Best Medical clinics in Australia

Good luck if you think ypu will get in on time. Used them several times always running an hour late at minimum. Wont recommended

Management should take care of this. I call for an appointment. The receptionist lady must tell me if they’re already booked out. Instead of that she asked me if i was here before. I said this is my first time at this medical centre. She replied we aren’t giving appointments to new patients. I said it’s important for me and I live in neighbourhoods. She said doesn’t matter. I want to know legally they can do that?

Dr. Qudsia Mahmood is one of the best doctors I have seen in Australia. She is very professional and keen on her patients and check thoroughly. Thanks for being keen and patience while providing info.

Dr Kerry is absolutely amazing by far the best gp I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately the reception is disgusting. Trying to get a escript or any info is like pulling teeth. Don't even bother asking a question your waisting your time. Dr Kerry caries that place

Dr Zubair Bhatti is the most generous and empathetic doctor I have ever meet. When I was in emergency, he was looking after me like I was family. Appreciated all your concern and strongly recommend Dr Zubair Bhatti to you all.

Terrible experience and hopeless team

I wish there was 0 or negative rate.
On 4/9/2023 I visited Dr Zubair Bhatti at Runcorn Plaza Family Practice Centre. Dr Bhatti asked me if I had any medicine. I said only the Ventolin inhaler. Then He asked if I was Korean. I Said Chinese. He then asked if I had some Chinese Medicine. I told him no. He then asked why the Chinese don't like Chinese medicine. I asked him how come you had that opinion. I didn't use Chinese medicine, which doesn't mean I don't like it.

When the medical visit was almost done, Dr Bhatti asked if I did a Pap Smear test. I didn't understand what he was talking about with his Indian accent. Then he used his hand to show me what that was about. Then I knew what he was talking about. But I felt very uncomfortable. I just got a cold. I am a female patient. He is a male Dr. Pap smear is not at all related to my medical condition.

Dr Bhatti's behaviour and comment are not professional and against the code and conduct of doctors in Australia. He needs to apologize to me for his unprofessional practice.

After reading the response from the Runcorn plaze Family Practice Management team below, it looked like it is normal practice that a Male doctor discussed with a female patient about PAP SMEAT which is not related to her medical condition. No wonder your medical centre has so many appointments available every day while other clinic centres are fully booked.

The front staff girls were very rude. i am not happy with their service .But doctor shamas is very nice and her service is excellent.

Dr Iskander is an amazing Doctor.. Very knowledgeable

Dr Lucy Liu is an incredible, one-of a kind GP. Not only is she thorough with questions to formulate a diagnosis, she also listens attentively to the enquiries and concerns of patients. You can feel that she is fully present with you in the session.

She ensures many times in the session that she has fulfilled all aspects of patient care. She also takes her time to explain thoroughly the diagnosis, prescriptions, risk factors, contributors to patient condition, prognosis and additional recommendations.

She also addresses family member's queries and concerns in the consultation. It was a blessing that she has consultation times on Saturday! I would refer patients to this clinic for Dr Lucy's consultations.

The staff at front desk were extremely patient, efficient, calm-and-collected and could speak many languages as well. They were very clear and thorough in explaining the Gap Fee system and were very lovely and professional. The clinic is beautifully set out, very spacious and modern.

3 star because appointment time was about one hour late…. Too long waiting . First time to meet Dr Jun ? He lacked Compassion and bit rude but I put that down to the Asian personality (ie attitude.) reception was fantastic and very helpful- not sure if I will continue at this practise? Mainly because of the doctor. He doesn’t seem to have a caring heart for his clients or maybe that might change in time. NOT SURE

Been seeing Dr Chung since 2008, great Dr. All 3 of my kids have seen Dr Chung

I'm so grateful for this wonderful Medical Practice with the friendly, helpful and smiling faces of the reception girls. Yesterday I had to do a " walk in" appointment, Dr Mahmood happily seen to my needs as she has done before, and even though she is not my regular doctor (Dr Akbar is) I can 100% recommend her as a caring, friendly and professional Doctor. Always a good experience at Runcorn Family Medical.

Absolutely outrageous front desk staff.
I called and I asked for an appointment, could not hear what the lady said and asked to repeat. She hung up. I called again and was told she said she doesn’t have time for me and no apology for her behavior. No matter how your practice runs, you can’t just hang up on people. Would absolutely not recommend.

All I will say about Dr Iskander is he was a good doctor but now the worst doctor ever and should be banned has medical practitioner for discrimination / negligence

I have been coming to Dr Iskander for over 30 years and he has always been the utmost professional
His advice is always spot on and even helped me through a dark period in my life

old school, no emphaty at all, even sometimes offending. doesn’t like what he is doing, doesn’t like his patients. should have retired long time ago... You would most probably regret that you’ve been there..

Great doctor .He removed my daughter's ear wax. Very good with children. Great receptionist too. She too was very helpful.

They say they bulk bill. But they don't. Prepare to pay out of the pocket and make sure you have cash with you. They don't accept cards.

The doctor was in a hurry, impatient and doesn't listen to what you are saying.
