My wife was here today for the 1st time and it will not be the last. She was looked after by Caroline and the service was top notch. The atmosphere was very calming and very professional. Will return next time we are in Winnipeg.

Booked a much needed relaxation massage with my partner with staff member Marleigh... nice staff but 100% would not go back there, overall was a terrible experience. Here are some examples of why; the table bed used for the massages don't have a rest for your head/face this resulted in either the head/neck pressured hard left or right or when straight, supported by your jaw the whole time both ways was very uncomfortable, next the rooms atmosphere was not relaxing as it should have been, no aromatherapy, design was awkward along with bed set up. Lastly and the worst part the massage was terrible, technique was not relaxing or proper.. More just rushed and light rubs that did nothing nor felt great, also was very oily (to the point of splashing and drips), in conclusion the whole thing felt pointless and in fact i left with a sore back while i didn't go in with one ... This is presumed to be due to the bed being very uncomfortable by having a dip in center while head elevated and kinked due to no head/face rest and once on stomach the back was worked in this bad position hurting it and leaving it sore for next few days.

Been here 2x a year apart, for nails, and both times an awful experience. This last time, I booked at 3:15, they decided to change the appointment to 3 AND change the person i booked with, with no consultation of me and no warning. So when I showed up for my appointment at the time I booked - 3:15, they were off the bat annoyed at me for “being late”. The quality of product used was the worst I’ve seen so far in the city, and a fill cost $84. That’s strictly a new colour and shape. They did not replace any nails. It took 2h. The colour peeled off within days. The shape of my nails were like curved claws, I had to go get them redone somewhere else. I will absolutely never be back here again.

The worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon.
My friend booked 6 of us in at Strada to get pedicures in their private room a week before my wedding and it seems like everything that could have gone wrong did.
There were 6 of us and we wanted to be together so we called that afternoon to make sure there were 6 nail techs in which they confirmed there were. When we got there there were only 5. We were very understanding because things happen however one of us could not get a pedicure at the same time as the others so we now had to change our dinner plans.
When we were looking at their colour book there were very limited options. The owner then came and told us the entire wall of polish was also an option for pedicures so we had to spend a lot of time opening each bottle to look at all the colours until we found one we liked.
During our pedicure three of us were cut!! One girl bled for over 10 minutes! They made it seem like no big deal.
We booked here so the 6 of us could be together in the pedicure room and next two of us got kicked out to accommodate other clients because we were taking longer than expected due to there only being 5 nail techs for 6 girls.
To top it all off and worst of all when we got out of the massage chairs (where one was also broken) the leather of the chairs peeled/rubbed off onto our skin and clothes. The owner started cleaning us off with a rag but some of the stains never came out and the clothes were a total loss. She didn’t even seem like she felt bad.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Just spent an afternoon here with my best friend. She got a shellac manicure and I got a pedicure and they were both done great!! We love them. The ladies that helped us were
absolutely amazing and so fun! Would definitely recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience here Today. My daughter treated me for my birthday and all of the staff were wonderful, attentive and accommodating. I got the 1hour massage with Natalie and a Gel Manicure with Allysa both were very good you and so relaxing. It is very clean and luxurious but budget friendly!

I love going to see Sashi here at Strada! She is the best I have been to in the city! She doesn't make me feel like I have to talk during the appointment but if we do talk it is easy going & natural. I can watch the process and see all the hard work she does. She is SO detail oriented and meticulous when doing my LCN nails and shellac pedicure.
Strada has this nice vibe where I don't feel pressured for things. It was actually quite nice that I could ask one of the other staff what one of the songs was playing and she was able to tell me & she actually replayed it! Strada is my go to nail place!
