Rude passive aggressive staff. epitome of poor customer service.
Again! Yes, Again! One extremely poor manned girl with black pony tail ruined my day. Came this morning 10/9 Saturday around 10:15. No eyes contact nor any verbal contact/response with the customer throughout the whole process, even the customer said thank you and please to her!!!
Many staffs there are good, but this particular girl is the worse, probably in the whole Chatswood!!!
Hope the owner see this. People like this should not exist in this peaceful neighborhood. Don't deserve the opportunity for having a job!

Called the store to confirm that click-and-collect order was ready for pickup. The website said it would be ready the next day and it has been over 24h. The female cashier named Kaitlyn was not helpful at all. She said that no one had processed online order that day. I asked if she had stock of the item and she said that it was a "fragile" item that had to be kept upstairs when it was just a calendar :/ I asked her to check if there was stock upstairs and she proceeded to make up stories about how stock for online orders was kept in a different location. Lucky I chose to pay for it on arrival - I will be purchasing this elsewhere. You have just lost a customer :(
We feel very bad and disappointed female cashier there. We won the $8 lottery and tried to go , exchange it for a new one, but after she received ours, she pretended not to receive it and made us liars. Then ours came out of the trash bin in front of her. Again, she changed her words that she gave us $8. We have never received it. As the conversation got longer, she just took us a new one and ignored us to throw yours in the trash bin and felt like she was treated as a beggar. Because of $8.
Great range of goods, however very cluttered and hard to move around when you have limited mobility. There isn't very clear signage for magazines, in my opinion, and its hard to see around some displays to find what you need (because of clutter). However, very good place to go if you know what you need and where it is.
Used to come here all the time to purchase birthday cards and wrapping while buying my weekly lottery tickets. Recently this has been quite an unpleasant experience, as staff have been pushy. One girl wouldn't let me finish my sentence - she just kept offering me more tickets even though I made it clear I wasn't interested. It's a shame because this store used to be very good but I don't want to worry about being harassed buying lottery. Nextra at the Chase has much better service.
