One of the best zoos I have been to. Make sure you give yourself the full day to see all the animals. They had a huge variety and the animals all seemed healthy and well looked after. There are loads of walk through sections which allow you to get up close and personal with some of the animals particularly the birds. If you're a fan of parrots they have a rare parrot section that was amazing. Although my favourites would have to be the huge selection of giants tortoises they have and also the honey badgers ( which are a personal favourite of mine)
This is one of the things not to miss while in Prague. Conveniently situated in the city center, in an open square you have plenty of space and angles to admire it from. Usually you will spot it due to the crowds situated in front of it. Every one hour there is a small show when the clock beats, make sure you are there to enjoy it

Went to the museum and Venice Canal Tour because it was part of the Prague Cool Pass and it meant sitting and resting feet from a lot of walking. The museum is a bit eclectic but the models of how the bridge was built are interesting and detailed enough to show how impressive medieval construction was. There is a cafe attached but did not use it. Toilets are 20czk and not included in the entry. The boat tour was quite enjoyable..first there is a boat! A traditional style for the river you are told. Once on the boat you are five beer, soda, tea of coffee and ice cream or gingerbread all complimentary. So already a great time and not even left the dock. The tour is about 45 min and doesn't go far but does show some key sites and the audio guide is informative and in several languages. You get to enter the Devil's Canal and while not very long it is a pleasureable view of a part of the city not seen otherwise. If you have. Prague Cool Pass, it is worth it.
Gorgeous bridge. Amazing to walk at the sunset. Music playing, street artists drawing pictures. Fab atmosphere. You can take a boat & see the bridge from the river side. Definitely one to visit when in Prague.
We waited for 5pm o’clock to go off. Watch the blue windows open up, watch the little skeleton shake the bell. It’s magical. Loads of people stop and watch. The whole place is very old fashion, great sightseeing opportunities around.

Very beautiful bridge, connecting old town with new town. The gates at the entrance are decorated beautifully and on both sides of the bridge there are statues. On the bridge you can find a lot of street artists and small markets. Unfortunately the bridge is often very crowded and it takes you a long time to get to the other side. Would recommend to go there early in the morning or late in the evening. Definitely a sight you should not miss in Prague!
A wonderful historical bridge that you'll find absolutely thronging with people all day. If you want to see it a little quieter, go late in the evening or early in the morning.

One of the better zoos I have visited. This attraction is included as part of the Prague Cool Pass.
You should plan on spending the whole day here if you do visit sinxe there was so much to see. There is a bus stop right outside the zoo so getting to the zoo from Prague center city was very easy and convenient.
The zoo was very well designed and planned so that you can walk through the entire zoo easily without getting lost or wondering if you've been to an animal exhibit already.
There are also plenty of benches and restrooms too to rest.
There was so many fun and exciting animals to see including an opportunity to walk through the kangaroo and wallaby area. I was very impressed.

Exceptional bridge with lots of amazing statues on both sides and on its entrance telling much about the awesome art of this lovely city during the 18th century. I loved the view, the location in the heart of the town close to any old city land marks. You can walk 5 minutes to reach the astronomical clock.

A beautiful pedestrian bridge that deserves it's reputation. Good for sunsets, bad for midnight as the lights go off, best for mornings before the crowds gather. And there's almost always a crowd. A bit too expensive a visit to the towers in my views but I understand - there's enough people to pay the price, so why not. The view is worth it I guess. The short movie you can see in the basement is totally not worth it and a waste of time, unless you're there with kids.
Stunning iconic historical bridge. Best to visit before 8am in the morning for a peaceful walk before the tourist crowds. Some of the statues need upkeep and cleaning but are very beautiful. Ensure to put rubbish in the bins to avoid potential river pollution. Respect the native wildlife along the river banks such as the Eurasian Beavers and many ducks and aquatic animals. 🙏🩷🌿 Note: INXS filmed the video for their classic song "Never Tear us Apart" at Charles Bridge and other locations nearby.

One of the best zoo I've ever been to. The trip around the zoo took about 5 hours but it's worth every step of it. The animals are amazing and all the enclosures are so good prepared and showed you feel like you're in a safari or in jungle. Amazing experience. I will return there for sure! Must see in Prague:)
The view of the city from the top of the clock tower is absolutely stunning, and I highly recommend purchasing tickets to go up if you can. Students can also get a discount, so don't miss out on this opportunity.

This is definitely one of the best venues for small weddings in Prague - truly a dream for me as a wedding photographer. The garden is extensive, well-maintained, and beautiful. The frescoes on the walls are amazing, too.
This in my opinion is a hidden treasure. It's entrance is from amongst buildings on the street and difficult to imagine there is a fantastic garden inside. Absolutely thrilled and amazed at this place that has gardens at multiple heights and as you go up you get a wonderful view of the city and all the lovely monuments. Definitely a "Not to be missed" garden worthy of the entrance fee. There is also some painting and arts exhibition going on.

Quality is really low: if you buy clothes, they'll be fine until you wash them, and then they turn into Barbie and Ken clothes: those are the only people that could wear them after washing!

Loveley garden in a beautiful neighbourhood in Prague! The garden is almost hidden and there are not many people at once. The view is amazing from here!
Beautiful place that everyone should visit. To start off, it's huge and has a lot of animals, it's possible to see the whole place in one day but it might be challanging especially on hot, sunny days. There's a lot of playgrounds and activities for kids. You can eat in a few restaurants also and you can use vending machines. Part of the zoo is also on a small mountain so the views are awesome. Definitely must see.

Petrin Hill was really nice. I went there through the old city so the climbing felt like hiking. I liked it a lot. Many places to stand and many pathways to follow. There was a cable car to the top, but i chose the longer way through the park. It was a very nice trail. At the top there is a restaurant and other buildings like the small tower. Also, there are several observation points to gaze the city.
I wasn't expecting to be excited about the Prague Zoo, but i did! I spent 5 hours in there, and i would need at least 3 more to see everything. I saw animals from every continent and kind. Crocodiles, hippos, lions, parrots, penguins, and everything i could imagine. The zoo had many kiosks and restaurants inside for relaxation. It was also very clean, and the environment of the animals was really good as well.
A beautiful terraced garden in the Italian style. It has amazing views over Prague landmarks, an aviary with lots of exotic birds, fountains, wonderful niches with flowers and shrubbery where one can sit and enjoy the peace and quiet in the heart of Prague. There is also a small gallery usually featuring local artists' works. It's definitely worth visiting for the low entrance fee.
The Prague astronomical tower is a spectacular structure in the middle of the old town of Prague. It was created back in the year 1410, making it the 3rd oldest astronomical clock in the world and the oldest still in operation. The clock is attached to the old town hall. If you go there you can take an elevator to the top and admire the amazing views of the city!
We went to Prague for the second time and we went to the Prague zoo for the second time also. Our travelling squad is 24-30 y.o. but we had a great experience visiting the zoo. They have beer in cafeterias! And gorillas are so funny! 100% recommend to visit but only if you don't have any wasp phobia, because at the summer there are dozens of wasps near the trash cans. But zoo is so cool!
Unfortunately this mini zoo is not as good as it is supposed to be. Lots of dirt. Everywhere. And on the paths. This is a very small zoo. Seems like nobody cares about animals. Some cages were empty and dirty. Another ones were super small for the animals and it was really a shame to see them there. The kids area looks lonely. There is cafe on site but we have not been there. Disappointed with the zoo. Actually, not recommended. 50 czk entrance. Hopefully, the situation will be changed asap
Very beautiful hill accessible by toy train or on foot gives nice city views ,children play area, benches , large trees to rest under them , this is a beautiful spot to spend an afternoon or early morning walk . We enjoyed walking here and resting a bit after the afternoon lunch before heading to Prague castle which is close by
Amazing views and well worth the climb. Our 4 and Yr olds managed the ascent and loved the views.

Superb views from the top of the tower. There are 299 steps of a staircase or a lift for an extra surcharge. Recommended in a clear day for a 360 degree panoramic view.
A lovely and little-known treasure near the castle in Prague, and not too distant from St. Nicholas church The gardens here are well maintained and provide a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. There are different layers or sections in the gardens. Decorated with many stairs, many areas of flowers, gardens with sculptures, and places to view things from above. One of my favourite in Prague.
Very lovely, romantic and quite hidden little garden in Prague, you can have an amazing view over Prague and I will personally always remember it fondly because my now fiance proposed to me over there!

Beautiful yet sad Jewish cemetery near the old town. Has a hundreds of burial stones in the grounds and also 80,000 names of Jews killed during WWII. We did a self guided tour as unforntunately we were on a tight timeline due to leaving Prague the same day but we would recommend maybe a guided tour option at the cemetery to find out more of the history if possible.
Chinese Market filled with all the Fake Brand products you can wish for, from 'Gucci, Armani...' you name it handbags, watches and more.
Total tourist trap, you could buy something that is not electronic/electrical (those kind of products might work for two weeks and then explode or worse..... turn you into a pumpkin and you get eaten by the Pumpkin🎃 people😂😂 so be weary and look the doors on your vehicles.....good luck 👍

Amazing view! Also I recommend to buy ticket and get on top of this tower. It will be true experience of middleages. Just 15meters above the crowd but everything is changing.

You absolutely have to pass by the museum where the names of the 80 000 Jews killed during WWII in Czech Republic are written. This museum is very simple but gives you a slap in the face when you look at the names on the walls.
The cemetery is very special because of the density of graves in a small place, but also because of the succession of the tombs which are placed everywhere.

How lucky to witness the onset of spring and look at everyone come out to enjoy the Sun! Lovely walk and they even have a Starbucks at the top of the hill. You can either take the funicular or hike up the hill. It’s a beautiful way to spend a day in Prague 😄
Extremely unpleasant service. A young blond woman who obviously hates her job and all customers. We just visited the eating space outside, not the mini zoo.
We had lovely weather and although the blooms were not out quite yet, it's beautiful in the springtime! Our guide recommended going back in mid-summer for the roses, and again in the fall when the vines turn scarlet--and designed to look like the flames of hell!
Went here to poke around the shops and get haircuts for the kids. There is a good nair/hair shop here that is great for kids hair cuts, super friendly and affordable. Not many (if any) bathrooms around. Also, bring cash because not many shops take card and there are not a lot, or any that I could find, of ATMs. All that being said, it wasn't super crowded and the parking was easy to find and plentiful. Nice place to explore on a Sunday.

Great short and easy hike. You can be up there in 10 mins and you get a fantastic view of Prague, especially at night. You can take many great photos here.
Definitely best spot to have an amazing view over Karlos Bridge and Prague...just go there and enjoy the view, yea there is a lot of stairs but it's a tower so glimb it and enjoy, you will remember it for sure 😊
You can see 70 percent area of Prague from here. My recommendations is to go at sunset time so you can see nice view of Prague in sunset light and if you wait little longer then you can see prague in night light as well.

Very big climb on top of the hill to reach the peak, plenty of ways to walk to it and we thoroughly enjoyed it because it was a lovely, sunny day. Not too busy and there is a cafe at the top if you want a bite to eat, drink or the toilet. It is a lovely view at the top and definitely worth the walk, recommend if you’re looking of getting a bit of fresh air

It's such a beautiful place! Nature at its best. Lovely view, flowers, trees... Such a delight to be there. You could hear the birds, smell the roses, breathe the fresh air and simply enjoy nature! The place was full of people,yet is did not feel crowded.

A great Gothic tower with spectacular views
The Gothic tower at the Lesser Town side of Charles Bridge can be entered for a fee. This allows you to climb up to the ledge above the gate and then up some further stories to the top of the tower, where there are some magnificent views of the city. It is very nice in the evening time, when the sun is setting behind the hills to the east and the Charles Bridge is illuminated in the evening light.

Nicest gardens in Prague. Totally worth the price. You go inside adn walk at your own liesure. My family was stunned at the views of the red roofs and couldn't stop commenting on how nice everything was.
Amazing views from the top. Significant amount of steps to climb. 250 crown per person. 5-year-olds and below are free. The entrance is the small door on the right as you're walking through from the bridge side. When you first pay and start your way up there is an intermediate level that you can explore but I would suggest continuing all the way to the top first and then come down later and do the lower level.

I would consider it more an attraction rathen than a shopping centre. I do not understand how is it possible in an EU country to allow to sell fake clothes in hundres of apparently official shops
Opportunity to see some domestic (horse, sheep, ducks, pig, bunnies) + not so native animals (meercat) and feed some of them. Very cheap admission and very relaxing place. But be careful, the pig bites.

Is nice place to go with kids but our impression was ruined by accident that happened near bunnies... my son was not careful to put finger inside the cage and bunny bite his finger really badly! We hardly stopped blood! Luckily on territory was small shop and they had disinfection and bandage. There should be sign because the others also been putting fibres inside but was more ,,lucky” than us...

Definitely without a doubt our favorite place in Prague, looks a bit unreal even , it is so creepy special and beautiful.
When we were here there was little bit of fog just like in some kind of a horror movie.

Well preserved cemetery with hundreds of tombstones surrounded by relatively modern buildings. You get to go around the Graves and if you familiar with the language you will be able to read some of the words written on the Graves.
Although this is not the cheapest site seeing in Prague, this consider to be one of the "must see" when you visit Prague, and especially if you're in the Old Town.

Definitely worth a visit while in Prague. While a bit overpriced, still a must-see at least once in your life. Lots of thought provoking history in this area.

The rabbits seemed unhappy in their little cages but most of other animals have some better space to live. The place looks pretty- with ponds, a play area for kids and a little bar. Lovely place for a Sunday walk. And it's only 20 CZK per person.
Beautiful cemetery with old grave stones and surrounding buildings in a park setup. We had the pack that gives you access to it as well as several museum and synagogues of the Jewish quarter and we really enjoyed it!

Beautiful, park like cemetery with old graves, beautiful statues, mausoleums right in the middle of the city. You won't even notice that a busy city life is going on right outside the walls of the cemetery. The cemetery is easy to reach by subway (red line), bus and tram. All of these stop at the flora shopping center and this is only a 2 minute walk away.

This place is a real gem! I am a local and I often go here for a walk to watch as the city starts to shine in the evening. The view is amazing. It is ideal for couples to sit down at the bench, or to just go take some portrait pictures with the city in the background.
I don't recommend going here in the middle of the night though as it is in the heart of the park and there might be some homeless people.

We visited the Jewish Cemetery independent of a guide as part of our self-guided tour of the Jewish Quarter in Prague. While we preferred the freedom of not having a guide, we were a little sad we didn't have one, as we wanted to learn more during our visit to the cemetery. The Cemetery is beautiful and moving, and a must-see site. However, there is no brochure or signs or anything to help give history of context as you are moving through. So either bring a guide or bring a guidebook, if that matters to you. That being said - a very worthy and beautiful place to visit.
