Fancy mall with beautiful Christmas decor during the holidays, good to visit even if you don’t plan on buying anything. If you’re looking for the men’s department it’s in the next building. It usually gets pretty crowded and it’s pretty tight, navigating around for the first time is a bit difficult. Lots of fancy, expensive brands on the first few floors. You can’t really stop and appreciate the middle part of the mall which I think is the prettiest, they have it roped off for snack kiosks where you have to pay to be seated, totally understandable on their part because if you don’t restrict access, lots of folks would stop and block the flow of traffic. I really did like the free rooftop access, the views are pretty cool, but they do close it when it gets too crowded. The souvenir shop at the top floor with the bookstore, baggage store, cafe was a good place to get last minute gifts from. Having them process your tax refund in store is very convenient too. Unless you’re here to get luxury brands from France you’re probably not going to get a good deal.
The place is quite nice if you're going there for clothes, you'll find socks 🧦, dress 👗, T-shirts 👕,pants 👖 and so on.
Restrooms only at 6th floor. Very limited places to sit down. Incredible architecture. Free access point of view, limited to 5 minutes, and well organised. Free access to rooftop , beautiful view at evening, to Eiffel tower direction.

I had a great experience in the store with Batist. He showed me many unique products, unfortunately none were what I was looking for or my size was not available but I appreciate his efforts. We had a good chat about France and the differences between some other popular countries in Europe. It was a nice memory.

Tax refund service is verrry easy. I get my money in 2 minutes. Madame Fatou helped me so much. All the tax refund people are very kind.
This was one of two locations in central Paris I was recommended to checkout for the rooftops. The shops are crazy in volume and variety; the stained glass dome is breathtaking, and the artwork throughout is exhilarating. I can’t wait to come back.

Go to Printemps de l’homme. 6th floor there are places to work with free wifi and nice view of Paris. Closes at 8pm. But you won’t be able to use the plugs after 5:30. So bizarre.

Incredibly beautiful and luxury shopping mall. About 6 floors high with every brand you can think of. Lots of cafes and dessert shops as well. Cool Christmas lights during the holiday season. Very nice gift shop at the top and beautiful terrace overlooking parts of the city.

What a piece of design, architecture and luxury- all under one roof. This place was on my list during our visit. Was super busy, before Christmas, long lineups, crazy wait times but worth it all. Some stores like Chanel may require one to register and book an appointment, while others would have lineups. Staff at all stores is well versed and speaks English. They had a beautiful skywalk setup next to the gorgeous Christmas tree for pictures; again book your time slot on the app. The stairway is another gorgeous piece of design, rightly named Stairway to Heaven. So is the gorgeous glass dome. We in North America do not see such designs and decors very often. The tax office is also in the mall, where you can validate your purchase for VAT refund. All major luxury designer brands have stores here. Terrace was closed but the floor under had a huge Christmas market. There's also clean washrooms and family rooms, I believe on the same floor. The food court offers multiple options; there's a few eateries, then open food menu, you fill your tray and then pay at the end. We also found a coffee shop, on I believe the third floor where seating time was limited due to the holiday rush. A must visit spot for all your luxury shopping under one roof in Paris!
It may be the most famous department store in Paris. The Christmas tree that goes well with the top of the ground is spectacular, and you can have a chance to see downtown Paris on the rooftop. The food at the food court is also delicious, and it is a good place to shop and relax as you can enjoy a variety of shopping with chestnut jam bought as a gift.

Offering high end shopping to tourist related focuses, Lafayette has something for everyone. At the top of the building, there are breathtaking views of the city! What an absolutely stunning shop this is! Wanted to see their Christmas display as we visited some years back and it was amazing them.

The place is beautiful and the decorations amazing! You can also go to the terrace where you can get a good view of the city and is free! Nice area and good department store for shopping. They have a big selection of perfumes and high end designer stores. Great experience

N'hésite pas à lynché son personnel. Sans parler de la saleté que l'on retrouve en masse très déçu quand à la qualité des produits.
Niran est un très mauvais vendeur. En entrant dans le magasin je n'ai eu aucun bonjour, pas de sourire, rien. Et quand je me suis permis de lui faire la remarque il a commencé à me répondre que je pouvais aller voir ailleurs si ça me plaisait pas et en plus d'un ton froid. Je suis très très déçu, il y avait un temps où la relation client existait, mais maintenant ce n'est que faire rentrer l'argent qui compte. Bref, magasin à fuir !
I've bought socks on self service cash register and when I left the shop security guard asked me to show my bag. I had a check but he asked me to show what's inside... He examined all my staff together with my jacket and scarf inside the bag. It's so terrible... never again.

In the last 25 years, I have been to this magnificent department store four times at different times and several times on each tour of Paris. For me, without a doubt, the best and most beautiful in the world

Beautiful shopping mall with outstanding dome ! Architectural beauty. However got here about 30 minutes before the closing and the lines to pay were very long and at the end I couldn’t pay for the things I was shopping for; so sadly I had to leave them. However; the view of Paris from the last floor was something amazing and incredible 🌅

The selection of food in Le Gourmet was incredible. Wonderful way to start the day. We loaded up and took our purchases to the Eiffel Tower Gardens. French pastries at their best. Yum!

The worst service, waiting list was full in 1 hour after opening, no clear explanation when registration to visit the store is available. Staff is rude on the door opening. Wasted one hour for nothing. Don’t go there, try stores in Paris with better service, nice staff and calm atmosphere.
I went ma a regular costumer and have three programmes saying until -50% on sweaters and -10euros reduction on purchase of new collection but it doesn't say until when so that we can program to visit
Bad delivery service. You give them the address 3 times they put the one they want, they give you a bill with the address you shared but you never receive what you bought. Very very bad client service.

Le Lacoste de Beaugrenelle est celui où je vais habituellement que ce soit pour de l’achat en direct ou pour du Click and collect. Je n’avais jamais été déçue jusqu’à ma dernière visite.
Une fois entrée dans le magasin, aucun des vendeurs ne lève la tête pour dire bonjour. Quand c’est enfin le cas, la vendeuse ne vient pas vers moi quand je lui indique que c’est pour le retrait d’une commande. Elle me demande mon nom alors qu’elle est tout au fond du magasin : donc à moi de me déplacer vers elle ou de le crier alors que nous sommes entourés de clients.
La recherche du colis a pris 15-20 minutes bien qu’ils étaient 2 à 3 vendeurs à le rechercher dans l’arrière boutique. Ce n’est qu’au bout d’une dizaine de minutes qu’ils ont vérifié sur leur tablette que mon colis était bien livré dans la boutique car avant cela ils en doutaient et étaient venus vérifier plusieurs fois sur mon smartphone le mail que j’avais reçu, en me demandant même après avoir lu et relu le mail « Vous êtes sûrs que vous l’avez fait livrer ici ? ».
Le colis a été remis par la suite avec le minimum d’excuse.

This place has it all - if you are looking for high fashion anyway. They staff are helpful and delightful. They entire store is visually appealing. They have great cafes and just an all around great place to visit. Be aware that you make your purchases by the section of the store you are in - so you have to make your mind up quick or venture back. Worth coming in to check out even if you don’t intend to buy. Don’t forget to check out the rooftop view. One of the best in Paris.

I ordered a chair from this Made in Design/Printemps and now it has been nearly 1.5 months and the item is still not dispatched. Made In Design said they have no updates because their supplier cannot provide a delivery date.
I spoke with their supplier directly at Moustache and they said they do not do business with Printemps/Made In Design, so the item I ordered through them don't exist. They said it is best to cancel my order with Made In Design and order directly with them.
I wish I had read the reviews before making the purchase. Regrettably I have opened case against this company on PayPal and my credit card provider.
This company is a very sophisticated scam...

I was really disappointed with their privacy policy. When I visited here for the first time, the staff recommended me to make a membership card so I did it, but bc I didn’t have a french phone number so I used my friend’s one. And I asked if they sent some advertising messages or not but he confirmed that they would never do it. But from the next day my friend got advertising messages EVERYDAY. So I emailed them, but they didn’t reply me at all. In conclusion I had to visit the customer center in this department store and ask them to remove my personal information.
I even had some trouble with my friend bc of that. If you don’t want to be stressed about advertising messages, don’t make a membership card in here.

When fashion becomes a form of art, Gucci is absolute one of the places to be. The various products displayed almost are like visiting an art collection. I liked the modern shoes with lots of extra decorations on it. Perfect to wear a pair of these shoes like I normally do but because of a planned exclusive party I could go with some really nice shoes and with some extra to show off.

J’ai demandé un échange ou un remboursement mais ils refusent de m’écouter ou même me trouver une solution. Ils sont bien contents quand on achète chez eux mais dès qu’il y a un problème aucune solution et personne ne vous écoute. Je suis pourtant un client fidèle à Lacoste.

A bit confused as to what i really think about this store. The shoes are almost the same every time i go there. It became basically an outlet collection that never changes. The staff might be friendly or completely cold. I don’t if they work on commissions but they make you feel like you’re just an extra person in the store and it would be all okay if you buy nothing from it. We’re far away from the american customers service.
