A review based solely on one experience with the pizza here does not an accurate review make! My experience is based on years of coming here and ordering pizza for delivery, and a change has definitely occurred. Whether it’s different ownership or a change in the ingredients, one can never count on consistency with the pies. You ask for lightly done and you get burnt. Done with this place!
I dont like any little ceasers and this location is no exception. The food is bad as always. And their stores always feel very cramped and corporate. They are not dirty, but they always feel unclean, I dont know exactly why that is.
My husband and I love this pizza, and the gentleman who runs the business. The toppings are fresh and go right to the edge of the crust! The sauce is DELICIOUS!!
On Thursday, i Ordered pizza for pick up, i headed home because i had too much on my hands and i left but when i got home i didn’t see my phone so i begun searching the places where i was previously as I kept on walking, the last place I was at pizza So I asked THE ASIAN CHEF if he had seen my cellphone, not to mention its 14Pro Max, I had all my bank card, credit cards and Visa cards. THE ASIAN CHEF said yes, it’s girly pink folding case, he gave back my phone with all my cards are in it, nothing was lost or stolen. So I figured may be it was me as a female around the time I came to order because there were few young boys chilling and eating pizza. Not to mention he save my day because I was at my moms house for my niece birthday party and I live very far so I was frustrated and the hassle to apply for the card it’s devastated but Thank goodness THE ASIAN CHEF…
Always late, under deliver. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a jumbo size pizza, to receive the pizza with one pepperoni per slice. In what version of reality would someone order a pepperoni pizza with one pepperoni on it??? Each square takes 4-5 bites, at that rate that’s more than half of the slice without the requested topping. When I called the manager Malay they advised me that this is how it is done and their mandate from head office. No where on the order form is this specified. He told me if I wanted to take it up with anyone I could call head office, and offered me a small pizza (I’m feeding several people) to make up for it.. in the end, no resolution was received, no small pizza and another terrible experience at City Pizza Williamsburg. Just tried this place for the first time. Ordered LG Pep and mushroom and medium cheese bread. Pizza was great. Bread was great. Price was great! Place is very clean as well. Will definitely order again.
I get the two three-topping pizza pickup special a couple Fridays a month since it’s on my way home from work. I find the pizza is good value; I like that I can order online; I like the dipping sauce included with online orders; sometimes they offer me discounted pizza that someone else ordered but didn’t pick up. but have a couple complaints. First, the website is good for accurate ordering but I’m never able to log in even though I’ve made an account. Secondly, the amount of pepperoni has decreased. I order the double pepperoni and it seems like the correct amount of pepperoni.
I am really disappointed by the non-professionalism of the seller. We ask to split the bill in 4 but ON PURPOSE she split the bills in 2 and she asks us to organize ourself.

I got a delivery from 241 of a Hawaiian Med. thin crust pizza and i had a generous amount of cheese and other toppings on it.

One of the employee YASH don’t have sense how to talk with customers… He is abusing and giving totally inappropriate answers. Even he doesn’t know sequence to serve thé customer. One of the best pizza shops in Ottawa with unique varieties of Pizzas. First time, Had an Indian style pizza in Canada. Butter chicken pizza or Tandoori chicken pizza with coriander topping is a must try if you are into Indian spices. Great location! Lots of parking space!. Must try if you visit Barrhaven.
A great pizza pizza location that does a great Canadian pizza - highly recommend if in the Parkdale area looking for a well-priced and delicious pizza. Would recommend getting fresh to order as the slices are known to sit around a while and not be as fresh sometimes.
Ordered an XL pizza, arrived in disgusting condition. Someone ate half a slice, the pizza was flipped, toppings slid off and slices thinner than a sheet of paper. FYI when you order an XL, they’re taking a large pizza and stretching it out as far as they can to save on costs. Pathetic and disgusting service, never again.
After receiving our Pizza delivery, we were pleasantly surprised by the good taste and abundance of toppings. We knew it would take some time to get it here as there in no outlet near us. It was well worth the wait.

This place is absolutely filthy and the most disgusting place I have ever been to. Shut them down. There’s no customer service and when you ask about it it’s met with the most indeference I have ever felt with. Don’t go there!

These folk are fantastic. Incredibly quick delivery 99% of the time. They make the pizzas evenly and deep fry all the options perfectly. Even when you get the drizzle on top its never a mess. They do things just right. The only pizza in the neighborhood that I find truly reliable!! Keep up the good work!!

Their intuitive and creative fusion menu provides a series of unexpected Indian delights, which shouldn't distract from the fact that they make some of the best traditional and authentic pizzas in town. I find myself in an eternal struggle picking between their Pepperoni Delight and anything I haven't tried off the Indian speciality menu. They also serve some phenomenal appetizers, ranging from pizza place staples to Chili Craft specials, and I would advise anyone with taste to be a little bit adventurous on their next pizza night in. I've yet to try their non-pizza mains, but don't doubt I'll find my way to them soon enough. Pro-tip: splurge for the house dips.

Terrible. We got to this location earlier than the scheduled pick-up time. What we saw and heard made us leave immediately and call the pizza pizza line to cancel our order and send it to another location for pick-up. The man making our pizza was severally ill and should have called in sick for work. He was continually coughing, had no mask on, making pizzas with his bare hands, and swearing at each order coming through most likely due to frustration and having to blow his nose every so often. Management is not only negligent to allow an ill worker to show up for work but also putting many customers at risk with cross contamination. Food inspectors need to visit this location asap.
Increasingly worse service in the last year. It's pretty normal to walk into a Little Caesars and be sold hot and ready pizzas that aren't ready. However a pizza that is not even cut is a whole new level of low

So I ordered this veggie pizza 🍕 (red onions 🧅 and green peppers 🫑) and jalapeño poppers. Pizza was pretty good but I absolutely loved the jalapeño poppers. After every bite, there was explosion of cheese 😂

Ordered veggie pizzas as takeout from here this week. The tandoori paneer pizza with Indian curry sauce was good. The other one with creamy garlic sauce, mushrooms, peppers and olives tasted fine. Personally, I prefer a thinner crust and that's the only reason I've rated them 4/5. For anyone who wants to try vegetarian pizzas though, Chili Craft probably has the biggest selection of all pizza restaurants.

I had quite an interesting experience on my visit to this location today, on asking for a deep dish pizza and cinnamon bites at 8pm I was told “we don’t make deep dish products after 8pm” while the store closes at 9pm. Not sure what’s the logic here but found this fact extremely weird, might as well close the store at 8pm instead 9pm because you stop making your best seller.
I’m sorry you lost us as a customer. I give you 3 stars because it was tasty. However, it was a very thin dough and with bubbles no cheese ,mushrooms and pepperoni enough. In past, we used to invite for BP a lot of times.It was for us the best pizza in Winnipeg for kids. I hope that in different locations it is possible different situations with appropriate cooking standards a normal size pizza and enough cheese inside.Thank you.

Really rough at communication, staff needs to be better trained. Asked for the unlimited 2 topping and 2 medium pizza special (8.99 each) and they ending up charging me full price. Additionally, they were out of creamy garlic sauce and their washroom was unhygienic.

Had extremely raw pizza and gave the excuse when you order thick crust you get raw dough. This is twice now we have had a problem at this location. The customer service is terrible as well. We were offered new pizzas the first time plus another free one. The second offered to resend some but were all scared to eat it as i had bad food poisoning from it. I wont be going back.

Went here yesterday, ordered this pepperoni pizza with mushrooms and bacon. Just loved it. It was fresh and it was served on time too. The staff here was also amazing. Kudos to the girl at the desk who took my order, was very sweet.
In all my years of eating pizza pizza I have never been served so horribly. It was 1am in the morning I called in to order a 3-topping pizza ( ham, bacon, pineapple) for pick up. I went to get the pizza.. My mistake I guess for not checking it before I left. When I got home I opened it only to find it had pepperoni and pineapples on it. I hate pepperoni. And it's missing a topic. I ended up going back with the pizza. The Indian guy that was working there ( mid-age with a belly) was quiet rude. I opened the box to show him, at which point he signaled me to hand him the pizza and threw it under one of the ovens.
He started to make another one when I noticed he didn't put any ham on it, instead he put bacon stripes and bacon crumble with pineapples.. I tried to tell him that not the topics but he was just so rude and I was so tired after work I didn't even bother to argue with him about it. While waiting I asked him for the pizza he took back because I was starving to eat it while I wait for the other one he was making. Finally minutes have gone by and he handed me my pizza and told me to throw the one that was wrong out in the garbage. Even proceeded to tell me how to put it in the garbage. I was shocked at this man's attitude and behaviour. I took the two pizzas and left. This time when I left the store and opened the box to see the pizza and this one was disgustingly burnt!!!! I couldn't believe it! I didn't even bother to go back. Made no sense seeing he probably would have done the next pizza even worse. Not only was this pizza burnt around but it was literally not edible, the pizza was so thick that the crust and bottom was burnt but the inside was raw. Due to this one person I refuse to go back and ever buy from there again. We picked up Little Caesars 02/28/2022. We tried to order from the app but it kept crashing. Not the first time this has happened. Little Caesars is not bad for a basic 🍕. We also ordered boneless chicken wings. Or that’s what we thought we ordered. It was some type of questionable processed meat which was questionable at best. Oh well we are still alive without being poisoned 🤢 so I guess it couldn’t have been that bad.
Asked for a well done pizza. Received probably the most undercooked pizza I've ever had from any chain restaurant. Had to put it in my own oven to cool that's how undercooked it was. Though there toppings are great, the “standard” gluten-free pizza crust used by many pizza places and City pizza are terrible.

Very good pizza, very good value , and excellent friendly service. Definitely worth giving these people a tip. I have had gluten-free crust from another pizza hotline location and it was very greasy and terrible... So I would absolutely avoid that menu choice with this chain.
Always get your food when it comes straight out of the oven or it will be hard. Food is tasty and delicious. I recommend this place.
Update: this is how they decided to make a party pizza.

Always as expected. Lots of toppings and great taste. Even though the crust is too thick and not cooked fully. Gives me stomach ache the day after. I prefer fresh slice pizza.
I feel as though my luck with this Pizza Pizza location has run out. It was perfectly passable fast food pizza for a time. Lately my orders were arriving cold, or late, or with missing/wrong ingredients, okay it's pizza pizza these things are forgivable if it's only from time to time but my last five orders were like this with the sixth being the worst. I ordered a large well done with bacon crumble and pinapple, and recieved a large well done cheese pizza with raw/parcooked bacon crumble and pineapple tossed carelessly on top of the finished pizza. When I picked up a slice, these cold and possibly danger-zone toppings just slid off comically. Note in the photo the scorch on the crust versus toppings. I tossed it in the trash were it belongs. Never again lol
Very friendly staff all the time. I love their pepperoni pizza it is my favourite since they put the right amount of sauce and pepperoni on. The crust is always cooked to perfection. I would recommend this place to my friends. They have definitely gained a regular customer.
Good location. Parking is not great even if they have dedicated spots available. There are other business in the mall so it could be problem sometimes.i like when they leave stalls available unlike others pizza places they have dedicated spots acquired by their own vehicles either delivery or their private vehicle. They have new signs etc which looks really good. I like their pizza it's quite reasonable.this location makes good stuff and looks more presentable. Their customer service is good. I prefer buying from them then I goto my nearest place. I don't know it could be liking thing or no I like their style more better even though they have same ingredients
Ordered a small Hawaiian and a medium meat supreme on doordash and received burnt pizzas! Can't believed they charged me $45 for this. Never getting food there again, not worth wasting any money for a pizza that was burnt!!! Ended up going straight into the bin.
Nasty they pick and choose...sad order a fresh mid pizza put half their old pizza and makes 3 new slices lucky I was hungry top it off new bs wasn't fully cooked...their hot sauce is the whit thou sad have some respect to paying customers
Quick online ordering. Fast delivery. When pizza arrived it had been shaken (not stirred} or dropped what appeared to be multiple times. Aside from having to reassemble the pizza, everything was pretty good. I guess a $2.00 tip for the driver was insufficient. I don't think I'll order from them again.

My wife, mom and I had Pizza Hotline Calzones this eve. We each ate most of our first half of the Calzone believing they were extra cheesy... We then realized this was not cheese but rather raw dough. The other halves are here uneaten. The sad part is after waiting on hold for nearly 30 min with customer service I was told that since we started eating the calzone we could no longer get a refund...had to be left untouched. Absolutely unreal. Please see video of raw dough and photos attached.
Wasn't given the "two slices for $5" deal even though it was posted all over the exterior and interior of the store. Which is pretty snakey just to make an extra $1. The slices are much smaller than in other province's/cities... Almost half the size, in fact. They are more resembling of the size of slices when you buy a whole pizza not the slices in-store.
They use to answer my calls and/or Texts promptly. Recently the past 5 or 6 times ive tried to contact them, i have been ignore.
Tried the veal cutlet sandwich, sauce is great, meat and bread not that tasty. It's hard to review a chain but I always learnt that even if it's a chain, but individual stores have a character and they could be good executers of the concept or bad ones. This location was clean, staff was friendly and helpful.
I have been a regular customer here since 2004 and the quality of food haven't changed a bit yet. Be careful with the HOT sauce though😋.
I think they are cheating their taxes. First, they didn't give me a receipt, so I asked for one. Then he gave me one without tax on it. Lastly, I got one with taxes, but no information about the company. He refused to give me a better receipt. Doesn't say the name of the company or phone number or HST number. CRA check on these guys.
5/5! It was my first time ordering here but I'll definitely be ordering it again. $14.99 for 2 small pizzas, two toppings each, including 2 cans of pop.. amazing deal!!! Seriously, I will not be ordering from anywhere else.
Would absolutely not recommend to anyone! We waited over 45 minutes to have them call and say the they order could not be filled. When we asked them to wait so we could reconfirmed lour order, they hung up and did not answer our call (8 calls placed after our secondary call). I would NEVER order from this company! From four starving visitors!
Really good Mexican restaurant, tried the taqueria for lunch, good flavors, not spicy, pretty laid back place with not many people.
Tried the tropisueño torta and the beef and chicken tacos they where both great options. Really enjoyed the horchata and the Mexican coke (go real sugar)!

Called five, six times on a Tuesday and a Wednesday night around two am, is it 5 am till 5 am or when your driver's feel like it, has my number been added to your blacklist for complaining about paying for mcdoubles dressed like a mac and just receiver regular ones. I don't want free crap from you guys I just want food that's far from where I live
I wasn't even gonna give these guys one star, because I have been trying to reach them for ever now. And I do mean that...even to get a call back from them after leaving messages constantly for almost five years now, and NEVER ONCE getting so much as a, "sorry, we're too busy," would have at least been something. But FINALLY, JUST NOW, I FINALLY got a call back, to say that it will be an hour and a half wait for a cheeseburger, unless I want to give him $50 to $100 to bump me up the line. They must have known that I had decided to finally write a review, so they decided to call me back. Thanks for the call back...it earned you one star...because at least now I know, that it is at least POSSIBLE to get a cheeseburger at two am...if you're F'n rich, lol. And at least now, after five years of calling them, I finally know that they do indeed really exist. It was a great idea guys, you're just doing a piss poor job of running it! And if in fact you have been SOOOOO increasingly and incredibly busy making $50 to $100 off of each cheeseburger all night long for five years plus...maybe it's time to spend some of those profits on more drivers, and a secretary ;) just a thought.
Spent $15 dollars on delivery and made sure to tell the driver to bring an atm machine, only to have him show up with a broken atm machine and ask me to jump in his car to go pull out some money. 35 dollar order for one pizza...
