Good store for Pakistani or turkish goods mainly. You can fond some Indian brand stuff as well but don’t have too high expectations.
The name may resemble as its an Indian store, but it isn't. You find quite a good variety of groceries but no vegetables especially the Indian one.

Avoid your visit if you don't speak German as staff doesn't speak English or any Indian language. Small store with very limited options. They don't accept card and the lady feels offended if you ask any question.

Gute Auswahl und " begehbarer " riesiger Kühlschrank mit frischem Gemüse etc. bei 8 Grad Celsius . Es gibt außerdem einen Imbiss Namens ' Thai Streetfood Imbiss Bonn ' bei dem man sehr leckeres und authentisches Thai Good bekommt und das zu guten Preisen . Wegen dieses Imbisses auf jedem Fall empfehlenswert 🙏
Although the selection is small, I'm happy to have this shop nearby for Japanese ingredients. However, the owner completely ignored me even as I was trying to give him cash to pay. I do believe the slightest courtesy should be expected when you are operating a store.

The food is very expensive and people cannot eat it to their full stomach. There was no such food here. Which even a common person can easily eat.

Es gibt zwar weiterhin einige lokale, griechische Produkte, aber es fehlt tatsächlich der „Ansporn“ einfach mal zum stöbern vorbeizukommen.
Sehr schade finden wir, das es kein Fleisch und Brot mehr gibt und auch die Gewürze und Saucen arg zurückgefahren wurden. So muss man leider wieder online kaufen.

Mega genialer shop, hier bekommt man auch außerhalb von olivenöl alles was das kulinarische Herz begehrt, von Käse über Salami. Definitiv nicht der letzte besuch

You will find most of the indian things that you need. Flours, pulses, grains, spices. Even some biscuits and chips and cold drink as well. We went searching for wheat flour and gram flour and found it!!
I came here many times and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. The interior and atmosphere is amazing and calm and the selection of goods is fine too. I always love to come back here.

When am going in I always feel insecure coz I feel like am a thief at the end when am paying.I understand It’s there professional job but Not all people coming in are Thieves.I can do a lot of shopping and forget in my bag or baby stroller but I will always pay as a Mother. Ich habe bei "Too good to Go" einen Bag für 3€ gekauft. Ich war sehr gespannt, was ich dafür erhalten würde, da ich das Geschäft nicht kannte und ich vorher in anderen Läden gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe. Mein erster Eindruck war gut, es war voll, die Fischtheke sah gut aus und es herrschte eine freundliche Atmosphäre.

Leider habe ich erst zu Hause in den Bag geschaut, ansonsten hätte ich ihn zurück gegeben. Die Hälfte davon müssten wir entsorgen, da sie angeschimmelt (Tomaten und Zitrone)waren oder einfach nach dem probieren doch nicht mehr genießbar waren. Das ich kein "perfektes" Gemüse und Obst erhalte ist klar aber das geht so gar nicht. Sorry aber das ist Verarsche und so bekommt man keine neuen Kunden in den Laden. Dann lieber weniger geben. Schade.

Meinem Mann und mir wurde das Geschäft wärmstens empfohlen. Was uns direkt aufgefallen ist, sind die wirklich freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Mit der Ware, die wir gekauft haben, waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ich wohne 30 km entfernt und plane schon meinen nächsten Einkauf! Weiter so!!!
Ich war gestern bei euch 17.12.2022 um 17:30Uhr .Ich habe 2 Schwarzpfeffer Tüten schon gekauft. Die Mitarbeiterin meinte,dass keine Kartezuzahlung möglich ist und sie hat nicht akzeptiert einen Kassenbon zu geben.Sie war richtig frech und Aggressiv. Als ich gesagt habe,dass es nicht geht,hat sie beleidigt.
Die nächstemal rufe ich gleichzeitig die Polizei an und mache ich eine Anzeige,dass ihr ohne Kassenbon verkauft. Ihr solltet an die Regeln in Deutschland halten.

It's located in the first floor. A small supermarket with Asian groceries (Indian, Sri Lankan and Thai). Not much Indian items though Masala etc are available. They don't accept card. So, please carry cash. Staffs are polite.

Although there is big asia supermarket opening around, this Lilai asia shop is still my favourite one in Freiburg. Yes,the store is smaller,but their items selections are just amazing and with very good quality.
The owner keeps up with the latest asia products trend and selects many new snacks and asia spices (I am most satisfied with many Japanese and Taiwanese products).And at the same time they also provide almost every basic element you need for Asia cooking.
What is more in this shop is, the people there DO know about their products and also provide cooking suggestions. They also have very warm promotions from time to time. I just got a gift of surprise bag for promotional activity when you purchase over 30 euro. And things in the gift bag cost normally over 10 Euros!

Ich kann das absolut nicht bestätigen. Unter Umständen handelt es sich um falsche Tatsachenbehauptungen, von Leuten die noch nie das Geschäft betreten haben!
Der Supermarkt ist klein mit „Tante Emma“-Charme, hat aber eine Sortimentsfülle die sich sehen lassen kann.
Mal abgesehen davon das ich dort Sachen bekomme die es nur dort gibt. Praktisch Feinkost zu normalen Preisen.
Samstags ist es dort sehr sehr voll, an der Kasse geht es aber trotzdem fix!
Irgendwer beklagte Fischgeruch an der Fischtheke!
Könnte daran liegen das dort Fisch verkauft wird.
Der leichte Geruch ist normal und nicht übermäßig!
Vor ein paar Wochen bei Feinkost Meyer auf Sylt eingekauft, wer den Markt kennt, weiß das es dort an der Fischtheke genauso leicht riecht.
Da parken reihenweise RollsRoyce, Bentley, 6.3er AMG…vor der Tür, und von dem Klientel würde da keiner Fisch einkaufen wenn es „stinkt“!
Mein Fazit zum Supermarkt in der Münsterstraße:
Sauber, sortiert, nette Verkäufer, für „BiodeutschFans“ und alle die Wert drauf legen, gerne auch Beratung in akzentfreiem deutsch!
Ein Einkauf dort lohnt sich!

A huge variety of items, friendly staff, and halal products! This place offers Indian, Pakistani, Afro, and Turkish items. It was fascinating to see the Indian and Pakistani Roohafza stacked next to each other at the store. Fruits, vegetables, milk and poultry, frozen foods, fresh meat, spices, lentils, condiments, you name it, they have it. What more can one ask for? Must check out for sure.

This is my absolute favourite shop for asian/japanese food for cooking. They might have only a limited variance on fresh stuff but all the rest (especially if you want to cook Japanese style) is best what you can get in Stuttgart and around.
I ordered groceries over phone and they deliver it to the apartment within an hour. Very prompt service. Reliable definitely.

They have pretty much all basics (and more) for the Japanese kitchen, but since the staff is not so friendly unfortunately I don’t enjoy going there…
The place is nice, prices are normal, you can find fresh halal meat and sojok and fish by the way they have free fish cleaning service, but they don't sell coffee there and the cashier most of the time is busy with customers, so go there but be patient

The vegemite and violet crumble are out of stock unfortunately when I came in but here's hoping they'll restock it. Here you can have a good selection of asian food suppliers and very nice staff. I need to highlight the staffs here, unlike others supermarket chains, they are really familiar to their products and willing to spend time for providing information and suggestions on how to cook the products.

Excellent stock of spices for East Asian and South Asian cuisines, especially Indian and Chinese - this includes spicy stuff like Sichuan peppercorns. Cannot emphasize enough that the selection here is top, you can even find different kinds of 饺子皮 (thin/thick, round/square, bu and small). Prices are very fair.

I shopped here for some boots, for which they have a range to choose from. The woman (who I think is from Mount Isa) gave me remarkable customer service and helped me with the fitting and final decision making. Recommend shopping here for your next pair of Aussie boots.

The owner is super nice. We bought a carbon steel wok here and she explained all the details of using and maintaining it. She's so nice. Also you find most of the things you need here.
Friendly English speaking owner and not afraid to have a good talk. After 3 years we finally ate good, freshly made kimchi again! Fresh dumplings were also nice and a lot of choices for Korean groceries to cook Korean meals. If you are looking for a Cuckoo rice cooker, this is the place!

If you need Japanese rice, this is only the choice. Good KOME (rice) available. Real Japanese food shop. And other Japanese are also various, and some are always changing, please try.

Visited the shop today for the first time. I found all the ingredients for the dishes I wanted to cook and some additional items. I can highly recommend going there. The shop is lovely and the staff is very nice and they help where they can. Best korean shop that I've been to in Germany so far. Definitely not my last visit!

The staff is very friendly. They have a wide range of Asian and Indian cooking staples. They are also very responsive on the phone, so if you need a particular ingredient it's a good idea to call and ask. They close very early on Saturdays. And they accept cash and card, but card is accepted only if the bill is above 10€.

The selection here is the best of asia shops in Freiburg that I've found so far. It's well sorted so it's pretty easy to find what you're looking for and the veggie and frozen choices are quite comprehensive. You can also find some bowls, cutlery and little random nicknacks, booze and even clothes. Great to have you around.

I can get most things here I need for my Japanese cooking at home. There's no fresh veggies or fruit but if you’re looking for authentic Japanese ingredients you’ll find some great stuff here like fish cakes, oden sets, instant ramen, tsuyu, shichimi, Okonomi sauce, kewpie mayo, tenkatsu sauce, tsukemono, marble soda, shoda shoyu, lots of condiments, all kinds of dried noodles, natto, different types of rice crackers, sake and all kinds of spices and even some Japanese tableware. But the stock varies a little. So sometimes it’s worth checking back in for stuff one couldn’t find previously.
