Upon checking in we were told they had this planned power outage 12-5am, which already sounded like a problem. At midnight everything turned off including air so it because it got stuffy and hot , I opened window and listened to traffic and people noise for about an hour, finally started to nod off at 245, at 330am all of the lights came blazing on (even though I had turned them off before the power cut) so woke me up and then 4am they went back off/ air circulating problem repeated, then 5am everything blazed back on again. So woke up again so I slept from 530-725 when my alarm went off. Absolutely unacceptable. When I complained I was offered a 50% off voucher. Absolutely disgraceful and arrogant behaviour from the hotel. Has made a day of meetings very difficult. Will not be staying here again.
Small rooms but fantastic service and great location and great Rooftop Bar.
The hotel is right across from lake Geneve. We could look out and see the park and lake. The room was beautiful. The staff was amazing
Lovely dinner. We decided to eat outside on a nice cool night. We did have reservations which we recommend. The food was delicious!! Loved every bite.
I think I lack the gastronomic taste to appreciate Swiss fondue. I enjoyed my experience here, but the view and ambiance is what the bill really pays for in my opinion. My prying eyes spied several delicious-looking dishes at adjacent tables, so I would definitely like to go back to try some other items, especially the chef recommendations. The service was adequate, slow for a weekday, but the restaurant was probably overly busy due to a party and perfect weather. The waitress was wonderfully kind and honest, recommending we add a side sausage to bathe in the cheese, which really improved my fondue experience. I keep finding myself making excuses for my critiques of this establishment, which means I would certainly recommend it.
Stopped for lunch, no problems getting seated and service was good. Enjoyed our food and drink which wasn't amazing but still nice. They had baby seats available also which we found a lot of places in Zurich center didn't offer.

Extremely luxurious hotel. Really the best one in St Moritz. We visited their cafe on the terrace and what a spectacular view. Top notch service and very tasty pastries. Love this place ❤️

If one set out to design the best hotel in the world fro scratch, this would be it. The eye for detail, the perfection of the product and service and the setting are unmatched.
The beauty of this place is the location and the views!

We stayed at Badrutt's Palace in June. Our room had a balcony facing the lake. It was perfection! We were picked up and dropped off in a Rolls Royce/Mercedes Benz. We were taken to and from wherever we wanted. The concierge went out of there way to help/arrange our destinations(including free rides on trams to mountain tops and local transportation). The pool was large warm and beautiful. It included nice sized towels and free water. The staff were the best part. What made our stay unforgettable was our waiter Lucio. Lucio is a consummate professional who recommended the perfect touches to every part of our delicious meal. We will miss him and always think of him as our friend.
Again I would like to express my gratitude for your staff and the 6star service you provide. I have been to many many 5 star hotels in Europe and the United States, but your hotel really standout being in my favorite top3!
It’s is a really good restaurant. The food is really good, the schnitzel, entrecôte, calf. But the fried duck liver is on another level! Service was good.
There was a mess up where the main dish was brought before the starter, but the waiter offered to return dishes and wait for the starter. It didn’t matter that much for us, we just kept the dishes. The fried duck liver was a great side for having at the end of the meal!
Environment is nice. It was summer so we were seated outside. It can be loud if there are some street performers in the square.

This hotel is by far one of the best stays I have had in the world. The building is beautiful, it’s close to the lake with stunning views throughout the hotel, and the service was impeccable. It is in a class by itself.
Best place you can stay at in Geneva. We ended a week long trip here and the roof-top bar was the perfect finale. Great time, great room, superior service.
I had the pleasure to enjoy a great lunch menu for CHF 25 incl. one drink next to the Limmat river and a great view onto the Fraumünster church. I had an asperges soup as starter followed by Anna’s Greek Salat just delicious!
Great food and service. Could have been better if we weren't seat next to a table of smokers but I guess that's part of the experience.
Excellent hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly with us. Service was very quick even on busy days. It’s also located near great attractions in Geneva.
The only downside is that we visited at a time when they were renovating so the entrance was closed off. It’s also not easily accessible for strollers/wheelchairs as the entrance had stairs but the staff was very kind to assist us with bringing the stroller up and down the stairs when needed.

Great location, historic place, wonderful views and wonderful rooms!
Had a beer. Took a little bit to get a seat. They served the beer quickly but from there it was 30-40 minutes and I had to ask someone for service so at that time I could pay. Nice view, service slow.
Experience a typical Swiss dining occasion. The location is central and the ambience is like stepping back in time. Enjoy typical Swiss dishes, and classic items also from Zürich. You can imagine yourself sitting here 150 years ago, in this Guild House for carpenters. Lovely and stylish and traditional. The Veal and Rösti, Zurcher Geschnetzeltes, as well as the Lemon Meringue pie, were both delicious.

The spa has a huge pool and a generous number of special spa rooms like salt room, almost room, two saunas, aroma room, relaxation room etc. There is also an outside jacuzzi with a view on the lake. You can order food and drinks directly in the spa if you wish. Their service is outstanding.
The Palace has a lavish lobby area where you can enjoy tea, drinks and light snacks.

Starter - Smoked salmon mousse was absolutely 1a in terms of taste and presentation. In my opinion the best dish of the day.
Main - Kalbs schnitzel. Already happy that potato salad and preisselbeeren are served as a basic which isn’t the case in all Zurich restaurants who claim to have Kalbsschnitzel! Presentation was very nice, the Kalbsschnitzel itself was a little over fat/softisch to bite. Maybe something on the way it was prepared. Would give it a 4/5 as I call myself a schnitzel Connaisseur.
Dessert: creme brûlée. Chocolate mousse was not complete/unavailable as such I switched. Great taste and presentation. Good 5/5
Overall with price - mains are in line with the area. Starters on the high end but the taste and presentation makes up for it so justified.

This was one of my favourite restaurants on our trip. Big generous meal servings, really cosy atmosphere, and good variety of beer. Couldn’t fault the authentic food here!
Great place for superb zürcher geschnetzeltes (despite my best efforts I still didn't manage to pronounce it correctly but our waitress was very gracious in helping me past butchering her language). Apple fritters were a great finish to the evening. The stand out to our evening was the service. Would rate six stars if I could. Exemplary attention from our waitress. The atmosphere complimented the experience perfectly. Would happily return and recommend for any night out in Zurich.
Staff was amazing and very welcoming. They went above and beyond and purchased an apple charger for his iPhone while he was at work since he forgot his. Recommend having at least one drink up on the roof bar.
We Just went to the roof top bar, it smells so good in the hotel. Roof top had an amazing view, great for a drink with friends or couple. Highly recommended for the views. You order drinks by app on the table.
the best decision for our vacation here was to dine at this restaurant. I had already reserved a table in July. everything was right in this restaurant. Reception and serving and food and service! the service was personal and the food was delicious and beautifully presented and the setting was also really beautiful 😍! thank you for a wonderful evening!
Top-notch service in a well located central square. There was a street musician also playing music which made the atmosphere even nicer. Food is extremely fine and delish. Highly recommended!
If you are in the mood for drinks with one of the best views in Geneva, I recommend the roof top bar here. they have this really cute flower wall for amazing photos with your friends. service is super warm and you wont even have to keep refilling your own glass. the waiters will treat you well. the bar is super inclusive and I love how they are very warm and welcoming. I recommend this spot for a lovely night out with friends with an exciting view
