Westfield please hire a different santa for next year's Christmas photos. Also please check out their reviews, they aren't rated well at all and what happened to me seems to be quite common.
Besides their photos looking tacky each year this is what happened to my family...
We were in line at 9.55am, our booking was at 10.12am. We were next in line until another customer asked me what time my booking was, she told me she was jumping infront because her booking was at 10.08am (this all happened at 10.10am).
I told her to wait in line and not to push in, she proceeded to speak to the workers to convince them to let her infront even tho they had already scanned my code and asked what my kids names were.
The worker told me that she was going to let her go before me, they didn't care that we were waiting the entire time or the fact that I said I wasn't okay with her pushing in. They let her in first and didn’t apologise either. I won't be using their service again and I'll be spreading the word to make sure my friends and family don't use their rude & unprofessional services.

The car park is a terrible place to park spaces are not big enough, the way some park is a disgrace.
The centre it’s self is filthy, as are the shops themselves, the staff in Cole’s and Kmart are non existent and if you do find someone they give you attitude, all in all I’d suggest find somewhere to shop the whole place is a disgrace.

I've had the pleasure of being helped by Rose who works at the concierge information desk. Rose always helps each individual with a beautiful smile on her face which you don't see often. Rose goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service skills and she deserves great recognition. Her customer service skills are truly amazing and deserve to be recognised by the company.
They have the best burek and pastries. I love the cheese pastry and recommend you try it. Staff are always friendly and have great customer service. The burek is reasonably priced. I usually share with my grandson but we are both small eaters. Shop is always nice and clean and never had an issue with my purchase.
I’ve been shopping here over 15year Coles staff have a great team especially Debbie and Norma.These ladies give a 101% care thank you. The most amazing team are Mr Ko Chinese great fresh and value for money. And Sahara Grill (outside) beautiful authentic food and kids friendly for family gatherings. Great family owned.

Casula Mall offers a fantastic shopping experience. With stores like Kmart, Aldi, and Coles, you can find everything you need in one convenient location. Plus, Priceline is perfect for all your beauty essentials.
The dining options are another highlight; there are plenty of great cafes and restaurants to choose from, making it so convenient for the locals.
The only downside is the parking space, as the lot is quite small. Despite this, the overall experience is excellent.

Really quite an upsetting experience today, I was yelled at and abused by the lady parking attendant because I parked in a spot that they blocked off with no clear signage that looked like someone just dumped a barricade as a joke. Sure, I come back to my car and see they put two barricades to block me in. I understand you may be upset if I took your favourite spot close to the parking office, but don’t yell at me to try and make a point, and tell me “people like you need to learn a lesson” that sounds so horrible, people like what? I’m an italian Australia, we are nice reasonable people, when I say not to yell, and then they continue to threaten me by saying “you watch what I’m going to do to you if you come back here again” like wow. There was 20 people watching her try and abuse me, but she quickly realised how stupid the interaction was, and for what, a parking spot?
All you need to do is calmly tell me I shouldn’t park there, make a clear sign next time and like I said, if it’s illegal to park there, which it’s not, just give me a fine, I’ll happily pay it if I did something wrong. A great selection of stores for all types of shoppers. Always clean and tidy, nice public bathrooms and some great food options

This has been my favourite place for grocery shopping ever since I found it! (Not a exactly local, I moved here a few months ago.) There's a really nice shop selling produce, I can never remember the name, but it has good prices and it's fresh. There's also a Coles and they have nice coffee.
royal arcade is such a famous spot in town and having one good bakery insides, but we found another arcade called Block Arcade having even better decoration out there haaa, luckily we found a new spot with better photographing background haaa

Parking is sometimes very dirty and smell. The trolley bay is terrible. After I unloaded my shopping and have to walk all the way to the entrance door to put it back. I can’t even get my 2 dollars back as there’s not enough chains to insert at the bay. Also all trolley from different shops are not the same size so you can’t fit them in the parking bay. Also even though Coles has the best convenience small trolley but other people keep hogging all the small trolleys to put their shopping around Westfield. Otherwise it’s a good shopping centre. It had everything to my needs. Centre manager should pay more attention to the parking area.

Wonderful mall, where you can find world class brands under one roof. Also wide variety of food in a food court.
Amazing parent and child room! Spacious with three private nursing rooms. Access to a parent and child toilet, microwave, two sinks and a cosy area for nappy change. Loved it!
This is basically a small Westfield's it has everything ranging from a library, multifaith room, food spots, clothing shops, grocery/fruit shops and many more i highly recommend this place and it also has a spot outside for homeless dogs what a sweet community
We were walking through this building to the restaurant behind, not big but beautiful interior, it reminded me of London Court in Perth / Bazaar in Istanbul.

Im a local. Casula Mall is filled with lots of handy shops including a Coles supermarket, but I prefer to go to the other supermarket up the road simply because of lack of parking. I will always find parking over there opposed to here at Casula Mall. There is no need for anyone to be here longer than three hours, But it is impossible to find parking in the middle of the day weekday weekend doesn’t matter. Ridiculous for that reason, I go elsewhere. Put up the boom gates already. We know the paid parking is ready to go up. We saw you doing the work a few years ago so what’s the delay?

I use the shopping center to do my weekly shop. I enjoy the atmosphere n the friendly vibe throughout my experience. Unfortunately, the past few months, I've been buying potatoes washed n baged, but when I get my potatoes out of the bag, there is wet they go mold very quickly. Im not happy

Modern shopping mall with branded stuff. You can find anything upon your request but little bit expensive and good quality. Even can find restaurants also to relax after doing shopping. Always crowded.

it has lots of different little shops the witch shop, the Babushkas shop, the toy shop, & my two personal favourites which I highly recommend are the Tea Rooms 1892 & Agathé Pâtisserie Petite they have really good sweets same with the macaroons store in the centre, oh & I can’t forget my favourite Haigh's Chocolates shop! best chocolate you can ever get so many different places to explore in here!

Everything is good but no toilet provided. No toilet paper in the public toilet outside the carpark.
The place offers exceptional culinary delights and has a very pleasant atmosphere that makes it stand out. However, my experience was marred by the poor customer service. The waitstaff were rude and unpleasant, which made the visit less enjoyable than it could have been. It's a shame that a place with so much potential doesn't pay more attention to customer service.
This place owned its beautiful architecture inside the building which should make a visit, makes me feel like went in a historical scene ~

Been coming to this Plaza for a long time and doing shopping . I am 56 years old female. For past many months the escalator has stopped working which takes you to the parking and mall for shopping.
It has been such a pain because there is only one lift and it takes ages to come and I prefer escalator over lift.
Can I please ask the admin how many months do you need to repair a broken escalator? It bothers so many people and it is so frustrating to see a mall in the heart of the city with such poor management 😭
The toilets are also not well cleaned and maintained.

Wasn't too crowded! The cleaners are doing a great job! No rubbish laying around anywhere! Everything in its place! That's not easy in a big shopping centre!

Royal Arcade has an English-style facade with an interesting dome-like interior design. The shops within ranges from koko black dining, jewellery shops, greeting card shops, pastry shops and more! The designs are very pretty and it is nice to see such architectural structure/layout being preserved. Transported back in time, visitors can also drink/dine under the ceiling at koko black.
A good share of local mixed businesses, eateries, woolworths and local train station close by. Quiet and convienant.

It is a big centre. You could spend a whole day there. Good food court and amenities are clean and easy to find.

Often called as Lebanese Coles / Woolworths. Lot of fresh veggies and fruits, nuts, grocery items available at cheaper price.
Plenty of parking inside of this small shopping centre. Woolies is one of the smaller ones as well but always busy. There are other shops as well such as Asian supermarket, Gloria Jeans, and several pharmacies. Super close to train station and bus stops.

Norton plaza is a really good plaza with all your human needs accessible and purchasable including a barber, 2 grocery stores, a pharmacy, good parking, a bakery, salon, and many more. I love the cafe here, they are all really good. I would recommend shopping here.

This is a great place to visit. The kids play area is one of the best I've seen. Lots of great shopping opportunities, plenty of food choices and a cinema to boot! Definitely recommend this for a lazy Sunday.

I dont go here often as it's a little out of the way for us. Visited last night, so all shops were closed except Coles and Harris Farms. This was at 9.30pm Saturday night. It's a nice mall - clean and tidy. There is 2hrs free parking available too. That's plenty of time to ensure you get your shopping done.

Excellent mall with quality shops, cinemas and good eating options. Palace Cinema located on the top floor and Fortress gaming across multiple floors. There is an Anita Gelato located by the entrance, Starbucks and the Hype store has awesome sneakers.
There’s no parking at the centre and street parking can be difficult to find. Abercrombie Street is the best option when it’s not a clearway.

Good for those that love to shop for clothes and shoes. I recommend the Hype DC store on the first floor. Also good for those that love grocery shopping. One can see a Woolworths if they take the escalator down.

Clean and spacious environment. Underground Coles store which is huge and has a nice energy, but is sometimes understaffed. The rest of the mall has a civic library with limited opening hours that will ideally increase and a few other shops with overpriced merchandise. Very conveniently Located directly across from St Leonards railway and bus station (Forum building) which has a range of handy stores and eateries
To call this a mall is shameful! It is still a construction zone. A better term is 'the entrance to Coles"

Rice paper Vietnamese is fantastic, classic decor, extensive menu don't miss the Pho Tai or the brisket stew. It's quick in and out, byo paper cups near the water cooler. Most authentic. Friendly staff. A bit hard to find, round the back in the car park. It's a bit out of the way but well rivals Inala and Darra counterparts. Usual prices, good value.

This place has changed over the years and is just getting better since COVID. There are a great selection of restaurants, the Woolworths is well stocked and with the opening of a Japanese market you can be sure to find something you like here.
Today 30/6/2023 I went to the centre, I parked up the back in my 4WD which is a bit large. I was talking on my phone whilst there for around 15 minutes. I walked into the centre did my shopping, and as I was walking out into the car park, at 11.25amI heard yelling, shouting, it was the Centre Cleaner, he, at one stage hit the small truck at the front,and asked the Asian driver if he understood English, very racist, the cleaner is a obvious nut case.
As I was driving out, the Cleaner walked out onto the road in front of my vehicle to slow me down, as I was only idling out of the car park I obviously was not going too fast, he then stared at my number plate for some time, he must be a slow reader as there was only 5 letters, as he walked up the side of my vehicle I asked him if he was all right, then he told me about the bins I parked in from of and told me that they are private and not public. My comment was "that is nice to know, check your cameras and you will see I didn't put anything in the "Private" bins".

Fantastic Shopping centre. I could spend a whole day here.
It started out good. However it's gone down hill especially since covid. The food court doesn't exist anymore, the over priced sports wear shop is there and a big shout out to the gift store upstairs who has survived. A great shop for unique gifts.
Shops expensive, Broadway has more variety and cheaper.

THE best Handmade onigiri in Brisbane is in the little Japanese grocery store! Delicious pastries from the coffee shop, and a great katsu place in the corner!
Warrigal Square is a small shopping centre with a Supermarket, Chemist, Medical offices, Barbershop, Newsagent,Post Office and restaurants. Parking on same level as shops.
Big shopping center with lots of shops and food courts offering different cuisines. We tried japanese food here (Yakinikun don) which was great. Their signature beef don was cheap and tasty. There is play ground/area for kids. Great place to spend time here especially on a hot day. Parking on the streets nearby or underground car park.
Great mall especially with IKEA attached to it. Main stores like Coles and Aldi, with Asian market Tong Li as well. Many food selection available either at the food court or at the restaurants in the mall. There's also a cinema!
This is a true village. Everyone is genuinely friendly and It's as though everyone knows each other even when you've never seen them before. It's old school. It's an atmosphere I don't feel in every suburb.
100 times better than the Auburn store however they are a smaller format store so the choices of products/brands are very limited. However the store is well kept with friendly staff. Generally you are able to get what you want
Small store but will stocked. Parking underneath and a great direct to boot service just a pity I need to place order at least 5 days in advance at present I prefer the pre covid not so busy when it was order today collect 18 to 24 hours later. Staff friendly and helpful.

It was not told empty and hence no witting time when we visited.

Very bustling Westfield Liverpool at the top of the Plaza and a vast number of people in Macquarie St which is Liverpool Plaza these days, very colourful and festive everywhere in the CBD, Liverpool council has excelled in decorations for Christmas, many excellent coffee shops with tasty foods as well, I should know I have indulged in ALL of them and the eateries in the strip are not at all typical, The RSL CLUB is smack in the middle of the Plaza and also has two eateries. Plenty of variety in this Plaza, 👌 👍 😀

Fairly average small shopping centre in the heart of Liverpool CBD. It does have most of your “basics” here, and it is right in the centre of town.
However, the food court is below-average (quite a few stores have closed), and there’s a pretty regular police presence because of the high chance of junkies/vagrants that frequent it...

Located at the intersection of Underwood and warrigal road. Ample parking available, Doctors, chemist, cafe, Woolworths and restaurants available. ATM located infront of Woolies but will charge you 2.5 dollar for transaction. Disabled parking available. Infront of Mcdonalds.
