Nádherná stylová stavba bývalého lesního úřadu na Kladské, velmi prostorný apartnán s kombinací starožitného nábytku v obývací hale ložnicích i jídelně citlivě doplněný moderní koupelnou a kuchyní. To vše umocněno příjemným majitelem. Jednoznačně doporučuji.
Perfektní lokalita pro cyklisty, turisty i běžkaře.
Houbařský ráj, nezničená příroda, balzám pro tělo i duši.
Nejsme zde poprvé a věřím, že ani naposled.🤗

The apartment allocated to us was no where close to the reference pictures in their advertisement.
Toilet flush not working, Table fans not working, Showers have minimal flow of water not sufficient for a proper bath, WiFi doesn't work disconnects frequently, Air conditioner is placed but didn't function or at least we couldn't find it's remote.
The only plus was location, nothing else.
Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend it to any friends or family. Waste of money.

On Booking we paid for a bedroom for three, one double bed and a sofa. We paid around 250€ for this for two nights thinking we caught a steal. Then the info about 200€ deposit came, which we hesitated a bit, but paid ofc. When we came for check in, the receptionist asked us another 40€ per night for the sofa, that they didn’t set up in our room yet. We refused, since we thought that we already paid for three people, so this charge did not make sense. The receptionist looked up some information on her PC and then agreed with us and asked us “just” for 20€ for the additional laundry and garbage for the third person they will have to take care of. When we unpacked, we started to look for the AC remote, which was nowhere to be found. We enden on the reception again, where they charged us 10€ per night for the AC, which we obviously paid since it was 33C outside. I was kinda dissapointed about all this extra charges, but today, a week after our stay, our deposit came back and we recieved a message that said that our payment of 80€ was accepted. They charged us the 40€ per night for the third person wothout us knowing it. In the end we paid 120€ more, than it was advertised. Be very careful while staying there, ask about every amount they try to charge you and hopefully you’ll be more lucky than us.

I had a bad experience with the service as when we landed and looked for the apartment, the mentioned location at booking.com is different from the apartment we were given. Secondly finding keys was a treasure hunt, steps were not complete as it missed where we should put the keys, we were looking for the correct door for a lot of time.
Receptionist never received the call, tried for 5 times no reply. Apartment was good clean and tidy. If you are new comer, please be aware of the confusion finding the room first will definitely be there . No help from staff.

Séjour à Prague City Center Apartments mitigé. L'hébergement était correct, mais déception car il ne correspondait pas à la description annoncée. Un ajustement est nécessaire pour mieux refléter la réalité.

Before I was worried because I saw a lot of negative opinions about that place. When we arrived my bad feeling gone. The apartment it was tidy, in good condition. If you are expecting a 5 starts hotel then go to 5 stars Hotel. A guy from the reception he was helpful and kind. It's good place if you want to sleep and you know that you spend all the time out.

Old Town Square Apartments are a cool set of apartments, about 7 minutes walk from the main square. They're close enough to reach all the tourist spots easily, but far enough away that you won't be kept awake all night by tourists.

We arrived and had a really warm, friendly welcome from Lucy, and got our two sets of keys to our "Two room apartment".
According to the booking website, Bedroom 1 contains 1 large double bed, Bedroom 2 contains a large double bed.

The reality was that there were no bedrooms at all. Our apartment, RG-03, was simply one large open-plan space, with a small bathroom. That's it. You won't get much privacy from each other, and if one of you snores, there's no escaping from the noise. One double bed was next to the sofa & kitchen area, the other double bed was up some steps.

The other big issue with our apartment was that we stayed during the July 2023 heatwave, and one of the double beds was directly below two roof windows and there were no blinds/shutters we could close. So each morning, one of us would be woken up at 5am with blinding sunlight. Plus, during the day, our apartment was just constantly heating up. There was no air conditioning, but we were given one fan.

It's also worth noting that our apartment was up two flights of stairs, then a spiral staircase. You won't want to be coming here if you have big luggage or young kids.

On the plus side, the apartment was nice, immaculately clean, with a fridge, there was a supermarket across the road, a cafe downstairs, and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. You are required to pay a 200-Euro deposit on the apartment, but mine was refunded the day after I checked out.

Would I stay there again ? No. Sorry, but I prefer a "proper" 2-bedroom apartment, with actual walls (!) and with windows with curtains or shutters. Which is a shame, as the staff are lovely, and it's a great location.

The Garden Residence is situated very close to the castle if you don't want the hustle and bustle of old town this has got to be a good option there are trams in two directions to take you where ever you want. Definitely for your wsy back it's hard work walking back up .it's a nice and quiet, location with small supermarkets and places to eat and drink if you wish

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent apartment booking I made through this apartment. The experience was marred by the abysmal cleanliness of the room and the shockingly rude behavior exhibited by your staff.

On 24.06.2023, I made a reservation for a room. However, upon arrival, I was appalled to find the room in an utterly unsanitary condition. The floors were covered in dirt and dust, the bathroom was filthy with uncleaned stains, and the kitchenette was infested with pests. The overall state of the room was not only unhygienic but also completely unacceptable for any guest.

Furthermore, the behavior of the staff members was nothing short of appalling. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a dismissive and disrespectful attitude. The receptionist was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. When I brought up the issue of the room's cleanliness, I was met with hostility and was told that it was not their responsibility to ensure a clean environment. This lack of professionalism and courtesy is simply unacceptable.

Be careful of this fraud apartment!!!
We booked a room to sleep in Prague with my friend, we arrived on time to check in but there was nobody at the reception to let us in and finalize the booking.
We had to book another hotel.
However, Old Town Square apartments refused to refund us the money back and claimed that we didn’t show up!
Be alert, it’s always better to choose a pay at the accommodation option, otherwise owners such us this will just keep the money and not reply on your inquiries.

Here’s the skinny.
Pros:
- location. 10/10. Assigned apartment was so close to literally everything. Underground stop, grocery stores, but especially Old Town Square. Everything was walking distance and awesome.
- the apartment itself was big enough for the two of us and the complex had an elevator!!!! So helpful since we were on the very top floor.
- easy check in and check out process.
- very accessible staff

Cons:
- as described in many reviews, the location for “Old Town Square Apartments” is for the office and the office only. You have to check in at the office, but are then required to walk to your assigned apartment. Ours was about a 12 minute walk away, which wasn’t easy with a lot of luggage.
- NO AIRCON (ok, with an exception. Keep reading)! This one was a huge con for us. It’s summer!!! So it’s very hot. There is an aircon in the room, but we were informed it would be €20 PER DAY to use it. On top of the already €450 we were paying. Rough.
- staff were accessible, yes, but not very friendly.

The place itself is great, very homey, I could see myself living here. The only tiny improvement could be bathroom upgrade (those moving bath doors aren't the best). And try to somehow isolate better main doors as in the morning from 5am you can hear people running around already. Double/bigger duvet would be also perfect (I'm not getting this cz thing of having little ones :)

Siamo in un appartamento del Aparhotel per questo ponte del 25 aprile, siamo una famiglia di 5 persone e ci siamo sistemati benissimo nella stanza da letto e nel soggiorno. Molto accogliente e pulito, vicino alla fermata della metro, supermercato vicino. Ideale per una bella vacanza.

Much more space than a hotel. Kitchen was perfectly adequate for cooking simple meals. Washing machine and clothes horse meant we came home with clean clothes. No lift, so may not suit those with mobility issues

Well situated for the Metro and only a couple of stops to get into the City centre. Prague Castle is walkable.

Hostel olarak mükemmel temiz çok kullanışlı ve prag in merkezinde her yere yakın

Sehr schöne, saubere und urgemütliche Hütte im Naturschutzgebiet. Einige Meter entfernt führt ein Lehrpfad am See entlang. Perfekt für eine Auszeit im Grünen. Wenn es dunkel ist kann man sogar die Milchstraße sehen.

I booked an apartment at this hotel last October. The reservation stated that it was possible to cancel the reservation free of charge until 05/06/2020. Nevertheless, 50% of the cost was immediately deducted from the card. 05/04/2020 canceled the reservation due to quarantine and cancellation of the flight. I waited more than a week that the money would be returned. After 12 days, I emailed them - there is no answer, I wrote to Viber - the same result. I can not write through booking.com, since the reservation has been canceled. Total as of today I lost 134 euro! I hope that the review here can help to others not to loose their money.

We loved our stay here. Very centeral location and within walking distance of anything in the city.

The location is top! Very nice and romantic furniture in the flat. I'm satisfied. The view to the castle is amazing in every moment in the day!

Once you find the door, this is a really great apartment. There is a small sign on the left side of the doorway, but it's easy to miss - much easier to just look for #4. Two large rooms with a full kitchen, washing machine, and bathroom between can easily sleep 4-5 people. The parking is in a secure lot just across the street. Petr was easy to work with and very communicative throughout the reservation process and stay.

Quite fine. The place was superficially clean. The wifi was ok, beds comfy but abit itchy. Toilets not really that cleaned. But it's fine for a 1 night stay

Sehr schöne Lage. Man könnte etwas mehr aus den Wohnungen machen. Nicht so mit modernen Möbeln einrichten.

The one star I can give is purely attributed to the location which is excellent and very central. Unfortunately the hosts are not. They are rude, unhelpful and show a concerning lack of any sort of customer service or people skills. Upon arrival despite informing the hosts of when we would arrive we had to wait outside the apartment for over half an hour as there is no reception. Following this when inquiring about any recommendations for food or drink we were told “to try just eat or zomato” and made to feel we were in some way inconveniencing the host by asking any sort of question. The 3rd problem was the lack of hot water which was not resolved until the Friday; three days after arrival with no apology offered or any sort of resolution for the lack of washing facilities which meant we had to resort to boiling a kettle in order to shower. An apology was only made after stating to the host that no sort of apology had been made for the inconvenience. The final issue was the lack of adequate curtains which had little to no impact on blocking light out and either fell of or would not close which meant there was a daily struggle to close and open said curtains. Again when this was brought to the attention of the hosts no apology was made. These were the main issues to note however others such as poor lighting up the stairs to the apartment ie the light would only occasionally go on which presents a danger of tripping and the bizarre half duvet and singular pillow on one side of each bed. Overall Prague is a beautiful city and one I would be eager to return to but I would not return to these apartments unless there was a serious review of management.

Great. Central affordable accommodation

Expensive but worth it.

The location is good and central, I've not seen much of the rooms but what I've seen looked very well done and I the service was friendly. I'd give a recommendation for "Central National Apartments"

We had a nice 3 bedroom, though we rented it as a 4 room! Nice location, good access to public transportation, but a bit far from supermarkeds. Photos are from all of their locations in Prague, so you might be disapointed when you see the actual flat

Very nice apartments for a whole lot of people. Good location, but sadly no elevator. No problem though with a little bit of alcohol ;)

카를교에서 3분 거리~올드타운광장에서 5분거리로 위치가 최고에요~근처에 지하철과 버스,트램 정류장이 있어 이동도 아주 편해요~~게다가 아파트인데도 짐을 맡기고 시간제한없이 체크인할수 있어 좋았어요~숙소도 깨끗하고 3일 이상 머무를 때엔 이틀마다 청소도 해줍니다. 프라하에섶이만한 숙소는 없을것 같아요~

Perfect location for a great stay in Prague. Clean, very central and confortable apartment.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, ideally situated for exploring Prague. Only drawback is the street noise from trams and cars, fine with windows closed but intrusive if you want fresh air.

Appartamento grande, comodo e vicino al centro, ottima accoglienza al check-in e disponibilità...una stella per la grande disillusione di aver scoperto in aeroporto la mancanza di 3 capi di abbigliamento di marca mancanti da una dei 5 trolley lasciati al deposito della struttura dopo il check-out...un vero peccato, perdersi per così poco!! Un consiglio: non lasciate i bagagli al deposito della struttura, se non con i lucchetti.

Perfect location in Praha 1 just a couple of minutes from Narodny Trida metro and tram station. 8 minutes by foot to the central square. Lots of shops and places to eat nearby. The room was equipped with a small kitchenette with all necessary utensils . Reasonable pricing.
The window faced the inner yard, very tiny and dirty. All in all - a cheap location in the center of the city. Good for the price you pay.

Great location and centrally situated. Friendly reception staff eager to please. Rooms may have a few cosmetic faults, but they are clean and well heated. One downside is the lift is of the older type and created quite a bit of noise. These issues can be overlooked with the competitive pricing.

Great location, nice apartments but the building needs a renew. Paper walls.

Excellent location for all of the sights in town. Its easy walking distance from the main station. The apartments have good Internet. The bed in the Studio was extremely comfortable. The bathroom has a great cubicle shower. Pots, pans, plates and cutlery is provided as well as a fridge, cooker, microwave and kettle.

Minus: Old building with lots of extremely creaky floors. Very strict rules of conduct including a curfew. A tram passes the street below every 7 minutes 24/7, not too loud, but enough to be slightly annoying.

Plus: Very close to Charles bridge and a good view to the castle. Grocery store nearby. Nice and helpful hosts.

The apartments are perfectly located for accessing the Metro, the tram and some great local amenities. Very clean and spacious apartment with a fantastic view of the palace.

Nice and comfy room in Great localisation in center of Prague. Would give 4 Stars easily but bathroom was not cleaned too precisly, also the light there was not working and the staff of the hotel did nothing to even check the problem. Furthermore a tiny glass shard which was on the floor of the main room cut my foot - nothing bad happened but i had to play with pincers for couple of minutes. The place does not have a parking but they let You leave car in a underground parking nearby for 23 Euros a night.

Edit: what kind of hotel let technician work at 9 am with an electric drill next to a room with guests?!

Wonderful place

Great location! Good price. We had a lot of internet problems, basically couldn't use it in 4 out of our 5 days. Rooms are cost but OK. Equipment didn't work well- they had a washer+ drier machine that didn't dry our clothes and an electric stove that didn't work.

Nice Apartment with much space. Located perfect for city trips. Unfortunately the apartment was kind of dirty as we arrived (Lipstick on glasses and mostly the kitchen area). All in all a good Apartment to stay in Prag.

Lokalizacja bomba, ceny dobre, wyposzzenie do lekkiego odswiezenia, brak parkingu... ale proponuje poszukac, a nie korzystac z proponowanego 10 minut drogi

L'appartamento all'ultimo piano n.7 e' meraviglioso,
Punti di forza:
- location: in pieno centro comodissimo. Parcheggio se siete in macchina a 10 min a piedi
- arredamento e accommodation: ottimo
- vista: sul centro bellissima vista dei palazzi del centro

Punti di debolezza:
- doccia: assolutamente da rivedere per gli amanti di una bella doccia. Pensate che bisogna tenere il docciatore in mano per mancanza di supporto adeguato
- pulizia: appartamento pulito ma abbiamo trovato frigorifero con alimenti dei visitatori precedenti e spazzatura nel cestino cucina piena non svuotata
- rumore: essendo sopra ad un ostello gli schiamazzi per buona parte della notte sono all'ordine del giorno. Se non avete un sonno pesante consiglio di evitare. Trovandosi in pieno centro e adiacente ad un ostello comunque c'è da aspettarselo
