Very happy with the tow bar installation. Got a bike rack which I needed help replacing the tow ball and helped me replaced it.
Terry is helpful and amazing person. He is always willing to share knowledge and give you advices. The quality of wood, pellets, chips, etc are top notch with reasonable prices.

Steve spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone helping unpick a problem with Rola roof-racks that Rola themselves could not help with. The result, to no benefit to Steve, other than a review, was Rola is correcting their website, and sending me the correct parts, at no cost to me! I'm really grateful to Steve, and with 30 years in the automotive trade myself, I have NO HESITATION recommending Steve and Shop1Auto. Above and beyond service. Authentic Italian cold meats, made in Australia using Australian pork. Great variety of casalingo sausages, freshest and tastiest prosciutto you'll find made in Australia. Highly recommended!!!!
Amazing selection of woods, rubs and everything bbq! Terry's knowledge of all of his products was incredible and he answered all my questions about different kinds of smoking woods! Can't wait to fire up the smoker this weekend and try out all the great stuff I bought.

Dropped in to see Terry today and had a great chat. Visiting from Southern NSW and unfortunately we don’t have anything like this in my home town. The range of products are second to none that I’ve seen.
I’m yet to use anything, though given the obvious visible quality of everything in stock I’ve got zero concerns.

Not a brew pub. Was asked what a tap room is. Not able to try beer, was directed to IGA and local restaurants.
I bought Thule roof racks for my Audi sedan and had trouble fitting them. I went back and the team from Shop 1 Auto immediately set about fixing to them to my roof without hesitation. Great service and advice.

This place is the real deal. Professional outfit without the spin. Ordered my Hayman Reese towbar and had it fitted to my 2021Tiguan. Great job, no issues. Was impressed with The owner Steve’s knowledge and time he spent with me and bought my Thule bike rack there and then too. The shop has plenty of bike racks and roof racks on display for you to check out. Recommend. Very impressive.

When we got there the sign said retail sales. No one had a clue about the beers or prices. Great beers but you need to sort out your google stuff out. They were more interested in selling hand sanitiser. Sorry crew, disappointed as we made a special trip.

Steve and the Team at Shop1Auto have been great in assisting me with issues relating to the tow bar on my current vehicle. At short notice they were able to rectify an issue that I had from an outside dealer, repairing the problem in a matter of minutes. Additionally, the staff have always been hospitable and the work has always been top notch! Will always go back to Shop1Auto :)

Thank you for a good customer experience. I would definitely recommend these guys again. Just call them up to confirm stock and book in your car. Done deal, also as a bonus there are good cafes nearby to wait while they install the roof racks on your car. Their recommendations are really good and straight forward.

Just had a tow bar installed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. No problems/no hassles. Very happy with the work and also the price. I shopped around to about 10 different places to get the same tow bar installed and Shop1Auto was the best price. Very pleased. Also, the old towing hook was left at their shop after the job and Steve send it to me straight away via courier, again with no hassle. Thanks Steve. I would recommend them.
SCAMMERS - they built a front door security gate that a child could fit through so we asked them to fix it. After over a month of asking they came to fix it, took it back to their workshop and never returned it. We took them to QCAT, they guys ignored the whole process and QCAT found in our favour. No refund or anything back from them.

I sent Terry a message asking for dimensions of the 5kg wood chunk bags - I found him to be quite rude which was quite upsetting as I was looking for someone to supply us in Canberra. Even if the prices are good, I won’t support this business.
Elite Wrought Iron are far from elite. Their product is rubbish and workmanship is terrible. They are cheaper than others, but if you want a cheap, rubbish product then go ahead and use them.

I love the prosciutto and sausages from Casalingo Smallgoods . Amazing traditional fresh Italian style smallgoods with exceptional customer service.
Staff sound incredibly helpful over the phone but never get back to you. Still waiting to pay for the supplies we picked up over a week ago - they couldn't find the price list. It would have been quicker to get everything from Sydney or Melbourne. Biggest waste of time! Don't even bother.
