One of the guy in the kitchen was holding or scratching his private manhood parts,as I entered the shop.
I ask him not to touch my food or wash your hand as you were touching your private part.
Instead saying okay I ll wash my hand he started argument later involved other mature aged staff from kitchen.
Instead of accepting their mistake and saying I ll wash my hand one of the staff said it's normal we are wearing cloths and not scratching from inside of the trouser , it's normal when can scratch when we have to as we are wearing cloths on we are naked.

I asked them if I am scratching my inner part would you eat?
Guys it was my last visit here as I used to go there every day.

Instead of having tasty food from rude chef who don't know basic hygiene rule.
Would you guys eat if someone scratching his private parts as he is wearing trousers you can enjoy your mean there happily.

Excellent food, as I’ve come to expect from Honest. The local Windsor burger is absolutely excellent. Really nice local beer, too. Service was good - polite, friendly, efficient - but could maybe do with being a little more relaxed and chilled out!

Bad experience....placed order on just eat..... took my money and allowed me to place the order then rang to say could not fulfill my order and would send something different .... told them NO I wanted what I had ordered..... payment still taken and NO food delivered..... £17 of NOTHING ..... absolutely shocking customer service .... very rude on the phone when I said I could not eat what was being offered.......messaged the restaurant to ask for a refund and no repsone ..... really really rude ......Will never order again and would definitely not recommend to anybody . I want my money back please gave 1 star as could not post with 0 star

Had an amazing burger today, one of the best I've had. Will definitely be coming back. Sameer the owner was lovely, gave me cajun chips for free, several sauces too. You can tell her cares about the customers. Wish him and the staff all the best.

Thankfully their burgers are miles better than their chips.. Chips are hard and dry. If they can sort this out 5 stars all round!!!

Currently I think 'my favourite chicken" chips are the benchmark of an almost perfect chip on the high st. They just melt in the mouth although they could be slightly crispier. Although I appreciate they're cooked from frozen and not seasonal, but something to aim for...

This has to be hands down the best burger place i have ever been to in London. Im not going to hold back leaving a negative comment, in fact i will. This place is so good it's making me poor!

If i find a place i like, before reviewing them i have to give it a few tries in case the food or service i received was good/bad by chance.

I have now visited Meat up at least 3 times and have held back on reviewing them until now. I need to be sure of what i am writing/recommending before leaving a 5 star review.

Meat up have been consistent throughout with their great tasting burgers, steaks, wings, sauces, dips and portion sizes, ufff. I cant talk of a single item because everything ive tried has be just great!

When you place your order make sure you go earlier than the scheduled time as their service is very quick and efficient. If you can, consume your food quickly whilst its hot especially the meats or they'll go hard.

Try out their chimchuri sauces and wings with your burgers, it's a great combo.

This is a dark kitchen, they're so good people come down in their droves to pick up the food. If you don't fancy picking up your food have it delivered to you on UberEats or Deliveroo.

Their prices are exactly the same online as the prices in store, you're only paying for delivery. I don't know of any other place that keeps their prices the same on UberEats, this is a first and it is testament to them. They dont need your money they're more focused on getting their great tasting food out to you. I am from Forest Gate, i should be out of range, but no, they deliver out into the wilderness! Ufff

If you do drive there be careful, parking is tight and the area is not lit well. They are under the railway arches and in an obscured corner. If you're driving park away and walk it there.

They have a big team cooking the food fresh in your presence which is always on point 👌🏽 This place is a takeaway only so dont expect to sit down. In fact this business model works best as if it was a sit down restaurant it wont be able to meet demand.

MashaAllah this is one, if not the only best and successful food businesses i know of in London, not just in East London!

Unfortunately their prices are also consistent like their food. Some would argue great tasting food needs great prices... yes i agree but its making me poor!

Open up a premium 'Meat up membership', I'd happily sign up if it gets me discounts and free delivery to Forest Gate!

Of all the reviews i've left on Google, this has to be the best burger/steak place ive been to.

Visited from west London after being in the area for an exhibition at excel. Did think twice because they had no im door seating but how glad I was that we visited. Amazing burgers. Probs the best I've had. Wish they were closer to home. Great service by the owner himself. Loads of parking outside so ate in the car, really well thought out box to make it easy to eat. Keep it up and wish you all the best.

Ordered a burger (cannot remember the name) and was very tasty. Ordered churros for dessert and it was very decent as well. Overall satisfied and Quality price excellent.
The staff was very cordial and friendly. Highly recommended

Ideal place for a quick catch up with friends or any occasion, whether it be Brunch or birthday lunch. Great choice of food and desserts. Staff are extremely helpful, offering prefect suggestions to suit your taste.

a lively place with amazing burgers! can get quite loud inside with the music but a great restaurant nonetheless. my partner had the bbq burger and i had the avocado one. both were amazing but i enjoyed his burger a lot more 😂 must visit in bristol!

Visited here with 8 of my family members, i really enjoyed the grilled chicken, medium flavour. Their marination on the chicken is tasty, fries were a bit cold but overall i would come back.

The crispy chicken tenders were lovely - the right amount of crispiness and taste. The churros were good as well.

I also agree with some of the comments about the cooking smell - so avoid sitting close to the kitchen. Nice interior decoration, nevertheless.

I haven't been in the restaurant to eat but I've had a few orders from Uber Eats. To be honest I've only really ordered it as it says it was the fastest delivery time but most of the orders have had issues and it's consistently much slower than the time Uber says, so it's always late. The chips are always cold, the order instructions are repeatedly ignored and the food quality is poor (even the lettuce in the burgers/pittas is really bad!). I can't comment of what it's like when you go in but the countless errors on really simple delivery orders definitely make me want to avoid coming in at all. I really hope the restaurant gets this right as the uber eats support has been really poor as well

The food here is not edible, probably one of the worse beef ‘Angus’ burgers I’ve ever had. Appalling. It was so dry and over cooked.

Beware all the offers posted outside are for cash only. When you try to pay by card they charge 1£ extra. When I confronted the person at the reception that this is misinformation, he become agitated rather than admitting his mistake. Anyhow, I wanted to try their peri peri boneless chicken with rice. When I ate it, it was like regular pulao rice. Very misleading advertisement. The only positive is that the quantity is quite a lot. Lasted me for two servings. Also, they do not have any juices instead of cold drinks.

the food never arrived! i am staying in a 4* hotel, they said they delivered it which they didn’t. i tried to call to get a refund they refused. they then left me on voicemail until they closed so i could not call back. absolutely awful! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I visited with my teenage son, as a treat for the end of the summer holidays. We really enjoyed it. I had the tribute burger, probably the best burger I've had. My son had the buffalo chicken he really enjoyed it. The rosemary fries were delicious. Will definitely come back when in Windsor 😊

Haven’t visited Three Brothers for a long time so we decided to pop by.

We were greeted right away and sat down.

You order online through your phone. Unfortunately, this meant that even where the food arrived; no one asked “if All is okay?” We ate our meal, they collected everything, and no one bothered to ask a question that takes a second to do so.

Food? Tastes great, but portions are extremely small for what you pay for.
It was £47 for 2 burgers, 1 portion dirty fries, SMALL 4 chicken strips and 1 soft drink!

Simply not worth it unfortunately.

Excellent quality burger, made to order. Good choice of toppings and sauces. Despite the emphasis on bags of fresh spuds lining the walls under a blackboard confirming their provenance, the fries are only average. Lazy skin on variety, cooked in peanut oil that doesn't seem hot enough to make them crispy. The Oreo milkshake I had was dreary. However, would still go again as the burger, although expensive, was very good.

Great place for brunch and it can get very busy. The service is always on point and very good. The food for brunch is brill. We've been a number of times and everything we've had on their menu has been great. Can't fault them...great place !!

As I walked in few customers were complaining about wasps circling around the small sitting area, when I heard the response of the service lady, I was a little shocked of the response she gave to them…”What can I do about it” so that was the atmosphere customers with the Menus trying to kill wasps. When our food for 2 arrived presentation was a little disappointing loaded fries & wings put on the tray with a liner underneath. Fries were cool in temperature than the loaded fries, burger was a typical chip shop burger and pitta chicken although asked for hot was very bland with soft soggy lettuce, however the wings were on point. Overall it looks great from the outside, however the team yearns for support and direction for someone with a little experience

Absolutely loved this place, first time at five guys. My burger and fries were gorgeous. They dumped loads of extra chips in the bag. Everything comes fresh to order, no heat lamp stuff sat waiting for you. 5/5 will be back.

I ordered the double cheeseburger with homemade, rosemary salted peanut fries. The burger came with two patties with the right amount of caramelised onions and gherkins. Both the burger and fries were delicious.

The price is very reasonable for a gourmet burger meal and the portion size was perfect.
Packaging was impressive, rectangular box once opened became a flat plate.

I was there on a very busy Saturday evening, with customers and delivery drivers. The staff were friendly and the service was quick.

If you are driving you should not have a problem finding it. If you are taking public transport, it is a five minute walk from Bow Road station. Make sure you walk down the road leading to the units along the business estate and it's on the right just before the bridge.

Please note there is no seating on the premises.

I highly recommend trying this place. You won't be disappointed.

Ordered at 17.32pm confirmed throughly the Deliveroo app. After an hour I tried calling the restaurant FIVE TIMES no answer! Left a message L. After an hour and forty minutes they called me to say they were having internet problems and the order had only just come through. That doesn’t help when you have two hungry children waiting for food. This was my first ordering from them and will be the last. Can’t comment on the food as never got to try it. I understand these things happen but the restaurant did confirm the order so a bit puzzled as to why they were saying internet problems and maybe if they answered the phone they would of been aware there was a problem and problem could of been resolved. Not how you want to spend your Friday evening being hungry

This is the worst restaurants with no management on duty just watching on CCTV. I don't believe information on YouTube are true base on our experience. We had a worse experience with this Birmingham Chilli Flames Store. We sincerely apologies to other store working hard on build the name no way near compare with other Peri Chicken Restaurant. This is our point of view. Went in at night time wait for almost 1h for food to take away 2 full chicken is uncooked no taste, chicken wrap, chicken burger, panini and chicken with fries trays all chicken inside are dry like chewing gum and garlic bread the worst ever better to purchase in Lidl. also end up they forgot to put the spicy rice. The only thing taste good was the salad tray. Call to the store they knew it and apologize and ask us to come down to resolve this. Next day bring all the food back first the staff nicely apologize they said last night was busy and happy to resolve this. I told them to cook the same food what being pay for they said we need permission from management. The boss was on mobile phone was so rude and ask me to get out I am not given you free food. We are going there to review the food see how good it is according to youtube review but end up the worst experience we had recorded the video and conversation with staff. No standard of food we will never go back and will not recommend to anybody there are other restaurants better price given high standards of food to all customer no matter who you are. I don't have the boss name at this Birmingham branch he had no management experience or customer service skills whatsoever didn't come down to store just watching on CCTV. We didn't touch the full chicken just taste a bit and other food were taste by 5 people all went to the bin this is how worst the food is lucky we didn't had any food poisoning. Images should show how was if not enough we also make a video clip base on food. Your member of staff already check how much food were taken back to the store so we pay for food you didn't deliver the standard of food and service I am afraid.

Great food, had the special with the Ed Sheeran hot sauce and was absolutely delicious.
Good selection of local food and drinks, really liked the sign saying which farm and how far the potatoes had come from.

We had a lovely time at 6Burgerz, in Mile End, London. Ahmed ensured that the service was top notch. The staff were polite, friendly, and attentitive. The Dynamite wings and the Usual One burger were great. I'd definitely recommend and return.

Excellent Five Guys. Treated myself to a cheese burger and chips. Not busy (8pm) but food took a while. Overall a good experience. No complaints.

I'm a five guys newbie but a friend recommended it for lunch. The burger was delicious, I can't fault it. Even the chips were good and I'm not a huge fan of them. Didn't get anything else so can't comment beyond that.
The restaurant wasn't busy but it was clean. Restrooms are behind a key code that you get on your receipt. There were food trucks across the street that were very busy so it may have been a factor in why it was so quiet.

Great venue with a wide range of food options available. Loved the decor for sure. We had a baguette and a ciabatta. They should add more ingredients (more tuna in my case) to the food as I had to ask for more tomatoes as they had only put a slice of it.

Ciabatta and baguette with an Americano and fresh orange juice cost £31.50 (as of 10/08/23).

Great burgers, fries and beers. Choose whichever burger and topping you fancy - it's hard to go wrong when you start with a decent burger in a good bun. The star of the show is the Dirty Hot Fries though. A messy bowl of cheesy, spicy goodness. Thoroughly recommended.

Atmosphere - diner looks good in terms of design. we asked to sit on the sofas and was told it was reserved. No one sat there throughout our stay. They keep reserved in the hope a large group attends. Staff were seen eating behind the counter.

Food- we ordered the wings platter, which came with 15 wings. A few wings were not fully cooked. Not much meat, drowned in sauce. I don't recommend. Ordered a strawberry sunshine, tasted like a rubicon non fizzy drink. Hand cut chips were not not hand cut, they were just regular frozen packet chips. Ordered a tandoori burger meal. The burger was okay but needs more flavour.

Price - extremely over priced for the quality you actually get. Definitely avoid the wings platter, not worth spending so much money to an upset stomach

I'm just so impressed. I ordered the butter chicken burger. It was the best ever. I also ordered the double cheese and it was also amazing but meaty, I'd get the single one next time. The juice was filling the bun increasing it in flavor. Wow.

The price was also so cheap. I've paid more for standard burgers. I hope they don't increase the price as a tenner is my limit.

Uber delivered it hot!

A burger joint that NEVER disappoints. It’s my first stop every single time I travel to the UK. Juice burgers that taste beef. The best fries as a side complete a full meal. One of the last fast food chains I actually enjoy dining at.

I've been a devoted customer since the restaurant's opening week, and I must say, I'm so glad to witness their continuous growth as a business and their dedication to becoming true burger specialists!

The food is superbly presented and expertly packed, showcasing the undeniable high quality of the ingredients they use. From the delectable buns to the mouth-watering meat, fries, and dips, every bite is a delightful experience. The flavours truly stand out, leaving you craving for more.

As for the place, the open kitchen is spotless and well-organized. The staff's also very friendly and welcoming.

Never been to a Five guys before and went in for a snack for me and my wife. Just went for 2 large fries, thankfully the girl working there informed my about the size so went down to one. It was huge and amazing value for money. The staff where amazing and had a laugh at my attempt to order a extra ton of fries

Good place if your in and around the area. Starting with the atmosphere was inviting and open. However, when we went just as we sat down there was a lot of cooking smoke suddenly in the air. Was uncomfortable, but after some time it cleared up for the most part.

Service was good but could be improved by listening rather than pushing for what we should eat. Like not asking 2 people to share a burger from the platter when they were deciding what they wanted.

Food was good too, we ordered the munch platter and a meal for kids. The platter came with 2 "usual" burgers, which i was told by them was their best even though i wanted to try the 6burger which has 4 patties and willing to pay any difference. Aparently, they can not change anything. Burger tasted decent but nothing special. I would have been nice to have a bit more flavour or even salt. The wings we got with platter including the extras since they were out of ribs were ok but some of them we seem to find raw in the middle. They were also very saucy, like too drenched to be able to taste the chicken. The sauce themselves tasted something usual from the shops you could buy like the bbq ones tasted of bbq sauce, nothing standing out. With platter came fries and waffle fries, which were good but a little overcooked and a first for me, some crisps with sauce. Didn't see the point for that as it gets soft from the sauce where it tastes stale. Chicken tenders were ok but again a little over cooked with some of the coating falling off. Mac and cheese was good and the coleslaw was good too.

Price came to around £40 and this was with no drinks. I believe it is over priced especially considering a normal coke costing £2.75 which i could expect in central london but not in Mile End.

I would recommend if you're around looking for a quick bite in the area, but i wouldn't go again.

Good Food, especially the beef burgers Moderate wait time about 20-25mins for foods to start coming. Nice and Friendly waiters with a good number of them so getting hold of some one to attend to you is not so difficult.

Only down side is that you cannot reserve seats as a large group. It is a first come first serve restaurant making large groups wait close to 40mins for a group table to be organised. If you are lucky enough you'll all get to sit around one table if not, you'd have to be separated especially if more than 10 people.

Generally, its a good place to enjoy yourself especially as a couple🥰👍

Place has unfortunately fallen off severely after an exchange of ownership. Card payments not accepted (hm, wonder why), wrong orders, list goes on. Even tried changing my name and address on apps to see if it was a personal vendetta because it was so consistently bad. Had ordered from here for many years prior, and never once had an unresolved issue. The online menus are also completely extortionate now. Please restore things to the way they were. Don't 'fix' something that isn't broken.

First time trying this place and can assure you, we will be back!

We ordered the Truffle burger + fries and the Pittsburg burger and substituted normal fries for the Steak + Fries. The truffle burger, honestly did not taste like there were truffle flavour in the Mayo. However the Pittsburg burger with chilli sauce was delicious, the steak + fries was well worth it too. Juicy and flavourful.

Great portions, quick service (we came around 2:30) and food was ready within 15mins. Highly recommend.

First time order. The burger was juicy and not overcooked. The fries were delightful. I may order again. I ordered the Pittsburgh and fries and the Grilled chicken with fries for the wife. Tiny gripe, offer soft drinks with these box meals. Other than that, great food and reasonable price.

Delicious shish and donner lamb kebab! Ordered a large portion size, nice to have the fresh salad separate and good amount of sauce to go with it all.

Phenomenal spot for burgers in Bristol, located on the waterside close to Queen's Square (and just next to The Apple for an after dinner drink). Fantastic food, and by no means a beef monopoly: I had a creative and delicious jerk chicken burger, and the veggie options are as extensive as the meat menu. Can't wait to come back and sample the lunch deal!

Great atmosphere for a drink or for a burger. Right next to the river, lot of seats inside and outside and easy to order through a QR code. And all of their burgers are available in vegetarian or vegan version

Came for lunch, was sparse, ordered family meal whole chicken and veg wrap. Though the food was presented well and the 5 x wings were good, the fries were small tight portions this set a doubt on value for money. As we continued to eat started to get an off smell from rice and chicken but when we were certain we stopped eating the chicken, decided to end our meal pay and leave. Mentioned the smell on way out to staff, advised could be the heat but the staff advised should have mentioned before hand when food came out but from experience this suggestion is a-bit hit and miss. Overall disappointing.

Wow, such a great vegan burger + a gluten free option ! I tried the teriaki seasoning as recommended , it was amazing. Great service and vibe.

Friendly enough waitress but slow service, midges in the restaurant, no other customers eating in yet wrong burger brought out twice when my fiancé had specified at the start that he wanted it completely plain. My chicken and waffle was very dry didn't enjoy, could barely cut through the waffle or chicken and my fiancé didn't finish his burger. Had to shout out several times to pay the bill and leave. Takeaway seems to be the focus here, with a steady stream of drivers arriving during our meal. I wouldn't recommend eating in. I've had takeaway from here before used to be good when they first opened, now it's gone downhill.

Great food. Non-optional service charge is added to your bill and QR ordering are the negatives. I would highly recommend the milkshakes, and there's a great lunch time deal.

The food was good earlier, but now, for the last 3 visits, the quality of food and taste has changed drastically. No matter what food you order and what spice you order you just get extremely sour food.

Lovely setting in Woodford Green. We arrived on a Sunday, just before midday, so found the expected queue but were seated in under 10 mins. Despite its fancy art deco decor, it was actually really kid friendly and welcoming. The food was ample, tasty, with great halal alteratives and priced reasonably. The only drawback is because they are popular, the service can be erratic and slow. Overall, we will be back and recommending to others.

I am disappointed to express that this establishment seems to have taken a downward turn in recent times, with little improvement in the overall quality of their service.

During my recent visit with friends, we ordered a number of items, yet the staff appeared to lack enthusiasm, much like the proprietors of this establishment.

The quality of service received was simply average at best, lacking any remarkable characteristics.

To make matters worse, our food orders were often misplaced. Additionally, I was taken aback when I ordered a beverage but it was not what I ordered when asking the management they had altered it only altered it by saying adding blue syrup would fix this but didn’t match the menu description, insisting that it was still the same despite deviating from its original description. It is truly surprising that this establishment has managed to continue operating as a food establishment.

I remain hopeful that improvements will be made as we continue to patronize this establishment in the future.

My wife and I visited on a Tuesday afternoon and we requested a table outside. The server was very hospitable and soon returned to take out food orders.

I had the Tribute burger, which I was dubious whether the combination of mustard, burger sauce, cheese, bacon and beef paddy would be too much! Fortunately Honest burger seem to make their burgers with the right ratio of ingredients in order to give an amazing taste and at the same time not being too rich. The size of the burger was perfect, just enough to fill me up, but at the same time wanting more. Also nice to eat a burger that doesnf fall apart half way through eating it. My wife had the buffalo chicken burger which she too enjoyed. The rosemary fries perfectly compliment the burgers and it just made the best lunch stop while in Windsor.

Also thanks to our waited who bought a large jug of water out when I ordered a tap water to drink. Many places bring small glasses out to drink, so I was glad that I could top my glass up when I wanted. Thanks to all the staff at Honest burger, I will return.

Went from Bury to get some food for family today. Had food from here first time while visiting friends few months ago. Good food and good service. Very reasonable prices. Would definitely go again and definitely recommend this place. Pizza's and chips are very nice. Just food to enjoy no tummy ache problems later.

The food ambiance is great. The food is very tasty and the plentiful. I always go for brunch but I need to graduate to their other tasty lunch options. I went there recently for my birthday brunch with my aging parents and brother and they loved it - I had brunch but tasted the sea bream and lamb shank - oh my it was delicious!!! We had drinks hence the pricing bracket but all mains etc under £18.00

This is the best ever burger place in town. The Burger is massively tasty and the price is fair. The only thing is, you can order only trough the mobile phone by scanning a QR Code in your desk. This is the only way for the waiter and the kitchen to know where you're. I kind of like the old style menu, so struggled a bit but... The burger was worth of it, very likely I am going to come back.

Came here for a girly brunch. It was fantastic! We were seated on the high tables underneath a very instagrammable tree. The food was great and came out so quickly. The staff were very attentive. We got a milkshake to take away after which was delicious and also took some of the dainty little desserts on display home. Can't wait to go back.

A wonderful restaurant for Brunch as it closes by 5pm. Great tasting food and beverages, the atmosphere is really nice and the staff are extremely pleasant.

The only negative that I have is that you can not pre-book a table ahead of time, if you have a party of people on the larger size (8 or more) you will have to wait for a table large enough to become available

The menu is quite diverse and has enough there for vegetarians as well. I highly recommend everyone visit here at least once...a week 😉.

I’m a food addict and use to travel around the world often and discover and try some new food.

As I live around, I’ve seen this restaurant well reviewed on Uber eat for months and was wondering if the burger is really good and also if the “hand made chips” were as good as announced.

We all know Shake Shack as one of THE burger chain reference worldwide, personally my favorite burger.
But as there is no Shake Shack in my area, I was looking for an alternative restaurant around.
So I’ve investigate deeper into the huge list of restaurants and decided to try Honest Burger.
To be honest, I was a bit afraid by seeing hand made “vegan” Rosemary Salted Chips but my wife told me that vegan could be good to try.
Even McDonald’s fries are much much better than yours.

We have tried the Smashed Burger and the Beef + American Cheese Burger and the Chicken Tenders.

Let’s start by the positive points:

Despite the distance between Windsor and Slough, the order has arrived well packed and still with good temperature.

The Chicken Tenders are good but with a very strong taste, so 4pcs are enough no need to take more.

Then come the dark side…

Regarding the hand made “vegan” Rosemary Salted Chips they are not greasy which is a good thing, but unfortunately are really really bad in taste.
Sadly, we had to throw them in the trashcan and we really hate wasting food but this time no choice…
We sincerely advise you to look at what competitors do or do a short stay in France to get some inspiration to see how some good hand made chips must be, try some chips concept like Las Fritas in Barcelona and many others on some places like Belgium, because you cannot sell this kind of chips and in this range of price.
I do understand that some people can like your chips but in my opinion after trying a lot, I can say that this chips are not tasty at all!

About the burger, I ordered 2 different burger in the order to try two different beef.

Beef + American Cheese Burger:
The burger was good, not wow but good at least.
I truly advise not to take onion relish inside, because it was too much, I had to remove them and could not feel the real taste of this burger as the bun was plenty of onion sauce.
The beef is classic, not good nor bad.
The bun is a bit dry, I was hoping a brioche bread like in the nice pictures we see in the menu.

Smashed Burger:
The burger was good but again I had to remove the pickles because they were a way to sweet.
Same thought regarding the bread.
The beef was neither good nor bad, but it is the very same beef we can find in all the restaurant I have in the High street unfortunately.
So again there is no point to pay more in your restaurant to avoid eating some junky food in 70% of the restaurants around if finally we find the very same taste and result at the end by eating your food.

To resume, we are disappointed to have throw £30 and wasted food but unfortunately we cannot know without trying.
So no regret, we know now that your restaurant is not for us anymore but of course will be tasty for some people.
Fortunately we are all different.

Even it was not my tasty for us, we wish you the best!

Saw this place ages on tiktok @mojitocartel 📍 1158 Stratford Rd, Birmingham B28 8AF. They have both indoor and outdoor seating for any weather. They do sell food however are famous for their Mocktails which we went in to try! They do also do food and dessert but we just went for the Mocktails. We got the ‘Blue Lagoon’ + ‘Berry Burst’ both were very sweet, would rate 7/10 and cost £4:95 each!

This place is very nice. Very clean, fresh and freshly made food. The lady serving us was very nice. She took our order as we wanted.

We went mid week, in the afternoon, which resulted in the shop being empty and better for us.

There is free 15 min parking literally outside the store but I think that's a bit less if you're eating in.

I’m so sorry, I try to never make bad reviews, even if everything is not so good, but this situation is exceptional. I ordered mixed kebab and had the baddest food poisoning in years. I’ve eaten less than a half of portion. After keeping other half in a fridge overnight, smell was coming bad from it and I throw it in a bin. I spent most of the day in WC and lost today’s shift.

It’s one of the Very good burgers place! The burger was tasty and the fries were good as well and tasty and we really enjoyed the buffalo wings as well. We had a nice experience here! Ambience was kind of ok. And space wise it’s good as well. If you are expecting a good burger then it’s worth trying once as its really good. Price wise ok as well. Recommended

Ordered from here a few times. Was a bit hit and miss on the odd occasion, with getting our order right. But nevertheless we ordered Saturday night (17th Dec ) for 7 people and they got it spot on! 👌 was perfect. We all said how lovely it was. I always order the chicken and lamb mixed shish. Was cooked to perfection. Not chewy or anything. Very happy. Thank you 😊

Sat in (It's more of a takeaway but has a few tables and chairs) Had a good feed up, It was cooked in front of me and the Staff were friendly chaps! The place is OK! 👍😁

It’s Five Guys. Amazing tasty juicy burgers. Lovely peanut oil fried fries (the Cajun is my favourite). This particular Five Guys is really clean and the staff are friendly incredibly accommodating. There was a mixup with our orders and they ended up giving us an extra meal to make up for it. I’d also like to recommend the chocolate - Oreo - malted milk milkshake and the all the way cheeseburger. Overall 10/10

Ordered for a work training lunch (45 people) and was very pleasantly surprised. We were given so much extra food, people took some home with them. Very helpful staff. Everyone said how good the food was. Thank you so much

Rubbish customer service. Ordered food through uber eats, food was cold and one hour late. Burger was half cooked. I ordered gulab jamun and was sent a choclate cake without being asked. Just avoid.

Really good Five Guys in the heart of Manchester. Didn’t seem to be any rough types in there, but it was only a Tuesday night. Staff really friendly and had smiles on their faces. Pricey burgers but very good quality as usual. Decent place 👍🏻

The food I just bought was disgusting, the chips was rock hard and cold. Kebab wrap I had was full of copious amounts of grease. And the chicken meat hard my daughters nuggets was not even Edible.I would recommend that the place should shut down with there standards of food they are putting out.

Popped in for a takeaway and was served by Safa who was very friendly and helpful in recommending items from the menu. Drinks were really nice, as were the Cajun fries we ordered! Will definitely be back again to try more of the menu.

Have used this place numerous times before. Usually a good service. Ordered a large mixed kebab and received a child’s portion. Emailed to see if this was they were serving now and no reply. A real shame.

Came here as a group of 6, and there was plenty of seating. We were served by Aisha who was absolutely lovely.
The cheeseburger and majority of drinks were amazing, especially the pacific. However, the raspberry Red Bull and the daquiris were not our favorites.
The butter chicken unfortunately was more like tandoori chicken. Will definitely be back, but would avoid the butter chicken and opt for the cheeseburgers.

Personally i would not give a star! Rock hard fries hardly any decent ones, the fries which was soft; were off putting to say the least! Asked for sauce on the fries, didn't get no sauce, neither did I get sauce tubs. The burger was overly dry hardly any sauce nor enough salad. Who made this? A monkey? Come on... I heard great things about this place just to get a nothing in comparison to what they show or others put up on their social media... I won't be coming back. The icing on the cake is a warm can of 7up was given🤮 who on earth drinks a warm can of fizz with a meal??? Its 2022 for crying out loud! Simple basic common sense lacked in this order of mine.

Highly recommend a visit simply for the Mojitos!

Price: £25 for 2 chinese bowls, 2 Mocktails and 2 Grilled chicken burgers.

Revisit: Yes!
Favourite Bit: Mojitos were absolutely spot on, the chinese chicken bowls were so good.

Least favourite: Service is slow, chilli sauce was like water, fairly small shop considering popularity.

Overall: 4/5

The place is pretty small but it's pretty. The mojito are really nice, they sell a variety of daiquiri, mojito which is good they also do burgers etc., but we only went for the drinks today, I would definitely recommend, although can be difficult to find parking.

Burger was average ,sweet potato fries were average the wings were like they were there for a long time and the sauce on top of them wasn’t great also no hand wash in the toilet. Service was good.

I've been to this place twice now thought I'd give it a second chance but both times the mojitos were bland and lacked the proper flavours mentioned on menu, the mini pancakes were OK but not amazing. The first time I went I had a burger and fries which again were nothing more than basic.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.

We found what we thought was a nice burger place to eat out on taste cards. I would really avoid going; the food is really not that good of quality for what you pay for or tasty at all. The bill was £120!! reduced to £66 with taste cards for 2 adults and 2 children. I really would've preferred beans on toast; it is all fat or deep fried, and I could've cooked burgers and chips in the oven at home better than this. Eating here left us all feeling like we needed to drink a gallon of water, and we had done so when we got home.

It wasn't worth the £66 we paid; it was that bad. I'm glad it wasn't £120. We had to wait 15 minutes for a desert, which is fine but when i politely enquired about our order, the lady was very rude, she had an awful attitude and said with her hands waving around that it is 15 minute wait, had i of known this prior to ordering i wouldn't of had to ask about it.

It's a shame that some people don't know how to work under pressure (not that they were) and be professional and polite at the same time when working in hospitality. Cheers, but we definitely won't be coming back to eat here again. There are much better quality burger restaurants that are of high standards and far cheaper than this place. Reduce your prices or up the quality of your food.

We stopped to grab a chicken donnor wrap and a shish kebab whilst passing through.
Well... Wasn't expecting the great flavour we got. Its not an average kebab takeaway. Its premium quality meat. And cooked extremely well. Seasoning is on point. And the price is good to

I ordered from Uber Eats and was pleasantly surprised at how quick this came. It was so tasty and a great portion size too. I will definitely be a regular when I fancy a takeaway for sure.
I recommend.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I wrote in the Uber Eats notes that I did not want any onion and there was onion in my salad. However this is an easy mistake.

Hands down the BEST burgers I have had so far..I'm not saying the ones I had before were terrible or not good enough, they were all great too.. however, the two burgers I had at @bgr.london were the best.. so good that I actually had two whole burgers!!!

I ordered a beef burger that came with tons of melted cheese on top and had the tastiest beef I have had in my life along with some cheese and jalapeño filling which was out of this world. My 2nd burger was the firecracker one but I requested them to replace beef with chicken and boy was it good!! Can't wait to go again for more.

Other than that I had some nachos which were absolutely divine. So filling it should be a main itself.. the wings were great too 😍 garlic chicken was sooo yummy too!

For dessert I had fried oreo which was OK but the icecream was fab 👌

Staff were super nice and friendly.

I had the bubblegum mocktail which was delicious and not too sweet so loved it.

Went here with my daughter for lunch,
I must say the food was really good and so were the mojitos.
We ordered the leader meals x2
Chicken burger with mexicano fries and raspberry red bull mojito, spicy bean burger with cajun chicken fries and a morracan suset mojito.
Can not fault anything.
Even the really nice girl who served us was very polite and friendly.
Would definitely go back again.

Been a few times and this visit was 10|10 the Mushroom burger was delicious and not dry at all. My kids enjoyed their meals and the Pink Panther drink was so refreshing. They had cookie dough on their dessert menu so had to try it. Was so satisfying. Loved it. Highly recommend the place. Hygiene and clean place is 5 star👍

Great customer service. We had lunch on Saturday and ordered two starters and two mains. We also ordered a kids meal and then had desserts.

The drinks were Pink Panther and Strawberry mocktail.

The chicken full hot was ok, and the BGR original burger was really good. The chicken strip kids meal was very plain and needed to salsa sauce.

The presentation was good and staff were attentive. We will come back for another visit with the family as it as a good calm atmosphere. The decorations is retro and goes well with the food.

I saw this restaurant on Instagram and I said to myself I must go down here to see what the hype is about. Firstly the staff were amazing i went to order the original burger and the waitress told me not to order that due to it being on the brink of removal from the menu as the burger is too thick and she didnt want me to not enjoy it, so i asked her what she would recommend, so she went onto recommend a burger for me and it was amazing, the fries were not overcooked neither. My friend ordered the boneless wings and fries and as a side we got the onion rings. The onion rings were amazing so freshly done and perfect amount of batter around the onion ring. The overall presentation of the food was lovely also.

The only negative I have is, i ordered a strawberry daiquiri and it was beautiful but the glass was overflowing constantly making the table wet and my hands sticky other than that this would have been a 5* review.

Highly reccomend this place and the price is very reasonable.

I had a donar kebab only portion! The chicken was good, but as I paid £6 for a large chicken donar only, they wont provide any salad (some what reasonable, but not even sauces. Its bit frustrating.

Update: Got sick this night after having this meal.
My one of bad choices.

Only gave 1 star to write review! Apparently the top burger that's had side cut off due to cheese being all over it is meant to be plain even though you can clearly see cheese scraped off. Then rang to tell them and I'm wrong they are sure that they sent it plain and I'm lying and that the person who does not like cheese can go with out their meal even though we have just spent £20 on it!!! This was all whilst talking another language to someone else yelling at me and then telling me to go elsewhere used them for 8 years or so!! So rude!! Literally just happened and I will NEVER order off of them again!!!

Always a pleasure. Portions are generous, food is fresh and staff are welcoming.

Having eaten here a lot in the past, I was immensely pleased to see that the quality of food had improved since the COVID pandemic. Three Brothers has finally risen back to the status of “local legend” after its poor quality and performance during the pandemic likening the restaurant to an over priced McDonald’s clone.

I was very pleased to see the skin-on chips replace the frozen McFries. And the famous chilli finally re-included the beef brisket and beef shin that was lacking from its kidney bean infested tinned product of a few years ago.

Food was excellent and great value.

The Vegans in our party were extremely happy with the quality and scope of the menu also.

Our server may as well have been a robot. It was Saint Paul’s Carnival the day before so I presume she was hungover as hell. Which isn’t a problem but she could have at least tried.
