Dr Mohan gave it to me straight no bull crap, told me exactly what I needed to do and said in 2 year If I consistently did those exercises I would be good a new, and was very good at explaining everything and had lots of patience with me and my questions

Three years ago I needed help desperately to alleviate pain in my lumbar spine. Mohan explained each step before he continued his work, and the work he did on my spine melted away. I’ve been there countless times for back, neck, hip and shoulder work. Mohan and Jae never disappoint. The best physiotherapist i have ever been to. Have been really helpful in helping me recover from my injury fast. Mohan explains in detail what the issue is and that helps us very much in understanding what happened and how to not let it happen again. Highly recommended.

I've had two appointments at this clinic in the past week. One for the initial appointment for treatment and the other for a follow up. Both times I only had to wait about 15-20 minutes for my appointment, so I'm not sure why people are saying they had to wait a long time. As well, the staff was very efficient and kind. The reception desk was fast and friendly and Dr. Lucewicz and the attending nurse(?) were both very kind professional and answered all my questions/concerns. I would definitely come back here again.

The physical examination center seems to be two Filipinos who just talk and laugh with Filipinos. They are very impatient with foreigners who are not good at English and can't understand their accents. They have no professional quality. They are very contemptuous, and their expressions are very disgusted. They will never come to this place again.

First visit with Dr Courtney Anderson, went really well. She is amazing, soft spoken and explained the next steps well.

They are very friendly and nice, but their communication is an area of improvement. It’s impossible to reach them by the phone, I’ve always been sent to voicemail, when I called. Also, now it’s impossible to email them, all the emails I was trying to sent was undeliverable recently. Not being able to send an email to your nurse is so inefficient.
In addition, I was very frustrated that my Doctor and nurses didn’t tell us, than genetically testing is available for embryos before they get frozen. It is extra cost, but we we’re willing to pay it to save time and emotional/physical energy to go through embryo transfers the success of which we could know in advance. So, for example, if out of 5 embryos you got, 3 are genetically abnormal, you don’t have to torture your body with hormones and emotional attachment to them. Instead, you could only proceed with the ones which have chances to implant and save your resources. That was a big disappointment and why for me.
Update: we have successfully conceived through our 3rd embryo transfer after the doctor adjusted our protocol a little bit, and still have 2 more embryos left. It could be because of the protocol change or just better genetical quality of embryo - we'll never know. But we're very grateful to OFC and all their personnel.

I called my Dr's office and was told not to leave a message...only to book online . all i wanted was a referral followup from an appointment that I had ..So I did that ... have to wait..20 days. We called Mt Seymour clinic's and the Dr.called me ..within 24 hrs ..to book an appointment...I am so appreciative that this Dr .who has 10,000 patients took the time today to help me with my issue but my own Dr's office can't even talk to me.Wish he was my Doc Super nice guy👦. .

If I could give zero star I would do it. What the hill is going here…!!!!! No one does anything correctly at this place…!!!
1- no respect to others life: they cancel appointments after scheduled and confirmed without getting the patient consent, there is no respect to the the fact that this person doesn’t live freely without any responsibility other than receiving your calls and being ok with changing the appointment from here to there.
2- no phone calls are answered, if you need them then good luck..
3- even when i requested my records, i clearly mentioned the exact date of one test, just only test… and guess what, after waiting for 3 weeks to get this report, they just decided to send another one…!! If I’m taking to an animal , with the whole respect to all animals as the comparison is not fair, they will complete the task correctly as no effort needed actually, no need to use your mind which is not there by the way. Just read the customer request… only open your eyes and read…!!!!!!
Finally to be fair, it was my pleasure that i met with dr Justin white, i wish if I could be one of his patient at different clinic other than this place. Also , i don’t want to forget Elana, the ultrasound technician, she explains everything and answers questions as much as she allowed, she’s really helpful. Alison , she’s one of doctors office receptionist that when I reach to the point of having no way to speak with nurses, she helped me out and she was able to go herself and give them heads up to contacting me,
Update: i have been contacted by Leeanne Logan, Administrative Services Manager/Privacy Officer at OFC and she was kindly and carefully listening and discussing with me my issue regarding the previous experience. This is not the first time dealing with Leeanne , she helped me before when i went to the clinic complained about canceling my appointment without confirming with me and she was able to handle and understanding the situation. This time as well she takes my complain seriously and she was able to reach out to me shortly and fix the problem . She made me satisfied and I really appreciate her caring about customers experience. Pretty sure that she will do her best to help on the quality of services provided.

Visited mavis medic on a Saturday, accompanying my husband who is the patient of one of the doctors at this clinic. The staff was welcoming. The doctor gives ample time to each patient and provided detailed counseling to my husband on his different health issues and how to deal with them. We had to wait for around an hour, but the wait was justified, given the time and individual attention that is given to every patient. We were very satisfied with the service we received!

My local walk in clinic was fully booked so I just walked into this clinic that I had never been to before. Very courteous staff. I was seen in 20 minutes although it was busy and given a prescription. The prescription was filled in 5 minutes and the pharmacy tech and pharmacist were very efficient. Will definitely return.

I had an incredible experience here. Dr. Cannis is so knowledgeable and was so patient with me. I came in with pain in my right leg and she worked patiently with me to help find where the pain was. We did so many different points and even tested to see if it made an improvement. My leg is feeling so much better today. She even did some points for my adrenals and sleep and could tell that was another area of support I needed. Highly recommend, they’re so lovely and knowledgeable! Can’t wait for another appointment.

I had a truly horrible experience here. They did not offer any privacy to set up - no sheets or gowns provided after I undressed, I had an audience as I got into the stirrups, and they offered nothing for cleaning up after, just had to get down and get dressed in front of the doctor. I was absolutely DISGUSTED. And I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I'm surprised everyone else has such positive reviews, and it made me think twice about posting, but I think it if any woman reads this and goes in better prepared for what their experience might be, and it saves them some discomfort, then it is worth posting. For the record, I work in health care and provide vaginal exams, and I know what the standard of care should be, and there simply is no standard here. Disgusting.

There is absolutely no way this clinic has 4.5 stars without ratings being boosted by staff or specific people being asked to review. If you want to be treated like an individual human go elsewhere, if you don’t mind being treated like cattle and have procedures done by different people every time, go here. I have a beautiful son now no thanks to the 4 years spent at the OFC. If I were to do it all over again I would have switched clinics much sooner.

Dr are nice but the front reception lady has a wicked attitude for being in customer service. It seems like she always has an attitude when I call or other members of my family call. This isn’t the first time and others I’ve talked to say the same thing, I wish I would have gotten a name. If your going to continue to answer the phone to all clients and customers and then hang up on them mid conversation maybe reception and answering the phone isn’t the place for you. The other receptionist I spoke too was actually very nice and helpful.

It was my first time getting acupuncture treatment for 20+ years on and off migraine and stiff neck for 1 year and back pains. I was surprised with the sensation of electric flow as the needles were placed, so I think it must be working. I feel my body less tight and looking forward to even more results as I complete the coursr of treatment. Dr. Jarry has a very pleasing personality and listens to my concerns and I trust him.

I am highly satisfied with my family medicine clinic. The staff is courteous, the doctor is attentive and knowledgeable, and the clinic is consistently clean. Yikes! It sounds like from reading old reviews the former receptionist was horrid. Thank goodness this was definitely not the case presently in 2023. The reception who did my intake was amazing and offered me two extra strength Tylenol to go with the Advil I took prior to arriving. She also offered lots of water so I would be able to give an adequate urine sample.
Dr. Black was very knowledgeable and kind. He was thorough in the phone consultation the Saturday before and he was very warm and sincere in the procedure. He was very quick with the procedure but ye Gods, I was not prepared to how quick but super painful the Mirena insertion is. He apologized profusely but all is well. I mean, my pain tolerance is not low but oh my stars. Nothing to do with him; it has lots to do with my anatomy. 😅
Either way, I'm fine now and I am very thankful for the service this clinic provides. Hopefully with this thing in me, my monthly biological punishment will ease off and be less of a burden as well the change should delight my secret admirer.

Sometimes they are lovely, sometimes they want you OUT as soon as you walk in. The inconsistency throws me off. I understand I could be a difficult patient if you could even call me that but it does seem like this clinic has too taken in too many people, not their fault as people need to see a doctor. It’s worth the waiting time to see their doctors to be quite honest but I have less and less time as it goes on, so I’ve hit a point of diminishing returns on coming here. I’ve found waiting an hour and a half after my appointment typically leads me to not even caring about my sickness, and at that point I’m sugar coating it and now it’s me who wants to leave. I really can’t tell if it’s the same receptionist every time, but some days she will welcome you with open arms other days she will not even want to look at you.

When I finally get through to see a doctor I have no problems with that....I've always had a problem with getting the receptionist to communicate. The receptionist will not answer the phone. After several days of phoning and phoning and phoning. she hangs up the phone for no good reason while you're on hold....this has happened countless times. The only reason I'm calling is to book an appointment. she puts me on hold and hangs up.

Excellent care from all staff. My doctor was very kind and patient with me and the nurses as well! They gave me cookies as juice after my appointment, which I was not expecting but was a really nice comforting touch.
Very thankful for a place like this where my pain, health, and comfort were heavily taken into account and taken seriously. I felt very seen here in ways that I sometimes do not in other medical settings. Thank you all :)

Great doctors and nurses..but there is one filipina blonde and black hair receptionist who is very an professional we arrive first then after 30mins someone she know or her friend arrived a man and his teen kid they take a number then after she see them that they are in line she said why you dont call me she said then they talk privately then those two patients she knows left but the thing is she said they gonna go at the back and no need to go on waiting area for 2hours its so unfair we so those two going out at the back after the doctor see them…we hope this kind of un professional they are doing on this location give immediate action.

My family and I have been coming to Mavis Medix since 2020, when our family doctor was not seeing patients due to COVID-19 lockdowns. Over the past 3 years, the doctors and clinic staff have always made me feel comfortable and heard. Never have I felt my concerns are being dismissed, something unfortunately I’ve had to experience with other physicians. Because of the quality of care they provide, we did not hesitate before rostering with them. They offer a holistic approach to wellness and genuinely care for their patients, which is why I will continue recommending them to my family, friends, and community members!

Absolutely atrocious. Dr Corey lives up to his reputation for canceling, no showing and being late. After three attempts to even meet him I have given up. Today I waited in the office for Dr Corey who was 'on his way'...which could mean anything given he apparently commutes in by ferry so you're at the mercy of his poor planning and/or ferry cancellation. After over an hour he still hadn't arrived, let alone began seeing any patients.The staff is rude and unhelpful and are clearly sick of his antics as well.

The medical reception staff was very unprofessional. I was trying to book an in person appointment and they put me on hold multiple times. They were not listening or answering questions clearly. They did not understand what I was asking, as I need an appointment for medical clearance. Zero clarity. They put me on hold and a different receptionist took over without understanding either. There was loud background noise in the office and a lack of focus. They asked if I was there multiple times? The communication skills and professionalism and medical knowledge is seriously lacking. I couldn't wait three weeks to see my regular doctor. She refused to give me an appointment with an alternate physician at the clinic who is familiar me and I have seen in the past. It's a huge disappointment and very frustrating because the job I am applying has a deadline for the documentation. Very disappointed in this experience.

I had an excellent experience with the clinic, from the reception to the doctor that made my exam. I was there for a papanicolau test in the end of 2022. Thais helped me a lot with the screening interview for my exams. The doctor was very kind and she made me feel very comfortable and secure during the exams. I recommended the place for all my friends.

By far the best walk-in clinic I've been to. The maximum I waited there was for about 15 mins, most days there's no wait at all. I have seen almost all the doctors there, and Dr. Chahal and Dr. Syed are both amazing! They take their time to listen and explain, and are very caring and knowledgeable!

The doctors here are great but the staff are usually rude and arrogant. I wish i could find another office just cause the staff makes me feel super uncomfortable. Just to book an appointment with my doctor she asks 100 questions. If i wanted to share my health with the receptionist i wouldn't need a doctor. I have never dealt with anyone so rude and controlling I avoid my doctor for tests just cause who ever answers acts like she is the boss and if u don't answer to her standards then you can risk losing ur clinic. Not to realize people have mental health issues and do not wish to answer their surveys of why a doctor is required I hope the staff is replaced. Since covid people have become aggressive but to work in the healthcare you need to make it easier not more difficult. I cancelled my appointment online cause i don’t even feel comfortable gong to take care of my health. Also i don't think or hope the doctors are ok with this. No wonder the hospitals are full.

This clinic was probably one of the best I’ve been to in Toronto, it was very quick to see the doctor - within 20 minutes. Speaking to the doctor was delightful, he was very educated, listened to all my symptoms, let me ask questions and provided me with actual tools to get better. I would come here over an other clinic in Brampton!

Run. I can't even begin to describe the level of negligence and disorganization here. If you're looking for a sign to go to Toronto instead of the convenient place nearby, this is it. I promise it'll be worth it to go virtually anywhere but here. They made countless dangerous and cycle ending (without refund) mistakes. They got caught in an enormous lie and just generally aren't able to handle infertility. They are a fertility clinic at best, but NOT an infertility clinic. They're unable to adapt protocols or individualize treatments. They couldn't even read our files; they'd read us other people's files, gave us wrong dosage information, wrong meds, assumed we were straight, mixed up who was doing the retrieval, have instructions completely impossible for our condition, just absolute laziness to the point of danger. Thank goodness we caught a lot of those scary mistakes. I could write a book about the issues we've had. Run, don't walk, away.

I was accepted as a patient in the clinic by Dr Parveen Ali in 2021. I am Bengali and so is she so we really had common ground. She is extremely professional and at the same time very kind, empathetic and listens. I love her and everyone that is attached to the clinic, they are all wonderful and call me by first name and recognise my voice when I call them, far away from home but in this clinic I truly feel homely. A special shout out to Ms Sudha who books appointments and is always very helpful to schedule appointments extremely efficiently and she is very polite.

The respect, kindness and care I received at this women's medical clinic was phenomenal. Shout out to Dr. Black who was such a pro and so professional and so amazing at his job! I would consider him an expert in his field. I recommend this clinic a hundred times over. I was dreading my procedure so much, but my anxiety was completely unfounded. Came here because the pharmacy is amazing and they have great customer service! However I was super disappointed with my appointment with Dr.Ali. She didn't take the time to listen to my reason for calling and wasn't willing to provide any relief for my ailments. Clinic closes at 8pm. I went with my 1 year old who had very high fever and strep throat. The receptionist was extremely rude and turned us away, saying the dr already took the last patient of the day. I requested her to check with the Dr if he would see my son, as he needed antibiotics right away, but the receptionist refused to speak to the Dr. She sent us to another clinic with long wait times. With a little sick baby on hand, it's hard to wait an hour. A little understanding would have gone a long way.

Horrible experience. I needed three referrals for work and all three referrals were not filled out properly. Trying to get through to talk to someone on the phone is frustrating. After waiting in the cue 6 times over three days and being hung up on everytime.... I gave up. I'll go somewhere else. This place sucks.

Things seems to have improved with the clinic, so i'm giving a cautious 3 stars. I used to be unable to schedule an appointment by phone or get replies to my emails because no one was answering the phone lines. However, I persevered as I liked my family doctor (Dr. Chaboyer) despite the administrative difficulties to try to see him, the last 2 phone calls and times i've dealt with the office they have been much better at answering phones and scheduling appointments (to my surprise), so this marked improvement is MUCH appreciated and i'm grateful to the new front desk staff they have hired who seem efficient (Minhaz i believe is very good) and responsive. The consults are still mostly on-line by phone calls and walk ins only when necessary though.

I've been in bed with the flu for almost a week. Today I'd had enough and made a virtual appointment with this clinic. Dr. Ko called me within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. Virtual appointments are one good thing that came out of Covid and this clinic has found a way to make them work! Thanks!

Had a great first experience from the moment I called to book the appointment (Monday), the receptionist said they only book appointments on Thursday for the following week however she had some slots available for this week and provided me with few different openings, I was booked for Wednesday same week. She was very nice. Then I got a call from another person a day prior to app to answer some basic medical history questions, also very respectful interaction. When I arrived to my appointment, I was seen by a female doctor exactly as scheduled and all went super quick. She made me feel comfortable and welcome. Gave me a privacy behind curtain to undress. I have nothing bad to say, complete opposite, will gladly recommend this clinic to my girlfriends.

Very nice Dr. and staff, professional and friendly. I've been at many urgent care clinics before, and I found all of them chaotic, mismanaged, and unfriendly and rude staff, unlike this clinic. They treat all patients with due care, politeness, and professionalism. Please keep the quality of service same. Definitely Brampton's top urgent care clinic.

I have had the absolute pleasure of receiving help from Dr Greywall. I had booked an appointment with her prior to ever having any history with her or the clinic , regarding a shoulder injury. She has been extremely caring and helpful. She has gone above and beyond to help me with several different solutions and has continued to follow up . Im grateful for her and the clinic

Update: To the receptionist who cancelled my appointment while I was waiting over an hour for care. You are terrible and need to reconsider working in a new environment. No accountability in your mistakes and lacking any communication for being a simple receptionist. I'd say do better but the complete experience I had today leaves little faith in that. Mavis Medix is a wonderful clinic that provides exceptional care and service.Dr.Naal is wonderful doctor who listen to u very carefully about all your concerns very patiently and give solution to all things.he is taking care of my baby from day 1 and baby also enjoys her. Dr.Khan is extraordinarily doctor. She is always willing to answer any questions and concerns. The staff are equally impressive. They are always willing to assist with anything. Overall, my experience with Mevis Medix has been exceptional. I have never had any troubles during appointments, and I have always felt that my health and wellbeing are their top priority.

Everything about this clinic has been a positive experience for me. All the doctors have been patient, thorough and non - judgmental. They take your concerns seriously and work quickly to get you referred to the right specialists. The online booking system is easy to use and efficient. The doctors have followed up on lab work even when it came up negative.

I have just walked out of this clinic after sitting and waiting for over an hour and a half for my appointment. My scheduled appointment was for 11am and I walked out at 12:30. This is the worst clinic on the North Shore and I only go there out of desperation and the fact that my family Doctor practices there.
My appointment was with the Dr on duty not my family DR but when I made the appointment the guy on the phone neglected to inform me that I would have to sit and wait (even though I had an appointment) while the DR saw his own patients!!!
Whilst I was sitting there other people who had also been waiting for a very long time went up to the desk and questioned why the wait was so long. they were not given any answers and more or less told that it was not the job of the staff to inform patients as to the wait time.
Well eventually I was the last one sitting in the waiting room but I knew that there were patients sitting in the examining rooms still waiting to see the DR.
I went up to the front desk waited while the woman who was on the phone finished her conversation and then asked her if she could please tell me how much longer it would be as I needed to be somewhere by 1 o"clock. She looked at her desk told me i would be the next patient in so I went and sat down. She came over to me and started to speak to me in a very loud voice to "never do that again, speak to her while she was on the phone with a patient." I replied i did not speak to her whilst she was on the phone she was off and had finished her conversation. She continued to berate me and was speaking rudely and in a very loud tone. I am not an ignorant person I am not a rude person I know better than to interrupt a conversation with Someone speaking on the phone. I had had enough i was angry to have wasted my morning sitting in a clinic only to be faced with a very rude and nasty exchange with this woman.
I got up and left, even though I needed a prescription refilled and I have an infected toe that looks like it is ready to fall off.
I have been going to that clinic for years and the staff seem to get worse and worse as the years go by. I would not have tolerated it for this long but I love my family DR and she has looked after my children and my husband and me for almost 30 years.
I did not deserve that woman's tirade and have never been spoken to by anyone in a professional setting like that. It was totally uncalled for and she lied outright about our interaction.
I will not be setting foot across that threshold again unless this woman issues a much needed apology.

Can’t even explain how rude and disrespectful every worker is when I call. Today I had an appointment that was supposed to be at 1:30 but never received a call even after an hour my original appointment was supposed to be and almost 30min before they closed. I finally get ahold of this place and the lady who answered the phone was so rude! When I tried to ask what happened to my original appointment she cut me off and put me on hold again. Will definitely be finding a better place to go to.

They used be very good! It was my first clinic (2015) and I always felt welcome! But I don’t know what happened, but they became just awful, rude and the worst service. One day (COVID times) I scheduled to pick my birth control, I arrived 5 min EARLIER and they said to me that I was lying and I didn’t schedule anything (?) and the receptionist rude as hell keep saying for me to step away. After 10 min, I called again and they said that I didn’t say I had scheduled an appt. I called again after a few month to see a doctor and they never called me back, called again they never called me back and that’s it. IWHC if you don’t want be a clinic anymore just close down, don’t need to treat women like this.

it's a disaster. I made an appointment on the phone and when I arrived they did not take me on the pretext that they called me and I did not answer so they canceled my appointment without telling me. it's not professional at all. I came from far to do my test and they didn't want to fix it. no message or email to notify me. Even after explaining the cost to take an Uber to come here and taking half day off, they did not want to hear or propose anything

I have seen other professionals for acupuncture in the past but this was the first place a practitioner discussed a plan and recommended number of sessions. I appreciated this because I feel it increased my success for long term pain relief. I completed 6 sessions. The first few sessions were quite painful. On a scale of 1 to 10, I was saying 8-10. By the end, I was saying 1-2 or no pain. Couldn’t be happier.

I was very disappointed with the knowledge and customer service I received upon calling this office. I asked the price of lip injections using emerval. The receptionist, Rose, had no idea what emerval was. & kept saying uuuummm and said I have no idea what that is, instead of being professional and putting me on hold. If this clinic is providing lip injections using emerval, it might be a good idea for their receptionists to know the products and how much they cost. I said never mind and that I would go to a clinic that knows what service they provide and she said "ok for sure". 👏🏻
