Lovely cafe, friendly staff, and laid back atmosphere. Visited 3 times during our stay in the area. Sandwiches to go are tasty, fresh, and priced well. I highly recommend a visit to pick up lunch and snacks before heading to one of the many beaches in the surrounding area. Seating inside and out if you decide to stay.
Excellent service and drink. I got the black coffee shaken with strawberry. Perfectly hit the spot since I wanted something light and non-milk based. The patio is nice to sit at.

I recently visited the Starbucks pick-up location at Vaughan Mills, and it was a pretty smooth experience. The location is convenient, right near the main entrance, which makes it easy to grab your coffee while shopping. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my order was ready almost exactly on time. The only downside was that the pick-up area can get a bit crowded during peak hours, which might slow down the process a bit. Overall, a solid spot for a quick coffee run while you're at the mall.

Great service and delicious breakfast. They have a wide variety of breakfast options. The prices are reasonable as well. Highly recommend them.

If there was a category on Google reviews for how rude, disrespectful, and flat out DESPICABLE the business treats their employees, THEY WOULD GET 5 STARS. Put aside the actual products, you will lose people’s BUSINESS with how AWEFUL you treat the young hardworking girls and your CUSTOMERS!!
I went in and first hand witnessed the old lady scream and embarrass a teenage employee who visibly looked uncomfortable (over something that a customer requested the young employee do). Not only that, another worker yelled at a customer so loud and rude, I had to leave! There is no baklava (or pay check!) that is worth experiencing and witnessing this treatment. I will never return and you shouldn’t either!

First time at a Blenz and I must say I was super impressed and may just end up being a customer for life. The young lady behind the counter was the epitome of what any business would want in an employee. Had an answer to all my questions, service with a the best smile, and it was obvious she loved the job. A+++. I will be back.
Recommending this particular location, among all others. On top of the friendly quick service, the food at this location is better than ever. The Cauliflower bowel is my go-to and never fails. Earthy and healthy lunch!

I used to like ordering pastries at this location. Never had any complaints. However today’s experience was awful. Ordered mango smoothie using Uber after picking up my daughter from daycare. When we approached the pickup counter, the two staff working there simply ignored us. Our appearance is a nuisance to them. While holding my daughter on my arm, I waited awkwardly in case they’re busy with something, but they continue to ignore us (it is not busy at all). From the beginning to the end no greeting or anything. They lady just moved our smoothie from insider to the counter with an unhappy face. In addition, the mango smoothie is very disappointing. I don’t usually order this at Aroma, it’s just for my daughter in today’s muggy weather. It’s not a smoothie but juice which is very similar to canned mango juice. Will never return again to this location.

Fabulous!!! Everything about this cafe is adorable. They sell some cool chips, beer, wine, tea bags etc.
Please save your time and money on ordering beverages from this location. They took forever to take the order and it was a wrong item. They did give me the item I needed but it was a waste of money. Non diary salted caramel cookie matcha did not taste like it tasted from any other location I have tried but it tasted like a cold milk. I have never had a bad experience from Starbucks anywhere else in the world except this location. So please do yourself a favour from wasting time and money.
Food is great. Most of the staff are friendly. Nothing is more unprofessional than ordering at the cash and the worker is on their phone. I repeated my order to her politely because I could tell she was very distracted. I drove home to find out that they made the wrong drink, and to top it off it was almost half full. I drove back and a gentlemen fixed my drink and was very polite and attentive. Kudos to him. Customer service and professionalism needs to be better here. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

We were waiting for a Fringe show and decided to grab a quick bite and drink. We’ve heard about Rooster Coffee House, but never stepped foot in one so we decided to try it out. We got the Sourdough Chocolate Chip because it sounded weird and we’re all about weirdness. We couldn’t taste the sourdough, but the taste was on point. We also got an Almond Raspberry Danish which had a strong raspberry flavor, which we enjoyed. The coffee here is strong so if you’re looking for a pick me up you can’t go wrong with Rooster!

The Aroma light was not how I remembered it and was watery and not thick. It was also very very sweet! I'm hoping they did give me the light but I obit had a few sips! I should have spoken to them about it for over $6 definitely not worth it and won't be getting again!
Unfortunately the washrooms were quite dirty and I had asked when I got there to please clean them. They promised that they would be!
After an hour chatting, eating and drinking lots of water I went into the washroom and nothing was done! What was more upsetting was when I spoke to the manager and mentioned how dirty the floors ( wet and stains), coffee on the door, toilet seat dirty( I never sit on them anyways but.....) his response was "we were busy"!!!!
I was now beyond upset! I said that is absolutely no excuse and he should never respond like that to a customer! I mentioned how we are paying a lot ( $25 for a drink and salad) and that they should keep their establishment clean! I told him I will be posting this and that I hope this doesn't Jalen again if I decide to comeback! It makes me wonder how they keep the kitchen space!
It's a luxury to go out these days because of the high increase of ingredients and I believe that the restaurants should keep them tidy and clean!

They were better but you can tell that they didn't scrub or use disinfectant! I'm going to definitely reach out to the owner!!

Glad that this coffee place is next door to my office. Cause you know, office coffee is never good. I always love their flat white and latte. But today I tried a drink from the seasonal menu called “beetroot latte” it’s like cinnamon and beetroot in milk. I never saw something like that in any coffee shop menu so was just curious to try.
But if you are stopping by for coffee then it’s hands down very good.
The coffee shop also have cute rustic aesthetics and the service is very good. Also everything is very reasonable priced.

This is hands down one of the coolest cafes I’ve been to on King St E & here is everything I love about Rooster Coffee.
🫶🏽 The minimalistic interiors are welcoming, if you are looking to just hang out with a friend/study/work/doomscroll.
🫶🏽 The coffee is hard to describe, let me just say it’s so yum! You gotta try it yourself. They get their own signature blends made but that’s not even the best part. You have a few options of blends you can try from. Something for everyone :)

Excellent menu and affordable price excellent customer service
We went first time, decided to try few things. We bought baklava and various cookies. All cookies were taste similar, like uncooked flour. Baklava was also very soggy . staff were rude and arrogant. We took some time to decide what to try , they were looking at us like we are thieves. I ll never go back there. We usually go Serano which I like the most .
Be sure to discover this place before it closes. June 29, 2024 is their last day. A big loss for the coffee world. At least their story is good as they are embarking on an even bigger adventure. So happy for them as much as I'm sad they are closing. A very special place with brilliant coffee!
It's a lovely chill place to sit and talk. Out of the way so there are usually only a few people in there at a time. The menu has a couple of options for vegetarians, though not many meal items. Lots of treats, too. The staff are wonderful! Accepting people who are good at their jobs. It's a relaxed atmosphere.
We had a pizza today and was one tasteless, flavourless, very disappointed.

I usually never have problems ordering here but we just found elastics in both of our iced lemon mint drinks. Please ask staff to check ingredients before making any meals or drinks.
I work at Vaughn Mills our store ran out of water so I went to go get a cup of water from them (no ice). One employee (Don’t know her name but I know what she looks like). Was being extremely nice to everyone around me. She was going out of her way to make sure everyone’s drinks were amazing and did a lot of extra work for them. (I was waiting for a cup of water for about 25 mins) my break was almost over and I had to walk back still. I kindly asked her “hey umm I really don’t want to bother you but would it be possible I could get a cup of water no ice? I’ve been waiting for about 25 mins and my breaks almost done.” She got PISSED OFF and looked at me like I was an idiot and said “UM SIR CANT YOU SEE IM BUSY? YOU NEED TO WAIT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE ACTUALLY DECIDED TO PAY FOR THEIR DRINKS”. Me being very confused said: “yes I understand and I’m sorry but could you just run it under the tap until it’s full it’ll take about 10 seconds and I’ll be out of you way, sorry!” So she got even more angry and said “WAIT YOURE GONNA SIT THERE AND WAIT FOR WHEN IT COMES”.
I tend to get the Pink drink here at Algonquin College, so far i've had some pretty good experiences but some can be interesting.

i've had some of my drinks have mistakes and the staff are so understanding and gave me the mistaken drink with no charge while making me my already paid drink.
the environment is very sensory friendly but sometimes it can get a tad bit loud since its in the main entrance building which cannot be fixed obviously.
Over all im extremely satisfied with the experience i've had on my first year of college and im looking forward to coming back again next year!

Disappointed with their breakfast bagel, microwaves are apparently their only heat source. Parking is pretty tough, too.

Fast and friendly customer service, decent variety of cold and hot beverages, and above-average quality baked goods; however, I would skip the sandwiches.
Owner Jonathan purchased Blenz Coffee ☕️ in 2017. This quaint coffee shop offers a variety on their menu. Try the delicious avocado toast a muffin and coffee. The environment is clean and very bright, with glass ceiling to floor views. The tables are cozy and staff are friendly. It is a great place to sit and relax with a coffee and a bite to eat.
Blenz has become my go-to place for coffee and summer drinks. The staff are wonderful and I look forward to seeing them in the morning and they have the best flavours, both classics like lattes or coffees or their own inventions such as my absolute favourite Honey Oat Tea Latte.
Literally the least worthy Starbucks branch I have ever set foot in. It’s right next to the most beautiful spots in the entire city, and they DO NOT have seating? That broken down set of three chairs that y’all see in the picture? That’s literally all they offer. No power-sockets or anything either. Don’t let the exterior fool you, that all belongs to the restaurant next door. Further, the staff is not notified about any of the brand’s offers. I paid $10 for a drink when my app had been advertising a $3 promotion for the exact same drink for days. The baristas are professional and soft-spoken, for sure. But God was I so sorely disappointed with the facility. There are atleast 5 other branches in the vicinity; please go to any of those instead
Went here on Mother's day to grab our drinks and pastries. I specifically requested our pastries not warmed but they did anyway. All the drinks we ordered tasted like burnt coffee and were filled with grounds. Sad as it is a prime location. The staff all looked like they rolled out of bed. Definitely will not be returning.
Went in today for an iced latte. The barista was patience while my partner and I drooled over all the food offerings.

Was there yesterday and ordered my regular coffee with very light ice and they gave me 15 -20 cubes of ice in it, I fail to understand do they not understand the meaning of light ice??

Best Cappuccino in Vaughan! I just had the perfect Cappuccino there. Bold, intense flavour but not bitter. Great atmosphere with lots of seating.

The coffee is good. The pizza squares are pretty good too even though it's a bit pricy. But you do get a sizable square for the money. The sandwiches are no longer paninis but they still look good in their mini baguette style buns (did not try it this time).
i come here all the time before work. The staff are super friendly and service is always great.

Amazing coffee. Great place to work during the day
Really nice place that tends to be pretty affordable for what you can get! My friend have gone for coffee a few times and we love sitting in. They have free wifi as well so it’s great for studying! Seating is a bit limited so it’s hard to sit in at busier times, but overall it’s a really nice place. Really enjoyed their maple macchiato :)

I had a great morning at Faema Caffe! The staff was amazing and so accommodating. The off-the-menu breakfast sandwich I ordered was perfect and came out quickly; their sandwiches are made with fresh, fluffy focaccia!

Overall, this place is ok. It’s a typical coffee shop. I will say that the food I had, a bacon, cheese and egg sandwich was better than average and I do recommend. As for the Oat milk Latte, it was ok. The atmosphere isn’t bad. I sat at a window seat and was able to watch the world go by outside the window. It’s right in downtown Victoria with some buzzing activity. Good people watching. The staff wasn’t very friendly. Yes, they were efficient in serving me my coffee and sandwich but it definitely wasn’t done with a smile. Maybe they were just having a bad morning. I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt. That said, I didn’t feel like the appreciated my business. I’d go back again though. It was an ok experience.

Absolutely delicious food and incredible service. Unfortunately, when I got home- Instead of getting a fig and goat cheese sandwich on white bread, Somehow I got an omelet between white bread. Which is hilarious cause I don’t know anyone that would order something like that. I really wish that the cashier had asked and made sure if she was unclear what I had asked for. I called back to let them know, They were very kind and compensating me next time I’m in the area. All the workers were very courteous. The food is delicious. I just wish someone had made sure, especially for such a peculiar order but that’s what I wanted. It also might’ve been a genuine mistake with some of the buttons on the cash register, But it should’ve been checked. Probably one of the most hilarious and stranger things I’ve seen.
Staying in Victoria I was excited a Starbucks was so close. However it was a terrible experience. There were strange signs all over the doors “no business as usual during genocide” and other odd signs making it feel closed, it wasn’t closed. The baristas inside could barely take the time of day, and there was no friendly chatter. The person making my lattes stopped in the middle to go talk with the other people working there. It wasn’t clean. As the only customer in the store, a little friendliness would have gone a long way. The coffee it self was fine, Starbucks usually is. But everything else, less than one star
This location is hit and miss on any given day (between 1 to 4 stars). Today I was extra disappointed with my attendant's product knowledge and customer service.
The location apparently does not participate in star-redemption... which seems a little sketchy. My visit was a big waste of time and parking expense.
I recommend avoiding this location if you're in a good mood and don't want to risk getting grumpy.

I'm so glad I got to check this place out. If you're in the area, you need to visit this café. It has a very homey atmosphere with friendly staff and comfortable vibes. I had the Cookies n' Cream milkshake and it was DELICIOUS. It tasted like the filling of an Oreo and it was difficult to not want to take my time with the dessert because of how delightful it was. I also had a Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese that was quite honestly the best Grilled Cheese I've ever had! Highly recommend!
Little different Manu than California. Also no sitting inside. Out side only two small tables for sitting. Food is great
(TLDR just go to the one in the plaza) Far too busy even off hours there's a line just go to the one in the plaza it'll take the same amount of time, drink quality is a coin toss but somehow always subpar and the quality somehow continues to degrade.
Nice little espresso bar, a coffee place with good choice of coffee. Exact temperature inside. Street benches outside. Bus stop, cycle parking spots and antique wooden benches. Pet friendly. Good for conversation, small group of 6-8 gathering.

Select Bakery is my favourite bakery in the city, so I had them do my wedding cake(s) last weekend. Not only were they delicious as always, they decorated the cakes exactly as I requested!!! On top of friendly service and great prices, I couldn't ask for more.
Close by both Burchard Gardens and Butterfly World. They offer bagged lunch for $11.35 to take to either attractions or you can kill time here while you wait for your family if you skip out on the attractions. Which is what I did as half the group had been to the gardens recently and others haven't been.
The ice cream and milkshakes are delicious but a tad pricey for $10.70 for oreo milkshakes. At least they offer free water from the water dispenser. The atmosphere is roomy and comfortable with an outdoor patio seating area. The service was okay, but she didn't smile or was friendly.

My pick-me-up for my day at work
Very very slow to get orders ready. I usually order ahead of time and they have about 4-5 people working and no orders usually ready on time. Quite inefficient
Went to get my yearly birthday reward and was greeted with the friendliest staff. Service was quick and they even wished me happy birthday. Great work!
Tuna sandwich was disgusting, we returned it and staff did nothing, cook tried it and said it’s good and he likes it, no apologies, no money return or substitution, first time when I could not it the food after the first bite. Very bad customer service. No manager on site to talk. So disappointed with quality of food and customer service.

ordered a cold latte at 3pm, after that drink. I had a serious stomach ache since 4pm till now. Never had stomach ache after a cold drink Before.. I am thinking It's Not clean or whatever. .. 😣

The desserts were quite good. Just the double chocolate tart (I think it was a tart) wasn't that nice.
The coffee was quite good as well. We got a coffee, 3 pastries, and it was around 24 dollars.

Whoa. The best view of any Starbucks in the world. Awesome location right on the harbour.
I was craving coffee today and after my ultrasound decided to stop by and get something decaf. The ladies offered me decaf hazelnut syrup cappuccino, and I also got a chocolate croissant.....later, I got sausage and egg muffin 😁
The service was really good, and I am sure, the ladies working there, should be able to receive tips from the customers! Unfortunately, they don't have such option. I don't think it's fair.

Decided to give Faema Caffe a try while searching for a good Cappuccino or a latte. During my experience, I found their employees pleasant and welcoming. They attended our need's and were respectful. I would definitely recommend Faema Caffe if you're looking for some good Cappuccino or a latte. I also got a chicken wrap, which tasted absolutely delicious.
A really good place to grab a quick coffee. The cafe is located right at the entrance to the Robert C. Gillett Student Commons building. It has a very spacious and sunny seating area. The coffee is good and staff is friendly.
First of all I love Starbucks! I love getting a Venti, black dark roast. My daughter is a resident at Algonquin College so I have frequented this store a few times. . IF I stop at this store again, I will taste the coffee before I leave. Twice now, my dark roast has tasted horrible and was lukewarm. Very disappointing! And to top it off. I just reviewed my order from this store and I ordered a Talle Nitro Hazelnut Cold Brew with Pumpkin Cream and I received a Talle but I see I was charged for a Grande.
So rather than "IF" I return to this store, unless I am reimbursed some how, HARD "NO" on returning here.

It's a Greek bakery that offers fresh breads, cookies, pastries and cheese. Also, grocery is combined with it where you can find nonperishable food.
They have a little space to enjoy fresh coffee and sweets and snacks.
Their cakes are delicious but the other sweets like baklavas are too sweet.
The place is clean, competitive price and excellent customer service.
However, it could be great if the entrance was accessible for handicapped.

The location is easy to find, the variety of food options was from bakery breads, desserts, wines, olive oils, olives, greek pastries, coffee & groceries imported from greece is diverse. The pastries are fresh & the service was lovely at the pastry counter. The atmosphere was great & staff were helpful, especially with understanding the different bakery selections. You can also order for parties, they supply catering style platters for pick-up. Highly recommend a visit if you want a greek food experience!

Had to try some of these milkshakes. They look GREAT!! I found mine (Reese's) to be very bland. The milkshake itself was bland. My sister's (Oreo) had taste. Don't think it was worth the $10. Very busy, with little space to social distance.
According to the server they are “Not a corporate Starbucks store” which means they don’t take points, you can’t use the Starbucks app, and they ask for tips when using card to pay 👎 I’d go to a real cafe if I wanted to tip or not use my Starbucks points/app. No washroom for customers either.

Praise them for being open on New Years morning 2022! I have been here a number of times but never wrote a review--my bad. I love this little shop! Always a surprise! Sometimes they sell Le Creuset, other times yummy ice cream... but one thing for sure, great coffee, fresh croissant and No 7 Hot Sauce! Also much praise to the barista this morning, cheerful and just super nice!

Super nice staff and convenient location. Sadly the drink I was interested in was sold out at the time but they were really nice and made some alternative suggestions. Quiet on a Monday morning. Lots of seating outside on the patio. Nice views of the water and other things nearby.
Very nice cafe! Friendly and helpful staff, and a convenient location in Brentwood Bay. I felt very safe with their Covid regulations. There are distanced places to sit down, inside and outside. Lots of coffee, tea and milkshake options. The pulled pork cheese sandwich was delicious and served hot. Also recommend the breakfast bagels and paninis. What great comfort food!

They also sell some great natural wraps and sandwiches. I had this sweet potato with pesto sauce sandwich in a ciabatta style bread. Totally vegetarian, very fresh.

I have nothing but good to say about this location. Very friendly people. I always find myself a bit out of my element ordering coffee and often more so at Starbucks chain stores. Fortunately the staff here make the experience so comfortable. Unlike Tim Hortons in my Hometown of Sylvan Lake Alberta, the staff here actually do their job and they excel at it. I guess Im comparing Gold to Dirt...

I’m giving 5 stars, the service is always amazing, fast and efficient. Also making a comment about one staff member there, her other co-worker quit on the spot and left her and she held it together so well. She was great at multitasking by taking orders as well as making everyone’s drinks at a busy time and continuing to give service with a smile. You have a great employee.
