake or at least use the same meat and salad in another wrap and toast it for us.

The Honest Chicken is undoubtedly one of the finest chicken establishments in Northern Beaches. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for a memorable dining experience. Walked in with my partner, about 3 or more workers in there. 2 high school girls chatting away, one clearly saw me waiting and made eye contact while leaning on the stove edge, looks away continued yapping with her coworker/friend while standing around. One older male worker who looks like he could be the one in charge, no welcome, no eye contact nothing just running about ignoring us too… doesn’t even tell the girls to serve.

Easily the best Ogalos I've been too. The hot jumbo ogalo burger, is fresh, the chicken is hot, the chips are crisp, and they are generous with the chilli sauce if you ask for extra. It is clear that the people who run his place have a high standard of quality they stand by. 10/10
Located next door to Thornbury Theatre, came in for lunch with a large group & the service was friendly and the food came out fast.

We wanted to love this pizza but it was a very bizarre tasting pizza. Too many olives and anchovies which over powered the whole pizza. The crust was thin and crunchy which was very pleasing.

This is a great place. They make a truly exceptional kebab here. It’s a very generous size and just so well made and just sooooo tasty. It’s a steal at $14. The chips were superb too. Beautifully cooked and seasoned. Bravo. Incredible value all round and a must visit in the area
We experienced to see MICE running around the ventilation system inside the rear room above the chairs and tables where we “normally” eat on a weekly…sitting in the booths in the rear room! it is obviously disgustingly bad for us to see and think that these mice may be running over areas where people come to eat, exposed cutlery, straws, sauce bottles, etc. we highlighted what we have seen and hope that the owner will resolve their pest control issues immediately! BUT the owners know about mice and we were told they can’t do much about it, and that they double sanitise! This is absolutely unacceptable that this place has not called in professional pest control services! After their inappropriate conduct to not properly take control of their MICE issues they have lost long term loyal customers. Please do better to ensure that your customers are safe!
I’ve been a fan of Ogalo for over two decades with unfortunately a lot of franchisees of late having run down stores, discrepancies in food quality and lacking customer service. I however have nothing but love and admiration however for Ogalo Frenchs Forest. The team are hospitable, lovely and their food quality is always consistent. They are the perfect ambassadors for the Ogalo brand. Keep up the good work.
Had the plain Ogalo Burger, the food is hot and fresh, and it is cooked when you order it is not lying around for an hour like other restaurants.

Fantastic burgers! Frankly, Burgerfiend would be competitive for “best burgers in town” even if it was in Sydney or Melbourne. I have stayed in Cessnock rather than another town in the region specifically so I could eat here.

insanely rude workers horrible attitude towards there customers there food is over priced, you ask for your food to be fresh and they will never give you fresh food. a couple of days ago i heard one of the workers (old lady) call one of the customers a “prick” extremely rude. these young workers (blonde hair girl and pink hair girl) were giving the customers evil looks

If you are ever to go her then getting chips is a must do among other things like the milkshakes (which are ^^heaven^^) and their burgers....
Although understaffed they are doing an incredible job.... anyone would think there is a whole team Inside!
Overall great shop and look forward to going here again.

Came here for the 1st time with the kids on a Friday night at 7.30pm. Booked a table, just in case. Service on arrival was poor. Shown to table, not given any menus. After waiting 10 to 15 minutes, l got up and asked for the menus. I was not made aware, we had to order at the front desk. So waited another 10 to 15 minutes. Until l asked if we had to order at the desk. Staff were very busy pushing out uber eats orders and not worried about the people eating in. Ordered meals and a couple of shakes. The food was pretty good. Cost a little over $100 for 3 meals 2 shakes and a can of coke. Not sure l would eat in again. Maybe uber eats, as they seemed to be looked after better. There was food left on the table next to us for our whole time there.

Yesterday me and my friend went their for the first time ever and we were both quite impressed with the overview of the new venue. The Boss Burrito and churros are the best bits of Taco Bell’s menu I wouldn’t think there’s any other Mexican fast food chain quite like this one.

The deep fried golden fries would have to be star of the show. Salted/seasoned perfectly.
Got a lamb kebab and small mixed HSP with hummus on the side for $30, cheap filling and fast service. Lamb stayed warm and was bouncy. Chicken was juicy and flavourful. Wasn’t gonna wait 2-3hours for the spanion kebab and recently after my weekly kebab runs perfect for winter, this definitely ranks high.

One of the best pizza shop in Melbourne hands down! I visited Stazione Pizza for 3-4 times and they hit the spot EVERY GOD DAMN time. The consistency of every ingredient is perfect. If you decide to go to fairfield and finding cheap and affordable food. 100% recommend Pizza Stazione.
Really disappointed in yesterdays chicken and chips. Years ago this store was fabulous and the chips were delicious (and the chicken fresh). I haven't visited much in the last year as it had gone downhill. Yesterday we purchased a chook and large chips. The chicken was inedible - overcooked, tough, and smelt peculiar. I had one bite and decided not to eat any more as i was concerned it was off. We ended up throwing it out.. poor dogs didn't even get any. The chips were ok, but nothing like they used to be. Definitely will not be returning.
We popped in for a quick lunch Wednesday, got 2 lamb portions, $48. Meat seemed left over from last week, not tasty, and dry. It was full of fries, and pinch of meat and little garlic dip...Terrible! Will not be returning. If owner reconsiders to be generous with the meat portion he offers, I will consider coming back. These times are hard for everyone, meat prices have gone up, but its not nice to make a mockery to new customers, since this is a new establishment.

We ordered the Divine Lamb and Prosciutto pizza on our second visit and boy was it amazing! Everything was fresh and the crust is the perfect level of crispiness that I like personally. It was the first pizza we've had since moving to Melbourne and I enjoyed every second of it.
We are heading out of our Airbnb soon but this store is definitely of our list of restaurants to return to. Cheers! 👍

I’ve been meaning to do this review for a long time now but, I have been a customer of Burgerfiend since around 2018 onwards and could never fault them for anything. Their burgers are amazing! Even if I may get the same one every time 😂 I started off with their Fiend Burger, progressed to the double and during last year they knew who would be calling when I asked for the Triple Fiend. Their service has always been great and it always brightened my day seeing Marlene and Matt in there if I happened to be ordering as well as all the other lovely staff who couldn’t believe I could eat their Triple Fiend. I absolutely love their new location and have still yet to go into Samasama but I bet it’s great too! I have so many photos of the burgers I’ve gotten here so I’m just gonna post them along with this review 😁
Good price for the portion. I ordered a mixed grill for one person and it was enough for 3 of us. The place is clean and new. Sadly the traditional dishes on the menu ( stuffed veggies, cabbage rolls etc) are not readily available and are for catering/ pre order only.

My friend bought me a take-away kebab from this place. To be honest, I did not feel like eating a kebab that day (I told them I wanted Hungry Jack's...😤). However, once I bit into the kebab, it was love at first bite. It tasted so good that I suddenly felt like eating a kebab. Though I initially thought that it wasn't my type in my head, I was proven wrong when I had the opportunity to truly experience its goodness. I love you my mixed meat kebab from Casey Kebab.
Service is always fantastic. I come here often and get the jumbo burger meal. I call to place an order and arrive and my food is ready every single time. Nice and hot, fresh, and tastes fantastic. The guy there who I am assuming is the owner is extremely polite and you can tell her cares. 100% recommend

Have been trying all kinds of 4 star 5 star kabab shops closer to home for years. Some were okay and some turn out to be a complete and utter disappointment. Ozzie is the one and only kabab place where food quality is consistently awesome every single time. It takes us almost half an hour to get to Ozzie but you know what? It is damn worth the time and effort for a meal that we know will be bloody delicious.
Used to like this place - and I don’t normally write reviews, however …. $20 gourmet Greek pizza. 1. Base was undercooked 2. Toppings were average at best 3. Lamb (the key topping) was sparse and chewy (old) 4. Claimed Tzatziki topping is some cheap supermarket sauce. Really disappointed

Tried ogalo for the first time ever! Boy have I been missing out. It's is like a fresher oporto. Ogalo is unreal! I had the hot jumbo meal, the chicken was generous, the chips were over flowing, HOW AMAZING! Also I had the prego sauce on the side, that was just so clean and flavoursome. Way worth the value of the meal, and delivered! Very good packaging, the paper keeps everything much hotter and crispier. Will be ordering from here often.

This place was AMAZING! My husband and I were looking for somewhere to celebrate with a ridiculous meal, and Burgerfiend did not disappoint. We both ordered customised burgers that were so big we had to tear the bag open to get them out.
The staff were absolutely lovely and the chef came out at one stage to check on us and wish us luck with our monster burgers 😂

Had the 'Southern fried chilli chicken burger'. Asked for no mayo, which they removed but they also removed the 'spicy hot sauce' which made it nearly tasteless. There is no seasoning in the batter either which I would have thought would usually be predominant in a 'southern fried chicken' burger.
So yum. Ordered on Uber Eat. Arrived really quickly and was yum. I asked for extra pineapple and got exactly what I wanted.

Very nice pizza (got the lamb one) with a great combination of toppings. A little on the pricey side, but well worth a visit. Service was quick and friendly.
