Luxurious Spa experience and great massage. Worthy the price.

I bought a Gift Certificate for my mum for her birthday and she had her Treatment and absolutely LOVED the experience the ambiance was beautiful and the Receptionist were extremely Knowledgeable and Professional her Therapist was also fantastic we all can’t wait to come back!

I would like to give a better rating but it was quite average overall. These are high-end prices so the experience should match. We paid in full, in advance but were charged an extra $100 at the end of the treatment saying their prices had gone up. No mention of it in the confirmation emails the day before or prior to going in to the treatment. Very bad form and incredulous business guys, you've lost at least 2 clients and gained a bad reputation with anyone we know, never again 😏

I had a wonderful time of relaxation at this place. Beautiful and clean setting. From spa to steam to massage. I feel rejuvenated after the treatment with bliss massage. Thanks to lovely Ida, who did the treatment. Thank you for the service. I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely come back again. I dare recommend it to anyone, visit crown spa and feel the experience of being pampered.

I love this place and think the bar stuff do a amazing job considering what they have to deal with.
Relaxing environment and love that there is security cameras for your safety.
Normally amazing people who go there . Don't listen to the reviews as are false and looking for attention.

The shed was great last night The staff was fantastic I'm not even upset with them because they put us out of the shed with another couple that was causing trouble at the shed they got John Gibson and Jane Stoke weren't even at the shed and Lou got them to give it a bad report about the shed and they wasn't even there and Jane Stoke don't even swinging but I am glad that the staff was very lovely and understanding and they done everything right and they done everything probably 10 out of 10 on there jobs

Although I had a great night overall, I cannot recommend this venue after witnessing a disappointing incident. A person reported an assault to the management, but instead of taking action, they were asked to leave for their own safety. Management claimed that they were unable to review security footage until Monday and could do nothing more than ask everyone involved to leave. I would advise all patrons to contact the police directly if they need assistance rather than relying on venue staff.

Not pleased with staff’s behaviour managing patrons and dissolving violent people in the venue. Was asked to leave without just cause.
This was my first attendance and I won’t be returning because of this.

I hope management see this review and think about changing the way they handle people and de-escalate situations.

Me and my mates were threatened by another member that member tried to push my mate through the wall the bar staff have kicked me and my friends out and let that member stay that cause all the problems so I believe this place is the worst place I’ve ever been to and I would never go back there again I don’t feel safe in that place any more and the staff in there will not do anything about it, and also there is no security at the place so no one is safe

Crown spa was a beautiful experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional.
Do yourself a favour and book in with Kaneesha for a full body massage. She read my body perfectly and applied the right pressure in the right places. Best massage I've ever had!!

We have just had the pleasure of having an amazing pool built by Eddie and his team. From our very first enquiry right up to handover, and beyond Eddie has been extremely responsive, no phone call or email unanswered, and no issue with our endless questions. There are no problems or issues for Eddie, only solutions. His team are professional, courteous, skilled and extremely friendly. The pool turned out better than we ever imagined, was on time and completely on budget. Not only is Eddie an absolutely genuine guy, but one that goes above and beyond for his customers. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for a pool or building project. If you are looking for the best team for your job, look no further, you have found them.

Went to the spa for a milestone birthday present; I had really high hopes.
The decor is lovely, although it would be nice if there was a separate relaxation area post massage. There was a lot of noise and the rooms were not sound proof so you can hear loud talking which was not relaxing. The music was awful as well, with a mix of genres- some sounded like a child playing the recorder! The massage bed was a cheap fold out one; not what I would expect from a luxury hotel spa. Also, they counted the foot wash in the 90min massage which is ridiculous. The massage therapist was fantastic though, which saved them 2 stars.

Let me first clarify my review score by saying my pampering experience provided by the wonderful Valerie was second to none. I was gifted a $445 pampering experience for full body exfoliation, massage and facial for 2.5 hours and Valerie delivered a world class experience worthy of any world class spa and hotel I have been to. Its for this reason I give VALERIE five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟and a $40 tip.

On the other hand, the brunette front receptionist gets zero stars for treating me, a paying customer with arrogance bordering on contempt. At one point, her and the Asian male attendant at the front desk were sniggering to each other at the front desk after I chose another 3 items to purchase totalling nearly $200. Highly unprofessional front desk. Treating your paying customers like idiots and with snobbery IS NOT befitting a luxury establishment like this. You would know this if you have ever actually been to a luxurious establishment. To the owners of this business I suggest this problem behaviour needs to be addressed asap. There are hard working, professional and skilled workers in your employ who are being let down by others.

my partner and I have attended this lovely venue 3 times now only on couples nights (fridays) and we have had nothing but positive experiences the bar staff are lovely and talkative, the atmosphere inside the venue is relaxed and comfortable and all of the patrons are friendly and respectful. hands down the best nights out we have had in Melbourne for a long time.

The massage and facial were good. I really enjoyed both, though I have had better and worse.

The main problem here is the accompanying experience. You wait in a hallway, which is where you return post massage for tea. Its just not really conducive to relaxation pre or post massage. I felt rushed into the massage, I didn't even get to put a robe on. Once we were done I basically just wanted to get out of there so I could go and chill.

Not worth the money. In perth I'd go Bodhi J at the Westin over Shambhala any day.

Absolutely amazing experience today. Everything well thought out and the customer service was outstanding. Was it expensive? Yes. But was it value and worth it? Absolutely!

Eddie and his team have been some of the most professional builders Ive worked with. They have demonstrated years of experience with excellent client service and high quality work. They have showed genuine care through out the whole process and have exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend their expertise.

The spa was beautiful and service fabulous.

The massage was good, however I wouldn’t say great. However, the products used smelt amazing.

The steam room was clean and large.

The only negative comment I could make is that the lights were kept on bright whilst I was having my massage. I think it would have been nice for the lights to be dimmed. The waiting room for the massage was dim and felt very relaxing.

The tea and fresh orange juice was a nice refresher.

Total Concept pools are the "go to" for swimming pool construction.
Jaz and Grant make a dynamic team from planning to handover no question was too difficult and we where made to feel part of the entire process from start to finish.
Backed up by Eddie Beith's knowledge,skill and genuine honesty this makes for a pool company with a real difference.
Would recommend Total concept pools to all as they have definitely earnt a 5 star review

The place was designed five star and fancy but the experience unfortunately was not. First off we were asked to fill in health details when making booking, again before the day of massage, then masseuse verbally asked again on the day. I said avoid the arm with the implannon and she still ended up pressing straight into it full strength! It hurt internally for a few days.

The other thing is during the aqua retreat part there were two ladies who were also there screaming giggling and running around shouting foul languages the whole 45 minutes I was there… yea that’s on the ladies not the spa but it definitely killed the experience.

I’m not sure if the price is worth it $230 an hour massage.. the only good part is that there was valet parking complimentary.. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Staff were wonderful. We went on a Saturday. Way too many single guys. Felt like a lamb to the slaughter. Only stayed an hour, then left. Quite intimidating

The whole experience was first class, from our greeting on arrival, our lovely relaxation massage and our post-massage chill-out time in the calming lounge, with a glass of champagne 🍾 🥂
A totally blissful experience.

Lovely setting and good massage. Expected more for the price. Whilst the massage itself was good the therapist was very ‘slap dash’ and careless ie making adjustments to the room when we had been invited in there, no foot bath prior to massage, very heavy handed and careless when repositioning me during the massage, repositioning the eye cover carelessly numerous times (a weight may have helped). Didn’t make for a very relaxing experience

Edit 12/8/22 - returned to the Como for a weekend stay and gave the spa another go. Absolutely amazing 90 min massage. Very relaxing and massage was tailored to my very sore pregnant body. Big improvement on last time and rating adjusted accordingly

We had recently moved in to our new home in Burleigh Heads and wanted to put a pool in, Total Concept Pools was recommended to us by friends of ours in 2020 and it was the best decision we made to go ahead with Eddie and his Team. From our first meeting, the conception, build process, day to day activities to finalization, Eddie and his team were amazing to work with - professional, fun, hands on, trustworthy and great ideas! Nothing was too much trouble. They delivered an exceptional, fully tiled magnesium pool that added to our home, we absolutely love. We required additional scope of work including a new front entry, fence, internal office space and tiling, Eddie’s building company could also deliver, a one stop shop made the entire renovation of our home a seamless process. Thank you!

I had the most divine massage and facial here. The staff were so kind. The place is clean and serene. The music was lovely. So much attention to detail. The heated electric blanket while getting massages was a lovely touch. Will be coming back.

Great Venue. Friendly Staff. Good day/night out. We go as a couple on Thursday during the day and Saturday nights and have always had fun. Theme nights are a little bit clicky and not as much fun. A great venue for nebies and experienced people

WOW. I had the absolute best massage of my life by Karen at Bali Secret Beauty Spa (and I've had a LOT of massages). Excellent prices (for Perth!) and you're in the caring hands of someone that really knows her stuff. I'll be (trying to) book in with Karen at least once a month. Thank you!!

Went and got a full body massage today, the Balinese Secret Massage. It was absolutely amazing. It was $85 for one hour. The pressure was perfect and it was just fantastic. Staff are very professional and the place is stunning as well. Will definitely be going back.

I just enjoyed possibly the best massage and facial I've ever had. Everything was perfect, from the temperature of the room and the soft relaxing music playing at the right level, to the just right pressure of my massage and blissful Sodashi Pure Radiance facial. It's expensive, but worth it. Highly recommended for a self-care treat.

Our experience using total concept pools to build our pool was excellent! Thru the whole the process we found Eddie to be very professional and this made everything run smoothly. The end product was outstanding and we are stoked with our brand new pool! Thanks eddie!

Today a had a lovely young girl give me the Calming package ( $145 )and I am sorry to say I won’t be back. The massage was 5/10, head massage 3/10, facial 3/10 and foot massage 0/10. I think she needs more lesson .

I had the neck, shoulders & back massage and the masseuse maintained the pressure I requested. 30mins of bliss! 10/10 would recommend!

Relaxing and welcoming environment, very well appointed. Staff are very friendly and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit, certainly felt refreshed at the end of my massage. Would I go to again, that's a yes from me.

Website suggests that the pool available for spa guest, which it isn't.
Husband booked me a massage here knowing I like to go for a swim before a massage, I found out in person it wasn't the case. Only available for hotel guest, unsure then why it mentions the pool then on the Shambhala website as available for spa guests 😒

I was greeted warmly with a herbal tea and then a gorgeous foot soak with all frills like rose petals and lovely Balinese robe and slippers.
The room was so tranquil and both the bed and my masseuses hands were so warm and relaxing. My masseuse was absolutely incredible, and turns out she's extremely qualified with over 3 years study in remedial massage in the USA. I have had heaps of massages in my life and this lady truly knew all the right points, pressure and I really just wished i could've stayed there all day!
Afterwards I was treated to a lovely tray of refreshments as I "awoke" from the experience.
Highly recommend
