A very pleasant and worthy nod to the great man of whom us brits owe so very much to. There is nothing grand or overbearing about this statue. Just a gentle statue for the French to pay their respects to his efforts. I would recommend stopping by if you’re passing nearby. It definitely has an air about it that is quite calming.

Très beau, immense. Parking pour camping-car, vélo, voiture, car. Distributeur de café. A l'intérieur, possibilité de prendre boissons chaudes et crêpes. L'organisation pour voir l'intérieur du château est un peu limite. Les salles sont étroites, donc pas toujours facile de circuler. Mettre en place un sens de circulation pourrait être une solution. Visite sympathique. Gratuit pour les porteurs de la carte invalidité et moins cher pour l'accompagnant. C'est très appréciable. Merci.
This chateau is incredibly wonderful, and its position over a river makes it one of the most unique chatueaus in the entire Loire Valley and in the whole of France. This place was once home to kings and queens including Catherine de Medici and it shows. The grounds has an impressive French garden as well.

Le château est juste splendide de l'aspect extérieur; il donne sur la Loire ce qui le rend encore plus joli. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas pu visité l'intérieur c'était complet (oui il y'a pas mal de monde).
Mais le plus impressionnant, ça reste les jardins ! Les jardins sont vraiment magnifiques, immenses et incroyablement paisibles. Ils présentent une reconstitution captivante de la vie à l'époque du château.

Nous y étions le 31/12, et le château était magnifiquement décoré. Les jardin, le labyrinthe à visiter également. Très beau château.
Un superbe château et des jardins magnifiques. Cependant la visite n'a pas été un plaisir. Beaucoup trop de monde, impossible de prendre le temps et de profiter de chaque pièce.
Par contre nous avons grandement profité des jardins.
Malgré tout nous ne regrettons pas notre visite.

Salles magnifiquement décorées, sapins parés de leurs plus beaux atours, et très belles compositions florales.

One of most Beautiful Chateaus in Loire Valley! Also knows as “Ladies Castle” due to its historic association with most influential women. The castle is beautifully decorated for the festivities and lovely music filling the air and flowing down River Cher. Absolutely gem of a place. Mesmerized by grandeur. The tickets at 15.5 euros per person are tad bit expensive but then can’t complain!
So cool to see this obelisk in Paris. My wife and I were in Egypt a year ago and saw the obelisks that were still there. Egypt is trying get the obelisks that were given to other countries back. Paris may not have this attraction forever.
Very beautiful but very noisy, silence should be required according to everything in a small building and even a bedroom.

Fairly quick visit, I advise you to buy your tickets online as you will save a little time.

A place full of history, I found it a little boring but I know other people would appreciate visiting it. I recommend going at least once, it's not as crowded as other places.
Visited this on 23rd November, decent place to see, this office building is adjacent to the La Defence train Station. This is nothing much to do here.
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the St. Chappelle. The stunning collection of artifacts and exhibits provided a captivating journey through history. The only drawback was the extended wait to enter, but once inside, the experience was well worth it. The museum's rich content and engaging displays make it a must-visit for anyone interested in art and culture.
Small but exquisite chapel with the most amazing stained glass windows. Make sure to book at time slot in advance, avoid the weekend, go early in the day, the chapel is small so 30 minutes is all you need once you are in. It’s just one block from notre dame, easy to find with google maps but few signs. A great brief experiment as part of a walking tour of Paris. Great gift shop.

~ One of the best monuments someone can see the heart of Paris. It is an astonishing structure with huge detailing on all of its surface. However, during the period I visited it, a rugby event was going to happen in the area and, therefore, we did not have full access to it. but, it's totally worth it!

AMAZING!! it’s totally underrated place. More interesting than so many other famous attractions in Paris. Make sure to pick your tab for free and enjoy the full experience
Was in France with one of my French friends who mentioned this place and so glad he did. It was a very cool find to drop by and see. It’s not super big, doesn’t take a long time to see but I would say it’s def worth it if you have more time in Paris or you’ve seen all the other big attractions.
If you want to get the most exciting experience form the visit of the place I can recommend watching a movie about this place which tells about a romantic idea behind this famous work of art of a postman. It motivates and empowers when you see how one idea may spark the flame of creativity and self confidence. It’s not just a monument of naive art but it’s a story of a person who made the dream come true.
The visit is not so expensive as you also can take a look at the exhibition in the museum and buy some souvenirs. There’re lots of tourists. So better to arrive earlier to have a chance to take a photo of the palace with less people walking around.

Très joliment restauré, château de taille humaine, un audio guide très bien fait avec des anecdotes et références à l histoire qui nous invite à poursuivre jusqu a la fin.
Le jardin très bien entretenu, le labyrinthe rigolo a faire entre amis et une option+ pour le potager et les fleurs (malgré la saison)

Incredible experience - this historical venue issues an ipad like device as part of the tour. As you go through different areas, you scan a marker and then hold up the device like a camera into the past. Then there are points that you can touch in the “past” views that provide greater explanation as to what occurred here and brings it to the viewer in such a way that it’s not just numbers or a story, it’s an experience. This was a great adventure into the past and an innovative way to bring some of this to life.
This church, now an UNESCO World Heritage Site, was built by a French king to house the crown of thorns and pieces of the true cross - they spared no expense. The accessible portions of this site consist of a lower worship area and an upper area. For both of these I recommend the audio guide at least - there is symbolism everywhere and meaning in everything. You will miss it otherwise. The two areas are connected by a windy staircase that was made in the middle ages. When you enter the upper area it’s just an explosion of color that has to be experienced. Today we can but marvel at the craftsmanship of this world treasure. Truly amazing.
A stunning old castle in the middle of Paris. The concierge was originally a castle for the king of France but was later turned into the place for judicials. It is especially famous for its role as the revolutionary court. I really enjoyed the provided tablets which gave you an insight into how the castle looked through time.

The Flamme de la Liberté, located at the exit of Alma Marceau metro station in Paris, is a truly impressive sight. This place is steeped in reverence and memory, especially in tribute to Princess Diana, who tragically passed away in the tunnel just below the monument. It is a significant place to contemplate and pay homage to the history and the nobility of the events associated with it.
Running out of things to do in Paris I tried the Conciergerie. Not being as popular as other sites there was zero line to get in. There is a free multimedia guide on a portable 7in tablet offered at zero cost. The multimedia experience is well done, you take the tablet and there are many points along the tour that it's camera can scan and localize what you are seeing and explain by touching highlighted point on the screen in a VR type of experience, all in all very well done. There is not as much to see here but if you stick to the guide you can easily spend about 90/min here. This is definitely not a place to bring small children because they will be bored unless they enjoy playing with the tablet. I would not make this stop high on your to do list but definitely check it off at some point. Since this stop is included in the Paris Museum pass you have nothing to loose if you have the time.

It’s compensated by the Flame 🔥of Liberty that helps to highlight the place of Lady Di’s accident in the Traffic Tunnel underneath this site…No Pomp No Glory to such an awesome well loved ICON…It’s kinda Sad and the rainy-wet 🌧️ weather made it rather Sadder 😢😢😢
The chapel is beautiful, but I bought a time slot ticket, expecting to go in at that time. However, they oversold the 12:00 slot by hundreds of tickets and let all of those people go first. We had to wait 1.5 hours or more just to get in. I wasn’t a fan of that. However the chapel is beautiful and even though I have been before, my mom has not, and I wanted her to see it.
Fun shaped building located far outside of town but reachable by metro. It's a great place to people watch. Didn't go inside as we visited at night.
It is an exceptional place with a beautiful and wonderful story. As the former minister of culture said, the only naive art building in the world.
Arrived 30 minutes early for the 9:00am booking. Saw long line up for those without advanced booking. Once inside need to be patient to get the best photo spot as everyone wants to take their pictures.

The upper chapel is stunning with the stained glass and hanging lights. But don't miss looking at the main floor level as well, it is also beautiful. This site should be on your must see list for Paris.
This was suuuuuper cool. Give yourself extra time because there are so many parts to see of this. The staff who sold us our tickets was very nice and allowed us to stay a bit longer (we got there 15 minutes before closing, and didn't stay much longer, but could have)
Great place with huge buildings, shoping malls and people everywhere! Some places were under construction, but there was enough other places to walk around. The popular "attraction" is to eat or to drink sitting on stairs in front of Grande Arche.
The statue Westminster in London and I think this statue of Winston Churchill in Paris are the most beautiful I have seen. It stands in a beautiful place and you can really recognize it from afar.

Went there on a rainy day so I didn’t get the chance to see l arc de triomphe from there, the area is the modern side of Paris with many high buildings around the train station is on the right side of the arche but it’s way less modern and it’s a bit confusing to get there even though it’s right beside the arche, there was also a construction underneath tge arche which wasn’t that cool for the experience the water was dropping from the ceiling as well??

An example of modern architecture in Paris. The peak in the skyscrapers area. Unfortunately there is no way to reach the top since the 4 elevators are "definitely closed" as advised on a paper. I don't know the reason. A sense of a abandoned fills the air when you climb up the stairs and find...nothing.
Beautiful area with modern buildings, with large malls for shopping and food court area around . The esplanade area is spacious and grand , you can sit there people watching for hours. Very accessible by metro lines located in modern business part of Paris. The views are great from its stairs .
It's amazing. A royal castle of the XIV century, unbelievable they could construct something like that. With an entrance ticket you could get a video/audio guide for free, available in 6 languages. Unfortunately, it was not possible to have an excursion with SMB who could show and explain everything that happened here during almost 700years.
The story of the Postmand who build this "Palace" is simply outstanding. The amount of hours and work spend on creating this place is amazing. The Palace it self is a true work of art, and the more you look at it the more you see. We spend about 1,5 hours at this place, and I am still amazed as I write this. This is a testament of will power, dedication and hard work. It cost 9,5 Euro for adults and 6,5 for children. You are not allowed to carry backpacks since it is narrow, but there is boxes for storing backpacks while you visit the site. Parking was relatively easy, but most of parking is for cars below 2,2 meters. All text in the museum is in French, but Google Lens will help you with this. If you are in the area, do not hesitate to go see this, and read the story.

One of the most powerfull piece of art I have ever seen. It captured me and did not let me go. The statue tells six different stories and a seventh, which is why that six completely different character became one group.
The Burghers are magnificently done! Rodin captured the fear, anguish but resolute courage each man would likely be feeling. Even the tension in their feet and hands spoke of the gamete of emotions playing in these men. I have seen great art and great sculptures, but this work defies description.

Perhaps the craziest human adventure in time built by a single man, Mr. Cheval with all his daily poetry offered us what man can do best, the greatness of his imagination in the course of his postal tours. Absolutely great, absolutely wonderful, this guy is just a great poet.
One of my favorites, a must see in Isere. The masterpiece is mesmerizing, reminds me of Sagrada Familia, the difference is this one is achieved by one person...truly admire the great postman !

Good site but pickpockets stealing in that venue is too much the police should do something about it...
The statue was sculpted in 1939 in bronze dedicated to Joseph Joffre,French general officer during the first world war,craftsman of the Allied victory at the Battle of the Marne and the stabilisation of the northern front at the beginning of the war.He was named Marshal of France in 1916.It is located on other side of the street from the Ecole Militaire.
