Best Pizza deliverys in Canada

Gluten free pizza is SO good! I have celiac disease and was worried about cross contamination but the kitchen is open and they did a great job at limiting cross contamination by cleaning the area etc. Drink are also great and they have a wonderful and casual outdoor patio.

They don't know how to greet customers. We come to buy food, we do not queue for food like animals. The surliness of the woman at the entrance made me sick.

Wouldn’t come again or recommend. Waited 10 minutes for a server to take our drink order and another 20 minutes for our drinks. We then ordered pizza which we didn’t think tasted right and had chunks of fat as toppings. The guanciale was not cooked properly it was tough and fatty and inedible. Server was not attentive and never quality checked our food, as we didn’t like our pizza and wanted to send it back as it didn’t taste right or worth the price. We then ordered a side of sausage for the pizza topping to replace the fat originally placed on our pizza. The server just dropped it off without explaining it would come cold and we had to spread it, as we thought it looked off and was raw. Server rarely checked on us overall and food quality was poor.

Accidentally ordered from this location instead of my usual location via Uber eats. Ordered their pizza with chicken, hot peppers, and bacon. It was pretty good, no measurable difference between here and the Metcalfe street location. They also had a spicy garlic dip which was nice, believe it had Calabrian Chilis added. Overall pretty good, I'd order again.

This location is one of the best location as the food is very yummy and staff is very cooperative. Always ready to help and every slice of pizza is very delicious.

The food was alright at best. When we first walked in there was garbage everywhere and the 3 girls at the front were sitting on crates behind the counter on there phones when really they should be cleaning.

Even not deserved one star. They need to provide fast service. they told me to wait 5 minutes for my order but in actual i waited 25 minutes. Unprofessional staff and manager. Not recommended . Thanks

I ordered pepperoni pizza today. And they were not generous at all. Only three peperoni for a whole half of the pizza. I paid money for this and the Service was rude too I demand a better service and a better. Pepperoni pizza and my pizza was burnt. It was not a good experience.

It's not as good as I thought. The waiters were not so nice that night, and the steak was overcooked. They don't seem to want to change the new one for you, but it costs CAD28. No service at all. Food was very small portion, steak was very thin.

Disgusting behaviour with poor service I order large pizza with three drink yesterday evening and did mention about my toppings we never ask or never have jalapeños as topping before and never ask for jalapeños but when we got our pizza we got with jalapeños and then I call at the store number and mention to that girl over the phone and she start saying we ask for jalapeños so she is trying to say that is my mistake you know what’s my mistake I order pizza from this location she was rude as hell and trying to prove I was wrong so my suggestion if you don’t wanna waste your money don’t buy pizza from this location.

Very delicious pasta, I tried the wild boar pappardelle and it was so unique, flavorful, lots of meat and pasta cooked to perfection. The service was super nice, welcoming and friendly!! Such a lovely place overall , will definitely be back!
PS. Dog-friendly patio is also a nice bonus for dog-owners

Came here with a couple of my friends during dinnertime on a Sunday. The restaurant was a bit small but all the tables were seated with people. One of my friends ordered the Mozzarella cheese sticks. We were surprised and quite disappointed with the portion of the Mozzarella cheese sticks compared to the amount of vegetables that was served. We all had high expectations for this appetizer because of the price. However, my friend did like the fact that the Mozzarella cheese sticks were filled with cheese. I ordered the Pesto (pasta). The texture of the pasta fitted to my taste as it wasn't overcooked or undercooked. However, the portion did not match the price. In comparison with other restaurants, I typically feel full after eating a plate of pasta but at this restaurant, I only felt partially full.

My new favourite pizza place. So so good I can’t say enough. We got the veggie and the perogie pizza. It was so good I couldn’t even get a picture of both because it was gone so fast.

Services getting worst day by day, especially taking orders over the store's phone... they speak in a rude manner and have zero clue of customer service etiquettes..... humble request to the store owner, please do a rework on your staff otherwise the respect of the store is already depreciating with each phone call the staff takes.. Pizza wasn’t so great for the price. Very thin. But the cheese was good. Ordered a pepperoni, salami and extra cheese. I don’t think the chunks were Salami. Quite disappointing. Won’t be trying them again. Maybe it was the location?

I recently dined at Valens Restaurant, and while the food was commendable, especially the lamb shank which I particularly enjoyed, our overall experience was marred by an unfortunate incident. Upon making our reservation over the phone, I specifically inquired if we could bring our own birthday cake to celebrate a special occasion with my friend. I was assured by a male voice that it would be fine. However, upon our arrival and presenting our cake, we were informed by our server that it was not permitted.

Thankfully, the server was kind enough to consult with the management on our behalf, but the response from the boss was incredibly disappointing. His demeanor was not only unprofessional but also confrontational, as he loudly reprimanded the server in our presence, making us feel quite uncomfortable. Despite us promptly putting the cake away upon learning of the misunderstanding, the boss continued to express his displeasure, unnecessarily prolonging the situation and impacting our departure.

I want to highlight that the server maintained a commendable level of professionalism and kindness throughout this ordeal, and it is clear that my critique is directed solely at the management's handling of the situation. This behavior significantly detracted from our dining experience and overshadowed what should have been a joyful birthday celebration. I have been to 20+ pizza pizza and everywhere I go , I ask for half fries and half potato wedges. I asked for same thing at this place, the guy was rude at saying no we can't, then acted like he is calling his boss, went at the back and came back saying no we can't. Plus he says all pizza pizza are not the same, I never knew that pizza pizza with same menu, under same franchise, have different rules. Not coming to this place anymore. Fries and wedges are same price, I have no idea why they can't give me half-half. Big LOL.

Im writing this out of passion for this ridiculously unprofessional and immature establishment. Ive reported it to police and they're recommending i take it to small claims, as there hands are tied when it comes to employee/customer misconduct, & its pretty open & shut in regards to what happened.

I personally feel like hiring someone on kijiji for a week, just to create emails, and leave 1 star reviews until i say stop, obviously i won't but thats how upset and ripped off i feel, from this embarrassment sporting the Little C brand. Its like if a McDonald's was being leased & run out of some guys regional house bathtub... you'd probably have a higher satisfaction guarantee rate there, than here.

Like...This place literally stole 10$ from me about a week back, last time that happened i was getting shook down for my lunch money, by my school bully in Jr high.

im not even joking, and im taking this past head office straight to small claims.

Ive gotten refunds from other locations before because im paying for a pizza, not an accident... but you know, stuff happens and I dont get upset unless it reaches a point where its affecting me, paying my bills.

i ate at Little C's, around 3 times a week for 4 years, im Italian, I love pizza and im always on the go with my contracting job.

Always was impressed with the independently operated locations, far west, and fort richmond/fort Gary location. Infact the best little c is the southern most location, some middle aged caucasian lady owns it, best pizza you'll ever have, at a little c, every other location should be taking notes.

and its incredible on the sense thats ive actually permanently given up fastfood as a result of this incident, because I won't take the risk of this happening again, next thing you know its me in trouble because I was trying to stick up for myself at a fastfood joint, you know its just not worth it to me anymore after this & im sure other people who have experienced something similar feel the same way as I, like I literally never get mad, maybe a dozen times in my entire life...& its been quite a few days and ill honest to god never go back.

Incident:

The way my job works is I get a contract, and I only have a certain amount of time to fulfill it before it expires, and on this particular occasion, I got a contract out in stonewall and was heading west, so I stopped to get a pizza to eat along the way as I always do if I havnt eaten all day & still at work.

These mfs never cut the pizza, or they cut it so poorly that every slice was ripping in half, sauce was getting everywhere, all over my hands, after basically mutilating the pizza just trying to free up one slice, I said "f to the no, im returning this and getting my money back"

I go in the store in a rush at this point and say can I swap this one out for another, I never ate any and you guys didn't cut it right at all.

They argue with me and take the pizza like staring at me, as if there's nothing wrong with it.. I finally get them to agree to give me another pizza, but it'll be 10 minutes... now when I originally saw her open the hot and ready heater box, there was multiple pepperoni in there, im not an idiot. & now they're trying to act like there's none left and I have to leave at this point I dont have 10 minutes to play games with 2 children over a 10 dollar pizza, so I said give me a refund I have to go, out of time. And they're saying we can't and we won't, are manager said so? Like okay so let me talk to your manager, oh he's not here... so how did he say so than hmm? She wasn't even willing to give me the pizza I paid for back at this point, I had to lean over the till and snatch it back from the thief, as to where I was so fuming at this point I just threw the pizza on the ground, and left.. never have I been so wrongfully mistreated by a professional establishment in my 30 year life, its almost impressive.

Dont believe the Hot-And-Ready hours if the staff doesn't like you, or the 100% satisfaction or your money back.

I ordered a pepperoni panzerotti online for pickup at around 12:57am. And when I arrived around 1:25am to pick up my panzerotti the guy working the counter asked if i want any other panzerottis. I was confused and asked "for free?". He said yeah and was referring to the ones in the display, he said he was gonna throw them out soon. I'm not gonna turn down free food so I ended up walking out of there with 1 hawiian and 1 pepperoni panzerotti. Now thats great service, thank you mister whatever your name is. You are a great guy. Will definately be back after this awesome service.

Let me share my experience at this wonderful pizza place where Sandip works his magic. Walking in, the smell of freshly baked pizza instantly made my mouth water. Sandip puts so much care into every pie he makes, and it really shows. The crust is just perfect – crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And the toppings? Absolutely delicious. Whether you like classic flavors or something a bit more unique, Sandip has you covered. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. If you're looking for a spot to satisfy your pizza cravings, you won't be disappointed at this place with Sandip at the helm.

Food was decent, nice affordable dinner date for $35 three-course prix fixe that they also have outside of Winterlicious. Cocktails were also good. Seems like they were understaffed when we went because it was only one server for the entire restaurant. Otherwise would still come back

The food here is delicious, the portions are very generous. Lamb chop was fall off the bone. I recommend this restaurant and I will be back

I went here for dine out and was excited to try the food here, service was slower than I’d expect but not a big deal, the carpaccio and pizza was really good! Only thing that ruined the meal was the “cheesecake” for dessert. It’s not a cheesecake, it’s a bowl of cream cheese yogurt with the compote on top and a sprinkle of lavender.. I tried it and couldn’t have a full bite. Definitely felt misled with that dish and super disappointed they would serve that as “cheesecake”

I visited for the first time and I found the guy very intersting and interactive, Guy name is Sandeep and he provided me his suggestions for the order as well, he also provided the best service as well. Second time when I visited the store he instantly knew me and his welcoming manner was very genuine and good. Overall Excellent Service I got.

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza which did not have no pineapple. Maybe 4 pieces no meet on it. The price was too much and the taste was not good.

I ordered the burrata and prosciutto, truffle mushroom pizza, boar parpadelle, and carbonara. The pizza was lacking flavor, and the bottom of the pizza was burnt. Pastas were solid but personally felt like carbonara sauce was curdled. The crostinis served with the burrata were rock hard and cold. The food was quite underwhelming.

It's always good times at Victory Cafe. I remember going to the old location down the street from Honest Eds back in the day.

Since their "newish" spot on Bloor has been opened now for a couple of years, we've also been here a few times before and usually sit on the patio. However, for NYE 2023, we booked a table inside for seven of us.

THE VIBE:
Firstly, let me just say that our server, Ben, was AWESOME! He had such great energy and really took care of us. Victory should feel fortunate to have such a great team member.

The decor here is cozy, the music is not too loud, so you can actually have a conversation with people.

You can chill at the bar and have some drinks or at a table. During winter, you'd be lucky to get a seat at the back near the wood burning oven, where I suspect it is nice and toasty.

THE FOOD:
Wow, man, the food here is super yummy. Here's what we all had:
- Poached pear salad (big)
- Mushroom pizza (yummy)
- Steak (OMG...so good)
- Salmon (one of the best I've had)
- Fries (plentiful, hot, crispy - nice)
- Risotto (my friend had two)

THE DRINKS:
We had a few drinks like the Tiki, which was very yummy - highly recommend.

DISAPPOINTMENTS:
# 1 - Both the Risotto and Salmon dishes were shockingly small portions.

My salmon dish had very little veggies, and the sweet potatoes seemed to be missing until I realized there was a little smear of it - like a garnish - below the salmon. Unfortunately, I left feeling unsatiated and "cheated" by such a small meal.

My friend's Risotto bowl portion was so small that he had to order another one.

# 2 - A couple of Tiki drinks were loaded with ice. I swear, my wife scooped out two-thirds of a glass of ice.

Because of the small portions and ice issue, I've deducted a star in the food category.

We will definitely return to Victory Cafe, BUT not before I know they've addressed these above issues.

RECOMMENDATION:
Before ordering the salmon and risotto dishes, you may want to ask your server if the portions are still super tiny.

Also, when getting the Tiki drinks, ask for less ice.

WRAP-UP:
I'd highly recommend Victory Cafe to anyone in the Annex area and beyond if you are looking for a cool and cozy place to:

- Grab drinks with your peeps
- Dinner with the family

- Or just a cool place to grab a delicious bite

I had a disappointing experience at this pizza place. The service was poor, and there was a discrepancy in closing time information, causing inconvenience. Despite the posted closing time being 2 am, the dine-in was closed at 12 am, as per two Indian employees. This has happened before, and it's not mentioned anywhere. I've attached a receipt indicating the time of my order at 12 am. The pizza taste was average, and the cost for two medium pizzas with drinks was $32, including tax and two toppings. The small size of the place added to an overall unpleasant experience.

I am so upset and disappointed I order online which was okay I'm not the best so I struggled a little but I figured it out okay... my huge disappointment and being so upset is I order 2 xl pepperoni pizza and 1 large PLANT BASED pepperoni pizza with dairy free cheese for my daughters birthday party her 2 friends are vegan a long with the parents so to find out later after they have eaten the pizza that they put regularly pepperoni and the plant based pepperoni on there pizza mortified me because after carefully looking at the pizza after they noticed the difference it looked like they messed up by putting regular pepperoni on it and so they tried to fix it by just adding a bunch of plant based pepperoni over top to cover it up . This is unacceptable because what if one of the child's had a meat allergy or a bad reaction because they have never had meat before thankfully none of this happened but this upsetting and not okay .
Now upon us picking up the pizzas we asked to make sure the pizza was dairy free and plant based and we were told yes not a single word of them mess up or nothing . I work food service and I know first had when you mess up you remake the order or tell the customer and ask them if it's okay or if they would like it remade I understand mistakes happen but when people place special orders they need to be handle with care. Now besides that the 2 xl pepperoni pizzas was fresh tastefull and well made.

Busy place,engaging friendly staff,warm comfortable ambiance, good selection of dishes, fast delivery on our meals, and reasonably priced. The bar menu is limited, but there are plenty of Italian style cocktails to try, like the espresso Martini👍 The pasta, especially the wild boar pappardelle, was very good and cooked to "al dente" perfection.

Excellent service

The bartender Hayden and the GM Jeremy took care of us and the service was incredible, it really enhanced our experience!

The baggio sour was delicious and the texture from the egg white took it up a notch. The pomodoro was super flavourful and the meatballs were cooked perfectly. The truffle pizza is our go-to and once again did not disappoint, one of the best mushroom pizzas in Vancouver for sure.

We also ordered the bruschetta, and the first time we had it (in the summer), it was amazing and the pieces of bread were a good size and the tomatoes were diced finely for easy scooping. Unfortunately we weren’t a fan of the bruschetta this time because the tomatoes weren’t cut at all and the pieces of bread were way too small to pick them up.

Overall though, with the atmosphere, the great service, the delicious drinks, and the super flavourful pizza and pasta, we enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back! :)

The quality of the food at this restaurant is outstanding! The value might be the best in the city! The carrot ginger soup and mushrooms were delicious, and the rack of lamb was amazing. Very friendly service and nice atmosphere here.

These owners like making others look like liars. Well here as a past employee let me state this place is crawling with roaches. I have videos and photos. I’ve watched during training the husband drop sausages on the ground and still grind them up and use for toppings, I myself watched him cover a pizza with a roach in it with cheese. AGAIN I HAVE PHOTOS OF HOW GROSS THIS PLACE IS. There’s a reason they can’t keep staff there’s a reason why all have left before I arrived which one I work with now at my new job. The husband has serious anger issues on top of control issues. The wife made a big mistake putting her hands on me. I walked out of that place after 4 days. The amount of food they hoard in that is disgusting. Please comment and say I am lying because my next post will be of the videos and photos I have. Your place should be shut down.

The burger was surprisingly really delicious. The pasta tasted fresh and had a nice texture to it. Unfortunately there was something I found in the gelato but when I showed it to the waiter, he was very understanding and even took it off the bill after apologizing. Great vibes and food here- would come again.

Places walk in order watched 2 other customers who ordered after me get called up for their pizzas 5-10 minutes before I had to ask about mine. Waited 35 minutes for 1 pizza while it took 10 for the lady who ordered 10 minutes after me. My pizza was sitting on a counter ready for probably 15 minutes. Absolutely awful service and probably gonna be a room temperature pizza by the time I eat it because of the wait.

First time ordering from this location. This was not the Colonnade Pizza that I have had in the past (bank street location)

We picked up a medium pizza and an order of zucchini sticks and it came to $55 dollars.

The server sneezed on the food.

The cheese was so under cooked it was still white and not browned in any way.

Do yourself a favor and go to Merivale Pizza instead. It is very similar to how Colonnade used to be.

Over priced and very underwhelmed.

Servers seemed nice, food was old and dry and almost inedible. I am speaking of their slices for sale not their fresh pizza. Do not go for an after work slice. But if you order fresh its at least what you would expect from a pizza pizza.

Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. The pizza seemed popular but I was impressed with the selection of drinks and the skill of the bar staff. Definitely a nice place to stay warm in good company on a rainy night.

For the last 4 times I've come here there's nothing in the hotwells for hot and go pizzas and they always say you have to wait 10-15 minutes just to get something from this location, every other location I've been to has the hotwells stocked with pizzas to go right away. Losing interest in going to this location.

Very disappointed in this location. I stopped in on my way home hoping to grab a pizza. I walked in & stood there waiting for anybody to come to the front to take my order. Nobody came. Then a skip driver came and an employee came out and asked for the order number he was there to get, then she got his order. In the meantime, another driver came in and she asked for his order number. Then I said, excuse me, I’d like to make an order, the employee let out a big sigh & told me to wait. I got so discouraged that I just walked out. I was the first person that walked into this establishment and I waited patiently for someone to come to the front, I did not complain at all, but when 2 people came in after me and got immediate service, I will definitely complain. And I’ll take my money elsewhere. I’m very disappointed in this franchise location & will not return in the future.

Last time I order from here, recently moved to winnipeg the first 2 times I ordered pizza was amazing. Last 3 times it has been so disgusting! Barely any toppings and raw dough.

The Masterpiece pizza was really good. It’s full of pepperoni, mushroom and cheese.

I ordered it for lunch but no luck to have it because of work reason. So I took it back home and reheated as family supper, surprisingly it’s still so tasty! My husband and kids like it a lot. Definitely will come back in future!

My Ottawa based friends and family have always sung the praises of Colonnade Pizza, and now that I’ve had it I know why. It’s one of Ottawas best and unique Pizza Places

I’m not sure what you call this style of pizza, but to me it’s kinda like they finish it with a Parmesan brûlée and it’s Awesome.

Went here last Sunday for brunch. Our server was very nice albeit completely new (I understand how difficult it is for the industry right now). I ordered the ricotta stuffed French toast, which doesn’t show on the current online menu. It was just ok. When I was almost done my meal, I bit into an expired strawberry and after eating almost everything else, I didn’t feel that I could say something.
Just outside, there was a very drunk or high man who kept trying to enter the restaurant and the staff would keep him out, yet they let his two very drunk friends stay in the restaurant. So, it was a constant coming and going of these two drunk men checking on their friend outside. It didn’t make any sense to us why they didn’t just kick out all three! Their pizzas looked good and if I ever had to go back, that’s what I’d order, but I definitely wouldn’t return for breakfast food.
Lastly, if you use a credit card, the user fees are passed onto the customer which I haven’t experienced in the dining world yet and I go out often.

Got my takeout order after 40 mins and even got wrong chicken pizza instead of vegetarian pizza and their staff transferred my call from last 1 hour and don’t even trying to help

All the pizza for 8,49& this is the best price with good quality food. The person on cash was so gentle too

Went there on May 27th, 2023, which was a week ago. I didn't realize I got charged $1 more until going through my receipts and pics now. (Yeah I do take pics of the menu all the time.) It's just one dollar more but I doubt anyone would be happy with being overcharged.

We ordered a beef carpaccio salad ($15.95 according to the menu I got indoors), a prosciutto & mushroom pizza, and a risotto Milanese. Food and the service were just ok. Now I'm going through the receipt then I found out they charged me $16.95 for the beef carpaccio salad. Not sure if it's a typo, or they raised the price but didn't change it on the menu. Either is unacceptable.

Btw some price on the menu posted outside didn't match the price on the menu I got indoors. You should update the menu outside to avoid confusing your customers.

I love Colonade pizza, however recently we picked up some pasta dishes that were terrible. We got Fettuccine Alfredo and Chicken Parmigiano. The Chicken Parm was nearly burnt to a crisp with no cheese or sauce baked on and the Fettuccine sauce was curdled and sour. The staff were friendly as always, but after receiving no response about this we have decided to post this here. We paid $75 for this meal that we did not eat.

For the price of the pizzas, it was pretty good, and the pizzas were pretty good as well. The French fries were surprisingly good considering that fries on delivery from anybody require a reheat in the microwave.

It's worth the money, and I would buy it again. My son and I had our own and he enjoyed it.

Pizza Hotline, in our experience, has really been a terrible option in the Winnipeg market.

In my experiences:

On multiple occasions, horrible customer service by the franchise (and employees).

Prices have increased lately and for the quantity/quality it is not worth the price whatsoever.

Online ordering system is the most archaic I’ve ever seen, and is absolutely ridiculously atrocious to use.

Calling to order is not a great experience typically. Often the staff have background noise going on, as they must be working from home (and probably get paid poorly).

The only positive I’ve found with Pizza Hotline is the speed at which they have the pizza ready. Often very fast, only around 15-20 minutes after ordering, it is already ready!

I actually feel embarrassed as this company markets itself as being an excellent local option, yet the service is very bad (as well as pricing).

Most other options are 100% better… Domino’s, Papa John’s, Gondola, even dare I say Pizza Hut! Red Swan seems to be great as well!

Picked up a Hot And Ready pizza on my way home from work last night, stopped in about 5 pm. My drive home from this location is only 5 minutes. The pizza was barely lukewarm when I got home and tasted stale. It was quite literally the saddest pizza I've ever eaten. I wouldn't be annoyed if it wasn't hot but it was pretty much room temperature. So, was the Pepsi.

The staff that work the register also don't make you feel welcome in the store, they're cold and curt and seem to be one word away from an eye roll.

My feedback on the pizza is from my most recent visit, no prior issues and the staff feedback is on 3/4 visits. The 1/4 is because I couldn't even get in to the store. OK Tire takes up most of the lot, often jamming cars in that are not in stalls...do any of these cars ever move? This leaves Little Caesars and Perogy Planet with 5 stalls... not really worth the parking nightmare when it's a busy evening.

My experience with my most recent visit will likely have me not return. Sure it's a cheap pizza for 10 bucks... but its disappointing to eat it at room temperature. Actually, it's quite unappetizing.

Victory Cafe is a chill location on Bloor Street. I’ve been a number of times now, and have received consistently good service.

The pricing is fair enough, the drinks are fine (though some people in our party received the wrong drinks), and the food is pretty good.

I had the Wild Mushroom pizza with added chicken (the $5 to add the chicken is probably not worth it). The pizza was good, though I generally prefer the Lumberjack option.

Normally stop here on wknds to grab a slice.

But thought I'd try the popcorn chicken poutine this time. What a disappointment.

Picture at front of store shows 7 popcorn chicken, only two in my order. (see pics below) One by the fork and the other under the cheese on the right. Service was slow too, twenty minutes from ordering to actually getting order to eat.

Guess pizza only at this location in the future.

After moving from Kitchener I thought i will be missing my favourite pizza pizza location in Kitchener.
But this location exceeded my expectations.
Because of their consistency every time i order my favourite whole wheat veggie, they are the best ever for me.
Quantity of toppings is amazing.

Terrible experience. For first time I ordered half moon cheese bread from this location using uber eats and they messed up the whole order. The bread was not cooked at all, cheese over it was stale, super oily, as you can see in this picture its not even half cooked, seems like they just took it out within seconds from oven without cooking it and the order was super late then the expected time. When i called them to talk they just transferred me to customer service which took more then one hour to answer, that is so disappointing. Just wanna say that if you guys can’t cook the food then just decline the order, but don’t send the uncooked food.
IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE, QUALITY and CHANGE OR GET YOURSELF WELL TRAINED STAFF😑

Au début avant même de commander je doutais en voyant les notes mais après avoir commander j’ai compris pourquoi.
L’attente était plutôt longue plus que la normale, le goût moyen, la pâte pas assez cuite. La base dans une pizza n’a pas été respectée ( elle n’était pas coupée) on a dû le faire nous même, je n’ai pu finir 2 pointes pour vous dire Comment c’était pas bon. Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant. À vos risques et périls 👎

Typical fast food pizza place. Pizzas need more sauce and no taste in pizzas. Employees unhelpful at all,in a rush and disturbed if asked questions.
Portion size is great and prices are very affordable.

I tried to order 2 pizzas online one with super thin crust and one with thin but I could not order the super thin crust online. I called in and was told to refresh my screen and try again and if it did not work to call back. It did not work and I called back after I had placed the rest of my order online.
The agent told me she was going to call the store and change the order to super thin I tried again to explain that I wanted a second pizza ADDED to the order that I could not place online. She said she would have to call the store for some reason, I declined.
At the store I complained to the store employee about the second pizza and asked if I could order and pay and could they deliver it? He said they could but I would be charged for delivery, nice empathy store employee.
When I opened my pick up order there was no cutlery as requested and printed on the receipt. Hard, no impossible to eat the pasta dish we also ordered without any supplied cutlery.
I called and complained again as the crust was regular not thin.
Its just pizza not rocket science, placing an order should not take all day and if it does the order should be made right. If the customer takes the time to complain and explain to the store employee of the issue(s) the store employee should try to make things right and if they cant find someone in the store that can.
Unfortunately I ordered again from this store the following week. I asked for 2 pizzas with 2 different crust types upon pick up they were both the same, It would appear that by placing an order has no impact on what will be made by the staff. Out of 5 possible pizzas ordered only two were correct.

Edit; the store did respond promptly to the complaint but are not responsible for staffing.

A good place to grab a quick pizza. Had one made fresh and it only took 10min start to finish. Pizza was good, got the deep dish pepperoni. Not tons of toppings but they're chosen well and cooked nicely

Ordered @ 1pm got my pizza still hot by 1:40pm. The delivery adress I gave was only a 5 minutes drive away so be careful your pizza may take some time! However, It was very good. Very saucy and not too thin or thick and nice and cheesy! Would definitely order again.

This place has horrible customer service! We tried to order for a large group of people and they tried to scam us by charging us an extra 10$ for delivery when their pamphlet says delivery is free. When we tried to understand where the extra 10$ was coming from the guy in the phone got agressive and kept repeating the same sentence over and over again trying to justify an extra 10$ out of nowhere. When we tried explaining that delivery is supposed to be free he hung up on us.

Horrible horrible customer service. Tried to order 2 combos for a large group of people and tried to charge an extra 10$ for no reason. The man that answered the phone and took our order got mad when we tried to explain that it didn’t add up to the total he told us. He hung up on us when we kept trying to tell him that that shouldn’t be the total.

I order all the time, I always pick a "deal" always tip appropriately. I always order a large ceaser salad "family sized" this time it came with no dressing. I called and apparently they "credited me the balance" of the salad 12.95. will remove negotiable review after credited next time I order. I doubt I'm getting the credit.

2 weeks ago I ordered 2 large pizzas and 30 wings with fries. The girl on the phone confirmed and repeated my order back to me. When I got the order there was only 20 wings. When I called back to complain the "manager" told me they only have a deal with 20 wings. After being on the phone with him for 15 minutes he told me that he would give me a credit for 10 free wings on our next order. Still upset we accepted the offer, but now that I'm ordering pizza again and asking for the 10 wings I was promised, they tell me that there is no credit on my account. I was then redirected to another employee who knew 1 sentence "we don't sell 30 wings we only sell 20 wings so there is no credit" which he repeated about 7 times before I got annoyed and just canceled my order. NEVER BUY FOOD FROM THIS SHADEY ESTABLISHMENT. Thank you

Good pizza, great deals, fries and deep fried pickles are yummy. Very clean store compared to others. Cashier lady was super friendly.

We didn't want to Cook tonight and wanted something fast so we ordered Pizza from this Restaurant. Our Order was One All-Dressed and One with Pepperoni, Italian Sausage and Feta Cheese.

They called back and told us that they were out of Feta Cheese and we had to pick a different Topping instead. So instead we replaced the Feta Cheese with Hot Peppers.

Our Pizza arrived and still nice and warm. When we opened the Box, we had nearly no Toppings. Our built-Pizza had no Pepperoni or Italian Sausages but instead Hot Peppers and Ham. The All-Dressed was still lacking in the amount of Toppings even a $10 Pizza should have but no Topping seemed to be missing.

Good for a late night slice.
