Today I had my doctor's appointment at Richvale Medical Centre The receptionist told me to call before I come, I called and they put me on hold for half an hour and no one came back to speak with me. I went to the appointment and the receptionist told me that two patients were before me after one hour I went to the desk to ask why I wasn't called the receptionist said one person was before then haff an hour later there's 2 people in front of me. Dr Kassim you are an excellent doctor get competent staff they are making you look bad.
Dr bemo is giving wrong medicine always to the patients. He dont have knowledge i guess he just bought his certificate by money. Do not go there unless u want more problems. There should be negative 10000 stars option so that i can give him reviews in a better way.
First-class medical experience!!!
Walked in, was attended to quickly by pleasant staff; felt heard and professionally cared for, by Dr. Hasan Al-Onaidi.
Krush, the assistant, was exceptional in caring and putting me at ease!!!!!
Thank you!!!! Highly recommend!!!!
Walked in today for an appointment. Excellent service by front desk. Seen within minutes. Dr. Al-Obaidi was a combination of efficient, kind, and insightful. Excellent bedside manner and induced strong patient confidence.
Great clinic! We were quite sad when we moved to BC because our daughter’s paediatrician and our family doctor in Montreal was really good.

I am so lucky to have come across this clinic. Everyone, from front office to nurses to doctors, everyone is so good. We really liked our visits and consider ourselves lucky to get you guys as our family clinic. Thank you for being so nice to everyone.
If I have an option to give zero or negative stars I may opt that.. please don't go there even if you are going to die.. please go some other place if you want to live. Such an incredible place. I didn't see such type irresponsible staffs and doctors somewhere else. Very irresponsible. I am not detailing what was happened on my one and half year baby because of their irresponsibility, but I am telling one thing, it was a pure case of medical negligence. So if this is your family clinic it's better to change the place
Not responsive on calls.
Lady family doctor doesnt take incharge to check the test results or share feedback with the patients.
Horrible Experience!! Unprofessional receptionist she don’t have courtesy for the patients situation. I informed her over the phone ahead of time that I’m coming just because I was late by 30 second after 9 . She decided to close the door and not open despite several request.
They need to have empathy towards people.
I walked in today to see Dr. Raghad Shareef. She was passive aggressive, rude , interrupted me constantly. Dismissed my symptoms and concerns. I have severe lower back pain to the point the I can’t move or sit. Standing up is inducing black outs and I feel faint. This doctor is not empathetic at all. She did not hear me out. She asked me 5 questions give me some painkiller. I asked her okay should I go to emergency she said if it worsens. I said it’s extremely bad and it is worsened and I fear paralysis. She said I can not predict the future or prescribe you any tests. I am shocked. She doesn’t care about her patients at all. I never ever write bad reviews or doubt anyones professionalism, but today this doctor left me in tears. She told me I have repeated myself 3 times now when I asked her questions. I waited 2 hours to see her for only 2 minutes. I cancelled work today because I can not move or sit or stand. I am so disappointed in her ignorance. Don’t waste ur time walking in to her go to emerg instead.
It’s a wonderful clinic; Dr. Jan was kind and is probably the most professional doctor I have ever seen. The staff are excellent; the wait time is a bit long.

Best experience I've ever had with a walk-in clinic. Staff were friendly, and the doctor was great. The pharmacy attached were very helpful too.
This is one of the worst walking clinic i've ever seen so far. Reason is that i had my scan results and i havent got any call from them about recieving it for weeks. And there working hours are not accurate. I went twice in person and the door was closed. I mean if i cant make an appointment and they dont accept patient in person at evening due closing time. They said they dont have doctors working 4 hour prior to closing time. They should push back the time if its to busy at closing. i was seriously sick that day and i just want to know whats going on. I was ford tp go to another clinic which treated me wayyyyy better. Im out of words and highly disapointed. I wouldnt suggest this place to my enemy.
Just seen Dr Mohamed Lamine and he must be the most incompetent doctor I’ve ever seen. Charged me $60 for an attending physician statement and barely filled it in. Upon asking him to fill it in they tell me it’s sufficient enough. But my workplace insurance denied it due to insufficient information and the doctor tells me they can’t provide any more information. So just deny taking the form in the first place instead of charging me $60 for garbage. I can’t believe how bad of a doctor he is. Will never be going back to this trash clinic.
Long term patient of Dr. Sen. He's OK when he's available, but he's almost always late to the clinic every morning. In my opinion this is borderline irresponsible and unprofessional. Every Saturday for his walk in hours, he would be late by half an hour at minimum. And he would not allow his patients to see other walk-in doctors like Dr. Jacobson. Ridiculous.
Rude staff. They have a posting saying they don't tolerate abusive language, but the receptionists themselves show rude behaviour. When you can't understand what they have said or say something that's not what they want to hear, be prepared to be looked down on.
Doctor Sharma doesn’t know how to do their job I was explaining to them what symptoms were and the doctor was clueless and didn’t know how to do their job and the old lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me and also didn’t know how to do their job. I definitely do not recommend going to this walk-in clinic and if I could give them zero stars I would. Very very very very wrost experience I have ever seen in my life.
The doctor prescribed 3 different types of medicines for a simple sore throat and had me pick up the medicines from their pharmacy despite my request to fax it to my own pharmacy. They told me I had to pay $86 for a mouth wash and two other type of tablets. A total rip off. I am surprised that medical professionals have no ethics and take advantage of their patients.
I took my daughter in law on Saturday for a possible fracture on her hand. Her health card was expired and she didn’t know, ok not a big deal. We told them an X-ray was needed and at no point were we told they didn’t do that anymore but had to pay a $95 dollar fee for her to be seen. I paid the $95 after being told that when I came with the new version code Monday that I would be reimbursed then. I called Monday to let them know the code to which I was then told it would be six to eight weeks for reimbursement. Unacceptable, the two receptionists flat out lied to me. Spoke with the supervisor today and she was extremely rude telling me I didn’t understand and I was wrong. I understand completely. She was there less than two minutes and we ended up at the emergency room. Staff is rude and ignorant.
Very RUDE DOCTOR! WORST clinic ever! Don't go to this place. Useless place. Please revoke Dr. Sharma's license!

Attended on Sunday August 13th, 2023 at around noon and discovered the door shut while the hours at the window and google business page both indicated that the clinic would be open. See attached
I had to see Dr Guiadi for dermatology check up. Everything went great. Only took a few minutes. He told Me that all was well. Dry ice treatment for My scalp.I saw some of the other scathing reviews and I had to say that I would recommend this clinic to anyone. First class!
I went here because they have the best reviews and am so glad I did. I was seen really quickly and everyone was friendly. The space itself is also nice, not depressing like so many old clinics.
RUDEST PEOPLE I EVER MET

The doctor doesn’t know how to do their job I was explaining to them what symptoms were and the doctor was clueless and didn’t know how to do their job and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me and also didn’t know how to do their job. I definitely do not recommend going to this walk-in clinic and if I could give them zero stars I would.
Please post a sign for patients walking in that doctors are NOT seeing any more patients 2 HOURS before closing due to high volume. You close your doors at 7pm. There is a reasonable expectation that at 5pm that I can be seen for a health concern. To be told the doctor is worried they won’t finish on time is not my problem but rather either a time management issue on the physicians part. Your doors are open until 7pm and as such patients have the expectation to walk in and be seen by a physician. If not..LOCK your doors and post a sign that you are no longer taking patients. To the credit of the receptionist she advised I go to the URGENT CARE CLINIC at Jane and Rutherford and let me tell you the service and care is fantastic.
DR.SHARMA is the worst doctor I’ve ever been to in my life. He is condescending and doesn’t care about or listen to what you have to say as a patient. Any other walk in clinic I go to I’ve never had a problem getting multiple things done or having the doctor work with me to get what I need. I recently went away on vacation for the first time and my skin reacted badly to the sun. I asked for a cream to help because the rash is all over my entire body, he gave me
the smallest bottle they had and told me
to go see my family doctor for a heat rash! I told him I can do that but not right away can I get something bigger just to help with the discomfort til I can get an appointment he refused to help me. He also gave me the wrong dose and type of ointment on my last visit for my eczema despite me showing him the bottle and never rectified it. It is extremely disheartening to find that there are the type r of doctors around who only care about the cheque they get for your visit rather then your actual health.
What kind of receptionists do they have working there. Asked to book an appointment with Dr Nancy and they tell me it’s a 3 month wait period! So I booked it anyway and they seemed surprised! What like you think I’m gonna give up that easy! Trying to test me. Ok let’s play that game! Also gonna make a complaint to Toronto Public Health about that clinic.
Was there today and was first in line. At least 7 people came In after me and were sent to a room before me. I was told I had to wait for room 10. I was finally given the room. After about 40 minutes and at least 17 patients being seen before me, I asked the nurse why this was. I was told that I was on a different doctor's list. After an hour and 10 minutes of not being seen, I left and let the staff know that I was extremely disgusted and disappointed. I was there for minor thing and wasn't seen. Could it be because I was the only white person in an all brown staff and patient facility?
Worst experience with the clinic and staff I was in the clinic to fill out the immunization record form I paid $35 to fill out the form and they made a mistake with the date of immunization details so without any complaints I paid $35 again to fill out the same record form for the second time. For the second time, they also made a mistake with the test date and I was not able to submit the form and I approached the clinic with 2 forms I filled from this clinic and they asked me to pay again $35 to get it filled and to wait for more than 3 hours .( for both the previous form also I waited this long at third time they told me not to wait long will call you between but we waited for long).Their response about the mistake with the form was this is all my mistake I am the one who should take care of the details like whether I am immune or not ( which is all from the blood test results)and to make sure that what ever I am immune doctor didn't filled the column with some dates of vaccination. And even though we took all vaccinations from the golden mile clinic itself the date was written mistake not even date the year was also wrong.

All the dealings with them was worse I would say and not at all systematic with the records and dealing at least while filling out this form they could pay attention to the details they are filling they are not bothered about the time others it was very bad behaviour from them.

So in total for an immunization record form to get filled I paid $105 and my three days.
So i took my toddler to this walk-in over the weekend, he had a really high fever and was restless for 24 hours prior to taking him. The paediatrician was not available so a general doctor had a look at him. He had checked him and said he had an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. My son reacted horribly to them for the 48hrs that followed, he had stopped eating and was crying uncontrollably in pain all throughout the day and night.

I then booked him a doctors appointment, to find out that he did NOT have an ear infection and did not need the antibiotics to begin with!!!! His fever was due to a virus going around instead! His doctor advised that the medication be thrown out as he was not in need of it.

I am Very upset with the services at this clinic and would not recommend at all.
Excellent service every time I visit the clinic. The receptionist are very welcoming and the doctors helpful and always answer all my questions. Plus the wait time is always super fast!!
There should be a negative rating for this office at least for the reception… it is incredible how you guys pick up the call then hang it and then never pick it again!
Are you short staffed ? How about hire staff and make it more meaningful and useful
Very bad experience, lady at the front was very rude. Receptionist could learn a few things about professionalism and having manners. Definitely explains the low rating this office has. Do not go here!
Big Thank you to Dr. Mittens. Really grateful and blessed to have a doctor who takes care of me and my family so much, most specially he takes time to listen and don't leave any concerns unresolved.. Highly recommended most specially with families with little ones..
Gross Negligence

No wonder they have such low rating.
They took sample of my son for swab test. Said that they will only call if the report has anything concerning. I called in for 5 days straight, they kept saying it is delayed and after arguments, finally got to know that they lost the sample, never sent it to the lab. My little one has been suffering with high fever with no treatment as the test wasn’t done.

Obviously this was frustrating, upon asking for manager to escalate, their response was to fill the feedback form on the website. Super frustrated, I did. Obviously no one has gotten back to me yet.

Save yourself - Don’t Go Here. They should be shut down.
Today, Saturday morning, three of my whole family visited this clinic to see a doctor as walk ins.
Long story short, Melanie at the front was a truly amazing. Great customer service based on great friendly and professional manner while the clinic was extremely busy. She shown us what the real multitasking supposed to be like, answering questions from multiple the phone calls and receiving payments, printing sheets and continuously checking in patients and smooth communicating with doctors and pharmacy next door and so on…
AND also the Dr.Amar Ladwa on duty was also very professional and witty and approachable and friendly to us. Very patient to our son’s unique character of being not easy with simply opening his mouth.
Thank you Melanie and Dr. Amar. We are already feeling so much better after just an opportunity to see you today at the clinic today.
Dr Jones is very approachable, knowlegeable, and helpful. His receptionist Gina and Nurse Derrick are an amazing team.

If I based my review solely on this its a 5 star.... If I base it solely on the other staff at reception or having to call into the clinic, t

Thankfully, my review is strictly on Dr Jones, Derrick and Gina
This is by far the most unprofessional and horrible health clinic to go to. I wouldn’t recommend going here even if you were dying. The front desk staff are rude in person and over the phone. They are horrible at scheduling appointments. Ive gone twice and both times there was a scheduling error. Most recently, when I showed up for an appointment I was told it was cancelled. I asked why they didn’t leave a voicemail or email me and the receptionist said my voicemail wasn’t working and they dont send emails. When I rescheduled she asked for my email after having already told me they don’t send out emails to anyone. The doctors are no better. Only difference is they don’t waste my time having me come out here for non-existent appointments. This entire clinic should be shut down. Again, I would never recommend coming here even if it were the only clinic in the province accepting patients.
One of the best walk-in medical clinics! Despite it being super busy they were very accommodating and welcoming ! Especially Krush was wonderful and very helpful! We saw Dr.Hasan Al-Obadi who was very kind and thorough! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!
Worse clinic with some good doctors. Staffs at the reception absolutely do not know to be friendly, communicate, manage patients and their appointments. If you are here for your appointment, expect a wait time of 3-4 hour, there’s absolutely no difference between walk-in and appointment. What’s funny is - this is a daily scene. Btw, Doctors who work here are skilled, experienced and really top notch! I can understand why people still “wait” here frustrated. Doctors and clinic must stop overbooking patients and show equal importance to the time a patient spend waiting.

No change. Same situation at the clinic. Came here for 1:30pm appointment, time is 4pm and I’m waiting for my turn. What a waste !! Going down from 2 star to 1 star rating.
update-2: 5pm cancelled my appointment.
Came in as a walk-in and my baby saw Dr. Ladwa. He had amazing bedside manner and put my mind as a first time mom at ease. I have a family doctor but it takes months for an appointment. This clinic will be my immediate go to when I can’t wait. Great experience!
I was few times here, all time doctors were nice, pleasant and I was getting all information, treatment and tests which I was needed.
Waiting time around 2 hrs, but each time I was registering, leaving and coming back in 1 hr 45 mins and it was perfect timing.

If I could select zero stars, I would. I called the clinic asking for a simple request and received attitude from the receptionist named Gina. Absolutely rude and didn't care when I pointed out her rude behaviour. I asked to speak with a manger and she refused to transfer me or give me the manager's name. When I saw the low reviews for this clinic I wasn't surprised. I wouldn't be surprised if this clinc shuts down. Horrible customer service.
Reception staff is very polite efficient and cooperative. Rarity in most of the clinics these days. Another plus point walk in open 7 days a week. Doctors are excellent, cooperative. Best medical experience in recent memory for me.
Final straw broken! This clinic is terrible. If you have an appointment with your doctor expect to wait 1 to 2 hours after your appointment time. If you come in for a walk in, you are better off staying home a treating yourself. I haven't seen my family doctor in 2 years. Every time I go for an appointment they run so late I leave. Avoid this place like the plague.
This place was good 10 years ago but not now. If you have an appointment expect to wait 45 minutes to 1.5 hours after your appointment time. If you need to see your family doctor expect an appointment in about 2 months. When you do finally show up you'll be waiting and hour or more.

Do not come to this clinic or walkin.
👨🏻‍🔬 Dr. Hassan Al Obaidi is a blessing disguised as a Doc. 🙏🏻

He is an absolute world-class professional with deep instinctive medical knowledge. You can tell!

Having worked in multiple countries/ hospitals including ER.

Dr. Obaidi is great listener and a true gentleman to deal with. He never fails to crack a joke or two during your visit 😂

He makes light-heart suggestions/advise and never presents it in a worrisome way, always with a solution and plan B.

He was my first and only GP since arriving to Canada.

Thank you Doc. & keep smiling 👍🏼
Went today to drop some forms as per my last doctor's request and had a mild issue . Walked in waited like everyone else. When speaking with the Dr regarding the issue he only partially listened so I had to repeat myself and when I mentioned the forms I brought he said I have too many issues for a visit . Dr. KYAW SHWE is this how we treat people. It's disappointing I've been coming here for 10+ yrs do better
Definitely try to be there 15 minutes before they open to avoid long wait times. I have at times waited 2+ hours. Doctors try their best to see you, but you often sort of feel rushed out the door which I suppose is the experience for walk ins all throughout the city. Okay if you're just looking for a quick prescription or testing would not recommend going here long term for care, try to find a family doctor instead.
Spent 20 minutes on hold while driving to the clinic, arrived to find the male receptionist sitting back on his seat chating with a co-worker (I was still on hold) I wanted to ask if they were still accepting patients at 6pm, as that's what the clinic advised. I was told in person that sorry, too bad so sad, were not accepting anyone more today. I guess it's possible he was busy right up until I arrived, anythings possible as they say. Would have saved me some time, I ended up seeing an online doctor in minutes.

All the doctors at Golden Mile are spectacular and I've always received great service from them, 5 stars for them.
Although Dr. Kassim is a wonderful doctor, but getting to see him is incredibly difficult. If you're booked for a certain time, you might as well book off an entire day from work, before you actually see him. I recently had a 1pm appointment with him, booked weeks in advance, and I didn't see him until over 2 hours later. He double books patients, takes walk-ins before you, and meanwhile, we have to schedule time off work - he has zero consideration or respect for our time. I can understand if things run 15 or even 30 minutes late, but him running over 2 hours late is beyond acceptable. There is no other business where this would be accepted. He needs to stop focusing on squeezing as many patients in, making as much money as he possibly can. Also, he needs to set an example by wearing a mask in the office. COVID is still very much around. I wish there were more doctors in Brampton, so I could drop him as my family doctor.
I generally don’t post reviews. But my today’s experience has compelled me to write this review. If I could give half a star to this clinic. The receptionist is so rude. dr minhas rushed through the blood report and gave prescription and when I followed up on it she talked to me so rudely. The folks at this clinic should take some lesson on how to talk to people.
Came in for 9:30 when they open and was told that the doctor doesn’t come in until 11:00/11:30. So I thought I’d wait and ask the receptionist but then I was told she doesn’t come in until 10/10:30.

You need to change your hours of operation online!! I took the morning off from work and was very disappointed!
I was already skeptical about coming here but considering my situation and distance from home, I decided to anyway.
The only good part was that my turn came within 1 hour. The doctor seemed like he didn't care at all. As I am talking to him, he takes a phone call for a good 4 minutes. Following the phone call, does not follow up with what I was saying and moves on. And again as I am talking, he just gets up and leaves. At a point he just tells me there's nothing he can do for me.
Afterwards he goes to his assistant, starts talking to her in Arabic, by this tone and body language I could tell he was complaining about me. While I don't mind them talking in another language I was just done with the whole clinic by then.
I'd rather spend 5 hours and go to a more professional clinic than come here again.
Receptionist (who says she is responsible for booking appointments) is rude and blamed me for missing my appointment. Appointment was set for 8am but the clinic shows they open at 9am, makes no sense. I called them around 820am because I overslept, nobody answered the phone and she blamed me saying they always answer the phone but didn’t on this day. They never followed up with me until my family doctor (who referred me there) got involved. It’s been TWO MONTHS since my initial appointment. Receptionist called ME to make a follow up appt but I was “making too many changes” that she was not willing to accommodate. She would suggest a time and I told her, it didn’t work for me and she got frustrated because my schedule wasn’t simple to fix their mistake. Im also 33 weeks pregnant so I tried explaining that to her and it meant absolutely nothing. She hung up the phone on me and was very rude. I’ll never be returning here and getting a new referral from my doctor. I’d rather drive to Toronto than the convenience of this clinic just because I live in Brampton.
Worst medical clinic I've ever been to. The receptionists are rude and the doctors are uncaring.
Used to be a patient for bartfeld. Be wary when choosing this establishment. Communication is non existent at best and they will drop you when you need them.

Even though I wasn’t a frequent patient (28 year old male), a little bit of communication goes a long way to at the very least know they are dropping you.

Those that are accepting calls are very rude and will hang up on you when you inquire for info.

They do not have their patients well-being in the front of their mind.

Look somewhere else.

Edit after owner response:

Yes, advising of OHIP policy is fine. However, inquiring about the policy is not grounds for an automatic dismissal of the policy. As a patient, I have every right to understand why I'm unable to go see a walk-in clinic in the case you are unavailable. I fail to see how this was an indication that it's not acceptable when even at the very end I was still trying to get an appointment.

When our only means of communicating with you is via phone, hanging up is completely unprofessional.

I hope this practice can learn and admit from it's mistakes.

Best of luck.
Nushin Daya has to be one of the most dumbest physicians of all time. I went to this clinic as I needed to see a doctor for an undisclosed medical issue ASAP. I’ve had this issue previously a few years ago and told her what had helped me to recover quicker and ease my discomfort. Instead of listening to my ask she prescribed me antibiotics. I knew this wouldn’t help my situation as I took these antibiotics the previous time I had this issue and it had 0 benefit. She said if it doesn’t help, come back in 24 hours (this recommendation made 0 sense) and another physician will be able to help. Clearly she didn’t want to do what I had requested her to do. Why would I want to come back in 24 hours if you just had listened to me in the first place. It’s not like the situation was going to get better just by taking antibiotics in 24 hours!!

After my visit at this clinic, I immediately went to another open walk in clinic in Oakville. Once I saw the physician they asked me why did I wait this long to have my medical issue resolved. I should’ve told them that their colleague recommended me to wait 24 hours and take antibiotics.

Patients do yourself a favour and don’t have your needs looked by N. Daya. She’s terrible.
I took my daughter to this urgent care clinic and they refused to register her because we didn’t have a mask. I ask for one and I was told I need to buy a mask from them or go buy mask at the store. I advise the receptionist that I don’t have money to buy a mask I was told they wouldn’t register my daughter who got jumped earlier at school and now got a headache and nauseated. They refused to have me speak with a manager or supervisor. Stating that that’s their policy. I had to go to the back and speak with a doctor. For them to allow my daughter to see the doctor. I am appalled by this. I cannot believe this is how Canadians are being treated in their own country. Having medical attention denied because we don’t have money to buy a mask at a medical facility. This is a shame!!
I took my toddler to this walk-in to have her assessed for a fever. We were turned away and asked to come back with a negative covid test. So to understand correctly, she wouldn't have been seen if she tested positive? I guess I'm missing the entire point of a walk-in clinic/doctor's office.

Turning away a 1.5-year-old due to outdated covid policies is concerning - this is far from protecting the vulnerable population. It's very disappointing to see the standard of practice at this clinic.
Went in with my daughter today for the first time based on star rating from Google Reviews. However, wish I had first read reviews as many others have had similar issues. When registering, the receptionist notified me that they won’t take my 4 year old child who has been complaining of an ear ache, in for a check up with walk in clinic because she may have Covid based on her temperature (which is related to her ear infection). I understand if she had more than one symptoms related to Covid. But just a fever when she’s clearly complaining of an ear ache? And as per previous posts, No I was not redirected to the pharmacy for a free RAT test nor did the receptionist offer to do one (which if they want one that bad then maybe hey should offer). As someone who works in the medical field with vulnerable people, would my excuse for not giving a patient care because I’m worried about other vulnerable patients be sufficient? To ensure safety my daughter and I both were wearing masks. I also saw that the doctor was in gown, mask and face shield walking around (which means he wears this whether someone has Covid or not?) which is fine but if everyone’s taking the necessary precautions, why refuse care to my 4 year old who’s suffering? Anyways, I respectfully left but felt necessary to write a review so others don’t waste their time when looking for good health care for their loved ones.
Have regularly visited this clinic for the kids & myself for the last 7-8 years and have always had positive experiences here. Yes u may have to wait yr turn however the diagnosis we have received for our respective health concerns have been correct. The doctors and front line staff have been always very polite and very helpful. Thank u all for your hard work.
An onsite lab or imaging would be helpful.
Friendly staff, clean premises. The front desk was welcoming, and the clinic was well-maintained, with ample parking. Dr. Jacobson was kind and helpful, addressing my questions patiently. However, he didn't disclose the high price of the prescribed medication. I was surprised by the cost at the pharmacy, which left me dissatisfied. Overall, the staff was friendly, and the clinic was clean, but the lack of transparency regarding medication pricing was a significant drawback.
The lady at the reception of doctors office is so rude, she don’t know how to talk to someone. Worst experience. Even 1 star is not worth giving.
I really enjoy the people at this clinic. They're very friendly.

I gave 4 stars because unless you micromanage what they should be sending/receiving, you'll never get it done.

I've been going to this clinic as a regular doc office since COVID (2021) and it's rare things go smoothly.

Lack of communication and organization with paperwork.

Im trying to get a diagnosis for autism and waited 3 weeks from the date the referral was supposed to be faxed. I called the office only to find out it wasn't received cause they sent it to the wrong place and hadn't bothered to correct the issue till I called, asking about it.

Had I not gone on the internet and found my own info, she would have continued to send it to the wrong facility in different regions...

She had no idea of the process for getting an adult diagnosed. Which is fine, but unfortunately it seems like she didn't really try to find the right answers...

Had a doctor fax a prescription for me to use that same day, then he wrote a follow up prescription for the same birth control but it had the same date as the one I'd collected to use so when I tried to pick up my prescription, I wasn't able to cause apparently you can't use the same date more than once for the same prescription. Which you'd think a doctor would know.....

I will still continue going here as the people are so kind and welcoming.

I just wish there was more professionalism when it came to these processes.

Imagine if I wasn't capable of handling these issues. Like the elderly? Or ESL?

Really enjoy the atmosphere but please, try to do better.
The woman in the reception has a very bad manner and is not professional.
The estimated time for the wait is more than 1 hour, that happens if you have an appointment or walk in. I have a bad experience with Dr. Peter giving my son the wrong antibiotic.
I've been with the clinic for 5 years. My family doctor is Dr. Barbouti, and he’s fantastic and careful. The staffs are so polite and helpful as well. Just the waiting time is too long.
Recently, they have had a young, white staff. She’s unprofessional and a bit rude.
I just don't feel like telling a long story, but she acts like a racist one. I hope they can train her properly
This clinic is very poorly managed. I took my daughter to be tested for Strep, as I suspected that's what it was, and they had no rapid strep test, so sent us away after taking a lab culture that takes days for results. Two days later I took her to her own physician's office and they did a rapid strep test - she was positive and began antibiotics. We waited for FOUR DAYS before this clinic bothered to call and tell us we had a positive result. At this point my daughter would be waiting 5 days for antibiotics. Strep can become quite serious and she could have infected a lot more people had I waited around for this clinic to provide results. While speaking to them over the phone about why they didn't call sooner or leave me a message when they called earlier in the day, or have rapid strep tests available, I was hung up on by the receptionist, just for making suggestions of how they can improve. VERY POORLY MANAGED CLINIC. MANAGEMENT - STOCK UP ON RAPID TESTS, THEY COME IN HANDY, AND LEAVING VOICEMAILS COULD SAVE PATIENTS A LOT OF PAIN AND SUFFERING. Teach your admin staff some manners. I'm sure if this was their own child or family member, they would want all of the things I have outlined above. Thanks.
Went there without an appointment at 7am. Receptionist was very friendly and three doctors were working at that time. Patients didn't have to wait long at all. Great experience for a walk-in clinic visit. Pharmacists were very kind and friendly too. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Location has convenient hours however you can’t be seen for a walk in appointment unless you come with a negative rapid test, which of course they don’t supply. So you will need to go elsewhere if you want walk-in medical care unfortunately even though the government doesn’t provide or otherwise require rapid tests any longer. It seems that this office isn’t that interested in actually helping patients by continuing with such restrictive policies more than 3 years post Covid. They also close daily from 1-2 pm. Otherwise, the front entrance looks nice and their is lots of parking.
Dr. Alsuwaih: The worst doctor. Has no ability to even diagnose a basic tonsil infection. Refused to prescribe antibiotics. Went to another clinic immediately after and was told had severe throat infection and should follow up with family doctor to have tonsils removed. This doctor has no care for patients. The absolute worst bedside manner. Would definitely avoid this clinic and specifically this doctor.
Dr. Adeleke is our family doctor, and we love her. She’s understanding, kind and listens to concerns. Her information on introducing solids/allergens to babies is a little outdated, but otherwise, she’s been amazing. HOWEVER, beware if you walk-in and get Dr. Massoud. This man is abrupt, aggressive and dismissive if you are a woman. He also suggested and pushed that I should give my 11.5 month old juice. In what century is he living? Juice is full of sugar and absolutely not recommended for babies or toddlers anymore. I am concerned with how up-to-date his knowledge and advice are, and his bedside manner could use work.
I went to the Eastwood pharmacy for the health Check up twice. Once for my kid and another time for myself. I had the appointment ahead of time so I thought there would not be any waiting time but there was almost 20 minimum wait time for my kid's appointment and almost 45-50 minutes wait for myself. I liked the overall experience though. The doctor Mr. Tarek was nice to talk to and answered all the questions I had. I am kinda new to Canada so I don't know how it works so my silly questions like where can I find the Life Labs or how I should book myself were surprising for them. But overall a good experience because this doctor is not my family doctor and I needed my health Check up done Asap and he did accept Walk-ins which was definitely a plus point for me.

I would recommend this doctor to anyone for their medical needs.
I wanted to thank the lady the other day that was all by her lonesome but killed it at her job! You made me feel so comfortable and like I was “meant to” come to this location! I’ve had bad experiences in the past at walk-in clinics( I don’t have a family doctor) and they have been anything but pleasant! This lady calmed me down and made my anxiety about seeing a doctor completely disappear! I wanted to thank her in person the next but sadly I
didn’t see her! If you see this THANK YOU! (You have long brown hair and blonde tips). The doctor you booked me in to see was exactly how you said as well, warm and caring. I could see he took his job seriously and I appreciate him taking me on so much! I feel SO MUCH better even after just a day of taking my ADHD medication. So thank you again, you might have changed my life.
Receptionist is a literal nightmare, I could not claim my insurance despite being sick for a week just because of her even after i got my checkup done from same doctor. She is very rude and egoistic and asked me to pay $150 just to get doctor’s signatures on my documents plus $60 to see him, and when i told her i dont need to see him, she went to him and said “i am not willing to pay” which is a total manipulative thing.
I would not recommend going there. Unless you have some spare cash to waste here for each move.
It’s really not that bad of a place. I guess it just depends on what time u go in. I came in shortly after they opened as a walk-in and I’ve never been there before. I was in and out within 40 minutes. My problem was a more common one though so I think that helps too. The pharmacists were also very sweet and informative
Took my 12 years old daughter there today, I was very happy with the experience. The receptionist, doctor, and pharmacist were all very nice.

Unfortunately, the doctor diagnosed the wrong symptom. He prescribed a cream for ring worm. Instead, it was just eczema, her skin became worst after using the wrong cream. I had to take my daughter to downtown Toronto to see a specialist after that.
So after reading some recent reviews I decided to fill out the "new patient intake" form online as I've been in need of a new family doctor for quite some time. I followed the instructions in the reviews and had to click around to find the forms because they make it look like some text are links but they don't take you anywhere.
I called in just to inquire about acceptance and how long it would be before my first appointment before finding and submitting my forms and the prompt said to press 1 for walk-in and 3 for the other doctors (so I chose 3). When she answered, I asked about the new patient forms and she said I called the wrong side. Then asked the lady beside her if they're accepting new patients (since 4 months ago they were) and she told me "no". So confused, I giggled, said "ok?" and she hung up on me.
You know, I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt but that service was ridiculous...almost comical.
Make it clear online that you're not accepting new patients.
Make it clear in your phone prompts as to what extension people should choose.
Understand that we fund these services and are entitled to appreciation and kindness AT LEAST.
Oh, and how about if you DON'T hang up on people who are looking for help and aren't being rude.
What a joke. I'm sure the doctors may be good at what they do in there but unfortunately it's usually the front-end staff that ruins it for everyone.
What an awful 30-second experience.
The Doctor was VERY kind to me and helped me quite quickly. The Doctor was Great!
I had to wait 30 mins. and I was in EXTREME PAIN!!
So, I think they take people in the order they arrive, and NOT by Severity of the Patients situation!!! Just FYI.
I recommend the family doctor in this clinic.
I can book appointment and go see them on the same day and I also found out they accept walk-ins.
I like refilling my prescriptions from the pharmacy they are very fast and give me detailed instructions on how to use the medications.
They care about their patients and they actually listen to you and address your problems.
Doctors are great, but the reception people are the rudest I have encountered. They act as if they re working for free and doing you a favour. They require a mask and don't even supply it. It is ok to mandate mask in your own business but you have to supply it since it is not required anywhere else.!!

If walk in doctor leaves by 7, please change office hours to that and not 8pm. So patients don’t waste time coming after 7
This walk-in clinic is VERY busy. It has been for years, because it’s easily accessible and within a large suburb. You will likely wait an hour or more to see a Doctor but that is to be expected. The ladies behind the counter are very nice, and do their best despite the stress of dealing with so many sick people. Patience is a virtue, and we can all do a little better to be kinder. Last I was there another patient was so rude to the staff behind the counter hurling racist insults at them and they tried their best to defuse the situation and keep her calm. I felt so bad for them.

All the Doctors I’ve seen here have been kind, compassionate and professional. They want to help you, so long as you are kind and communicate with them. I’ve also had my blood work done here and the lab technician has always made me feel comfortable and made me laugh so it wasn’t so intimidating having my blood drawn.

This clinic need a better management or staffs that know how to work properly. My calls were never answered and going there I need to wait like 1.5hrs to 2 to be attended. Doctors are overbooked or have a lot of patients as the staff said. Unless you are dying… you have to wait. And no improvement all these years.

I would not wish my worst enemy the treatment I received here. The doctors and staff are not only terrible, they are heartless and the female doctor that “treated” me, was the cruelest person I’ve ever met. I left crying and had to find another clinic who would actually help me.
Please avoid at all costs, no one deserves to be treated with such disrespect. I cannot believe this place is allowed to be open. I hope the staff here know they should all be ashamed of themselves.

I’ve been to many walk in clinics and I’ve never received the care like I did at this one. Dr.Chen was very caring and very helpful and did not make me feel like a nuisance which I feel most drs do unfortunately. And he even took the time to call me back and follow up! That meant a lot as I’ve never had that kind of care from any Dr.
We came here as it’s in our neighbourhood. However, the place opens at 9am and its 10:45am and the doctor has not yet reached the clinic. Mighty unprofessional, I would say.

The support staff is fabulous but the doctor the exact opposite, unfortunately.
This is the best walk-in clinic and pharmacy in Kitchener.
They’re very welcoming .
The doctor and the pharmacist are very knowledgeable.
If you want to see a doctor on the same day and take your prescriptions home with you without the wait just give them a call or walk-in
If I could give this place 0 or negative stars, I honestly would. This clinic is a joke. The receptionist/nurses here are incompetent and untrustworthy.

My family doctor left this clinic back in December, and when I asked the office what I should do in November, they told me word for word "we are going to distribute her patient files among the other doctors."

So I trusted the receptionists on her word that my file was going to be handed to another doctor in this office. And it was not. And now I have to go find another family doctor.

This is a blessing in disguise, while my family doctor was honestly awesome, the receptionist staff and customer service was a joke.

I was not offered an alternative solution, I was not offered a different physician than the one I thought I had been moved to, that my sister was moved to.

The receptionists will not fight for your health care, so I wouldn't expect the doctors here to either.

This place is poorly rated all across the internet for a reason. Stay away and find somewhere else.
The staff and Dr. Jones were very helpful and prompt. I felt very well taken care of and feel at ease knowing their office is there should I need to go for a doctors visit soon.

I regularly visit this clinic. The hours are not great and neither is the service... Front desk staff are quick to dismiss you and the waiting area is cramped... All that said, I like my family doctor and this is her location so the rest is tolerable.

On the positive side they are usually on time for appointments which is great compared to my previous doctor who was always 45-60 minutes late even if I was booked first in the day.

This service sucks. You book an appointment a week before you go back to have a checkup, and they say that the doctor you want will be there. Next thing you know, the doctor you want decides not to show up or not to come because they are “not available” or that the doctor is “not coming today”. This happens not once, not twice, but multiple times. This is not a way to run a clinic. Personally, we had an appointment at 6:00. We were trying to confirm it at 4:00. When that’s their job to confirm that the patient is attending his/her appointment. Later on, we call them again, 40 minutes before our appointment and they tell us that our doctor is not coming today. But, if we look back to a week before we made this appointmeny our doctor was not there that day either. Please fix your service before it gets shut down.

The clinic is poorly ran and has a bad setup. There was a long line just to get to the front desk and no one cares to answer the phone. 4 receptionist and they can't manage. Called the front desk multiple times with no answer, and finally got to someone the next day. Made an appointment but still ended up having to wait 50 minutes. What was the point of making an appointment?
On the bright side, the doctor was nice and knowledgeable.

I have had Dr. Seema Chowdry as my family doctor for well over 8 years. If you are able to meet with Dr. Chowdry, she is a great doctor. Her diagnosis has been good. However, when it comes to time management, its a whole different thing. Even with an appointment, you are guaranteed a wait of no less than 2 hours.

Since they also take walk-ins, they seem to have a priority over those who have appointments. If you know the staff very well, you can get ahead of the wait.

I stopped going to this clinic because of the unacceptable long wait times, even when I had an appointment.

They started a new pharmacy in the building. Initially the Doctor's used to give prescription on the Pharmacy's letter head. However, you had the choice of buying it from anywhere. Now they do not give a prescription, instead the send it directly to the Pharmacy and ask you to go pick it up from there.

Dr. Rehan is a great doctor, however the clinic is very poorly managed. The staff does not enter your information correctly, they don't pay attention to the records and keep calling you for the same reports again and again. Smallest thing such as sending a fax for referral could not be handled properly by them and we keep waiting for the referral doctor to call (only to know later that the referral fax didn't go through and nobody followed up). They book appointments even when the doctor may not show up and cancel the same couple hours before the scheduled time. Wait times are insane even after you make appointments.

Came for my sons 6 month vaccines, appointment was 2pm, she walked in at 2.20pm and we were called in at 3.10pm.
Horrible service! Dr. Reha... was only worried about my families registration not about me at all when I asked her few questions about myself!
You suppose to get to know your Dr first then if you get a good impression register yourself and family! She is not concerned about her patients, she doesn't give you the necessary time especially after the LONG waiting! Poor! And we just moved to this area. Really hoping to find a good quality family doctor!

All my medical needs have been met in a timely and thorough manner. Dr. Rehan and her associates are very professional. Never had to wait more than ten minutes past my appointment time. I fail to see how other people have had different experiences when mine have been consistent over the past 2 years. Never known any walk-in anywhere that isn't chaotic, Make an appointment they are quick ;)
