After moving from Niagara Region to Oakville I was worried I wouldn't find a family doctor but after visiting the Palms Walk-in and being seen by Dr. Haneen Al Gerrah, I was pleased she agreed to be my family doctor. Dr. Haneen and the rest of the doctors and staff at this clinic are very professional and attentive. The variety of family Practice and Specialists (Allergy, Pain Management, Aesthetics, Walk-In, etc) services at the clinic, with access to my health history makes it easy much easier for me to seek medical care in one place. There is a pharmacy which also makes this clinic very handy for all medical needs.

We see our family doctor here. From the start, we have a reliable and always patient team of doctors who are always there when we need. We are first-time parents and are always asking so many questions. They are always eager to explain all things when needed.

I recently visited this walk-in clinic (Feb 22, 2024) with my elderly mom, and I must express my utmost satisfaction with the level of care and compassion we received. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist exhibited an exceptional degree of helpfulness and genuine concern for my mom's well-being.

The customer service experience was unparalleled – the receptionist went out of their way to accommodate my mom's needs, ensuring she felt comfortable and attended to promptly. Their kindness and attentiveness set the tone for what turned out to be the best customer service experience I have ever encountered in a medical setting.

The walk-in doctor further solidified our positive impression. Not only was the doctor exceptionally nice, but she also took the time to thoroughly assess my mom's condition. The doctor's approach was both professional and empathetic, creating a reassuring environment for my mom. It was evident that the doctor genuinely cared about providing comprehensive and personalized care.

The efficiency of the clinic was noteworthy as well. Despite being a walk-in clinic, we didn't experience long wait times, and the staff maintained a well-organized and clean environment.

Mandy is probably the most knowledgeable person I’ve met. She is constantly learning new techniques and is amazing to work with. She’s super detail oriented which is so important. Would definitely recommend her!

The atmosphere at Palm Medical Center is inviting, clean, and organized. Ala is kind and helpful and even helped us with some things that were not a part of her job. You can always book your appointment the same day or the next day online. We never waited more than two days to see the doctor. Our family doctor is Dr. Shahad Abdulmajeed, and I believe she's capable and professional in what she's doing. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking exceptional healthcare services.

I’ve been coming to Mandy since the summer and she is phenomenal at what she does! After many in person conversations, I finally took the plunge and got lip fillers and Botox. Mandy was so patient, informative and kind throughout the whole process and that’s what keeps me coming back. Thanks Mandy!

Mandy is the absolute best! I've been to her clinic twice for lip filler/botox and I will never go anywhere else. She is so talented and does an amazing job. My botox/filler looks so natural but also makes such a great difference. I really appreciate that she is honest and doesn't try to oversell cosmetic procedures. This doctors office is a joke

The whole operation is ran by the two receptionists, they also cannot comprehend what I am asking of them on the phone.

I always wait 20-30 minute after my scheduled appointment time which is unacceptable.

The waiting “room” is 9 chairs all pushed together and is extremely small in size, very easy to get infected from someone even if they are sitting away from you.

I’m moving doctors on wednesday because of my experiences here.

Had an amazing microblading experience with Jott. She is super skilled for combo brows, and the process was surprisingly painless. Loving the natural results and my brows have never looked better. Definitely recommend them for that perfect, effortless look!

My wife was here today for the 1st time and it will not be the last. She was looked after by Caroline and the service was top notch. The atmosphere was very calming and very professional. Will return next time we are in Winnipeg.

Booked a much needed relaxation massage with my partner with staff member Marleigh... nice staff but 100% would not go back there, overall was a terrible experience. Here are some examples of why; the table bed used for the massages don't have a rest for your head/face this resulted in either the head/neck pressured hard left or right or when straight, supported by your jaw the whole time both ways was very uncomfortable, next the rooms atmosphere was not relaxing as it should have been, no aromatherapy, design was awkward along with bed set up. Lastly and the worst part the massage was terrible, technique was not relaxing or proper.. More just rushed and light rubs that did nothing nor felt great, also was very oily (to the point of splashing and drips), in conclusion the whole thing felt pointless and in fact i left with a sore back while i didn't go in with one ... This is presumed to be due to the bed being very uncomfortable by having a dip in center while head elevated and kinked due to no head/face rest and once on stomach the back was worked in this bad position hurting it and leaving it sore for next few days.

The staff at Palms were and have been wonderful every visit. Today I went in for the horrible back pain, not knowing if they were even taking walk in appointments and they saw me in distress and made availability right away. They were so kind to me, even though I was a complete mess and I wanted to thank you. With the medication I received and some videos to follow I feel like I started to get better rather than worse.

The Dr. I saw, I apologize for not remembering names, was so kind and understanding. Even as she was about to leave, and sent the pharmacy the meds, she paused, because I had been in tears due to pain and wanted to know if I was okay. And I assured her I’ll be fine but her kindness was a nice change for going to doctors.

Also wanted to include, the pharmacy staff were so lovely, when i asked if they sold water, they didn’t, but as i was about to go next door to go buy some while waiting for my medication, the pharmacist/pharmacy tech offered me a glass of water. With how I was feeling it was really nice to be around such warm people.

Thank you Renee for the best facial I've had! Highly recommend Relaxing Wellness spa. I did the micro dermabrasion/peel facial and my skin feel soft and glowing. Best part of the experience was learning more about my skin type and how to use the best suited products for my skin. I am acne prone so I was nervous to do the facial but I left with alot of knowledge on how to take better care of my skin.

Amal has been a really sweet and caring laser technician who knows what she’s doing. I have seen some really good results after 8 sessions and still going. I look forward to my sessions with her, she’s very friendly! I’m so glad I decided to start this process here. It’s been very smooth and has definitely changed my life for the better.

Been here 2x a year apart, for nails, and both times an awful experience. This last time, I booked at 3:15, they decided to change the appointment to 3 AND change the person i booked with, with no consultation of me and no warning. So when I showed up for my appointment at the time I booked - 3:15, they were off the bat annoyed at me for “being late”. The quality of product used was the worst I’ve seen so far in the city, and a fill cost $84. That’s strictly a new colour and shape. They did not replace any nails. It took 2h. The colour peeled off within days. The shape of my nails were like curved claws, I had to go get them redone somewhere else. I will absolutely never be back here again.

I’ve been helped by Amal and Rich for quite some time now. Amal is an absolute joy to be with. She makes you feel at ease, is professional and competent at her work. Rich is a helpful manager who takes time to go through details with you and ensures you’re prepared for any treatment. He too is someone with great knowledge of his work. Together Amal and Rich ensure you’re in great hands.

I normally don't write reviews but I just had to based on my recent laser experience with Amal. I have only done two sessions with Amal and noticed a huge difference in the hair growth. Amal is amazing, friendly, funny and always makes me feel comfortable at every visit. She always pushes me to pull through the session so that I get the most out of the treatment. She also has great advice and ensures that you get your money's worth. I would definitely recommend visiting the spa and especially getting treatment from Amal!

I recently had an acne facial by Jott and it was fantastic. Jott assessed my skin thoroughly and tailored the treatment to address my specific acne concerns. She used high-quality products which were suitable for my skin type. My skin felt refreshed, and acne improved. Highly recommend her!

Best Toronto laser treatment for reducing acne scars, age spots, and winkles. Rich did a great job staying with me via text to schedule an appointment of WEEKS! Then Salbe, the nurse, was SO SO friendly and knew her stuff! Highly recommend. I've gotten all of my laser hair removals at the Relaxing Wellness Center! Staffs are super friendly and respectful. Renee is wonderful! This is your go to centre if you are looking to improve on skin appearance. Dr. Ghannadi is brilliantly informed. Fatemeh is one of the best estheticians in the Vancouver area. She will get your skin on the right track!

Dr. Ghannadi is extremely unprofessional with younger people. Thinks she can take advantage of them. Tells my daughter she’s “giving her this” and then when they’re paying she realizes it’s a 70$ dollar product and ask do I have to buy this and she says yes??? U can’t tell anyone what to do with their money first of all. She also had a procedure and was told it would be 70 at most, left with a bill of 270, without even letting her know this it would cost more, when my daughter tried to return the product she had a screaming fit in front of her, calling her names in her language. Disgusting. A money making business and if you’re not gonna spent as much as they want they start to scream at you …

The worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon.
My friend booked 6 of us in at Strada to get pedicures in their private room a week before my wedding and it seems like everything that could have gone wrong did.
There were 6 of us and we wanted to be together so we called that afternoon to make sure there were 6 nail techs in which they confirmed there were. When we got there there were only 5. We were very understanding because things happen however one of us could not get a pedicure at the same time as the others so we now had to change our dinner plans.
When we were looking at their colour book there were very limited options. The owner then came and told us the entire wall of polish was also an option for pedicures so we had to spend a lot of time opening each bottle to look at all the colours until we found one we liked.
During our pedicure three of us were cut!! One girl bled for over 10 minutes! They made it seem like no big deal.
We booked here so the 6 of us could be together in the pedicure room and next two of us got kicked out to accommodate other clients because we were taking longer than expected due to there only being 5 nail techs for 6 girls.
To top it all off and worst of all when we got out of the massage chairs (where one was also broken) the leather of the chairs peeled/rubbed off onto our skin and clothes. The owner started cleaning us off with a rag but some of the stains never came out and the clothes were a total loss. She didn’t even seem like she felt bad.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The laser was extremely painful and I had so many burns and scars. I was very hesitant to try laser again. After several consultations with other clinics I came across Laser Spot. Shela is very knowledgeable and experienced. We discussed my skin type, the best laser for me, hair growth, hormones…she understood. And the best part, was the laser is truly pain free. I was sold! I started doing microneedling with Shela in February. I did 3 sessions so far and 1 session of skin tightening and I already noticed a difference in my skin texture and structure. Great experience in a beautiful setting and the ladies there are lovely. I've had 4 various spa treatments from Bliss and all have exceeded my expectations. The spa requested I review their services after my appointment last month. I did not receive any response back, which was surprising due to my experience.

I was 5 months pregnant at the time and very excited for my half day of treatments at Bliss Spa. Although I did not expect a meal to be provided, I was disappointed to find out that they do not offer a lounge area with tea or snack bar while waiting or in between treatments. 4 hours is a long time to go without food or drink, and not once was I even offered a glass of water! It felt like the spa was unprepared for clients booked with multiple treatments. I was left for 10 minutes sitting on a bench in a cold hallway with my clothes in my hands after a relaxing massage. It just wasn’t the level of service I have experienced at previous spas. On top of this, I called two days ahead to ensure I could have my gel polish removed instead of the polish application that was included in my pedicure. The person I spoke with said it was no problem and added this service to my file. Upon arrival, the provider was not made aware of this and said it was not actually possible for her to do.

Although this provider was incredibly kind, it felt as though she, and my other provider had no experience with pregnant women. During my 4hr stay, I spent 3hrs flat on my back (which would’ve been longer if I had not asked to be sat up more, or for a pillow under my knees). Any provider who is dealing with pregnant women should know it is unsafe for them to lay flat on their backs for extended periods. Even while laying face down, I have always had RMT’s slide pillows under my shoulders for extra support. I realize I could have asked for this, but I try to be as low maintenance as possible for my treatments and did not want to make multiple requests. I was hoping the provider would have noticed how rounded my shoulders were as well as my neck and head being completely out of alignment due to the pregnancy mould.

I found it odd that I was not asked about my skin before products were selected for my facial..nor was I shown what was used. All I know is that my skin felt like an oil slick after, and even two days later, my skin does not feel or look the way it typically does post facial. I have a feeling the products that were used may have been too heavy for my skin type, which is typically blemish prone. It was also shocking to see how many times this provider had to leave the room during my treatments. I think I counted 7 times overall. This was interesting because I had a friend mention this about her experience as well prior to my visit. Overall I was expecting a much higher standard considering the amazing reviews from so many others. Very disappointing.

Shela provides the most amazing service ever! She is very well knowledgeable and is able to educate her clients on what she is doing :) I have struggled with stubborn ingrown hairs and I am able to notice changes in my hair growth very quickly with her laser treatments. It is 100% painless and the process goes by very quick. Shela truly cares about her clients and always want to help them achieve their beauty goals. I would recommend The Laser Spot to everyone.

Mandy is absolutely fantastic! It was my first time getting Botox on my forehead and nose (for a lift) and I was a little nervous but Mandy walked me through the entire process. She really knows her stuff and was really honest about how the results would be.

It’s been 2 weeks since my initial treatment and my forehead looks so smooth and lifted. As for my nose, I didn’t expect any change but boy was I wrong! There is a slight lift in the most natural way possible. My face looks snatched.

I’ve been seeing Dr Ghannadi as my family physician for years and she is amazing. She is so thorough and caring. But what triggered me to write this review was the work she did on my knee scar. I had a scar on my knee for a year that was very obvious and prevented me for wearing a skirt or shorts. With only one session, Dr Ghannadi was able to remove the scar for me - it took a week of healing but it was well worth it. Now not only do I trust her as my family doctor, but also for any skin and beauty related medical issues too.

I love going to see Sashi here at Strada! She is the best I have been to in the city! She doesn't make me feel like I have to talk during the appointment but if we do talk it is easy going & natural. I can watch the process and see all the hard work she does. She is SO detail oriented and meticulous when doing my LCN nails and shellac pedicure.
Strada has this nice vibe where I don't feel pressured for things. It was actually quite nice that I could ask one of the other staff what one of the songs was playing and she was able to tell me & she actually replayed it! Strada is my go to nail place!

I came to clinic just looking at the reviews and really Shela did amazing work. She understood my skin type and recommended to go with peel treatment to be followed with right skin care products for my pigmentation. In just 2 treatments I noticed reduction in my pigmentation. She is very patient and knowledgeable in her work. Definitely a person you can rely upon. Thank you Shela!

I really like this clinic. It has a great relaxing feel and the staff are all super nice. I just had a massage with Pam and she was awesome! She really listened to what I wanted as a focus and even helped out with tight hip issues I didn't even know were there! She had perfect pressure and made the massage feel really worth it. I booked back again!

I booked and made a same day appointment for a massage at 6pm. I got there 15 mins early. Beautifully decorated and free water, coffee tea. Magazines to peruse etc. By 615 I still hadn't gotten in. I asked a couple times and they told me they would put me in the room and the person would be right in. I got ready and the person did come within minutes. I had a great massage and the person asked me what areas I wanted done. Perfect pressure and I was very happy with it. However, they don't provide bills for insurance as they are not RMT's. I was never told. I investigated, and it is on the website, but kind of not somewhere you are going to see when booking. I tipped well and they were friendly. I won't go back because it felt a little odd that you can't direct bill amd no one informed me.

I always love my experience here. Their lay down pedicure in the garden is one of my favourite with my husband or small group of friends. I have had many facials and medical aesthetician facials, pedicures and they have excellent items in their shop for gifts!! Highly recommend Nicole! I’ve got my family hooked on this spa too.

Faten is amazing she's patient and gentil. I'm very happy with treatment results. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend this place.

Bliss really is rightly named. Yesterday I had my first facial by Nicole and it truly was blissful. The Spa was beautiful and immaculate. The staff I encountered were friendly and professional. As I wasn't sure which facial to choose, Nicole first assessed my skin and recommended the best product to address my concerns. The whole process felt wonderful. I completely lost track of time. I also thoroughly enjoyed the hand massage with paraffin. Altogether, a truly fabulous pampering experience! I will be back.

The place is very clean and the service was great. The nurse Faten is very helpful and honest with advices, she is excellent and she perfprmed the Botox procedure painlessly.She called me few times after the procedure to make sure that I healed without any problems.

Great place to work out at

I went to the facility over the weekend to have a look at what they offer and was taken by shock as soon as I walked in the entrance way ...........All over the ceiling and walls was MOLD, I immediately turned around and left as there is no way I would take my family and subject them to mold ,I am surprised they have not addressed this problem

Tay River Reflections hosted our company Christmas party and we could not have been more impressed. They looked after every detail and couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful. The venue was gorgeous, the food was great and everyone enjoyed themselves. What better night could you ask for than a wonderful dinner and socializing in the lounge followed by relaxing in the outdoor hot tub. Highly recommend!

About 2 years ago it was suggested by my Doctor to recover from a lot of chemo and radiation treatments that I needed professional help. I joined TNT Gym and have never looked back. Great facility, Great Personal Trainers, Great Staff. Started with 3 days a week and now go 5 days per week. My strength, stamina and flexibility are amazingly better now than they were, even before all those treatments. Didn't realize how out of shape I was…
I am very lucky to have a facility like this to work out in.

I have been a member of the TnT Gym since the summer of 2013. The venue is beautiful, the equipment is vast and up-to-date, the staff is kind and helpful and the trainers are professional and encouraging. The group classes are my favourite way to work out and the other nice and pleasant members make working out a breeze. I wholeheartedly recommend trying out the Train and Transform gym!
