Picking up a prize pack. It is a beautiful facility on the inside even though it's ugly as hell on the outside. Super helpful ladies at the information desk.
It’s a town hall of the Mississauga. Well maintained, neat n clean , have MP theatre, open movie screen for movies, beautiful park, nice view of high rises residential buildings.
Nice arena, lots of seating. Skate sharpening and food available. On site there is also an outdoor skate park, ball diamonds and soccer/ sports fields.
Must visit
Kids will njy to core
And coming to any events they are too good in hosting
Accessable location via both car and public transit, right next to square one shopping mall.

Features a variety of events throughout the year.

Water fountain in summers and ice rink in winters.

Convenient located adjacent to YMCA, library, city hall and other iconic buildings.

Great place to socialize with family and friends during events.
We love skating on the Braves' ice. We'll sometimes book ice time to share with family and friends, and the staff there is always so kind and helpful. The facilities are kept clean, and I love that our hometown rink is so well loved.
Great fireworks and drone lights show. Kids enjoy it.
Mississauga Celebration Square is a great place for walking, family gathering and different activities for different seasons eg. Water splashing for summer, ice skating for winter and special activities like Asian, Japanese, Indian food tasting etc during July & August every year. There’s also a farmer’s market in the summer. It’s a very relaxing place to be at every day.
Celebration Square usually will have some functions are festival celebrated over there. There’s so many events which have been organized and hosted of different cultures and from different countries you need to visit on the website or you can constantly see you on any other places. Oh, what event are being hosted over there. Usually I have visited on the new year day where there is the fireworks. It was so mesmerizing to see the fireworks in the sky which lasted for around 30 to 40 minutes and there is a huge crowd to view this fireworks. There are also food stamps or food stalls, hosted by many people does that that you can explore different food from different country.
I believe in winter, there is a there is a ice-skating court there usually people can do the ice-skating
Had an amazing time in town Square for the live . Streetsville residents are great . Lots of places to grab something to eat and dessert
Celebration Square is a must visit during summer. Each weekend we are celebrating culture of different country or region. Each Thursday we have movie nights. In winter we can enjoy skating. We all loved this place :)
The amazing festival didn't know the name of the event but it was pretty good I got many stickers and pins for souvenirs and the food was good especially spring potato.
Good place for small festivals. In summer people can enjoy lots of different festivals from different countries. I really like that place.
I recently attended Bollywood Monster Concert at Mississauga Celebration Square. It is a major annual event that takes place at this square. It is a celebration of Bollywood music, dance, and culture, attracting thousands of people from various communities.

The place was humongous which accommodate large number of people.
The event typically features live performances by well-known Bollywood singers, dancers, and musicians. It's a lively and vibrant atmosphere with a fusion of traditional and contemporary Bollywood entertainment.

As part of the Bollywood Monster Concert, there is usually a food festival where attendees can indulge in a wide array of delicious Indian cuisine and other international dishes. It offers a diverse selection of food stalls and vendors serving traditional Indian delicacies such as samosas, chaats, biryanis, tandoori items, and various sweets, among others.

I really enjoyed my weekend due to the great positive vibes.
This is the perfect place to hold the downtown festivals.
The square is centrally located in the city; with an LRT station and a main bus hub in front of the City Center Mall for ease of access. There are public washrooms in the square as well as in the City Hall next to the wading pool.

Located on the square is the Stanley Milner Library, the Tix on the Square shop, the mall, the Art Gallery, Theater, and other little shops, restaurants and hotels close by.

This is the ideal location for the events held here year round, and they do provide extra seating for those events as well.

The Square is almost a "one-stop shop" due to all the amenities in walking distance surrounding it, and it's a "must see" for newcomers to the city.
Free skate hosted by Royal LePage ProAlliance. It was a great turnout that included free hot chocolate. Ice was in great shape
What a great outdoor public space. There are multiple art installations, including the Winston Churchill statue by Oscar Nemon (1989),J.Seward Johnston Jr.'s lifelike "Lunchbreak" sculpture and Darci Mallon's granite historical cone "Catching Neutrinos" 2005. The Holodomor Famine memorial sculpture and the giant World Wars Cenataph(1914) sit facing City Hall and its small ice rink. The square is minutes from the art gallery and the ICE district.
Beautiful place that always seems to get better and better with the renovations. Murphys is always busy and the pictures that you can take here are great! They have nice events sometimes and the Christmas tree was amazing!
Ample of parking. Went there for new year celebration and everyone still got parking but had to wait patiently for 35-45 mins for the traffic to clear up. DJ, Concert, food stalls and fireworks were amazing. Fireworks were by the clock tower. Crowd was nice
I hope Mayor Crombie takes the time to understand that her decisions are having a negative impact on people. She makes decisions to "split" Mississauga and Brampton from Peel with the reasoning that it is for "fairness" of taxpayers. Reality is, she is spending taxpayers hard earned dollars in a way that doesn't actually help the community as a whole. Please use the money taxpayers have given for more important ventures.
Streetsville square always has live bands, entertainment for kids, they have markets sometimes in the summer. They have summer and winter festivals, There is access to trails and lots of restaurants to choose from. Always a nice spot to hang out with friends and family. I love that there is a lot of different. I usually stop by for coffee sometimes with my dogs.
A lot of events including Carifest 2022.
Saw Bif Naked at Taste of Edmonton with the kids. It was well laid out and Bif Naked rocked.
Omg, this place is so beautiful in the summer! In the heart of Streetsville Mississauga, this intersection is closed off on the weekends to allow people to walk about and enjoy the small markets and restaurants. Brightly lit at night and chairs all around, it's the perfect place to spend summer evenings with friends, coffee and ice cream in hand. This city within a city is a cozy hidden gem of Mississauga. Just a walk (city block) away is the Credit River. It has paths and trails and we love to bring Streetsville takeout food there to enjoy the waters. In September, the river has the famous salmon run. If timed right, you can enjoy all the wonders of Mississauga all in one place! Stay safe out there friends!
A gem in the midst of the chaos of urbanization. Such architectural character. And the festivals and concerts always are an amazing experience.

A nice size square that's cleanly designed with open space with accessible parking, a library and other amenities.

This square hosts different events with live music during the summer months. Food trucks are often brought in as well.

Easily accessible with the scooters across the city or hop on the subway/bus to get to the square.

Beautifully maintained.
Clean. Accessible.
Situated in the heart of Mississauga's vibrant city center, this amazing destination near Square One shopping mall is a great choice for families seeking leisure and entertainment. The expansive splash pad and fountain area offer refreshing respite for kids on hot summer days. As temperatures drop, the splash pad transforms into a spacious outdoor public ice rink, inviting visitors to glide gracefully across its frozen surface. Food trucks are located within a designated area, providing tasty options for a quick snack. Summers are especially great, providing an array of cultural events that fill the air with excitement, including a weekly movie night beneath the starlit sky. Additionally, there is underground civic center parking, which is free on weekends, adding to the convenience of the outing. With its year-round appeal, this location promises a memorable and enjoyable experience for families.
Arrived to a clean facility for my second Covid shot. Been to this rink in the past to watch hockey games and attend other various events.
Nice big open area for parking. All easy access. Building and property seem well maintained. I was actually here for covid vaccination. The clinic was well organized and quite efficient. Looking forward to going back for my 2nd shot.
Son got his vaccine shot today. Extremely well set up and organized friendly site. Everyone was very friendly and quick. Actually got his shot, waited the 15 minutes and we're out at the time of his actual appointment.
Got my first Pfizer COVID vaccine there. It was all extremely well organized. No waiting, even though there were about 50 people there being vaccinated. I was in and out in 30 minutes. It would have been faster but there was a mandatory 15 minute period after my shot in order to see if I was going to have any negative reaction.

Get the jab!
Came to the Memorial centre for my Covid shot, extremely well setup, plenty of friendly helpful staff. Thank you for your excellent service ❤️ No more Covid centre at the Memorial Centre.
The check in process was a breeze however I had a poor experience with the person who was processing marriage licenses. There was an error with the documents that I brought which was stressful but not the individuals fault. I was kind and pleasant the whole time and so was she however I did go back to ask a question. At that point I noticed she called security (for no reason and I was the only person there at one point). I asked my question thanked her and left and noticed security still had his eye on me. I didn't appreciate that treatment especially since I was anything but polite, not sure what was threatening about asking another question my guess is that it was racial. I rarely make those conclusions but it's the only thing I can think of.
The third Monday in February is dedicated in Canada to celebrate "Family Day". Such holidays and events are usually chosen to be on Friday or Monday, to connect with the weekend, so that almost every month has a long weekend. Families gather and celebrate their feast in different ways, and the share of the young ones from the celebrations is the largest on such a feast. In the city of Mississauga, the celebration square in the city center was packed with families this day despite the cold (temperature is 5 degrees Celsius and the wind chill makes it 2 degrees). Parents with their children in the green square surrounded by small trucks selling fast food, hot and cold drinks, and ice cream. The square under the sun and the spread of people in it looks like the seashore. In addition to the lower green part of the square, there is the ice rink, where the skaters, most of whom are children, move, skilled skaters and other beginners and other trainees who are not discouraged by repeated falls from continuing their training in the hope of mastery. A relatively small area at the edge of the square was closed with iron barriers, around which children and parents gather without pushing, and those who did not find a place in the vicinity of this space stood on adjacent steps to watch the following activity: the dinosaur dance. I stood with them alongside fathers and mothers carrying their children on their shoulders so that they could watch. Children wonder when the dinosaur will come, and parents reassure them, "In a few minutes." The dinosaur came and greeted everyone and started making movements, followed by "Wowwww"s, with exclamations and admiration from children.
Mississauga parking enforcement give me a parking ticket when i park on MY drive way !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! because the front bumper/the shadow ( not the tire) has covered a small small part of sidewalk,

the guy was came in a grey Toyota suv ( personal car ) to give ticket.

This is how this city treat the city's resident, after charging 4000$ a year land tax! great! i'm moving out!!!!
Great Hall is a main floor of Mississauga Civic Center. Beautiful hall with shiny floor, impressive interior of green marble pillars and piramide shape glass roof.
Underground parking available in Civic Centre after 6 pm, Free weekends.
Wi-Fi is Available as well.
Streetsville village square is a year round public place which host movie nights and concerts as well as all manner of community events from car shows to farmer's markets. Cenotaph is a statement memorial monument of the Square.
Square is a busy place during summer time with festivals, events, dance nights/ salsa and performances. Good for stroll or dinner on a patio, nice outdoor sitting area.
Great public space right in the middle of downtown. Lots of activities and festivals take place here every year. Please note Churchill Square is open but there is construction going on around it, and is still quiet for 2019. All will be back to normal in 2020. It’s an open and airy place. I have been working downtown for many years in a building next to the square and come here often especially during the summer. Just a great space for all Edmontonians to visit. There are public washrooms available.
August 26, 2021. Always love coming to the square. Some activities going on.
Cozy and great outdoor family place that stays till midnight.
I m a human, he is in stone,
Yet whenever, I feel all alone

I come here and sit with him,
he accepts with no smile or whim,

He listens to, what-so-ever I tell,
No ruckus or shout or raising the hell

In lovely spring, sunny springs, callous cold
I know of him, who will always keep me hold

Unlike the selfish world, he is true friend, and
like flimsy, faltering people, he will never bend

A serene and nice place if you just want to be with yourself. I ❤️this place to bask this n sun in spring, enjoy the surroundings in all other seasons
It's a great place as you can hit the fitness center and be fit, which is In the same premise. People come here to pay their property taxes, revenue taxes, utilities, etc. On the ground floor it is next to celebration square where you can come and enjoy with whole family.
There is always something going on here. I miss edmonton so much. I never should have left.
Designed to look like an old barn and clock tower, Mississauga city hall has it all... Excellent staff and a range of services ranging from paying parking tickets to getting married. If you are there at the right time on the right day you might even see Hazel walking outside or catch a show across the street at the event square.

This world class city has a world class civic center. Be sure to visit it some time.
