Another one of my favorite spots to watch the ships on the St Lawrence river. Has free parking, picnic tables and washrooms. Also nice to walk around. There is also a restaurant and snack bar. You can download an app on your phone to tell you where the ships are and when they will be passing.

Nice area for walking and getting some sun. Picnic tables all around and lots of benches. Great view of New York State from the waters edge and some islands in view not far off.

🌈🎉 Fun Galore at Rainbow Park! 🌟👧👦

Rainbow Park in Vancouver is an absolute gem! 🌈💎 Visited with the kids after a trip to the Central Library, and boy, did it exceed expectations! 📚 First-timers here, but it's already secured a top spot on our downtown favorites list! It's like a kid's paradise, where they can run wild and let loose all that pent-up energy! 💥

But hey, it's not just for the little ones – adults can have a blast too! 🙌 There's something for everyone, whether it's joining in on the play or simply soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. And let's not forget about the coffee shop right next to the playground – a lifesaver for tired parents in need of a caffeine fix! ☕️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Such a blast of an experience!

Rainbow Park, you've won us over! 🎉 Can't wait for our next visit to this colorful haven in the heart of Vancouver! 🌟🌈

What a great park. Lots of unique climbing and bouncing areas. Soft ground. Biggest slide I have seen in a kids park. Son loved it. 10/10

What a great little park in the middle of the city. There is unique equipment here that I've not seen at other parks. The in ground trampolines were really cool. My kids are older now so probably a little odd to go to a playground, and yet it sparked that childlike wonder which is nostalgic and satisfying all at the same time.

This park is one of a few new small parks you can serf around when you are walking in downtown. It is very modern, spacious mixed with Native Canadian arts and pride colors. Maybe thats why they call it Rainbow park. It is a free fun experience to walk on top the pathway and look down the smith street. There is also a playground for little ones and here too.

Rainbow Park is a vibrant and welcoming outdoor space, known for its picturesque setting and family-friendly atmosphere. The park's most striking feature is its colorful landscape, filled with a variety of flowers and plants that create a rainbow-like effect, especially in full bloom. It offers a range of recreational facilities, including well-maintained playgrounds for children, picnic areas, and walking trails that meander through the scenic surroundings

We did our annual drive through for the “River of Lights” Christmas light show with music. Always a nice drive though but this year it was a nice night for weather and we brought out 3 year old grandson for his time! He spotted the small train that takes you around as well, you do have to prey your tickets and it runs on about a 20 minute cycle . It only had 4 cars to fit small groups at a time.
This is a visit that is not expensive but you and the family can all enjoy it! I do recommend a visit !
If I could suggest to the committee that puts this in place maybe have a small venue of hot chocolate , possibly tea and coffee available to purchase for those who chose to sit to take in the views.

Rainbow Park, often praised for its vibrant, inclusive atmosphere and diverse array of activities, is a true gem for both locals and visitors. The park's standout feature is its expansive, colorful playground, which not only provides endless fun for children but also serves as a visual delight. The walking trails are well-maintained, offering serene views of the surrounding nature, and the picnic areas are clean and spacious, perfect for family outings

Not much of a park, but good enough to bring your dog to go to the bathroom if you live nearby!
It's simply a long rectangle of grass running along the road/sidewalk.

Super dope park, really fun and wild. We are incredibly lucky to have such phenomenal facilities available and this is awesome. There's also a cute little coffee joint in the park too.

This is a great park with features to keep
Kids young and old engaged. The multilayer walkways and seating areas also make it great place for adults to gather, sit, read and just relax. The coffee shop is a nice touch and the city did a good job replacing an above ground parking lot.
Yes there are at times debris and garbage but that's on all of us to keep our neighbourhoods clean and safe.
I hope the city continues to add more spaces, parks and plazas for individuals to enjoy.
Nice bicycle spot very quiet

Blockhouse Island has a lot to check out! It is right off of the St. Lawrence River in Brockville, Canada. There are many great spots to sit down for a picnic. They have comically huge Adirondack chairs to hang out in. The Brockville Railway Tunnel is another great place close to check out!
Beautiful area of our city that I didn’t truly appreciate until I stopped and walked through it!
Granddaughters loves this park. Close walking distance.
The park is super cute, and I take my kid there all the time. They have wonderful walking trails and some hills if you need a challenge!! Wonderful place to just chill, throw a ball with the family, or just walk the dog!

Great park for smaller kids, our three year old loved the high swings and the play structure. We have added it as a regular part of our park rotation!
The kids love this park. Not as busy as other parks. It's in a seemingly secluded area. As funny as it may sound, I appreciated being able to wait in my vehicle while the kids played. At the time of my visit, the weather was a little chilly and the parent child compromise worked out well, with me being sheltered and them having all the space they desired.
Does anyone know if you can turn on the water?

Baie Durfe added a small pump track for the kids. Nice addition.
This park is so cute! We're out of town so we brought our 3 years old here because it's close to our hotel. He loved it. The trails are super nice and it's well kept!
