Wir sind spontan vorbei gekommen, war äußerst gemütlich und eine nice Lokation, Dj und Lichteffekte (Laser) hab ich selten in Shisha Bars, Shisha war top, Kellner sehr nett und zuvorkommend, kann man nicht meckern, kommen gerne wieder war ein cooler Abend
This is not about the lounge but at the checkin counter the staff is horribly rude. One chap who wears a back strap thinks he owns the bloody airline. Was so rude and did want to listen. Horrible service except for a few. Need to train your staff better Emirates. This is not what people are paying money for.

Und man kann überall rauchen, Garderobe gibt es auch gegen Gebühr, Tische eher weniger aber es wird dafür gesorgt das alle da drin sich benehmen, fühle mich ganz wohl da 😊

Very poor food selection: pasta salad, noodle salad, brezels and tomato salad. No sausages, nothing warm, worst I have seen in any lounge ever. Drinks: no gin, only tonic water. 2 beers to choose from. Thankfully I have a Dragon pass and did not pay….!
Also, most of the electric sockets were out of order so charging was a challenge (found a working socket in the back of the lounge). Apparently they knew about it. Maybe a warning sign would have been helpful.

Quite decent lounge. The food selection is limited but the pastries are quite good. Drinks are also very good. I do like this “open space” concept, you can have a view both towards the runway and to the departure hall. The toilets could be upgraded but they are probably maintained by the airport itself.

Good selection of food and drinks. Lavazza coffee, various juices and typical spirits with Fever Tree mixers. The lounge has just received new furnishings that are clean and comfortable. Several corners offer some privacy. My only downside is the restrooms, which tend to be pretty dirty and messy. Also the lounge is usually quite full in the morning.
They have a decent selection of lounge items in a somewhat small setting. The staff is efficient, so tables are cleared promptly and the lounge was in fine condition the day we visited.

The atmosphere of the courtyard is wonderful. very cozy! service is also good, we had a great waiter. We expected more from the food, but we were here for the first time, maybe you need to know what the star of the menu is here to make sure it's delicious
I have ordered a gift voucher at their web 5 days ago and nobody has contacted me since then, I was calling them, only aswering machine there all day long (ooops...), left a message, nobody calls back....
We ate here with 5 persons. Service/ staff was good en friendly. Taste and presentation of the food was also good, but it tasted a bit to salty. The size of the portions were perfect.

We enjoy coming here for the outdoor seating in the courtyard. We almost ate inside this time but it was extremely warm. The sushi is decent for Germany, but the atmosphere is what shines.
The food options are limited, but the drink selection is quite good. Despite the potential crowding, there are plenty of available seats. Downstairs, you'll also find toilets and shower facilities.

Es gab auf der Tanzfläche einen Jugendlichen für den Stress zu haben wohl zu einem gelungenen Abend zählt. Er provozierte und beleidigte. Ich bin 26 und weiss wie man mit Leuten umgeht und sagte ihm das er feiern solle, weil man ja deswegen hier wäre. Daraufhin sagte er, er möchte sich schlagen, ich solle mit raus kommen. Daraufhin habe ich ihn ignoriert.
Der Jugendliche ging daraufhin zu seinem befreundeten Türsteher und ließ mich rausschmeissen. Ich fragte den Türsteher was das Problem sei und daraufhin sagte er ich solle mal mitkommen. Er kümmerte sich nichtmal um meine Jacke, das heißt ich musste Freunde die drin waren auffordern mir diese mitzubringen. Meine Freunde verließen den Laden mit mir. after a week on the cruise ship MSC Fantastica in the fjords of Norway, we returned to Berlin. Don't miss the opportunity to return to the Cancun restaurant for a new culinary experience. I was not disappointed by the choice made this time either!!!
Beautiful and spacious decor. The service was very friendly and helpful. The food was quite good and they are moderately priced. Would recommend the steamed summer rolls and the Smokey beef dishes .
Absolutely beautiful place. They were very helpful. We had to rebook our flight and they were there to help us. The front staff was above and beyond anything we've ever dealt with from United. The lounge itself was good with lots of selections. Pour your own drinks. Pour your own beer. Some great breakfast items. Plenty of seating. Just remember it's a European lounge so make sure you have your euro adapter if you're traveling from the US

German beers in bottle which is always a plus. Lovely and bright with lots of seats and a view of the runway which is always a pleasure. Food was pretty minimal but was fine. Chicken sausages, pasta salad, waffles, small amount of cheese and meat. Did the job for half an hour

The food is very good , the taste reminds of real Asian taste. Their Pho is one of the best I have ever had and it is huge. The service is great, fast, polite and prepared on every question you wanna ask.
The check for two persons was (70€) and we had two started and two main dishes.
I highly suggest it to everyone.

Gerne hätten wir in den zwei Wochen Urlaub die Strandbar mal getestet, aber sie hatte jedes Mal geschlossen, wenn wir es probiert haben (mittag - abends, verschiedene Wochentage). Und das obwohl viel los war an der Promenade, standen wir mit anderen Gästen ratlos vor geschlossenen "Türen". Leider hing auch nirgendwo eine Information zu Öffnungszeiten o.ä. sehr schade! Die Lage ist perfekt und man würde sicherlich gut verdienen... Selbst bei dem aktuell durchwachsenen Wetter ist dennoch genug Publikumsverkehr.
Eine sehr tolle Shishabar mit Discofeeling. Der Raum ist gross und das Personal freundlich. Die Getränke und auch die Shishas sind top! Schade konnten wir nicht länger in Stuttgart bleiben.
Wer eine gute Bar sucht sollte definitiv mal dahin. Sie befindet sich sozusagen direkt neben dem Hotel Maritim. 👍

Okay lounge with plenty of free alcohol and food. The alcohol varies between beer, wines and different spirits. The food was pretty bland, but varies between boiled hot dog, pretzels, potato salad, pasta salad, etc.
Had the angry chicken dish. It was tasty but not at all spicy. Asked for some chili's and was given actually hot, fresh, diced chilis. I was so happy! Will definitely return.

Highly recommend this bar/restaurant. Plenty of cocktails to choose from aswell as other drinks. Reasonably priced for a city centre, waiters are friendly although on one occasion we was here the waiter asked for a tip which I don’t agree with.
The cocktails are watered down. When asked to replace were told that this is how they serve them. I was asked if i would like another drink as a replacement, i asked for a beer, but was asked to get another drink to match the price of the moscow mule,so was forced to order another shot.
The whiskey sour was all together another story. No whiskey and just sour. Tasted exactly like lemonade.

Really great outdoor sitting area. I ordered their beef hot plate with salad and rice and it was brought out incredibly quickly. The food is very good and the prices are fair.
It’s pretty poor. It is located centrally take the lift or escalator to the top floor. The only hot food is a chicken hot dog. Pretty tasteless. There are breads and cold potato salad. The fridge often has yoghurt l. The beer is flensburger gold or pils, the wine and spirit is take or leave. It’s all ok but pretty monotonous fair, unchanged since I can remember. The wifi is a pain for iPhone. On the plus side it has space and power. For uk flyers you still have passport control to get thru.

Classic LH lounge, one can see it’s on the older side already, but very tidily managed. Very welcoming staff at the reception desk, warm dish (dal with rice) + selection of snacks/salad. Alcohol / soft drinks/ teas. Sadly no desserts, or they were all eaten. Pretty spacious, was full on Tuesday evening, but despite it still managed to get a place to sit.
One major downside - located on the 2nd floor, one has to take the stairs up to enter, so be prepared to carry your (most likely heavy) luggage.

A fantastic place to get great tasting authentic Mexican food in the centre of Berlin. There is lots of seating inside and outside and a large selection of food to choose from at a reasonable price.
Nice sushi restaurant with a good variety of dishes, good service and pretty outdoor courtyard seating. Not the best sushi I've ever had but good quality nonetheless. They also prepared a special plate of just noodles for our 3.5-year-old daughter (not originally on the limited kid's menu), which she loved.

Beautiful decor, and we were seated by the window with a nice view. Very friendly service. We ordered the Pho Bo, which I thought was delicious. I loved the fresh onions, the savoury broth and the amount of meat that they've added. The beers were not as cold as I would like, but that's ok. All in all, a very good late lunch.

Visited this beautiful lounge whilst travelling from London! I ended up going a few times and every time the service, the vibe and the shisha was incredible! Staff are so friendly and polite! The shisha is so flavourful and the music is incredible! A real place to visit and not to miss!
A smaller lounge compared to the one in Frankfurt. No call rooms or workstations like in Frankfurt. The selection of food and beverages (including beer and spirits) are as expected. Overall an okay place to spend the transit time. The cost for entry is 39EUR if you are not a business class flyer or a frequent flyer
It had a smoking room which was nice during a 3 hour wait, but the food was lacking. After the food selection at Heathrow, a few bits of warm pesto pasta was lacking. At least my cokes kept be going, and gummy bears.

I am from Texas, and have been to many Mexican/Latin food places in Europe. This is one of the best ones. We came closer to peak time for dinner, and they were able to seat us. The atmosphere was great, and the music wasn't too loud.
The food was delicious! They have several options. We got the wings, nachos con queso, flautas de Pollo, and the enchiladas de pollo. Everything was on point. The service is different here than back in the states, so it did take a min to flag someone. Once we did though, it was fine. They were pretty on top of it. Would definitely like go back.

The smell, the vibes, the music, the food, the service. I'm glad I went alone so I could soak it all in as much as possible! Then again, I wished I could've shown my partner.

I can only say how "rude and unpleasant" the security personnel's behaviour was. It was supposed that people should be equal with each other and be treated the same, but it seems that the nationality or race of people has a lot of influence on the treatment of the personnel of this place.

Really good food in a not too fancy but unique atmosphere.. I think for a busy day like today they should have more staff, but even if they were stressed they were incredibly friendly.

Food is great! Wine selections are quire varied, I had the argentinan red and it was intense yet light to be combined together with the much flavored asian cuisine. Service is also friendly and nice. As you can see, the ambience and atmosphere is an experience you wouldn‘t like to miss. Price wise, I‘d say slightly a bit more than the quality of the food.
You can chill in the evenings and party at the nights.

Richtig schöne Bar mit wirklich guten Cocktails die opulent dekoriert sind. Musik ist laut, gehört aber zum Konzept und sollte meiner Meinung nach auch nicht geändert werden. Toiletten sind gepflegt, wenn auch etwas dunkel (fast kein Licht). Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

First of all I would like to thank Cindy Hoare for helping me to find my missing bag which I lost at Dubai airport. It is really a very nice flight ✈️ and staff are very very friendly and welcoming. Again just like to add that I lost my bag not because of Emirates mistake but it is because of the flight I had from India to Dubai. Then I flew by Emirates from Dubai to Germany and therefore I appreciate it as Emirates people help me to find the missing bag. I hearty thank you to the Emirates and Cindy Hoare again.

Nice apron view, F&B is mediocre. Alcohol available but since months they don’t have any white-wine glasses. Smoking room is available as well as showers and relaxation rooms (three “beds” in each). Staff seems a bit overwhelmed with the number of guest.

One more star for the decor and one less for the food. The colors of life summer rolls were a disappointment. Absolutely tasteless, all of them. The main courses however were better. Portion size good for one. Prices are on higher side, however the upscale ambience with live piano justifies it.

After revamping their menu and concept the food is even better than it used to be, whereas it was once excellent now it's phenomenal. It's an experience in itself to be served by the professional team, many special thanks to Mr. Willi.
Since I live in Frankfurt (which is about 3 years) I've always wished to experience this amazing Panorama Restaurant, highlight of the city. I had luck, as I called only 10min before my arrival to book a table, and had luck to receive one (normally one needs to book days earlier, and sometimes weeks).
Needless to say I was amazed with the beautiful panorama and the simple, yet sophisticated interior of the restaurant.
Food was absolutely delicious. Some of the ingredients were complete new to me (as I usually stick to me personally known recepies).
Every course was presented in details by the competent and very polite and professional waiter.
Special thanks to the waiter Mr. Wilhelm (I hope I rememmber correctly) who made our experienced so pleasant.
With regards to the price, I would not say it is expensive. The price suits the overall sensation (the spectacular view and meals) + location.

Nice Location, but the music is a bit too loud.
Very nice restaurant and bar, friendly staff and ambiance. I i came here after finishing the main tower top floor. Drinks are of reasonable price and the seatings allow you to enjoy the view of the city from up high. I did not eat anything so cannot comment on the quality of the food, however where given truffle infused popcorn as a side to my beer and it tastes amazing.
Excellent lunch and excellent service. Prix Fixe menu with either two or three courses and two choices at each course. I did the three courses with a wine pairing with each course. Fabulous views at every table. Restaurant is on 53rd floor. Allow 5-10 minutes wait for security screening and elevator which is also taking tourists to 55th floor observation deck. They pay 7.50 each for that. No charge if going to restaurant.

I would give more than 5 stars if i could do. Everything is perfect. Very good service. Beautiful view. Amazing creative food. Very delicious. We reserved a table for 3 course dinner for our wedding anniversary last year and this year. The price is quiet expensive. But worth it. We want to go for fantastic dinner here to celebrate our wedding anniversary every year.

Have flown Emirates for many years, and my family and I have spent 10's of thousands of euros on flights... but not any more. Emirates staff at Hamburg Airport were rude incredibly rude and unprofessional, and the only redress they could offer was a cut and paste email. Goodbye Emirates
Location is amazing, hookahs taste great and outside atmosphere is fitting. Some of the staff are a bit mean, but others are really nice. Prices are also okay given its Frankfurt. Stays open late into the night which is great if you have to catch a late train. Not very suitable for groups more than 7 people.

Food was mostly good - appetizers and cocktails were very good, main courses were mediocre, desserts were many different things that were good but did nothing for each other.
The service was both patronizing and charming. It was obvious the waitress thought we are not sophisticated enough for the restaurant because we didn't have a reservation and were not dressed. We found it mostly amusing, as the food was very old fashioned as in strong 80s influences in the presentation and mix of overpowering flavors. For example, the lobster bisque was more of a fish bouillon with strong saffron presence. It was good - but it has been a long time since I ate something like that.
The lamb main dish was excellent; the veal was very boring, both the meat and the baked pasta that accompanied it. The sweetbread that made me order it was hardly noticeable. Fish was ok, no more and no less.
The view compensates for almost everything and it was pleasant and fun. If you are willing to spend at least €80 per person before drinks you can do much worse.
The service was both patronizing and charming. It was obvious the waitress thought we are not sophisticated enough for the restaurant because we didn't have a reservation and were not dressed. We found it mostly amusing, as the food was very old fashioned as in strong 80s influences in the presentation and mix of overpowering flavors. For example, the lobster bisque was more of a fish bouillon with strong saffron presence. It was good - but it has been a long time since I ate something like that.

Quite and relaxing place. There are better lounges at other airports, but it still a very good place to wait for the plane. Wouldn't pay for access, though.
Update: the interior was remade to offer a little bit more space and privacy. It's getting better, but still no comparison to the lounges in Frankfurt or Munich
