Tge staff were very efficient and extremely pleasant. The wating time was kept to minimum and Dr Munroe was just great. Very friendly and explained what to expect going forward.
I felt very comfortable and pleased to be treated with such respect.

All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The testing and diagnostic work was done efficiently. I appreciated timeliness of everything. The parking area was crazy busy.

I visited Clearview Eye Center to get an expert opinion of a potential vision issue. I got called in from the waiting room right on time. The staff of technicians including the doctor were excellent and very easy to talk with. My only complaint as with most healthcare in Alberta is that out of 2hrs on the nose, I literally spent 20 minutes in front of someone. 1hr and 40 minutes was spent in the waiting room. Complete waste of my time.
Quality of care is excellent. Although the clinic is very busy and sometimes seems slow, the process is very professional and caring. The Doctors and technicians are very organizes and efficient in diagnosis and treatment. Highly recommended.
My first experience in this clinic location was in 2022 when I was there for cataract screen referral. Since then I have had cataract eye surgery(at the Holy Cross location) for lens replacement. The follow up after surgery was at this (SW clinic) location when staff was in transition to a different group of physicians practicing there. I found the staff then- thorough but not very pleasant during that testing, which was a big change from my first quite positive exposure to the testing experience.
On a more positive note though, after my recent appointment, I found that this testing experience was much better for me. The staff at reception and during the testing were more patient centered: they made an obvious effort to speak loudly when calling patients in to the exam rooms and 'appeared' to be more patient with each person/patient.
I understand that the specialists at Clearview are moving offices so I look forward to a continued positive patient visit for my next year's followup checkup. (The staff this November did a great job with a large number of patients in the clinic that day. Thank You!)
My family of five has been seeing Dr. Regan Nowlan for about 12 years. She is meticulous, personable and caring. She has earned our complete trust.
I highly recommended Dr. Nowlan, she is caring, competent and provides excellent service. I wouldn't trust anyone else. The clinic is easy to find and has lots of parking out in front.
Both myself and my mother are patients of Dr Wong and we couldn’t be happier. He treats her glaucoma and recently my cataracts. He is professional, courteous and straightforward. They are busy and things happen, but we’ve always been treated with respect and consideration.
The receptionist has a great sense of humour, albeit dry and almost British like. Some seem to think her rude but I think she’s great. They might not get her sense of humour but it’s certainly not rude. I find her refreshing and real. Way better than phony smiles and “yeah, no we can’t help with that”.
Btw, my cataract surgery went very smoothly, quickly and the follow up has been great too. Dr Wong is a skilled surgeon and I would trust him anytime. Thanks for reading.
Highly recommend- staff are welcoming and friendly, service was prompt, and Dr. Nowlan was able to quickly and confidently answer all my questions. Bonus that it’s locally owned and operated in the heart of Bowness.
The staff here does not seem to be very happy. Especially the receptionist. She's very rude and condescending to everyone. I'm came as a translator for my mom and noticed that there is a lot of senior citizens in the waiting room. You would think that she would have a little more patience with them. She shouldn't be in customer service.
Receptionist is so rude. While in the waiting room, listening to her on the phone with people, she talks down to everyone and treats everyone like we are stupid. She needs some customer service training or get in another field.
Very professional and caring! Dr. Ubi is wonderful! The staff are so knowledgeable and kind. I recommend Beyond Vision to others frequently. My family all see eye specialists there.

What a fantastic team!!! Not only were they so accommodating to my son’s appointments and even urgent last minute bookings, the team is just so friendly to deal with. They treated my kiddos so well, and we felt very taken care of.

Vector Eye Centre exceeded my expectations. Dr Bhamra and his staff were caring, thorough and forthright before surgery and with the follow up exams. To be able to see without glasses after 50 years of needing them is a miracle in my journey.
Alex has been amazing! She went above and beyond by dropping off my glasses to the Terwillegar location since she knew it would be a shorter drive for me for me to pick them up from there instead. All the staff have been nice as well but just wanted to give a special shout-out to her:)

I have been seeing Dr. Bahmra and all the associates at Vector for my cataract surgery. I have been thrilled with the care and attention I've received. Appointments are always on time and they are very organized. I wouldn't hesitate to trust your eyes to Vector Eye Centre.

Dr. Bhamra super unprofessional , super rude Doctor. Being a Doctor he does not know how to talk to patient. Verry very unrespectful. My mom had appointment with Dr. Jamie Bhamra at 9 am. We went on time finished all eye test at 9:20 am . we waited to see him till 10:30 am ( which is ok because we knew its always been 2 hours waiting ). he came 10:30am. My mom and me asked 2 to 3 questions regarding her eye tests. My mother is old . she couldnt understand well and asked again. Dr. Bhamra in return telling us that "he doesn't have time to sit whole day with us and answer it . He has flight on Friday" And he left room quickly . In total he stayed only 5 to 7 minutes. His assistant was also witnessed this scene. My mom and me felt very bad , insulted and embarrassed. Shame on his part who don't not know how to be respectful with patient.

Thank you, thank you to the busy ladies at the front desk. They're always friendly and efficient. I recently had a 'measuring' appointment for cataract surgery and explained I had a fractured spine and couldn't sit for long .. could I possibly be expedited through the process. Everyone was very accommodating and my daughter and I were shocked that we were in and out of the clinic in just over half an hour. Could not have asked for more!

All the positive stories I had heard from my friends about the cataract lens surgery were, for me, dreams come true. Like magic, my vision, within a very short time after the painless process, was so bright and clear! The Vector family were most caring and the care received from first stepping inside their doors to the followup process is exemplary and professionalism at its very best. I am overwhelmed with gratitude and cannot be more thankful for such an unbelievable outcome. Thank you, Dr. Jamie Bhamra and the kind Vector staff!
They ruined my $800 lenses (I have a very high prescription). I was there for an appointment and asked for my glasses to be cleaned, a moment later the optical assistant returned with my glasses and a waiver as my glasses weren’t from there. I was asked to sign for her to proceed. Before signing I asked what the waiver was for, the answer I received was ‘in case we break your frame, but I’m not going to break your frame’. I put my glasses on (perfectly fine at this point) and signed agreeing to the disclosure regarding the frame (no mention of potential damage to lenses). She returned my glasses to me 10 minutes later, immediately something was off, there was a blurry spot in my vision. Upon closer inspection, there were hazy spots on both of my lenses (left worse than right), when I asked what caused the damage I was assured they didn’t damage them, when I pressed for more answers (clearly something happened while they were being cleaned!) I was shown my signed waiver and told the best they could offer me was 15% off to replace them-all the while denying that they caused any damage. The owner was away when this occurred, so one of the managers offered to bring it to his attention when he returned 5 days later. Thankfully I had an old pair of glasses to wear as mine were unusable. I waited to hear what the resolution would be, once he returned to the office I was informed the best they would do was 30% off to replace my $800 lenses. I rejected their offer as I did not want to spend any of my money there to replace their damage. The optical business I originally bought my glasses from came through and offered me 50% off of replacement lenses (and they didn’t even cause the damage!). Please check out Venus Eye Boutique if you’d prefer an optical office with customer service. It is also beyond me why they need to have a waiver signed to clean a pair of glasses in the first place— clearly they have had issues in the past. It is really unfortunate this happened as I had had GREAT experiences with the optometrists here, but don’t let them clean your glasses!
The entire staff are so kind and friendly. Appointment time usually met. My treatment for dry eyes with Allison was superb.she kept me relaxed,engaged in conversation and even a blanket to keep me warm very positive experience.
Saloni helped me with vision testings as well as training me for first time use of contact lenses. She was very friendly, kind, helpful and patient through out the whole process. Highly recommend beyond vision mill wood.
I was able to find 2 pairs of glasses within my budget. The quality and service was beyond anything I have ever experienced at an optical clinic. Janvi was very helpful and professional. She was able to pick out frames to my exact liking and made the process much smoother. Highly recommend!!

Very disappointed with follow up from voice messages and emails. The clinic does not respond. Zero follow through from pre surgery to post surgery. I live out of town so very difficult to drop in.

In clinic experience
The production line of people going through the clinic is brutal. My first appointment I spent 3.5 hours at the clinic. Only to have my doc spend 2 minutes with me and then get up and leave because he had to take a call. I told his assistant that I had questions she said email the clinic. I did 3 times and no response.
Your clinic needs to listen to your phone message why you are on hold. You are doing the complete opposite of what you say you want to do.
I didnt pay for services but certainly felt like like it was all about the $$.
Not about me.
I finally had my eye doc phone the clinic. They too didn’t get a call back. I would have thought professionally you would be obligated to follow through.
You folks are doing a very poor job from the top to bottom.
Dr. Sharma is a great optometrist. He is knowledgeable, competent and makes you feel at ease with any questions or concerns. His employees are also kind and courteous. My whole family goes to see him at his beyond vision millwoods clinic.

Have visited Vector Eye Centre and have been quite pleased with the office. Have seen both Dr. Bhamra and Dr. Harapiak. Both are great communicators and attentive with any questions.

Also have received dry eye therapy and the Allison team have been great. They're friendly and they explained the treatment very well. Also answered all my questions clearly. Would recommend.
Been here 15 times this year for follow-up. Wait time is insane. 2 hours waiting at least. If booked afternoon, 5 hours wait….. Even some patient has an appointment after me went to see Dr first. Front are not sharing any info, and won't tell me how long it will take, I can not go anywhere just wait at the room….
I recently just finished my smile surgery from this location. The staff here are some of the friendliest people I have met. Whenever I visit this location for an appointment I always feel welcomed by the staff. They are very quick to answer questions and help you with your concerns. A clinic I would strongly recommend to my friends and family. I am very happy with how my smile surgery has turned out. Truly a very positive experience for me.
I went to Western Laser Eye approximately 6 months ago to inquire if I am a candidate for the SMILE procedure. Dr. Anderson Penno and the entire staff have been informative and accomodating throughout the entire process: pre, during, and post surgery appointments. Thank you!
I would highly recommend booking a consult for SMILE eye surgery with Western Laser Eye Associates. I had such a fabulous experience with everyone at the clinic; Dr. Penno was thorough and explained every procedure to me, Shawna was an absolute angel, and Dr. Senekal was great. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and now I can see without glasses or contacts!! If you've been putting off eye surgery or talking yourself out of it, this is your sign to book a consult with Western Laser Eye Associates for SMILE surgery!!! 10/10!!
Doctor was good but expect hours for your turn even you have an appointment. Took us 3 hours to see the Specialist.
Next time was 5 hours in total.
They should focus on time Management.
Let me begin by saying that the staff here are courteous. The reception check in was quick, seeing the lady, Angela who tested my eyes was also quick and thorough. The wait however to see the specialist was loooong. From start to finish, check in until I left, was over 3 hrs. Be prepared to wait and if your appointment runs past 1545, have a charged phone because they turn off the tvs.

I saw Dr. Kassam and his assistant. They were great and the fact that they were tired and I was annoyed by the long wait, (I was the last patient of the day) didn't diminish my care. Everything was discussed and my procedure was completed with confidence. After care instructions were given and a follow up appointment booked. I would like to give more stars but that wait is a real problem.
So appointment was scheduled for 12:30. Told to come instead at 3:00. 7:30 my husband final was seen. We missed our Theatre performance, we certainly would have given the tickets away had we known. Such a waste. Seven hours past the original time. Complete disregard for other peoples time. How can the scheduling be so bad.
I was referred to the clinic from a friend of mine as I was looking for a new eye doctor. The clinic is easy to find and had lots of street parking out front. I was impressed with their COVID protocols and had a good appointment with Dr. Nowlan. The next morning I woke up with pink eye, which I have never had before, and called the office to see Dr. Nowlan. I was told she wasn't in, there weren't any other doctors available, and she could possibly get me in later in the week. The receptionist was very rude and abrupt and I told her that I would be going to call my family doctor.

After talking to my family doctor, I was told that pink eye is an indicator of COVID and to do the assessment on the AHS website. I was then told to get a COVID test and had to make a special trip to get this done and was told to self isolate until the results came in, I am negative. I thought I should call the office to let them know and I asked to speak to Dr Nolan and the same rude receptionist took my name and number. I then received a call from the office manager as I was told that Dr Nolan doesn't take calls, and she was also rude and unapologetic. She kept telling me that she will let the doctor know and was talking over me, and all I wanted to let her know was of my experience. I am very disappointed with the administrators at this office and the was I was treated.
Booked a free laser eye consultation at Western Eye Associates. Very detailed exams and Toni was very thorough and went through all the risks. After this I saw Dr.Penno who was very knowledgable and explained everything again and told me I was qualified for surgery. Booked a surgery for ten days later and so far the experience has been wonderful. Still in recovery mode. Would recommend for sure!
For Cloudbreak Eye Centre. I brought my mom for follow up check up and twice we have to wait for 2 hours despite having an appointment. They are taking patients more than they could acccommodate.
