Nice little shop we go to when visiting my sister.
Hi There, i was trying to get food today and there was a sign says “you can warm up your meal at cafe” i had couple of food container and pass it to girl at cafe, containers were staying on the bench after few minutes and i asked how long would it take to warm them yp and she said 5 min , i have already waited more than 10 min and i decided to leave shop without them, if you cant make it dont put sign there and say
“ we can warm food up at cafe”

Great little IGA supermarket, I love how they have ready made meals in the deli area. My favourite is the little coffee and breakfast/ lunch cafe. Great prices and food is fantastic! The coffee is devine by the way 😉. Staff have always been amazing too, so friendly and happy to serve you.
Very clean shop and prepared meals to take home are excellent fruit and vegetables top quality lovely staff and beautiful food and coffee from the cafe
Perfect IGA, within walking distance from our home. It is always well stocked with great specials. Friendly staff huge range of meals and lunch items. Worth a visit.

Terrible customer service. Asking something about sending parcel and the lady behind the counter just showing bad temper (right I entered the shop) and kept saying can’t send here without explaining. If u dun wanna work pls quit, someone else need this job🙂

Again! Yes, Again! One extremely poor manned girl with black pony tail ruined my day. Came this morning 10/9 Saturday around 10:15. No eyes contact nor any verbal contact/response with the customer throughout the whole process, even the customer said thank you and please to her!!!
Many staffs there are good, but this particular girl is the worse, probably in the whole Chatswood!!!

Good sized supermarket with everything you need but they really capitalize on the fact there's nowhere else around $$$$$$ this is what $40 gets you
VJ was a delight. He was attentive, friendly and so eager to help us shop at the store. He loved my friends shoes (bright orange gogo boots) and even watched her dance without laughing at her. His smile is like a sunflower field. Would shop again any day of the week.
Bought lotto ticket too live comfortably bought a scratchie to double my chances and bought two books to read so the mind expands to greater heights

Called the store to confirm that click-and-collect order was ready for pickup. The website said it would be ready the next day and it has been over 24h. The female cashier named Kaitlyn was not helpful at all. She said that no one had processed online order that day. I asked if she had stock of the item and she said that it was a "fragile" item that had to be kept upstairs when it was just a calendar :/ I asked her to check if there was stock upstairs and she proceeded to make up stories about how stock for online orders was kept in a different location. Lucky I chose to pay for it on arrival - I will be purchasing this elsewhere. You have just lost a customer :(
We feel very bad and disappointed female cashier there. We won the $8 lottery and tried to go , exchange it for a new one, but after she received ours, she pretended not to receive it and made us liars. Then ours came out of the trash bin in front of her. Again, she changed her words that she gave us $8. We have never received it. As the conversation got longer, she just took us a new one and ignored us to throw yours in the trash bin and felt like she was treated as a beggar. Because of $8.

Friendly staff in here. Always pleasant how they treat their customers. Always smiling. Well stocked with the last minute stationary items. Plenty of variety of cards as well.

Great range of goods, however very cluttered and hard to move around when you have limited mobility. There isn't very clear signage for magazines, in my opinion, and its hard to see around some displays to find what you need (because of clutter). However, very good place to go if you know what you need and where it is.
Used to come here all the time to purchase birthday cards and wrapping while buying my weekly lottery tickets. Recently this has been quite an unpleasant experience, as staff have been pushy. One girl wouldn't let me finish my sentence - she just kept offering me more tickets even though I made it clear I wasn't interested. It's a shame because this store used to be very good but I don't want to worry about being harassed buying lottery. Nextra at the Chase has much better service.

Very small. Well presented. Very cold even on a sunny winter's day. Two ladies were very helpful and chatty.
Very friendly and helpful staff who will order specialist products (like Posca pens) if your requirements aren't in stock when you call by. Online orders for a few select products are possible too.
This IGA is a great little shop that is reasonably priced and it carries a large range of products including some gourmet foods and also a small range of international products. They also sell some brands of products for example a brand of dog meat rolls that Cole's and Woolworths don't stock and is usually only available from the larger pet stores or Veterinary clinics. Finally the store is very clean and the management and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is in the area.

Very slow at identifying what tickets required when purchasing for a syndicate but there is no where else to go in North Sydney. The other shop on the corner of Walker and Berry Street is run by the same guy and is never open.

They carry a wide range of newspaper's, cards and a good selection of books.

They also have calendars in season and magazines can be kept for regular customers.
Stationary lines include school supplies,ink and toner cartridge's, and general office supplies like reams of paper,staples,elastic bands,marker pens etc.
They are open 7 days a week.
They also have gift and souvenir lines that are seasonal.
Large shop to allow free movement.
Agents for all the lottery products and scratchies tickets.
This business is now under new ownership.
Lots changed not sure if for the better. Lots of giftware.

Always excellent courteous friendly staff and owners address the regulars by name. They a very dedicated and compassionate team. Service very high on their priority list.
Really impressed with this store. Family run and great service, a really great place to shop. Try the Cellarbrations next door too, great range of craft beers and the Growlers and Screamers are awesome.
