Professional from the first phone call until delivery of my vehicle. Mo gave me a call after i sent an inquiry for an online listing, although the first model did not work out, he went above and beyond to offer my top dollar for my trade in and found the perfect vehicle that suited all the needs I described. Took 3 weeks from start to finish and checked off everything I needed. Mo was incredibly professional and maintained honest communication throughout the process.
The Sales Manager I dealt with was Mo. He was great, explained everything very well. I also want to give kudos to the receptionist. She was awesome!

Management needs a change, I know tech city have a reputation and was very helpful in the past, but recently I encountered very unfriendly and rude behavior from the management here. Very rude and unhelpful, there are Desi guys working here ruining the store. I wanted to make a complain about them and requested to see the owner or head there but worst of all they were all supported for there rudeness by the owner of the store, the guy literally said that i am owner and was very offensive, that was unacceptable. Never to shop from this shop again totally unacceptable. Never recommended.

I’ve rented jet skis there for the past 4 years. Elias is a great guy, rents great machines and provides amazing customer service! Best way to enjoy the Lake Ontario and our great city!
I recently rented jet skis from Toronto Marine Rentals, and it was fantastic. Super affordable compared to other places I’ve seen while also having more luxury options. The owner is responsive, honest, and is knowledgeable about the jet skis and all the safety stuff you need to know about. Overall, an awesome experience – highly recommend!

Had a toilet replaced, as well as replacing the main stack in the basement which was very old, cracked and leaking. The pipes to the toilet, bathtub and sink were poorly set up as well. Eric and Nick did all of this work efficiently and effectively. Both of these men were courteous, friendly and respectful. They did the work, removed all the old pipes and toilet, and cleaned up the area. I am very pleased and feel much more secure about the safety of the plumbing now. Good work, Eric and Nick!

Highly recommended Environmental Plumbing/John the Plumber, Krista was able to set up a same day appointment. Lance arrived on time, professional, personable and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and offered solutions and alternatives. Lance answered all my questions with clear information. In spite of secondary issues that came up, he completed the job in a timely manner. This is the third time I have had such excellent service, I will call on these folks with any plumbing issue.

I just stopped to ask a few questions and, by chance, a gentleman greeted me and was very attentive to my questions. From A to B and from B to C, I have never been served like this before comparing to other sellers. I spent at least an hour and a half there and I can tell you that this person named Mo Lasania was professional and patient throughout. Wow Bravo Mr Mo keep it up!!!

I had an amazing visit to Tech City. The service was excellent, and the staff were very knowledgeable about their products. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to return. The prices are affordable, and they have a great selection of up-to-date products.
This is the second time we've hired this company for plumbing work. Both times they were able to come out on short notice, get the job done quickly and to a high standard, and acted very professionally while here. We would definitely hire again and recommend to others. This time, Miguel was clearly training someone while doing the work as well and I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and insistence on them both doing the best quality work while teaching his coworker.

My first experience with this Company was in 2022 when they unclogged a bath tub drain and installed a new faucet for my bathroom sink. The service response was timely, Gary was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and clean! In 2023, I relied on this Company again to uninstall and then reinstall the water line when I replaced the refrigerator and, again, it was a very positive, similar experience! Most recently, I again contacted this Company to address a drainage issue and was pleased with the continuity of timeliness, professionalism, effort and cleanliness that Eric displayed. This Company has provided the best consistent quality of service of any plumbing company that I have used in 34 years living in Ottawa!

Environmental Plumbing did a great job ensuring customer satisfaction. Our plumber Miguel arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and provided a very reasonable quote for our sink/ faucet plumbing install. The install was completed in a very timely, clean, and quiet manner. No leaks, no stress, and the work looks great! He even went above and beyond to explain the functionality of the setup parts and included a de-clogging port as a bonus. We were very impressed and are happy to continue business with Environmental Plumbing in the future.

Was looking for a used 8GB DDR4 ram. They had a whole bunch in generic green PCBs and was asking for $35. I counter offered with $20 they asked for $30. I just went to Canada Computers down the road bought a brand new 3200 mhz for $27.
My contact lens got lost in my eye lol. I was not able to flush it out and I called the shop just before closing to see if there was a Dr who could help me. Dr. Choi stayed and waited for me to arrive. She was extremely thorough in her exam and made sure everything was okay. My eye was super irritated and she recommended the appropriate care. Her staff who were there were all super friendly and accommodating as well.

I have been trying since June to coordinate a mobility scooter repair with this business for my extremely disabled partner. That was a colossal mistake, as it has taken months of falsehoods, vagaries, broken promises, and a 'long-suffering small businessperson' act.
Most of then information on the website is false. The store is not open 9 AM to 9 PM - an issue when I was trying to deal with them while still working. As well, the site says they offer a pickup service for vehicles which require repairs. This is a lie. I tried for weeks to get the mobility scooter in need of repair picked up, and the reasoning went from 'it's not always available' to 'it's only available on rainy days because the person who does it works another job'. He then suggested I pay for someone on Facebook to bring it in - again, not a good solution for someone with disabilities.
When it finally got to the shop, there were weeks and weeks of excuses, false promises, convenient 'forgetfulness' (I left my name and number with him at least five times), and finally trying to sell us a different scooter from the one promised because that's what he had and the promised one wasn't available anymore. He then tried to guilt me for the scooter in need of repair taking up space in his shop.
This has been completely unacceptable. Do not put yourself through this sort of treatment.

I have long covid and severe spinal pain as a complication of my MCAS. I sourced an older model scooter from a pal who thought it just needed new batteries, but it still wasn’t quite running
. Called in advance. He claimed it was going to be a few days for his pick up guy to come. Call for an update he admitted the pickup service doesn’t really operate so since it’s a mobility device he suggested paying someone else to deliver it so I would get it fixed soon. Which we did.

Rep: "What can I do for you?" he mumbles with his back to me as he continues work on the bike he's repairing. Me: "Hi, I called last week for a few repairs and you told me to bring it in today". I give the short list of repairs I think it needs and he gives me options, still with his back to me and not bothering to get up and inspect the bike he told me to bring in.
Then he tells me I can't leave my bike today because he doesn't have the space and won't get to it for about a week. I really don't see why he told me to come in when we could have discussed the repairs on the phone when I called last week and set an appointment then? Based on my experience today, it's clear to me this business is only busy due to a lack of competition in the area. Very poor attitude. I turned around and left. No way am I spending my money here.

You told me "no appointment was necessary" and to "just bring it in on Tuesday", leaving me with the impression that you would inspect my bike and take it in for repair. Instead, when I arrived, you told me to bring it back almost a week later, and didn't bother to even get up and inspect it after I rushed there after my own day of work.
Here's the thing- my time is just as valuable to me as yours is to you. You wasted my time for no reason. It's great that you could acknowledge what I said was all true, but unfortunate that you think sitting with your back to me by way of introduction and wasting my time are not indicative of a poor attitude.

I could write pages about my positive experience. Let me just say that it is without the doubt the best repair experience I have had for any item ever . Service , price and quality of work are almost unbelievable. I was expecting to pay 3 times what I was charged and could not believe the phone call that my bike was ready for pickup first thing the very next morning .
I do not recommend at all. He overcharged me for a simple bike tube change ($75!!!!!!) and supposedly screwed the back support to the back tire but it came off as soon as I left. He screwed me over instead
I went for the laptop up gradation and met there technician. He gave me honest advice and charged me reasonable. Rest of the staff also polite. Price is reasonable and they don’t seem to be ripping off ppl who don’t have tech knowledge.
Never seen an honest guy like the Chinese guy who works there. Left my laptop for repair. He calls me later that you don’t have to pay nothing because I didn’t fix anything. He said come to pick up your laptop. It is working properly. Woah . Gave him 20$ for coffee but he refuses. World will be better with this kind of people.

Bought a Jeep Gladiator from Jimmy at Rive Sud Chrysler. Enjoyed his salesmanship style along with his friendliness. Found him easy to deal with , without the pushy attitude found commonly elsewhere. He was open minded when it came time to negociate and found him pulling hard for me in order to get a decent deal.
Also dealt with a few others at Rive Sud in the process of my sale. Found a well refined team that seem to really enjoy working with one another and always seem to be ready to help one another out.

Large variety of various tech related gadgets. Was the only place I could pickup a 2230 M.2 SSD for upgrading my Steam Deck. The store was unclear on whether these were new SSD's or from refurbished devices but I was excited at the prospect of having my little project completed the same day. I get home and my device doesn't detect the NVME whatsoever. After many frustrating hours of troubleshooting I called the store to find out if these drives had partitions wiped before being sold to customers and the staff at the store were not of much assistance. Wasn't a big fan of the no refund policy since the hardware was not working. If you're looking for a good deal this is definitely the place to shop but don't be surprised when the items you buy don't work when you bring it home.

Worst shop ever. Recommended a pair of cheap plastic frame and single vision lenses and costed me 350 for my 8 year old. Later talked to an optician working at another shop. He told me it cost 1/3 at Costco.

This is a really awesome experience. I would like to buy a pair of sunglasses here. Once I got inside, people working there were so nice and showed me many choices and helped me with the best one. With the best smiling face in the world, the young girl helped me for examine the eyes. The doctor was even nicer to explain my eyes and related things. He was very patient and gentle, professional and knowledgeable. I have learned a lot by short meeting with him. Such a nice gentleman! He also told me that my eyes were really healthy which relaxed me. Because I worried too much about my eyes, I replied on my one good eye too much. The boss was a very nice lady, she patiently and nicely helped me about everything. I felt like at home when I stayed there. When I talked about my health card without a plastic bag, she immediately gave me one for free. Such a kind and nice lady. I love being their customers. After just two days, my sunglasses are ready. Actually, this is one of my best shopping experiences in the past. Very cheerful!

The service department from my experience at the Dodge dealerships that i have been to, this one is top notch. I deliberately went to this one even though I have one minutes away as I never ever want to give anymore business to any Duclos dealerships. My service technician Pascale was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Not to mention professional ensuring that my file was created with all my information correct. Now as for their showroom. Not that many vehicles inside. They had a few used cars inside but nothing of real interest to me. Out in their lot a few models but again nothing that would sway me to update my vehicles. When I am ready I am pretty sure I will come here.
A very infuriating experienced! how terrible the service is! me and my wife were there on time for our eye examination, and suddenly a man and his family were late fore more than 30 minutes cuts our que. I told one of the staff that you’re cutting our line for a late patient, but, she went straight to the optometrist to arrange what the guy needs. To make it worst, the optometrist accommodated the guy and his family in front of us. If they could only ask in a good manner. Thank you for assisting your new clients with such manner.

This is where I will be going from now on. Even if it weren't so close by, I would go out of my way to go to Byron Bikes.

Owners and staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. I went in looking for advice on a scooter I was going to buy on Kijiji and ended up buying one here instead. I knew next to nothing about e-bikes/scooters and they answered all of my questions and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will definitely return for accessories/repairs in the future.
We have had great service and great prices from the Optical Shop. For what I paid for new lens in my old frame, I was able to get a new pair of glasses PLUS top line lens. They have great prices (better than Hakim and better selection as well). Their service has been outstanding as well. We had a problem with the lens in our new glasses. They sent them back and got it fixed - no problem. I am happy to recommend them - they seem more than fair and great people to deal with as well!
