Amazing restaurant in Stoke Newington! Wait staff are very attentive and helpful, giving food recommendations (are also very easy on the eyes). Went with my mum who had wanted to go for a long time, and didn’t disappoint. We shared the Stokey’s schnitzel between the two of us, and were both full. Schnitzel was cooked to perfection, and the accompanying salads were delicious. Food is very well priced for the portion size. Chef’s recommendation for dessert was the Basque cheesecake, and it was amazing! We were also given loyalty cards. Couldn’t recommend more.

Waited so long to come and was so worth it! One of the best meals I’ve ever had- schnitzel was fantastic as were the fries and the Waldorf salad. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. So recommended, can’t wait to come back!

Eaten from burger shack 4th time , food quality and taste is 10/10, and their delivery service is quite fast. Also enjoyed their sundae ice cream and their Don biscof Shake is awesome. They have alot of options in their menu for kids. Highly recommended. Keep it up guys

Really loved their beef burgers, especially Big Bang and The Boss.

Scammers - ordered on uber eats and they never delivered my order and when I rang up they told me it had been delivered and refused to refund me £30 worth of food. Get your food from literally anywhere else unless you want to basically donate to a takeaway.

This is one of my favourite places to visit. The portions are huge; my partner and I shared one dish and it was enough. They also had homemade tiramisu which was a delight and I totally recommend. It’s great for having a chill evening out, watching people go by and tucking into the best schnitzel I’ve ever had!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. After placing an order on ubereats, which is just the third party as it says on the app, and upon calling was confirmed that the store uses its own delivery driver, my order never arrived. It was estimated for 11:40, at 12:40 after no delivery, I called the store for the man who answered to tell me that the food was three minutes away. Twenty minutes later I called back and he said the driver isn’t answering him and will call me back. Ten minutes later he called back to say that the driver has “handed it to a girl” and had gone home as the store closes at 12am. This was now around 1am, two hours after placing the order. Wasted nearly £30 just to be scammed out of a meal because clearly the delivery driver wanted some scran or couldn’t be bothered to deliver it. Was told I can’t get a refund as it’s through Uber and not them, absolute joke when it’s store staff who deliver it so Uber will just tell you to speak to the store as they well know. Couldn’t have handed it to who he said as no young “girl” lives at the address and wouldn’t be answering the door at 1am. At 2am it was marked on the app as delivered, over an hour after you claimed your driver had delivered it and gone home. Won’t be ordering from here again as they’ve essentially scammed me out of £29 and lied down the phone because it’s late and they can’t be bothered. Absolute joke of customer service. If anyone wants proof of this feel free to email me.

In response to your response, I am not lying and as I’ve said anyone who wants proof that you and your delivery driver scam people because you’re too lazy to deliver food late at night can feel free to private message me for proof. You claimed a girl answered the door because you heard a girl in the background of the call. You said your delivery driver was 2 minutes away and then went back on yourself and said he had gone home even though it wasn’t marked as delivered and you were given no Uber code, hence why your lying driver couldn’t mark it as delivered. Your takeaway is a joke and you scam people. Do better.

Ordered late night as a last resort, best decision ever.

They have the nicest chicken strips I’ve ever had, and their wedges are also really good. Definitely going back.

The food is great here. I think I will caveat that by saying the chicken burgers we had were average and that the real experience here is with the beef burgers which are actually amazing so this review is purely aimed at the beef burgers.

The bun is brioche which is an absolute must when having a good burger ❤️

The house sauce is an Algerian type sauce which went nicely with the skin on fries and chicken tenders I had.

They have good but limited seating. I will say I wish the extractor fan had been set higher as there is a strong smell of cooking oil and we all walked away smelling like takeaway but not a deal breaker.

Best thing about this place is they've stripped out all of the drinks from companies which support 6EN0C1D3. That alone was enough to bring us here and the quality of food means I'll defo be back!!!

Went to Side Street in Fallowfield having seen all the hype on social media. I ordered the Brisket melt as a meal and the total was £14.98. The food was very nice but portion size was very small. I can never understand why these brisket places never do a decent portion size. The brisket was tender, juicy and flavoursome. However, the portion was small and it is pricey. Overall I was not impressed.
The place is not huge and parking is difficult. There was some confusion with our order as I was given the wrong burger in the first place. I can't understand why places spend all this money on their shop but won't spend a few pounds on getting stickers to identify the burgers. Also the service was terrible, your more likely to get better service at the morgue.
I wouldn't recommend it and I think there are better places to spend your money. It is more style than substance. So if you are more about the style Side Street is for you.

Ordered Brisket with tater tots. The brisket was a bit dry and too little compared to the amount of tater tots.

Turns out just my brisket was dry and the rest of the party had quite succulent slices so I can let that slide.

Place is quite lively and bright but very cramped and can get quite dirty if you go later in the day like we did.

Would’ve liked more sauce so the tater tots are coated and are sauces in every mouthful.

The ratio of meat to price was too low in my opinion and I don’t see myself going here again but it’s definitely worth going once.

So I had 10 people coming over for dinner to celebrate Eid!! And you know what I'm thinking I don't want my wife cooking all day and being in the kitchen all night!! So I popped in earlier in the day and placed an order with my boy for 2 MASSIVE platters for 9:15pm!! The food was ready and timed to perfection!! Straight off the grill and into the car in less then 2 minutes!! All my guests loved the food! And will be using again for large family gatherings!! Huge respect and love brother!! 👊🏼👊🏼

Went to this place. The guy scammed us over. Charged us extra £30 for a "service charge" and "veg" which was apparently an extra side we had ordered!
No sign of this service fee what so ever. In fact we had to sit in the freezing cold with the door wide open. Brilliant service(!)
When questioning the guy after paying the bill. He got very defensive and aggressive and just kept talking.
Clearly told him I wanted two free sides he then added on the veg and tried charging me for a pepper? lol
Where the hell is the veg on the photo taken? He classes a single pepper as veg. The guy is a brain dead moron. Prior to this he was badmouthing other customers has zero respect.
Iv added a photo and I'm still trying to find the veg that they had charged us extra for. After leaving the owner then came out to the car saying I have over charged you by £5. When it fact he had ripped us off by charging us £90 for an £50 scran. Absolute day light robbery and to top it off this was in the month of Ramadhan when we had travelled over an hour to try this place out.

I recently had the hazey burger and the chicken wrap and they were both amazing! I was offered additional options to include and overall I had a great experience. I will definitely be coming back here and would highly recommend anyone else to visit this place.

The food takes 2 hours to come on top, it was just a hamburger, they lie to you, they tell you that it comes in 15 - 25 minutes.

And on top of that I don't have my food or my money

Amazing piping hot food eating in or taking away. Can’t go wrong with anything and in my top list to go for food. Been many times and can’t beat it for the price. Meat tenders and ultimate special box meal with the burger sauce are my go to’s. Always great to speak to the owner too who creates the atmosphere here.

This is one of my favourite food places in London, and the best chicken schnitzel probably anywhere! The portions are massive and the food is delicious. I order from here regularly. If you haven't given Schnitzel Forever a go, you need to try them. I cannot recommend more highly!

Absolutely awful place, never order from here. They charged nearly £30 for one burger and chips and a pilau rice and chicken curry. Upon opening the bag the portions was so small that even a mcdonalds kids happy meal is bigger. I thought fair enough maybe the taste might be worth it. And when I bit into the burger it was not even chicken it was more like jelly. The meat they use is probably worth about £1 chicken you buy from local shop yet they charge triple the price. Eaten from places all over the country this has to be the worst food ever. Stingy with the portions. All the good reviews left, you can tell the owner and his family or friends left reviews to make it look like the place is good. Don't waste your hard earned money at this place because they don't care at all, they will just deny everything said about them rather than fixing the issues/services. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere for cheaper and tastier food.

Ordered the original stacker and original smash, their chicken is okay, a little dry. Their smash burgers were good but small for the price. Philly cheesesteak loaded fries however were banging and I’d go back just for those 9/10

The perfect place to have a nice quick take away. The service was immaculate, my food was warm and on time. The atmosphere was amazing, wasn’t uncomfortable at all like usual take aways. The pizza was absolutely spot on and the burgers were so fresh and cooked to perfection.

Staff are very kind and welcoming. However the meat is so cheap it’s basically tofu. It really is the key for burgers and you can taste more of the bread. Take out not dine in.

Super vibrant a bit too warm 😄 food came out fast. I ordered the double beef sliders juicy and tasty 10/10.

Yesterday I went to Foodbox with my wife and siblings, and this place is absolutely amazing, the food is absolutely on point and delicious every single time I’ve come here and it’s been he 4th time for myself now.
The atmosphere is one of a kind , it delivers a very very cosy feeling, and the food is just out of this world. I highly recommend The Food Box to everyone out there. Thank you guys for the brilliant food and service 👍👍👍

Quality of food has downgraded have been coming here quiet often. Previous workers were much better with customer service and food quality. Think they have changed the staff. Made phone order as I was doing deliveries, was told they're free and would be ready in 10 minutes. Got there after 20 minutes and had to wait another 10-15 minutes as food was not ready. But quality was not the same won't be coming back here again.

Just wanted to share my experience at BurgerHolic. Overall, I was quite disappointed. The food I ordered was served cold and didn't match the description on the menu. On top of that, the tables and cutlery were dirty, which was a big turn-off. The staff's behavior was also quite rude, making the whole dining experience uncomfortable. I believe it's important to provide honest feedback so that others can make informed decisions. Hopefully, the restaurant can address these issues and improve in the future!

I have a dream, that one day I will meet the owner of this place. I will ask them why did they invest money on this place, just to hire such staff. The place is close by so I go back every time but it's always a let down. The burger is good, but they have never anything grilled even though its on the menu. Sometimes you order on the phone for collection but they never prepare it for you. Overall I feel their food is great if the staff in good mood. Hopefully this review will help improve their service.

I had a delightful experience at this restaurant! The guy working at the front provided exceptional service friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The warmth of his service added to the overall positive atmosphere. As for the food, it was outstanding.

Had a great take out schnitzel burger, delicious flavours, nice and crispy chicken schnitzel. They were quick to make the burger and fries (10 mins). Staff were very friendly.

Arrived early for an event at the Apollo... This place was recommended by the guy organizing the car park.

Good was lovely... Perfectly cooked burgers and non greasy curly fries. Reasonable prices and helpful staff.

I have visited the food box a handle of times, and each time the food has been above any expectations I had.

I have never had the food delivered so I cannot talk on that matter but as far as the restaurant itself goes, it’s a great experience( all the staff are very attentive and the lovely man who owns the establishment is very friendly, despite any issues within the restaurant he keeps a professional aura which makes you feel welcome.

In terms of the food; everything I’ve ever ordered has been spot on, the flavour and effort put into the food is very obvious; the service is always quick and I’ve never experienced cold or undercooked/over cooked food!
I highly recommend this restaurant for foodies or even for a bite to eat they have a good range to choose from and I will continue to visit!

Always the best food served by friendly staff in a spotless shop

First time I've ever been here. Dropped daughter of at O2 Apollo and needed food.

Definitely not been disappointed. Had a Cheesy Mushroom Melt burger and it was cooked to perfection and so delicious. The fries were crispy and not at all greasy. Not a bad cup of tea either.

Service was ok and the wait was quite short. Great price at less than a tenner.

Overall, really worth a visit.

Best schnitzel I had in London hands down!! Had the chicken schnitzel with mashed potatoes. The seasoning was perfect, didn’t even need sauce. The herby butter on the schnitzel was excellent. The dish size is massive and very filling. Schnitzel light and not oily.

Every time i am in manchester have to visit burger shack no matter what. The food is absolutely fantastic. My favourite is the mighty chicken burger, the flavour taste spice is amazing. Staff are very friendly and welcoming would highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Schnitzel Forever, and I can't stop raving about my experience. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm and friendly service that truly made me feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was enjoyable.

Now, let's talk about the schnitzels. Oh my goodness, they were absolutely divine! I opted for the Chicken Classic with a side of Patata Bravas, Mexican Salsa Sauce, and Tomato/Basil Sauce. The combination of flavors was out of this world. Each bite was a delightful explosion of taste and texture. My girlfriend ordered the Cordon Bleu with Potato Salad, and she couldn't stop raving about it either. The smashed burgers are very, very good. Definitely amongst the best. The patties have a lightly crispy exterior with a juicy, meaty interior, and the sauce complements the burger extremely well, and really takes it to the next level. The fries are very good as well, they're quite thin, although I felt they could have been slightly more seasoned. The strawberry milkshake wasn't the best, it was frothy rather than creamy, and tasted more like vanilla with strawberry sauce, rather than actual strawberry milkshake. The other thing is that although the burgers are excellent, you end up spending far more than you'd expect for a burger meal. A smashed burger on its own here costs more than a smashed burger meal from a competitor in the same league. That said they are very good burgers, and worth trying if you haven't already.

Their chicken burger tasted amazing and service was also great.

Ordered a Chick N Shack and a Boss burger. The chicken sandwich was lovely with juicy succulent piece of crispy fried chicken fillet and a delicious layer of melted cheese. With the boss burger, however, I was disappointed to see that the patties were not smash patties, though still quite nice.

The staff at the place were very welcoming and cheery recommending their favourites and their ideas for the dishes they serve.

All in all the experience was neither positive nor negative. It’s a place I would recommend if you’re passing by and feeling like a bite.

This is the best place in the whole Manchester. The food is extremely amazing absolutely irresistible and have very nice options including halal food . They have the best staff members. They’re extremely nice we had a very nice experience with the staff. Go try it out right now it’s really worth every penny.

Been there quite a few times; it’s always nice and quiet. Chicken burgers always served hot and freshly cooked, same with the chips. All tastes amazing, best chicken burger I’ve had for a while, and chips taste like they’ve been freshly cut. Tables are not always clean though and their condiments are often empty. Needs bit of a sweep under the tables as well. That aside, great food overall and recommended. Also: have never ordered home delivery from there so not sure about that side of things.

The owner went out of his way to ensure our food was made to perfection as it should be! Today marked my second visit (I’m a little bit of a foodie & rather fussy) having said that, I couldn’t fault their food or service, I can honestly say that I’m extremely impressed.

I had the OG Smash on my first visit followed by the spicy chicken burger on my second visit, I still can’t decide which is better as they’re both so good…

Amazing food. Can not fault it. Definitely worth the wait. Loved the loaded fries with spicy sauce and the famous Creamys. All im saying is wow!!!! You have to try it for sure.

This is not an exaggeration. My phone tracks my location at all times and today I checked, it transpires I have visted this establishment 39 times since 2016.

It truly is the best burger and highest quality meat I have ever consumed.

I cannot say more than this. The service is excellent and the food is stupendous.
