I always find the receptionist here to be friendly and provide detailed explanations. It's because of her that I come here. The doctor also listens to my opinion and is very cooperative. I really like this place.
Very poor and substandard customer service. The staff are quite unfriendly and showing attitude towards customers.
Very late test results. If you are looking for a family physician, I recommend you to go somewhere else.
"Clinic opens when the doctor is in".
Unprofessional of the doctor to not be there when the clinic opens. The least the receptionist could do is let people in and get them checked in so when the doctor is in he/she can take patients in as soon as possible. They're supposed to be open by 9am, waited in a line outside their clinic until 9:40am and left. I have never been to a clinic run so unprofessionally.
Dr. Yazdani is an unprofessional and a very rude doctor. She does not let the parents talk, she will talk to the patient directly. She made my niece cry only because she is a little overweight for her age. She made my niece so upset that she doesn’t eat, sleep, or even talk to us. Don’t waste your time, do yourself a favour and find another doctor for kids.
Great service!! Dr Rasheed is an honest, thorough and professional doctor who I highly recommend. The staff are always warm and welcoming.

I visited this clinic yesterday and I was really satisfied as compared to other clinics in Brampton. Most importantly, the waiting time period is only 20-25 minutes on usual days but if it’s busy then maximum 30-35 minutes without any appointments. You can walk in here. Dr. Ali Rasheed was really polite and I was so comfortable with him to talk about any health issues. Receptionist were so welcoming as well.
Must Visit.
Went here for the first time today because my doctor couldn’t see me. Their website says to book an appointment but I tried to call but didn’t get an answer so I emailed and received a response within an hour telling me I could just come in. What a pleasant experience! I went around lunch time and waited maybe less then 15minutes. The desk staff and doctor were warm and courteous (which I imagine can be hard to maintain at a walk-in). The clinic is also clean. Definitely recommend!

I'm reluctant to give this review because it may potentially spur more to come to the clinic and extend wait times, but it's the right and honorable thing to do. My wife and I have been going to this clinic for awhile and we have been blessed with great care.

Of course, it's not perfect you still have to wait - that's prevalent to every clinic you go to. What the difference is with Dr. Rasheed and his staff is the level of care and service they provide.

Their front staff are welcoming, well-versed, and accommodating. Dr.Rasheed takes his time to listen to you and provides his expert advice on next steps.

Overall, they are very efficient and proficient to what they do and highly recommend them.
Based on visiting on Wednesday at 11:00 am.

- receptionist was the most professional and intelligent I've met. She really knows what she's doing and is very friendly.
- doctor is very efficient at balancing patients, which made the wait time very short.
- very good experience visiting here, no wonder it already has such a high rating.
Worst clinic EVER

This is the first time I've experienced a clinic where doctor refuses to even see me, just because long back I have seen some other doctor, who I no longer have access to. This was communicated through a receptionist after waiting for one hour. Doctor never bother to ask me what's my issue and what I can do about it. Horrible. I do not recommend anybody going to this clinic with unsympathetic people. Such a shame.
Dr. Adebajo is to be AVOIDED at all costs. My girlfriend had to wait an hour and a half past her appointed time, and was seen by him. We were there to have a return to work form filled out. Dr. Adebajo rudely addressed her and yelled at her, asking why she came here in the first place if she's sick. Then he proceeded to yell at his receptionists for not informing him beforehand.

Thanks for letting everyone else in the lobby know about her personal health information.
If I could give Dr. Francis and her office (with the exception of her nurse Elsie who is amazing), a negative 5 stars, I would. I cannot believe she is allowed to practice.

Not only did she misdiagnose me, when I researched it and had follow up questions, she fluffed me off unable to answer the direct questions I had. Not only was I healing phsyically, she mentally kept me down and I became further depressed as I waited to find out what was wrong with me.

After months in limbo waiting on her to act, I initiated an appointment (by phone), and she basically dismissed me saying I was fine now and I was good to move on. Like I should've known that magically. I then demanded a referral to a specialist. Almost 2 years later, I am still going through tests as they find one thing after another (testing she should have done when I went through this then and by not doing it then, probably made it worse). Not to mention, this specialist told me there is no way I had what she said I did, or else there would've been follow up medical procedures done. Dr. Francis not once physically checked me. She did 2min phone calls to get herself paid by OHIP.

I've luckily found another family doctor, asked for my medical files to be transferred, and it took them 3 MONTHS until they called and told me there were too many pages and I needed to pay $60 to print them and pick them up myself. Apparently because of privacy issues, they couldn't be emailed. So when I go to pick them up, guess what? They lost them. Clearly they take privacy very seriously. Oh, but don't worry, they eventually found them and had them printed in hours *insert eyeroll*

I am beyond grateful to be leaving this clinic. I've been with her for more than 20 years...about 20+ years too long.

HIGHLY do NOT recommend you chose to put your life in this clinic's hands.
Dr. Ade is extremely rude and not interested in helping patients. He is even rude to his own receptionists, barking orders at them. They look like they are scared of him.
Doesn’t listen to you whatsoever. Didn’t even get up from behind the desk to examine me or look at what the problem was.
Honestly I would not trust this doctor with the care of my goldfish. Horrible. There are plenty of other walk in clinics with caring doctors. Stay away!!!
I saw Dr Adebajo he was so rude, the medical review was very rushed and he told me to get up and go in the rudest way, all because I didn’t agree with his diagnosis and wanted a second opinion. The reason why I didn’t agree because I have been pumped with medication for months now and my symptoms are still persisting if not, getting worse. And he wanted to give me more medication.

He said he would refer me to a specialist but my appointment was so bad and he was so rude, I asked the receptionist to take me off the registration for this medical centre.

Do not go here and if you do, do not request to see Dr Adebajo
The best clinic I've been to. Every single doctor that saw me was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. The receptionists are always friendly and efficient. It's a well run clinic.
I visited this location on multiple occasions, and each experience has gotten a little worse. Staff are unwelcoming and curt. As for the doctors, experience is hit and miss, depending on who you are matched with. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the individual I had recently visited with, but they were rushing the appointment, and when I tried to ask for other follow up I was not given a proper explanation as to why I was being denied, and then rudely addressed by the doctor. Level of professionalism is very low again that is dependent on the staff that you are working with, but no high hopes.
I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Rashed were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Rashed really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanour has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.
Been going to Dr. Rosenthal for 21 years. We travel 3+ hours to see him as would never choose another doctor. It is too hard to find a doctor period, and having a great one even harder to find.

Receptionist was very patient and nice.
Although it was a short dr. consultation, I got the accurate information and effective communication from dr.

If you have simple (not complicated) illness, highly recommend this clinic.
I was a little concerned coming here when I checked out the reviews on Google, but fortunately I had an amazing experience ! It was my first time coming to this clinic and the registration process was smooth and seamless, so much better than most walk-ins I have visited in the past. I only waited 10 minutes in the waiting room before the receptionist directed me to the doctors
office. The doctor that helped me out was efficient without making me feel rushed. Will 100% be coming back.

Note: I came here at around 3:45pm on a Tuesday afternoon and left the office at 4:11pm
Dr Francis has gotten worse over the years . I’m not sure if it’s her ego that has caused her to be so callous , to cut off patients before they even share important details ,& jump to (often wrong )conclusions . Wait times are atrocious and they continue to reduce their hours.

First time at this walk in clinic today and everyone was extremely helpful, professional and time sensitive. Receptionist was lovely to deal with and Dr. Ali Rasheed was the most efficient, respectful and professional walk in doctor I have had to date. Thank you for all your help today Peel Medical Centre team.
This clinic is ridiculous. Imagine, your appointment is stated on the exact time and you arrived early until you waited 1-2 hours. Even though you called to met the doctor. You still need to wait more. I dont like this experience. HORRIBLE!
Best walk in clinic in Brampton! Incredibly reasonable wait time, 10 minutes. Excellent receptionist and doctor. The doctor listened to my needs and didn’t rush me. Would highly recommend this walk in clinic to anyone looking for a good experience.
Receptionist showed up late to open the office. Then her first task of the day was to put a sign on the door stating “clinic will open when the doctor is in!” No time specification, did not address any patients who were waiting, just leaving a whole lobby of people angry and without answers. After rapping on the closed clinic door for 5 minutes, she finally answered and said the doctor would be in around 10am, an hour after the clinic opened. Completely disorganized, they do not respect people’s time or the times listed on their Google business people. I suggest avoiding this clinic.
Dr Shakib was very friendly and professional but the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. I would not ruin the reputation of my clinic with hiring inexperienced and unfriendly receptionists.
I've visited this place a few times, and unfortunately, the staff's rudeness is quite evident. It's baffling how they exhibit so much attitude without any apparent reason. Once, I called to inquire about my test results and was informed that they were ready. Based on that, I scheduled an appointment for the same day. However, upon seeing the doctor, I was told that the results hadn't actually arrived. This resulted in a wasted trip and a lot of inconvenience. Regrettably, this is just one of many unpleasant experiences I've had here. If you're seeking a caring doctor, I'd advise looking elsewhere.
This clinic has been great so far! The members of staff are quite efficient and I have met couple of doctors and been attended to really well. Recommend it if you dont have a family doctor. They do the follow ups or provide appointments without having to wait too long. Or even if you call and follow up its pretty quick.

Dr. Yazdani is unprofessional, unorganized, rude, impatient, has no empathy towards her patients. I knew I wasn't mistaken about this when my son said to me after his last visit "Why is she always so angry?"

Great people running the clinic. The whole staff is very nice and friendly. They do really understand your situation and provides you with a timely solution. Dr. Rasheed did a fantastic job by taking out the stuck cotton swab from my ear without any pain and shoutout to the staff at reception who were able to get me before the doctor just around their closing time. Thanks for your kindness.
I visited this client for three health issues, and DR Manizheh Hassan Zadeh, saw me. I explained two of my problem for the third one she said one problem is for each person; you already explained two for the 3rd one, and you have to come back later. She was so rude and had an Insulting attitude. I think she is in the wrong place. It’s better to work in other businesses, not the health system.

Completely Useless.

Should be shut down.
Unimpressive service. The "lab" is a closet with a fridge in it which does not allow for any privacy when drawing blood or getting testing done. I was displeased with the nurses' administration of a shot as they were rough, took a long time and seemed like they were just obviously struggling, and they hurt me too. I did not feel comfortable getting work done there at all. Additionally, they supposedly open at 9 am, but after an hour and a half wait, the doctor finally showed up to the clinic. It was just unprofessional. I can understand that not every walk in clinic is going to be perfect, but at least try to do better, friends.
I came in today because I had an accident last week where I bruised/possibly fractured some ribs. I'm stubborn so I just healed at home but the pain is getting worse again so I thought I would get a quick checkup to make sure I'm ok. They didn't ask where my pain was or what was wrong with me. They also said they couldn't see me because it had been a week since my accident. I don't understand why it matters if I'm feeling pain again now. I was told to go see my family dr but I know it could take a week to get an appointment... Overall I felt like they wanted to get rid of me. Not a great experience, very dissapointed. They wouldn't even do a basic checkup on me. Horrible, just horrible.
I was just passing through Brampton when I decided I needed to see a doctor. It was my first time here and thank God I came. First of all the ladies at the front desk were very polite and helpful, not to mention Dr.Kashif, who was amazing. He was non judgmental, very knowledgeable and understanding of what was going on. Honestly it’s probably 15 minutes away from where I live, but I think the next time I have to go to a walk in clinic I’ll come back to this one. It’s worth the drive :)

Receptionist working down there is good and professional, Dr. is rude and doesn’t how to talk to others. He will treat you on the basis of your clothes and job status.
So if you want to be treated good, make sure you dress really nice. He is a good doctor in medicine but lacks ethics. Also, he is also not big fan of young immigrants and students.

It is a quick service and waiting times are not that long.
A good option in the Yonge/Sheppard area for a walk-in clinic. Midday I had almost no wait. I was dealt with promptly by two receptionists, who were brisk but friendly. Waited less than 10 minutes and seen by the very young Dr. Hu. I found him a bit briefer than hoped, but he was always just going to prescribe oral antibiotics for an infected finger. I just would have liked some more advice on care. As usual nowadays, you have to be pushy to keep the doctor there more than a minute. The clinic also conveniently has a pharmacy in house for quick prescription filling. Up a flight of stairs so not too accessible, but there is one of those chair lifts so it's possible. Good hours. They don't take bookings so walk-in only.
Dr. Poitier is very thorough and knowledgeable, and has an excellent, easy going 'bedside manner.' In short, he's the best family doctor I've ever had.

Very nice clinic and staff is above and beyond. They are nice and accommodating for appointments. They follow through with all your tests right away good or bad they have you come in and talk to you. I wish more doctors and practices were like this. Very busy place so be patient.
The staff and doctors are very friendly. They patiently deal with the patients. When I visited this clinic, they explained everything in the easiest way. That was helpful for me.
Pros: plenty of parking, opens 364 days (except New Year's Day), opens till 8pm (no walk-ins in the area opens past 6pm), Dr Shakib was direct and honest (my test was covered by OHIP, another clinic wanted to charge me $50 claiming it wasn't under OHIP)
Cons: the wait. 5 people in front of me with 2 doctors on shift, waiting time was 1 hour. You can make a booking on Whatsapp but you still have to wait an hour.
Very helpful, took me when no other clinic would. I appreciate the help. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable too.
We are from out of province, we came to see the doctor for my son. The staff were so kind and helpful. The doc we seen was so friendly, knowledgeable and actually listened to our concerns. He was so good with our son and made him feel comfortable. Never met such a great doctor. Please consider moving to Winnipeg haha. So glad we came and we recommend this place to everyone in the Brampton area!
Visited the clinic for a simple TB test. I was informed that the TB test would cost $60. I questioned if last time it was $40 for work clearance TB, and then was informed that the prices have went up and I would have to pay,” $30 for this visit and $30 for the next visit”. The administrator was aware I had work documentation that needed to be filled as I provided the papers to her prior to receiving the TB test. On the day I returned for my follow-up visit to get my results they asked for me to pay $30 and I informed them that I would go to the ATM, and get the money. Another $30 was given prior to seeing the doctor. After seeing the doctor, I was asked to pay another $30.
I was confused as I was told I would pay $60. I was then told it is $30 for the TB test, $30 for the reading, and $30 for a signature. I was also told that physicians don’t pay for visits for assessments but I had to pay $30 for the physician to assess my arm. They told me these are the prices and it’s not within their control, and I said I understand that, and if the proper prices were articulated I could have gone somewhere else as other clinics charge $50 for everything. Also, I asked why they did not correct the total charge when I informed them I would go to the ATM to withdraw money as they only accept cash, but no explanation was received. I asked the administrator for her name, she stated she couldn’t disclose that information.

This experience was very disappointing as they were given two opportunities to clarify the total cost and yet I was misguided. I asked to speak to the physician, they said they are not responsible for the cost, it’s management. And when I was asked for managements number, they told me to look at their website, I had to ask twice for management information as they did not want to provide me with that info. They then provided me with an e-mail, which I sent a message to and received no response.

As a healthcare provider I understand that private clinics are owned by physicians and financial management is hired to help run their business. Knowing that the physician is responsible for the pricing because they ultimately own the whole facility, I did not push to speak with the physician on duty because I understand that they are extremely busy and money is not their primary concern.

For a clinic that charges a significant amount more than others they need to be clear on their costs and take responsibility when front staff misguides information. A healthcare facility needs to be mindful of empathetic and holistic care. I could tell by other patients waiting for their visits this is not conducted by front staff and your front staff will have a lot of control of how satisfied your patients will leave with your service. This is not a way to run a health care facility and it needs to be addressed.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, I suggest if patients are to visit this clinic be mindful of costs, and request for detailed costs through written documentation prior to receiving any tests because you will end up paying a lot more than other facilities. Fortunately, I did have the means to cover the cost, but I understand that many people have different circumstances and I wouldn’t want them to be placed in this situation.
The doctors here are good but you can’t waste your time when you cannot get a hold to talk to anyone there they don’t even call you back and if you are lucky to book an appointment you have to calculate to sit there waiting for about one hour or more. I had had so much pain in my lower stomach that i went to a hospital emergency, After a week i have came to visit my family doctor who is Dr Shakib and he was fully booked so they told me to come and see another doctor in clinic Dr Hassanzadeh, she told me i need a kidney ultrasound and she will fax my requisition to the radiology clinic i’ve done X ray before but she didn’t fax it. Nnow, I’ve been trying to reach them to fax my requisition again so I can book an appointment but no one is answering or calling me back for a week now, I can’t drive or walk because of the pain and I don’t know what else can I do, I might want to just switch to another family doctor in somewhere else
This walk in clinic is very awesome. The doctors are very kind and professional. Although sometimes waiting time could be long, I can make booking with what's app.
I had a treatment here today. I sent an e-mail and made a reservation for a walk-in in the morning, but it was possible to make a reservation at 1 pm on the same day, and I proceeded with the reservation. The staff responded quickly to emails and made it easy to visit. In fact, if you open the small door right next to the burger house, there are stairs going up to the second floor. The staff was friendly and the doctor took good care of my areas of discomfort. The doctor knew that I could speak Korean, so he called a Korean secretary, so it was very comfortable to explain the symptoms of my illness. Willing to visit this place again. They are very friendly and professional.
Been there 3 times. Seen both my kids there. Receptionists are very efficient, transparent, and down to earth. Dr. Hu was patient and thorough. Will definitely visit again if we need to walk in.
I should have trusted the Google reviews. After scheduling a meet and greet with Dr. Ravani and told her I was pregnant, she said she didn’t accept pregnant patients. I don’t know why that would affect anything as I have an OB. Her reasoning was that “she doesn’t handle pregnant people and I don’t need a family doctor when I’m pregnant.” Will be reporting to CPSO.
We were at the clinic today for the first time. I called in to book an appointment and I had to wait almost 40 mins after the appointment because they said doctor is running late. Then, I met Dr. Farah Vayani- very arrogant and she has an attitude. She wasn’t listening properly and didn’t treat us well. She is very unkind.
Worst experience ever in any walk in clinic with Doctor being rude and arrogant.

I arrived at 9:05 am Saturday am. I dint mind the facility but would have liked to be told be more then 2 hrs to be seen. The place looks new and staff where polite.
Was a total of 3 hrs there from time I arrived till I left
I've been going to this clinic for years as a walk in. Staff is always nice and doctors take the time to explain things to you. Wait times are generally pretty reasonable but it can get busy like any other clinic. Pharmacist is great also.
This place is great clinic lovely to see black doctors on staff and wonderful well
mannered and friendly receptionist. Yes there is await, like any other doctors offices; especially clinics get the over flow of patients that don’t have family doctors etc however going before they open and or booking an appointment will save you much time. If you find yourself waiting and other patients are getting in before you, even if you come in before them, that just mean they booked an appointment. Best to book an appointment.
Please do not open clinics or offer services to the public when you have no manners, compassion or ability to provide customer service. This place should be shut down- experienced racism, aggressive behaviour and disrespect for bringing my child in. Please do your research before taking your kids anywhere. Giving it a one star because it will not allow me to give 0.
Amazing staff and doctor! Very friendly and accommodating with walk in patients. Highly recommended !

Dr. Faizah Ilyas was rude, condescending, careless and unprofessional. she failed to listen to the my concerns and address symptoms regarding my medical condition and feeling unwell. She refused to review old blood work, order new blood work or other diagnostic testing, send referrals, or address symptoms, and did not explain why. Finally, she stated she could not do anything for the me, and hung up on. Horrible doctor!
I don’t understand these bad reviews, because we had a great experience with Dr.yazdani, she is very knowledgeable and all her advices worked for our newborn baby, I like her attitude because she is not fake , so if your real concern is your newborn health not getting fake attention towards yourself and your baby then she is the one for you .
Thanks Dr yazdani
Dr.Yazdani is the most unqualified paediatrician I’ve ever seen. She is rude, inpatient, and unprofessional. She is extremely negative and is incapable of making any connections with kids.I truly believe she is in the wrong business and doubt her degrees/qualifications. DO not waste your time to pay a visit . By the way, almost forgot to say staff are unfriendly as well!!
I went to this clinic today, the pharmacist is really amazing. I can't be able to meet the doctor but she is so helpful that she help me to search any other place opens for now, she also give me the number of the clinic (that's the one clinic that is open this time) . She is so humble and kind. Really appreciate her.
Always able to get appointment fast when i call for one. Dr. Poitier has been my doctor since 2018 and has always been helpful and willing to make referrals to specialists when needed.
I had very pleasant experience with this clinic. Front desk receptionist boy is so helpful and friendly. He always help me to get the appointment on my preferred time. Doctors are also really good. Very short wait time.
Incredibly unprofessional and essentially violent behaviour towards my 7 day old newborn baby. Dr yadzadi's bedside manner and patient care was unbelievably below the standard of healthcare that should be offered. The single most important aspect when qualifying as a medical professional is taking the time to listen to patients and this lady clearly failed that part of her examinations. Avoid this place and this "doctor" if you have any other option. 0/5
Ive had Dr Rosenthal as my family Dr since he opened his practice on Beecroft. He has looked after my two children now, 25/27 since they left they’re obstetrician. Whenever Ive called he has always fit me in, yes, Im sure he can be short at times. Ive not seen it, but Im in health care and have worked with many physicians. As a family Dr, he is one of the most knowledgeable and caring Dr’s I know. He also shows up! Many are doing zoom these days. If your lucky enough to get him as your famiky Dr. Your in great hands. Im so sorry to hear others have not had the same excellent care we have had. Mostly the walk ins it seems like. Dr’s are human. We all get overwhelmed at times and for walk-ins. He did take them early on I guess. But since the pandemic, i think he has enough with his regular clients. I dont think he has as much time. Our medical system is grossly over worked and underfunded. For walkins, look up OHIP site and register with a family Dr.
It is hard to get an appointment at other clinics in my area with long waitlist that can take two weeks but Dr. Rosenthal and his receptionist are friendly and are available to take an appointment swiftly and get getting medical as soon as possible is appreciated.
The male receptionist is a piece of work and unprofessional. I needed a doctor's note a few weeks ago and I owe $20. I ph today asking for help with my requisition to my pharmacy and he cut me off and started asking about $20. Told him I don't have it...he banned me from the clinic. This medicine I need is helping live longer. As far as the dr is concerned👍 but this boy at the front needs to learn about customer service and people skills. I'll be speaking with the doctor personally
It’s been 2 years to go to this location, all time favourite. You need to call first to book an appointment and the receptionist is really polite and nice to all . Always help me out 🫶🏻 Thanks to get the clinic and staff for their support .🙏

We are as tax payers paying these people who don't want to see sick people.
It's better if these clinics will be closed forever and open some private clinics.
Kudos to Mr. Singh and his amazing team for great service.

The best Pharmacy in town and always going above and beyond. Explain the medications in detail, schedule, and also called me personally to have Kid's Teleynol and Advil picked up as stores are running low on supply.

I bet it's not easy for business owners to call customers and take care of them. I wish them great success and looking forward to future interactions and business.

Always serving every customer with a smile.

Cheers.
I've had Dr Francis as my family Dr for 15 years. Overall, she's been professional and nice - no issues. In the past when I've complained of health issues, she was quick to refer me to a specialist. The location is clean. My only complaint is that their phone message box is always full, and the front admins have been rude on several occasions.
My last visit with Dr.Yazdani for my 5 year old daughter was a total nightmare. She was completely rude and impatient. She did not have the courtesy to hear our concerns and clarify our questions. Thorough out our consultation she was rushing up to send us away. Wish there was a way to give negative rating here.
My daughter and I have been to Dr Rosenthal on a walk in basis. The receptionist is always pleasant and accommodating. Both times Dr Rosenthal saw us in short order and efficiently diagnosed and cured us successfully. I highly recommend this clinic.
I don't normally write reviews but I must say my experience here has been consistently TERRIBLE. I have been a patient of Dr. Francis' since I was a kid, but every year she gets worse. She never listens to what you have to say, cuts you off all the time to insert her conclusion without even doing a proper check-up or analysis, and speaks in an extremely condescending manner as if you as a patient have noo idea what is happening in your own body. I have had a condition for awhile now and its only gotten worse. I had a phone consultation with Dr. Francis who INSISTED that it was dandruff; although I tried to tell her it wasn't dandruff as it was not itchy, flaky, or loose. Before her, I had spoken to about 3 other doctors who did not conclude it was dandruff, however she INSISTED it was "just dandruff' and prescribed an extremely expensive shampoo (incorrectly) to treat what was not any type of dandruff (later confirmed by other doctors). In order to avoid her, I made an appointment with Dr. SIngharam, who at first listened to what I had to say but became very rude when I insisted that I needed to be referred to a dermatologist as the condition has been getting worse for 2 years and I had tried several treatments from at least 4 other doctors. His advice was for me to cut my hair SHORT and he advised against wearing braids?? Because as per his reasoning, wearing braids = you cant clean your scalp properly. I have honestly never been so offended by a doctor, and kept asking for a referral to a derm because I wanted a second opinion as to what exactly the name of this condition was; since he concluded the condition was something I had already tried 2 unsuccessful treatments for. So naturally, if I had already tried treatments for the same condition with no success, I would be skeptical as to whether the diagnosis was accurate. Obviously with all this in mind, I am not going to just take their opinion as my bread and butter when they've been wrong in the past, I do not think a specialists' opinion was too much to ask for after having this condition for ~2 years and having a misdiagnosis from Dr. Francis for it. He cut me off SEVERAL times, to the point where I had to ask him to grant me some respect in communication! I am surprised that a doctor with so much experience would conclude that I shouldn't wear braids, as if wearing braids by default makes your scalp dirty. He was giving off very ignorant undertones. I have been wearing braids on and off for yearss and surprisingly, this condition began during a period where I was NOT wearing any braids whatsoever. He insisted that he could not refer me to a derm because they won't take me?? because he cant send me there for a condition GPs are supposed to treat, because it makes the doctors look bad when they send patients to dermatologists for simple conditions, because the derm will be annoyed ?? etc well if GPs keep getting it wrong then..why would you want to keep me from seeing a specialists?! He then proceeded to walk out of the room without even prescribing anything. I had to ASK him to prescribe something, which he completely IGNORED and continued to walk out, to which I asked would that be a yes or a no? As in, are you able to prescribe something or not, to which he finally responded "I'll be back" . If anything, the one star goes to the lady at the front desk who also took my blood pressure, she suggested a natural remedy which I will be trying. You could tell that she cared about the condition even more than the doctors.

I was looking for an Urgent care place to check my 17months ols lungs, after her having a cough over a month. The receptionist advised me that we have to first book a telephone call stating that he will determine based on that if he has to see her in person. After speaking with Telehealth Ontario, I was advised to get a doctor to see her asap, so I accepted the telephone call in order to get yhe live appointment. Guess what, in the first second the doctor said, oh I dont see patients with cough?? I hanged up immediatelly. And it turned out at the end, the receptionist deliberately tricked me into booking the phone call, so they can swipe her health card, knowing that he will not see her in person. Dont waste your time with this clinic. This is not Urgent care center. They refuse service amd its not clear what their function is pretty much. Just looking to get revenue from you.
My daugher turned out to have pneumonia, something that cannot be determined over a telephone call!
Arrived at 1145am and requested to see doctor. Was advised doctor only works Mon and Fri. Was offered a teleconference with doctor and was advised I would be called so thin the hour. 4.5 hours later and two follow up calls I was still not contacted. I strongly recommend going to another walk-in or stay home and fight it yourself as the doctor is obviously too busy to have this practice.
The receptionist AND doctors at this clinic are extremely pleasant and helpful. Our family goes to this walk-in clinic when our family doctor's office cannot accommodate us and we receive top notch care from Dr. Rosenthal. The clinic accommodates us quickly and everyone there is very friendly. The clinic is clean and operates efficiently, unlike any other walk-in I've ever attended. Thanks!!
I have been going to Dr. Francis for a while now and I must say she has gotten worse over the years. After reading other reviews, I feel like I am no longer alone in this matter. She is a terrible doctor, does not care at all about your health or what is best for you. I went to her about my car accident because i was told to go to my family doctor for further consult. She did not even examine me just asked are you okay? LIKE WHAT. I also had mono a few weeks ago, I scheduled a phone call with her to let her know and all she said was 'take your vitamins' IS THIS A JOKE? Whenever I speak to her she always seems like she is in a rush and is not listening to you EVER. Would not recommend her as a family doctor. TERRIBLE.
We've been going to this walk in clinic over 6 years now. Dr Rosenthal is by far the best Dr we've met in Canada. He is super nice, efficient and truly cares about his patients. The rest of staff is great as well, we've always got excellent service from anyone we interacted with there. I'd strongly reccomend this clinic!

This is a useless urgent care. The point of urgent Care is to divert the people from emerge so that people with actual emergency don't have to wait long.

I waited 5 hours for a phone consultation for my son, only to be told I should take him to the emerge because they don't assess people who have fever due to Covid! Why are you in healthcare if you're not seeing sick people?

Nice way to bill OHIP for a 5 minute phone call and doing nothing.

Fraudulent clinic discriminating on OHIP yet accepting private insurance
So kind, helpful, and informative. My visit for something quite embarrassing, and I not only left feeling well taken care of, but I also left with knowledge and reassurance about my issue. Making an appointment was super quick and easy over the phone, and they sent me off feeling better about myself. That's a big deal, and many clinics ignore that part. Thank you, Dr. Rosenthal!

The most terrible clinic in the entire world! I highly don’t recommend this clinic for anyone who respect yourself. It is a shame for Canada to have such kind of clinics!
I’m from Ukraine, and I have never experienced something like that before. The lady on the reception desk is rude and not attentive, useless and definitely hates people and everything around her. Doctor did not even ask my name, everything was in rush and with no support and information, details about my problem and possible solutions. I have done medical analysis in Life Lab and they sent results to this Walk In Clinic, and stuff there were supposed to notify me that they received it but they have not done it. So, conclusion is I will never go to this clinic again and I hope someone will impact to close this clinic. The worse experience ever!
Call in at 1130am this morning to get a TB skin test complete. I am a emergency nurse. My immunization have to be updated and i was ask to complete it within a certain time limit. The rude judgemental lady on the phone ask "why do you want it, we cant do it today" she continue to say " you have to pay 100.00 because its not covered by OHIP, and do you have a health card". I was so upset that someone would think am illegal in the country i was born. For someone to ask those questions is ridiculous. Then she states " some student's need it for the college and thats why i ask because i dont know if you have a health card" OMG am i a student? She continues to cover up what she said by speaking on student. I then let her know that i call in for my self, i do not want to here other patient matter and that should never be discuss with me if you know the law. I am calling about myself. Think about arrogant and judgemental. Lacking critical thinking and customer service skills. I will never go back there and i encourage others not to go there.

The first time I came here, I was told to wait for the doctor. 30 minutes later, I was told the doctor isn’t in today. The second time, there was only one other person here with me and it took at least 1 hour to get to me. Wait times are terrible.

I want to give zero rating. Receptionist was upset I don't know why. She was rude. The doctor was still there but she said there is no doctor in a rude way.

They must understand the pain of the patient.
Staff need to change.

Dr Nejad has always been wonderful, he has been our family doctor for last 7 years and we are all praises for him. He is adjusting and takes good care of his patients. My experience has been wonderful with him.
