My first visiting Revita Skin Clinic was definitely a great experience! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had booked an appointment with Charlene for a facial and felt freshly rejuvenated after. She was very caring and understanding of my needs as I was telling her about my skin sensitivity and that a lot of products will irritate my skin which may result in me braking out in hives. With her knowledge of the products to use I’m happy to say I’d definitely recommend everyone to go visit her as they offer a wide range of treatments. 5 stars across the board!

I had permanent eyeliner done over a decade ago. Went to have it refreshed. Easy to book an appointment. The facilities are inviting. Karen as skilled ss ever. I 100% recommend Revita Skin Clinic to anyone and everyone I know because they are absolutely amazing! The place itself is very welcoming, clean and with nice and friendly staff. They there are super nice but professional at the same time, I’ve walked into a few places and felt out of place and unwelcome but I have never had that feeling at Revita. I have had a facial memebership since November of 2022 and I can say that after every treatment my skin condition improved. If you are looking for an injector , Naomi is the best of the best. She was very professional and comforting during my treatment and explained the whole procedure in detail so I knew exactly what to expect and how to care for my lips after. I booked a consultation specifically for dermafillers for acne scars. When I requested the appointment I made sure to state the service I’m seeking in the notes. And when the receptionist was arranging my appointment I also notified her. I drove 45mins after work to get to the appointment only to be told that they do not provide this service. I felt tricked into coming into the office just so they can sell me another service that I’ve already tried and was proven not to work for me. It was a complete waste of my time. If a patient is requesting a specific treatment that you don’t provide, let them know and don’t waste their time!
It was my first time getting botox done for jawline slimming and I've done so many research before coming to Skin Vitality. Everyone was a super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I’ve been doing laser hair removal here for past 3 months and results are amazing. Staff here is very friendly, informative and answered all questions patiently, also made me feel comfortable. It’s easy to book appointments as well. I would highly recommend Paris laser clinic for laser hair removal.

I've had good experiences at Revita so far. Michelle, Ashley and Kanika are very welcoming, accommodating and willing when it comes to my many inquiries. They also don't hesitate to advise on services that Revita does not offer, that might help their clients (at least this was my experience). Stone is also very nice at the front desk. Naomi and Mackenzie performed my laser tattoo removals and were both very considerate/supportive during the process - which is much appreciated as it is a painful one. After 2 sessions, the ink is almost gone. The clinic also carries medical grade products that I currently use and I'm pretty happy with. I have not started treatments on my most recent skin concerns, but will update the review in due time!

Today was my fifth session for my chin hair laser treatment. For the first three sessions I thought I wasted my money but from 4th session onwards I felt a huge difference. Team MD laser body was very supportive and professional specially Ala Abbas. She always welcome with warm heart made me comfortable for my session. Thanks
Poor client experience and customer service. I went to this clinic the first time just to get one treatment after seeing and ad with a special price on Instagram for less than 60 cad and then when I was there for my consultation I was scammed with a package for more than $1,300. When I came to my home I change my mind and I called them to try to cancel but they did not allow me even though the financial company said they did not a problem to cancel my purchase. After the incident I went to my 7 appointments from my 8 sessions package every time with a different person (probably because nobody stays working on this place for more than 1 month) and I had no another option if I did not want to lose my money. Finally when I called today to get a refund or exchange my last session to another area since I moving to another city they said none of these options would be possible even though I was advice at the clinic for someone else that I could do it. Please don’t waste your money and time on this place. Every session was also painful.

I highly recommend going to PLC Laser Clinic for laser hair removal! My experience with Iyesha has been overwhelmingly positive. She really cares about giving you the hair removal results you want, while being an absolute down-to-earth, honest, amazing human being. I’ve been seeing Mahrukh for several months now to help me with my hyperpigmentation. I must say that after several treatments of the carbon peel, my skin is brighter, even in colour, and has better texture. I will keep seeing Mahrukh for maintenance. She is a lovely lady who truly cares about her patients and I trust her with my skin care. Her clinic is lovely, newly renovated, clean, and very relaxing.

All staff was straightforward, honest and detail oriented. They explained with great details toward the treatment although I didn’t move forward due to my personal health condition, they didn’t force me in-fact they gave me ease to come back again whenever I want, which I love. I don’t like to feel restricted when it comes to treatment plans and choices! They have even cool offer where you put down $100 and become a member and use those $100 anytime for any treatment in near future. It was awesome experience.
I absolutely had 4 pleasant laser sessions here. I like how the nurses interacted with me. Only thing is you will always find the front desk busy, but I get that they are helping someone on the phone. I always has to call and book an appointment instead of waiting at front desk. I see results on my leg after first session itself and end of 4 session I have a lot less hair to deal with.
I took laser treatment from hind. She is nice and kind. I highly recommended her. But on the reception there is Chanda . She is sooo rude. Once they gave me offer of skin treatment . They ask me for paying $ 150 in advance than you got your seating in $50 per session. I took 1 session that was not suitable on my skin . I asked Chanda I don’t want it gives me problem on my face. Can you adjust 150 somewhere else. Than she was sooo rude and she said you already took your money . We don’t have . ( if she don’t want to give it back, she can simply says it’s not in our policy that it ) but she misbehaved with me. I said I want to talk with your manager than she said she is going out of country. After that I went to washroom when I was coming than manager is on her chair. Than Chanda said now I remember your service is left ,I can adjust.

Do not come here and if you do NOT use “rachelle” for botox !! i paid almost 600 for a frozen forehead and i said multiple times i dont want any movement at all and look at this. Not only do I have movement but i have creases and lines. This is after a touchup too. She does not know what she is doing at all or how to get the results you want. She offered a touchup for more money then the manager said it could give me droopy eye!! She is dangerous and does not care she just wants your money!! and the manager is so rude and does not offer any help at all!! Please go to another clinic!!

I like this clinic, in my opinion, this center is one of the best clinics that I have gone to. professional team, and affordable prices in a beautiful place.
Paid $70 for one laser session last year, this year i was charged $220 for same by Nada. When i asked why such a price hike she said this is the Canada we live in. I have yet to seen a price list from her, fees are made up on the spot.

I had a stubborn melasma over my nose and it was spreading all over my face in butterfly pattern. I tried several treatments but resulted into getting worse every time. Luckily I went to Mahrukh for my treatment. She is an angel. She started my laser treatment. It’s been only three sittings and my 80 percent melasma has already gone. She is also treating my acne and acne marks and I’m more than satisfied. I’m not afraid of watching myself in mirror anymore. Thank you so much Mahrukh for giving my confidence back. I would definitely recommend getting laser hair removal at heart lake anesthetics. It was really hard for me to decide where and what anesthesiologists to go to as a dark skin person. I did my first session and I noticed I major difference from then and as I continued getting my laser sessions my hair growth as decreased and I now has little to no ingrown hairs which was my reason for getting laser hair removal. I did my third session and even after 3 weeks there is barely any hair coming up. Best place to get your treatment done and the comfort is top 👌

I have been going to Skinfidelity for a year now. Shelby and Julia are both incredibly professional, helpful and patient. Any treatments to the face can be nerve racking, but during the consultation they were able to reassure me with all the knowledge/information they provided, and were honest about the result I could expect to see. I can't say enough about their attention to detail and customer service! The results have been fantastic and incredibly natural looking.
I found this spa through groupon as they had a really great deal for a chemical peel. The service was terrible. Only got two layers, missed my cheeks completely. The application was rushed and no care was taken. I didn’t have an assessment done prior to ask of my skin goals, only that I would “benefit from facials” because “you have clogged pores”. Won’t be back.
After some very disappointing consultations at other laser clinics, I was blown away at how helpful and informative Anu is! She really takes the time to care for your skin, provide as much information as possible and ensures you feel comfortable before and after every session. Very pleased with my results from Laser Genesis for the IPL facial treatments!
Shelby saved my face. At another clinic, I got botched with cheek filler I did not need, and was told it would dissolve over time. It did not (and does not, which I know now). Shelby helped me start dissolving all of my filler, and worked with me to find other alternatives to fix my initial concerns. She became my go to person for all things face. I moved to Vancouver and I will literally still come back to Toronto to see her anytime I’m home, because I trust her and I know what good work she does.

I had an amazing experience with Anu. I had signed up for full legs, arms, bikini, face and underarms. The laser treatment went very well, and I have seem great results! Anu is also very flexible and went out of her way to ensure that I was seeing results and made changes if needed. Also, I have done the cocoa enzyme facial with her and it significantly brightened my face! Overall, Anu was very professional and understanding and I am extremely pleased with the results.

Honestly the best medical spa I've ever been to! I've been to many different places and had a few bad experiences. But this place is honestly very professional, super clean and very friendly. I had Botox done and my nurse was very gentle and the treatment was very quick. I barely felt anything and I am 5 days after my treatment and I already look incredible! She made me look 10 years younger without making me look Frozen. I can't wait to go back for touch-ups! I finally found my Beauty Heaven. I will never go to another place again. So happy I came across this place! They even accommodated me after having a terrible day and being late for my appointment and still took me and fit me in.
