I’ve been purchasing from The Natural Canine for roughly over 12 months.
As someone who has only ever fed their animals a raw diet it was becoming hard to find the time to shop, and prepare meals for 3 animals (ignoring the rising cost of meat/produce at the supermarket).
I was so delighted when a friend shared about The Natural Canine, especially their bulk option, which cut my bills in half and they delivered!
I can’t express how pleased I am with their service and quality/range they offer. My animals are healthy, well fed and its saves me money with no preparation! I’m so thankful to the owners and their vision!

The huge range of products are amazing, the prices are so affordable and the staff are… i want to take them home too… beautiful caring and knowledgeable souls…. Please pop in and see for yourself. I find Pet Butcher the cheapest and healthiest way to feed the two loves of my life. Chicken mince at $2 a kg. whaaaattttttttt…….. I add veggies and rice or pasta and does 4 good size meals for 2 medium dogs with huge personalities. The treats are amazing and the cheapest by far. My two loves deserve the best….. Pet Butcher is the best…. Especially the Ethelton store.,

Just bought the kangaroo mince and cooked them with rice and veg. My puppy loves it so much she can't stop licking the bowl 😁 Good value, real quality meat!

Update: my 6 month old puppy devoured the kangaroo tail. Now I feed her raw, save cooking time!

Great service, everyone is always very friendly with a treat ready in hand for my dog Coco who loves coming here. We love the pre-cooked loafs and the high quality meats but they also have a variety of treats, frozen/fresh goods and pet accessories. Would recommend a visit for all dog lovers!

I took my new puppy, Rudi, here and she had such a lovely time meeting the two workers there, Karen and Darryl. She even got the opportunity to go behind the counter - lucky girl! I have been a customer for a over a year now and now so is my daughter. Today I went in as my boy needed an order that couldn't wait till delivery. Well, after a pretty rough week I was met with whom I'd later find out was the owner Racheal. She went above and beyond, listened to my story and her generosity just made my day.

Amazing quality and great range of fresh food for your dog (or cat) family! Their customer service is outstanding and the prices are really competitive. Particularly the bulk option. I discovered The Pet Butcher only because I took a different route home and I'm so glad I did! My dogs are tiny toy poodles, survivors of a puppy farm. Their usual food was rice and rotting chicken frames and so they suffer a variety of health problems. In a few short weeks, the amazing healthy, tasty food they have been enjoying has visibly improved their intestinal health. Today they both insisted on coming inside and meeting the lovely staff, and of course enjoying treats! We are so grateful and happy to have added a weekly visit to their much-deserved enrichment.

Came here maybe 9 months back for my 5 ferrets. They do great quality food definitely want to start coming back as the meals are cheap and healthy. Definitely a great experience and rather helpful. Mentioned that I was looking for meals for ferrets and they mentioned other people had come in for ferrets as well. Ordering online might be costly but deffo worth it. Keep it up guys ❤❤

A wonderful discovery in the Port Adelaide area, especially for those of us looking for alternative fresh pet meat supplies without preservatives following the recent closure of another supplier. Visiting Nick and his team here is like I imagine the good old fashioned service, greeting and chat that our grandparents experienced. I can't speak highly enough and it's a bonus when our dogs are welcome too.
Be warned though, their noses will be tempted. Not only the varied dried treats, cooked meatloaves that look like they belong in a David Jones food display or freshly minced varieties. Well done, pup and I look forward to visiting more often.
