Peter went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. He shipped products out quickly. Good service.

SCAMMERS - they built a front door security gate that a child could fit through so we asked them to fix it. After over a month of asking they came to fix it, took it back to their workshop and never returned it. We took them to QCAT, they guys ignored the whole process and QCAT found in our favour. No refund or anything back from them.

There was a "change of ownership" although it's still the same family running the "SHOW".

If you get SCAMMED or RIPPED OFF by Elite Wrought Iron do not be surprised. You were warned.

Churlish response to my initial enquiry for a pedestrian security gate. Unwilling to engage or follow up.

Elite Wrought Iron are far from elite. Their product is rubbish and workmanship is terrible. They are cheaper than others, but if you want a cheap, rubbish product then go ahead and use them.

It would have been quicker for me to dig the ore and smelt it myself nothing elite about Elite.

Staff sound incredibly helpful over the phone but never get back to you. Still waiting to pay for the supplies we picked up over a week ago - they couldn't find the price list. It would have been quicker to get everything from Sydney or Melbourne. Biggest waste of time! Don't even bother.
