Disappointed. Bar has great ambience but so bad drinks. Ordered a Gin Tonic and asked for a recommendation (kind of inspired when I usually go to Gin bars to experience something new). However they only serve standard gin tonics without love, without uniqueness like in a cheap club. No matching tonic, no flavor,…. Really disappointing. Tried to talk to the service and she was refering that i dont want a gin tonic but a gin based cocktail - no i dont want a cocktail. Just a real Gin tonic with flavor - that marches the bar - and not a cheap gin tonic from around the corner…. :/
I’ve been here many times before and really enjoyed it. Tonight however it was clear they were prioritising their own staff and selecting people to sing. What’s the point of a list if you don’t follow it. Two hours when they said there was a waiting period one of one hour. A loyal customer who is disappointed tonight.
The service and drinks are amazing, Serkan made everything even better, good mood and very warm-hearted, made us feel very comfortable like we know each-other for ages.

The place is amazing, great food and drinks!! Parker was really great, the best service that we had in our trip! Not only served us very well but also recommended many other amazing things in Zurich! We loved our experience!
It's apparently an award winning bar, but when I ordered a classic Monte Carlo cocktail, the waiter came twice to make sure he understood correctly and in the end came back to say the bartenders cannot mix it. Rye, Benedictine and Angostura are too much for Widder. Plus no replacement was offered, ridiculous.
Additionally when we arrived and asked the waiter "how are you", his response was "waiting to go home in 3h". When we asked for water we got some small overpriced mineral water. Overall the experience was very disappointing.
At least the Manhattan was good.

Only had a few drinks here a couple of times. It is a wonderful place to meet. Great ambience. They always have a Rosé Champagne 🍾🥂 at Hand, so if you want to celebrate, here is a place to pop in.
I have been there on a Friday night. There was just enough room to have a seat. The queue for songs was always between 20 and 30. I met cool people, and there were very extravagant/mildly creepy, completely lost lads as well as talented, energetic, and enthusiastic ones. The bouncer did not like my empty plastic water bottle and threw it away.

Generous peanuts during the day. Decent cocktail menu and wine list. I tried some wines we can't get in the US. Clientele is like sitting in the lobby of the UN.

The bill was 31,6 chf we asked the weiter to add 2,4 chf tips so 34 chf in total and he added 3,4 chf instead. Not a big deal but also not very nice of him. We realized it later. Watch out

Great location, cool vibe, good coffee, but the service is unfortunately very much hit and miss. One day you'll be served quickly and friendly, even though they tend to be slightly understaffed (especially on the terrace) - the next you'll wait for 30+ mins to get two cappuchinos and then have to listen to staff complaining to you about their boss. Wish a place like that could ensure more consistent service quality.

Lovely evening with amazing Mezcalitas served by a very friendly lady. Enjoyed every second of it. Nice Interieur, too. We will be back for sure.
Waited 30 min for our drinks, while everyone else after us got served even reminded them and still got ignored with no apology. Not sure when the service gotten so negative. What a disappointment.

We sat down at 11:45am and ordered a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. By 12:00am, the drinks had not arrived, and we asked for our food order to be taken. The waiter walked straight past our table, and went and asked another table who had sat down after us (and had drinks). The other table, thankfully asked him to take our order first.
Once the waiter had finally (with attitude) came to take our order, we asked where the drinks were. He said that we had only ordered our drinks 3-4 minutes ago as his ‘colleague had just told him’. We said we had been waiting 15 minutes. Instead of apologizing he argued back and said ‘if you are not willing to wait then you can go somewhere else’. We had only (politely) asked where the drinks were, and this conversation lasted about 2 minutes.
At this point he stormed off, so we left, and went to another place.
They clearly don’t need the business, but this wasn’t a busy time for them, there were only 5 other tables sat outside, and no one inside. It’s a real shame as we have enjoyed it in the past.
I cannot rate the food as we did not eat. But the Italian across the road was lovely :)

Love this neighborhood fine. It's the hallway mark for our normal walk so we often stop for coffee. Recently had lunch and was pleased. The one time I came with a car..I found it really hard to park.
Super cool bar to go have a couple of drinks anytime of the night first place to start last one to go home from and all in-between
Francois made me the best coffee we have had in Europe! Was so delicious. The ambience was fantastic and we were made to feel very welcome!

A bit weird crowd but the music on Thursday is really good, week ends it's super full and music can be special but you get around it.

We went to this restaurant for a late lunch and ordered a burrito and empanadas. Don't expect a very high quality, it seems they use mainly frozen ingredients, and the quantity of food is quite poor for what you pay.
It is a very warm, cozy bar with jazz music. From the moment I arrived, they treated me with first class service and attention. The bartenders are artists in mixology. It's one of my favorite bars in the world.
A special place in Zurich city. Large choice of cocktails with a very extravagant menù. The staff is very gentle and careful.

The selection of drinks and cocktails is unbelievable. Also the service and the staff is incredibly welcoming. This is one of the best bars in Zurich. I definetely recommend that you check it out. Also they serve water and they bring nuts together with the drink. So overall for sure 5 stars!
Might be the closest you can get to a dive bar in the center of Zurich. Nothing pretensious - rock/metal music, nice beers on tap and a few very interesting sounding cocktails ( haven't tried them yet). Situated right next to central tram/bus stops and right across from the holy cow burger place.

Decided to celebrate my birthday here. Food, drinks and decor were great. The service - not so much. The girl sat us in the corner of the restaurant and ignored us for most of the night, it has been a nightmare trying to get her attention. Not sure I will be coming back.

Great karaoke spot on Sunday night. Good singers and the DJ is amazing. This is a mostly dedicated karaoke crowd. Bar staff very friendly and it’s a well maintained bar.
One small recommendation would be to upgrade the speakers, they felt underpowered for the size of the room.

Great little bar. Watched an old school punk band here. It's small and cozy and just right. Good selection it drinks.
In the description they should say it’s just allowed to get in if there are some women in your group. Last night we were a group of 5 men and we couldn’t go in because of that. Unbelievable!! Never again.

Waiting for the microphone one hour! And the bodyguard took it away from our hands and said that it’s close but after give it for another girl! At the end I said it’s not fear and he just kick me out!

Food was very plain, didn’t feel the seasoning, 0 Mexican cuisine.. please don’t get the share plate since it feels like frozen food from a supermarket. The place is maybe good to have some drinks and talk to friends, but never for food.
My friends and I are still under shock by the aggressive, rude and intimidating attitude of the bouncer this Friday night, December 9th, 2022. We understood by his behavior that we were not enough women in the group to let us in... which is in no way a valid reason. I therefore really hope my complaint will be noticed by the owner of the bar and will be resolved in the best manner possible.

Great place for a fun karaoke night. The staff are a great bunch of people. There is a decent selection of drinks that are very reasonably priced (for Zürich).
It's quite small, good drinks. But the thing that bothered me was that in one corner of the screen was a small window with the original video of the song that covered a part of the lyrics. If you don't know it by heart it's a bit frustrating.

Nice place, good cocktails but the service could be better. I waited 20 minutes at the table and nobody came. In the end, I had to go to the bar counter and after other 20 minutes I finally managed to have my cocktail
The only place in a pre-planned 3 day pub tour we just wandered into on spec. Great little bar with some cool music. A few bohemian types in there super atmosphere.
Food tasted plain, no spices, no extra sauce on the side so you could spice it up by yourself. Even cheese didn’t tasted like cheese. It tasted like nothing. The only thing that was spiced up was guacamole… with sugar. Seems like person who’s running this restaurant doesn’t know anything about the food. Especially Mexican. When the manager was informed that we didn’t like the food, because it was disgusting she did literally nothing. Not even come up to us and ask why we feel this way. Customer service is poor to say at least.
Beim Café EG könnte man von morgens bis abends verweilen. Von Café mit Gipfeli, Bier mit Brezel oder Abend essen mit Schnapps wie auch Eiscreme ist alles da. Sehr freundliche Bedienung und gute Unterhaltung vorhanden.

Righi after entering, they forced us to get a Drink… well okay if that is their policy…
After two beers and a Rum-Cola(which were meh), I asked for a tap wather and they just said no… In every place in Zurich it is used to get Tap-Water for free…

Fairly easy to find, small bar, excellent selection of beers. Friendly staff. Earplugs were free on the bar. Embarrassed to find that my Swiss money was out of date.. it had been that long since our last visit, thankfully they took plastic.
Their staff is very knowledgeable. We told our waitress what we liked and she helped guide us to the best cocktails for our specific taste. They offer a fantastic drink selection! Dog friendly.

Open wine selection is mediocre at very high prices. Snacks are good but need to be ordered and payed. Bathroom unattended, paper towels missing, no soap, unfortunately not at the standard for being a bar next to UBS on Bahnhofstrasse with such high prices. The only thing that was excellent here was the very friendly and attentive service.

Crowded place, but good for karaoke. Our drinks were served in plastic cups. It can be a great place, especially late in the night with a group of people…

Went here for lunch and we had the cheese empanada and the burger. They were delicious!!!

harmonised with this idyll. The service was very attentive and courteous. All my questions
were answered completely. The food was nicely prepared and they used good pozelan and
cutlery. I enjoyed a risotto with artichokes and baked tomatoes. The risotto could have been
a little saltier but other than that it was delicious. I would recommend a visit here, whether
alone or in company. For breakfast or lunch. The lady at the service desk explained to me
that they now also offer dinner on Fridays. I have no choice but to say yes until next time ;)

Although the bar is closed, the Team from @collectivebakery took over and they have amazing pastries and excellent coffee!

They also have great pastries and excellent cappuccino, which make for an excellent breakfast.

The chicken wings were not as I thought they would be. Not delicious. Fries was good. I recommend to take Chicken Fingers and the very delicious homemade Ice Tea.
I love the Acai bowl- pretty presentation and delicious. Good ambience too.

Seriously? This is what you call a burger? The meat is half the size of the bread. Looks more like a kids menu. And the bread was complety dry and falling apart when holding the burger in the hands (probably frozen bread instead of fresh).
Honestly for CHF 27.-, you'll better go to McDonald's which is opposite. Very disappointing.

Fantastic bar...excellent selection including great tequilas and even better whiskeys. Peter is the consummate bartender.
Interesting mix of a pub and a swiss restaurant: a bit loud but friendly, great food and good beer. Really good for a relaxed evening with friends

Went here for karaoke. The good thing is that everyone sings, so even if you're bad you can still have fun. Bouncers work discreetly but effectively to remove overly drunk people. Rather expensive drinks for the flair of the establishment.

Pretty much the only reason to go here is for karaoke. The bartenders are crabby, or at best indifferent. The food? Ha! So what do you do when the karaoke DJ categorically ignores your group's requests? Not much you can do. Except warn others. You can go for karaoke, but there's a good chance that you will be ignored.
Second time here. Small and cute. Nice for the TGIF for drink after having dinner. Meets the expectation but not exceed

One of the best karaoke places that I know. Only issue I had with them is that the DJ would push certain songs up the queue for some, for a price. But now they have a new DJ who thankfully doesn’t do that. I’m happy to wait my turn, and I’m glad they addressed the issue!
Solid choice of beer (try the Sonnenbräu) and some good swiss food on the menu. It's tasty, well made and served with care for detail (nice choice of dishes, self made souse etc.) though everything could use a bit more spicing.
This is a good restaurant at the train station. The location is really convenient and the food is great. They have mostly typical Swiss dishes, so lots of meat and potatoes. The decor is cool and modern. They also serve Swiss beer. It can get a bit loud, but a great place to grab food and drinks with friends!
Innovative menu, great service, patio seating for casual dining, with more upscale bar and restaurant inside. I had the shrimp fajitas. The shrimp was cooked to delicate perfection. Hubby had carne asade. Great flavors! We have also had the burritos and though spendy, bursting with unique flavor combos.
Small bar, but good mix of music, reggae, chill out, R&B and hiphop.
Best place in Uster by far! Amazing lunch and best cake in town! highly recommending
