The owner (I think he was the owner) seemed to be the only one working. He was the host and server for every table. He was wearing a hoodie, which seemed unprofessional, and he gave us a hard time for not ordering starters, for ordering a bottle of cheaper wine, and for not knowing the history of the building. He was very pushy about the starters, to an absurd extent. It took 90 minutes to get our food, (other tables got their food before us, despite arriving after us) and the owner was upset when we asked for our check after we finished eating.
If I ever got the opportunity to return to Bruges, I would not eat here again.

I went there without a reservation (because the reservation tool wasn’t working) the main server (he could also be the owner) said that he needed the table by 8pm (it was 7.00 pm when I came) and I told him that’s fine I’ll be done eating by 30 minutes max. He gave me a table for 2 and the food came quickly, I ate the Flemish waterzooi, I was really excited to try an authentic Belgian dish. As I was almost done, the guy came and started asking me again and again when I would finish. I told him he could bring me my dessert, and that I didn’t mind that but I would take 10 minutes to finish my food. He didn’t bring the dessert saying ‘he felt shy that he was bothering me’ and left, I was about to finish, and I was feeling so pressured because I could feel him watching me eat from across the room constantly. I saved a little bit of bread for the end to scoop the stew with the olive dip, he just came, said “are you done?” Didn’t wait to listen to my answer, and picked my dishes and left. I have never been so embarrassed my entire life. All the while, there were NO people waiting for a table for two, I could see atleast 2 empty ‘table for twos’ (even as I left). All this while, a couple behind me told him that they wanted to wait between the starter and main course, he didn’t disturb them ONCE while they were waiting.. and conversely he was constantly on my head so I eat quicker. Never have I ever experienced such bad service. THEN he brings me my dessert, I eat it (in peace, thankfully) and then I’m waiting more than 10 minutes to PAY. He just wouldn’t come with my bill.. dude you could’ve let me finish my food in the time you took to roam around even when you knew I wanted to pay. The food was amazing but the service was disgusting. I spent €50,80 for a meal for one person. I wasn’t eating for free. Be better next time or just refuse a table without reservation completely, that’s better than forcing someone to gulp their food without chewing.

It's been a long time indeed since I've raised a negative feedback let alone chased down a waiter to cancel an order just made. Despite the quiet night with a 20h walk-in, Waiter was overtly perturbed that we were a wine, dessert, and coffee party (having dined elsewhere). Gruffness was immediate vibe killer, so we left and found a better option.
Could be a good venue for a full dinner sitting, but I'm not so confident on service quality, given this unfortunate impression.

Qua sfeerbeleving op muzikaal gebied is Lamuso top! Echt genoten van dat intieme, cozy gezellige gevoel in deze zaak. Professioneel, en vlotte bediening met lieve uitbaters die horeca nog hoog in het vaandel dragen maken dit plaatje af. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food was very delicious, however we all agreed that the portions could be a little bit bigger. My colleague had a vegetarian dish with brussels sprouts, and indeed, he could´ve had more veggies on his plate considering how quick that´ll be digested.

Fantastic food, especially the scallop carpaccio. Friendly service and great atmosphere. Highly recommend for a dinner in Bruges.

We left rather disappointed. The food was okay - could be personal preference - but the service was chaotic and rather slow. We were early so service started quick but then slowed down a lot while the restaurant filled up. I noticed other tables waiting a long time to even order and then getting wrong orders or missing drinks etc. We could also hear the chefs in the kitchen talk and listen to music. The sommelier however is friendly and competent.

The place itself is very nice, I went for dinner with a friend. The food is nothing special, just OK. The worst part is the service, because they really don't put any effort into making customers feel comfortable or welcome. They rush as much as they can to take people in and out, which reflects in very poor service and a forgettable experience.
We visited this venue twice in one day purely by chance on a day trip to Antwerp. The Staff are very friendly and welcoming, everyone speaks great English and the service is excellent! The food was served fresh and warm alongside superb attention to detail. The overall experience was very enjoyable and we left feeling satisfied and content! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a simple brunch or a proper meal!

A nice looking brasserie serving traditional Belgian food. The price/quality ratio is good. I'm not sure if it is normal for the place but we were there on a Monday, arrived around 19 and kitchen closed already at 20 and we're asked to leave by 21. So we had to hurry a bit. Check that out before you book. Otherwise it's a nice place.
Very nice, the food has a lot of flavour! The decor is amazingly beautiful, specially in Christmas time! We loved it! 😍

This place was amazing. The service was great, staff was welcoming and very friendly. We had two drinks, the escargot as an appetizer, then the pork stew (duroc) and the steak tartare. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. Overall a fantastic experience, will come back next time we're in Bruges!

Cool place for a late dinner, when most of restaurants in town have already closed the kitchen (9 or 10pm).

Really nice food, authentic feeling. We enjoyed all the starters which four of us shared and then the flemmish stew for main was absolutely sublime! Couldn't recommend this place more. Brilliant.

Visit if you have awful lots of time to wait. More than one hour for ice-cream. Served without a napkin.

Google showed this restaurant as being open, and their listed hours indicated it was open, and we walked-in during the normal (somewhat limited) Belgian lunch window, to be told by the very friendly staff member “I’m sorry we’re closed”. Lesson: Might be worth calling to double check they really are open. Having said that, the decor & atmosphere (even empty) indicated this would be a great spot! We will try to eat here again for sure.
Second time visit - tried their Tonijn 'Mi-cuit' and it was fantastic. It has an Asian touch which I really like, with seaweed and nori crackers! It blends really together with the grilled vegetables. The tuna portions was really generous compared to other restaurants(fish dishes in general), which I am really surprised!
Their steaks are incredibly good. Once you slice the meat, you can tell how bleu-tiful it is and perfectly seared by the chef.
Don't forget to end your meal with Dame Blanche, to wrap up your lovely evening.

Best dinner we had in Europe! Excellent service and an incredible meal. The truffle steak tartare was unique and a true delight. We both ordered the specials, ribeye and sea bass and were both ecstatic with our choices. We will definitely be back again.
Do not eat here. Service was absolutely terrible waiter said the F word and the other waiter picked his nose, got the order completely wrong. We left after the starter and just paid for our drinks. Never again

Located next door to Reubens house this place is a solid option. We came for lunch and sat out front on the shaded courtyard. It was rather busy but service was prompt. The food was very good. I’d definitely eat lunch here again.

Had the pork chop and was surprised it came so thick! Although it was thick, the meat was still soft and juicy. However, the sauce is quite light in taste and I had to add more pepper to it. Atmosphere was okay but the pricing is on the higher side.

Classic dishes with high-quality ingredients in basic presentation style. Milk-fed lamb from the Pyrenees was great, although vegetables and gravy were a bit bland. The bottle of rioja wine had a corky smell and taste, but the waiter was quick to get a new bottle. Quite expensive given the setting and presentation.
The quality of the food is ok, but the environment of the restaurant was too contemporary and the place is too tiny. They should provide all the ingredients to the menu - catalog because some people have allergies and intolerance.

First time visiting this place and accidentally ordered something typically represent Flemish dish!! 😳 The Beef Stew was super delicious and savory!! It was cooked with Belgium dark beer but you won’t get drunk when eating it:)!!🍺 the menu comes with fries and super tasty too!! I would definitely want to come again! Huge recommend!!

Fantastic restaurant. The staff is very friendly, 2 men (brothers by chance) and 2 women, they work great together and are service-oriented.

Very nice restaurant with phenomenal food! Wonderful wine pairing with the meal. The music is at a very good level and allows you to have an opportunity to converse. Great spot for a meeting or romantic date with a great atmosphere! Highly recommend!

Personal sehr freundlich und Essen wirklich lecker. Preislich liegt man bei ca. 25€ pro Person bei 1 x Getränk, 1 x Burrito mit extra Fritten. Der Preis könnte etwas weniger sein, aber dafür muss man auch fairerweise sagen, man bekommt wirklich mehr als genug zum Essen.

Small, cozy, friendly staff and on top of that good food. We went there for lunch and were not disappointed.
A very nice Flemish restaurant. The Flemish beef stew was absolutely perfect with big chunks of tender meat and an addictive sweet tasting soup. Fish soup was also a solid choice. The shrimp croquette were a bit too fried on the outside. Overall a great dining experience.

Very interesting, adventurous, colorful, fun. Plates are small, I recommend having the chef do the wine pairings and getting the stories behind the food and wine. Be patient. It is very good

In one word: sublime! The food was overwhelming, we had a saddle of hare, never eaten that good, the wine was excellent and not overpriced. The chef came to our table to explain the dishes, the service was fantastic. The place itself is authentic art deco. This hidden gem is an absolutely must to experience

Beautiful restaurant tucked away near the North of town. The old bistro interior sets a great tone, and the (very friendly) kitchen staff came to elaborate on all the suggestions at our table. The small menu suggests that these people are set on serving high quality, fresh products. And they delivered: top notch stuff! I'm afraid I felt that our waitress didn't really fit in.
Provide both indoor and outdoor seats. At outdoor is next to a park and playground for children bring about it perfect suitable for family hang out with children in any sunny day. Food is nice including beers and cocktail. Decoration in indoor is also nice which could be good place for dining.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel! Staan altijd klaat voor een vlotte en vriendelijke bediening! Het eten is ook zeker en vast een aanrader! Al verschillende gerechten gegeten en nooit iets op aan te merken! Het restaurant zat volledig volzet maar toch hebben we niet lang moeten wachten op ons eten. Een lekker potje koffie met vers gebakken taart als afsluiter maakt mijn week tot een super einde! Bedankt aan het voltallige personeel, hier kom ik zeker en vast terug!

Alles viel tegen! We hadden gereserveerd en toch ging het niet vlot(2uur moeten wachten op ons eten), we mochten maar 3 verschillende gerechten nemen terwijl we met 9 personen waren. Hun excuus:"we hebben te weinig volk in de keuken." Excuseer maar als we gereserveerd hebben moet je toch voor voldoende personeel zorgen? Ze wisten dat we gingen komen. Ze waren dan ook nog eens onvriendelijk ook. Ze liepen daar rond met een gezicht tot op de grond. Bij het hoofdgerecht had ik champignonsaus gevraagd en de saus was veel te dun en smaakte naar niks. Ik had mijn saus over mijn steak gedaan en de saus liep gewoon naar alle hoeken en kanten van mijn bord. Echt niet smakelijk! Dit is geen aanrader!
Very classy restaurant / lounge with live music performances every week (see their website). Some are free (usually tryouts), some are priced. Food and drinks are good. Do make reservations at least a week ahead in time though!
