Great place to let the kids go mental for an hour or two, but my twins did start to get a bit bored. But then they can be quite hard to please at the best of times! Decent food and facilities. Definitely book ahead as it can get busy.
Staff weren’t around we had to wait a while to check in to the centre which went into our allocated time slot. The actual park itself was not how I remembered years ago. There was a lot of fun items removed such as the tyre swing, huge ball pit and much more which affected the bounce experience significantly as there wasn’t much activities as advertised on the website.
I foolishly allowed my twin 12-year-old girls to go on the inflatables 5 minutes before their one hour session started. A member of staff angrily told them to get off and that they had lost their one hour play. After complaining to management (who were very polite) they explained that the member of staff was ‘special needs’ and the girls could go back on. By this stage the girls were too upset to play, so we requested a refund. As a family we fully support people with special needs, however; there are occasions when they shouldn’t be working with unaccompanied children, who may or may not, also have special needs.
Because I didn’t make reservation they didn’t let my 6 year old son and they saw he was crying and they try to explain me it’s full okay I understand I said can you please explain to the 6 year old boy please he was crying all the way back to home because of this unhelpful staff and with less understanding the arena was only about 25-30 children and she was telling me it’s full booked and still let my son cry and send us back home they didn’t take him which is during the time I’ve seen so many people left but still said it’s full they will not take us because of safety what safety she talked about it when it was only 25 or 30 children in that arena. I asked to speak with manager she was even more rude than member of staff not happy with with situation and not happy with the staff and extremely not recommending this place.

So much fun! Love the 2p machines, took me back to my childhood. Great atmosphere. We also went on the ghost train because- why not! Always a great time.
Perfect indoor play area for kids, small area for toddlers as well.but make sure book your slot before coming when we went there is 2 hours waiting time and also 1 hour is enough after 35,40 min kids get tired. Lovely experience kids enjoyed.
Nice and spacious seaside pier. Entry is free and they have various areas selling food at the front and some snacks further in.

There are arcades and a small funfair if you go further in. Saw a pretty restaurant right near to the end as well. Suitable for all ages and recommended. It was a bit rainy and overcast on the day so did not see any sunset but was still lovely.
Visited during week around 2-3pm with my 2 year old and it was empty, literally had the place to ourselves which was ideal as the play area for toddlers is tiny. As it was empty, I took him to the larger play area for the older kids and he loved it. Staff were helpful and really polite. Would happily go again if it's empty, however it's not worth the visit if you're just going to use the under 4 section.
Visited April 16, 2019: I hadn't been to many piers, but this was my first one, and it was just an enjoyable time! Again, the rainy day made the atmosphere a bit glum, but the pier certainly kept its high energy and spirits. Fun all around, but also a nice place for a walk, keeping the entertainment close at hand if you ever need a reason to play to your heart's content; there's one for kids and grown-ups alike. And as with any pier, the view looking back towards the city and the shore is always wonderful.

The pier is iconic. Full of arcade games, souvenir shops and fast food places, it's fun to just wander through. We went in the winter but it was still fun to check it out. Has great views of the city also.
Decent size. Kids loved it. Have been here a few times now. Only downfall is they don't allow you to bring in your own water/ drinks.
Loved it one of the best piers we've been on! Even though the weather was being very British, it made it even more fun and memorable. We love Brighton. Something for everyone. The arcades were great fun and really well maintained.
Really good for kids. However of the 5 female toilets, 3 were out of order, 1 was blocked and the floor in the other was drenched. (The kids using the inflatables have no shoes on). Very poor hand dryer. It would be difficult for the kids to maintain a good hygiene before going on the inflatables. Would give 5 stars if they sorted this issue.

Of the three piers this had the most variety, especially the funfair ride elements (Central.pier probably has the best family funfair). There were also further food and drink and amusement venues on the pier, and sidesho activities- mostly close on a mid-November mid-evening Friday when we visited.
We booked early on line for the half term week and took our grandchildren, aged 5 and 3 years. They absolutely adored the experience and so did we! Would definitely go again.
Our first visit as a family to WMSP and by and large; we really enjoyed our time (all day!) in the park. Whilst the tickets were expensive, they do include a return within six months, so it's quite reasonable (provided you use it again!)

The safari section of the park was extensive and had a wide variety of wildlife to view up close (including numerous carnivorous cats and dogs!) The only bugbear we had, was that there wasn't enough monitoring of careless visitors blocking the road for long periods and not abiding by the two-lane system which was clearly signposted.
The safari took us several hours to get around, which seemed ideal, but bear it in mind before you go in!

The theme park side of the park was quite big and had some surprisingly good rides! Queues weren't an issue, but some rides didn't seem to last very long and it seemed like you waited longer for the rides to start than the time you spent on them!

Food offerings were fairly expensive, but that isn't to be unexpected in a place like this. What they really lacked is a place to fill up a bottle of water.

We will definitely be back!

This is a little iconic place even all the rides - such a vintage little pier - For such small and a short rides, it has quite a surprising punch and speed. This place definitely delivers a good thrill. Make sure you protect your head and neck on some things, as the speed and sharp angles might move you about a lot. Might need a chiropractor after but sure look, it’s good fun. Been here a few years back and remember all these rides. Reminded me of the Santa Monica pier in LA California. Great little place to visit and great little place to thrill seek. Nothing opens when it rains so if you’re hoping to jump on when it’s damp not a chance. I wouldn’t recommend the fish and chips on this pier definitely not 😬 definitely more hyped up then what they taste like. So much more amazing places to eat

A very enjoyable journey, buying tickets online with a free return ticket is truly great value.
During the first visit, I was unaware that besides the drive-through, there was another area for sightseeing.
But this time, with the prior knowledge, I can fully enjoy it. It's a place where you can get up close to wild animals, with amusement facilities and rides. You can truly have a full day of fun.
My favorite part is the sea lion show. Sea lions are very intelligent and adorable, and the atmosphere of the show is fantastic. Both adults and children really enjoy it.
I highly recommend this place, just remember to purchase tickets and make reservations online in advance to enter.

Cadbury World was a great experience. We arrived 1hr 30 minutes early and done the outdoor area first. The 4d cinema and the magic show were great. The play area looks good, but there is not much to actually do on it. The Tour itself is self guided and has lots of history about the company. You also get free chocolate at the beginning of the tour. The shop isn't as big as I thought it would be, but it is undergoing a refurb, so hopefully, when we return next year, it will be better. The items you can buy are relatively cheap, and if you spend over £20 you get a free large bar of chocolate. Overall, I would recommend at least going once.
Went for my son’s birthday 🥳 nice experience, friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back. Have food and drink options as well, just be ready to stay after the kids because it like a gym 😂

Great fun booked a time slot. Did the museum before the tour took a walk into the village. You can easily spend over half a day here arrived about 11 left after the tour about 6.
Worse than a motorway traffic jam!
I’m writing this as we are sitting in a car in a line of traffic and I clearly have too much time on my hands to do this. Do not visit here unless you want to be stuck in traffic with young children. Both my kids have got so fed up of looking at green grass and the lack of animals unless it’s a deer of some sort! This was a birthday treat for my 2 year old and we’ve wasted his day completely. The staff are rude we finally seen a lion in the distance after waiting an hour and as I stopped to show my son the staff in the jeep shouted at me to keep moving!! This place is a money pit they have no consideration for paying customers and they are all about the money. We booked a paw patrol meet and greet but because we got stuck in the chaos we missed that too!! Absolutely ruined my sons birthday and left him bored and my elder soon upset that he didn’t see many animals. Close this place down and put the very few animals they have in a nicer place where they will be looked after. We’ve been coming here for many years and I can honestly say this will be the last time I will spend my hard earned money in a dump like this. Staff need to get some training. Thanks for completely spoiling out valuable time
This place would be amazing if only they managed the inflow of customers/cars.
No word of a lie it was like queues on the M6. Took us over 2hrs to complete the safari which I imagine with traffic management could do half that.
Feeding the animals is a bonus and there's plenty of them but only within limited areas.
The walking area was okay, more dinosaur themed than a zoo but you can get to feed tropical birds.
The theme park element again is okay however, a third of the ride were on.

Such a great place to visit. There were a few exhibits closed while some new things are being built but the children (7 and 4) still enjoyed themselves.
We had a tour booking for 1pm but the staff were brilliant and let us through at 11 because it was so quiet.
Dawn, doing the chocolate mould making demonstration was so good! Really engaging with the children and very informative.

Amazing, loving the new addition to the Merlin Pass. I took my mum as she’s never been before, and my sister. We all had a great time. Staff members all friendly and happy to have a general conversation. We were unaware of the time and missed out on one location. At least we loaded up on chocolates from the shop. Great additions! I’ve been 4-5 times and tech is definitely welcomed including the 4D experience. Looking forward to going again soon… FREE as a part of the Merlin attractions.

I've been here twice in the last 2 years, once with my school, and once with my family. And I have to say neither times disappointed. Everyone there is so engaging and both the water and mud course never fail to entertain. I loved going here and hope I'll go back soon. :)

Was a nice experience but really have taken away from it by removing the walks past the actually factory running. All very contained to videos and info boards. In the past you used to be able to see the factory operating through perspex/glass but this is no longer the case so my kids were disappointed they couldn't see the actual factory working
It is a really good place for children. 1 hour is enough to make them tired 😉 my both daughters really liked it. We have been to the one in Birmingham years ago as well. Both are perfect for children
We took our son for his 2nd birthday and his siblings aged 13 and friend aged 10, they all had a fantastic day. All of them had lots of fun but I would say that it is best suited to children 3-11 the most. They did all have a great time though.

I went back to Blackpool 10 years later, don't time fly. We went for a weekend and stayed in a "medieval castle which was a hotel. The hotel was cosy and the meals were excellent. The management were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend staying there especially having a room opersite the sea front. Thank you.
Me and my Family come here every year when we are camping in corfe castle, the lifeguards are amazing and so interactive, the staff are bubbly and friendly and don’t make you feel like a nuisance if you have an issue.

We always get food after as well and the burgers and chips are to die for!! We are usually disappointed by food at places like this but this place never lets us down, as well as a Cornish ice cream for pudding after!!

We always purchase the photos every year as well, the photographers always do such a good shop and they are such nice memories to look back on. Great value for money too if you buy them on the day.
Couldn’t recommend this place more!!
Mix reviews for me and my partner, we booked a 3 night stay, but to our suprise, we were taken back by the presentation at Wild West's room. We noticed it being a converted storage container with extortionate heat, damp smell, and average cleaning. The pictures looked deceiving with back windows not fully opening due to the shrubs. Basically, no views 'claustrophobic'. We decided to change to avoid any heat strokes indoors and chose to go to a mini lodge that was available. Looking good as you walk by but as we went in, cleaning was below average, a constant sewage smell passing from the toilet into the main room and the sink was out of service which left us washing our hands, face, brushing our teeth etc in the basin at the kitchen. The shower had no curtains, water was going everywhere. Around the bed floor, dirt/mould, dust,  very dirty to a point of neglect. However, the bedsheets were the ONLY part cleansed, which we slept through.
To more disappointment, most staff lacked customer service except reception and night staff. The others were all looking like they were not bothered. One in particular,'Chef' at the kitchen with an appauling attitude to a point, she made our appetite drop and get a refund during breakfast. Need training!
Our money difference was not reimbursed for the 'downgrade'. For what we paid, nowhere near for its worth but couldn't afford to spend more so we stayed for most of the day!

Positives:
The Guillvers restaurant is basic but does have Costa's coffee on site. Kids' movie night daily, play area, games area, paint/crafts room, and theme land next door.
The large lodges have lovely areas of walks amongst nature etc.

If you want a better tidy/clean stay as a couple or with family/kids with the theme park, be sure to book nothing less than the large lodges and not the mini shacks.
Check what days theme park is OPEN!
There is a Premier Inn Hotel across the resort. Reasonable rates and morning breakfast served at 9.99pp in front of Willen Lake/Park!

Willen Lake Park has 3 restaurants big Lake kids splash area electric bike hiring long walks to an interesting point of view.

We didn't have a good start due to staff but this place is potential on location etc and so many things to do!

I wanted to go on a ride.
People were friendly enough but the rides were ran by young people and their attitude seemed to be......if we dont know what to do just hide & say I dont know if thats allowed.

My normal experience on a fairground is that if there is a way to do it..I tell the staff what works for me as a disabled person and they trust me that if we do it that way everything will be fine.

Basically the wheelchair user needs to park up and go to the nearest seat to get on. Then they need the ride to be shunted around so when they get off they are as near to their wheelchair as possible. So rides that go round and round..its very easy to do this. If the wheelchair user is saying they can walk those few steps to that seat and having seen the ride in motion they feel it wont be too much....dont run away or chicken out. Let them go on the ride and do the shunt at the end. You will have made them have one of the greatest moments of their life. Please give them that moment. If there is a problem with your fears..then prepare a disaclaimer form and ask them to sign it. Then you can feel more confident to go ahead.
We were there just 2 days ago on an amazing sunny day. Wonderful entertainment place for children and a bit for adults. The place is filled with virtual and physically playing games and lotteries. It's more than a normal gaming arcade. I would suggest leaving your kids there with 10 pounds each and relaxing and enjoying your drinks just outside with a beach view. 🥂🍻. But this is a non-smoking area.
Enjoy the last sunny week of this year.

What a amazing day with the kids, even when we went in the school holidays it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, a lot of history to learn and see kids get to play with chocolate there is a ride to go on and a 4D show to see, to buy chocolate from the shop was cheap too.
There is a park for the kids to play at the end a-lot of picnic space great day out.
Absolutely amazing! The staff are amazing! My children enjoyed both courses so much! So much fun! I would definitely recommend it.
Always a good family day out and worth the money, especially with a free return visit (there are terms but still great value). If on a budget, take your own picnic, there is plenty of parking on site. Best get reasonably early and take tour first. This gives you time for food and other attractions later. Dinosaur trek was great, and kids love it (some exhibits need small TLC, but they are still marvelous). Sea Lion show well worth visiting. All around, there is lots to see and do enjoying a full day out at good value. Go to the website and look at the park map (menu , plan, park map) you can then plan your day to get the best out of your visit. We didn't really use rides, but they are great for young children and those young at heart.
I have visited many times over the years and still enjoy it each time.
If you want to waste your whole day queueing then this is the place to go to. Thank god we paid very little due to the discounts we got otherwise I would have walked out and asked for refund honestly takes 30min to 1h of queueing per ride we just gave up in the end. The 2 stars above are purely because on the day we went they decided to extend opening time by 1h which gave us the chance to go on few more rides otherwise 1 star is too much for this place nonetheless I do not recommend this place Of course people are still going to come here specially the British because they love paying money to queue but for me I’m OUT PERMANENTLY. Worst thing is a live walking distance from it so every time I go past it I’ll think about the 5h of my life I wasted queueing here which I’ll never get back and that hurts more than the money I spend. ADIOS
It’s an absolute gem for families with young children. We had an unforgettable visit filled with excitement and laughter. The park offers a wide variety of rides and activities that are perfect for kids, making it a delightful and reasonably priced day out. Spending the night in one of their themed cabins was a great choice for our trip, it added an extra layer of fun to our adventure. The entertainment provided was top-notch, and we were thoroughly entertained throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Gulliver's Land Theme Park exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to visit again.

Enjoyed my day at Cadbury World. Interesting history of the factory and company. Designed more for children but still enjoyable as an adult. Free bars of chocolate and some tasting near the end was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly too.
Not quite as well laid out as the Top Jump in MK but equal distance for us so tried this one. The under 4's area is great. Over 4's zone doesn't quite live up to the other options locally so we won't be back but lovely staff and had a good hour of exercise.
Great fun with the kids. They loved the mud run and I was jealous as hell wat hung them on the water park from the banks!
We have been here a few times before but this year we noticed that a few changes have been made. You have to collect your wetsuits then walk down to the briefing area before entering the water. You get 30 minutes on one piece of floating apparatus and then 30 minutes on the other.
It is well organised and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a great place to burn off steam and afterwards you will certainly sleep well as it is very tiring after an hour of clambering around in and out of the water.
You can hire wetsuits which we have done, we have also worn our own, but this year it was hot and we went in wearing shorts and t shirts. You can wear rubber swim shoes or buy grippy socks for £2.50. The socks are a good buy as they are very very grippy and also they wash up well.

Good few hours,
We tasted chocolate, had a play with the chocolate, did the ride, 4d cinema, met a few characters, saw Freddie's magic show, It was a great day!
It's what you make of it. How they make it was very interesting and a great walk about. Outdoor playground for a dry day.
My 5 year old really enjoyed it.
Especially the shop at the end.

Rather boring trip. It reminds me of a museum but with very little to show. The kids enjoyed it, but it's not really worth it. The queues were rather long to enter and also long when you go on some car trip (the only thing I really enjoyed ha!) The play park area outside is fun (but you could get the same experience by taking them to a normal park?) Would I go again? Definitely not. Would I take the kids again? Definitely not.... you'd think the shop at the end where you can buy chocolates would be cheaper than the supermarkets as they cut out the middle man? But nope, it's the same price? Surely they could cut their profit margin?

The tour was great. It's better to buy tickets online because you move faster than hen you have tickets and I think they sell out at the venue. I do know for sure that first preference was given to ticket holders. The little train ride was great because the whole tunnel is tastefully theme designed and there are lots of characters children and adults can recognize from books. The only wait is on the lines going to the different departments, but they move fast.
We had great day here with our 2 years old toddler, it was certainly the best day of our kiddo’s life as he explored many animals here first time. They offered everything here including rides, restaurants, cafes and shops. They have separate areas for penguins, aquarium, birds, reptiles and bugs which you can walk through. Anyway highly recommended place for family. They also got Safari lodges if you want to spend your days here with view of walking rhinos and elephants in front of your bedroom. ❤️
This is an excellent place to spend an entire day, or even several! Housing a drive through safari, with plenty of animals to see up close, a walk through zoo with many interesting exhibits and shows and a theme park, set among beautiful, tranquil scenery with plenty to entertain all ages.
There is plenty of dining opportunities and even some charming, safari themed holiday lodges. If you like nature, I highly recommend this place.
The only criticisms are that the safari, as enjoyable as it is, can get very busy and you may need to wait behind gates for some time. Patience is very much advised if looking to visit on busy days.
Also, I do feel the opening hours should be extended in the summer, as a visit in the evening would be a very enjoyable experience.
Otherwise, I would consider this among the best zoos in the UK. Definitely a place worth visiting.
Alittle nervous after reading negative reviews. But I had such a great day!! Prices much cheaper than merlin theme parks , not overly fancy but clean and just what you need for a nice day out. Smallish theme park, all rides next ti each other which is great don't have to walk around too much to get to the next ride, it was a Saturday in summer holidays and not much ques apart from the log flume. Nice grass areas and benches to have lunch, few soft plays dotted around. And most importantly FREE PARKING!!
My daughter went on a total of 10 rides.
We had a good day out with our grandson, aged 4. We ate at the Dino Diner, and the quality of food for a child was extremely good.
The walk around zoo was enjoyable, and we saw the Sea Lion show as well as all of the other exhibits. The drive through Safari Park had all of the bigger animals that were all on show with some great interactions with the safe ones...
The main downside of the day was a lack of signage upon arrival and lack of staff to ask for help from.
Other than that, we all had a great day, and I would recommend a visit.
Place is great fun and very well run.
Was my sons birthday and he and his friends had the best time.
Food and facilities were also great.
Will be coming back again this summer!
Positives were it was a fun and clean place. However the staff weren’t very helpful and I felt like they were avoiding me when I needed help. Also there was no option to pay via PayPal online, so there was a lot of inputting information.
Value for money, great for kids around 2-12.

Queues were no to bad on a summer holiday weekend.

Park itself is not huge, all rides very close together. Food court and slushies etc available.

Issue is cleanliness around rides/park, it really could do with a little TLC. It is not nice when waiting in queue and you have cobwebs touching your face.

The park could do with a revamp, looks a bit outdated.

Nevertheless the kids enjoyed it, and it’s great value for money.
The staff were super friendly and welcoming. They made our family experience great.
The bouncy area was also well arranged and separate area for toddlers was well planned.
There wasn’t food being served at the time of our visit, however they explained why and offered us a choice of snacks instead.
Well priced and reasonable!
We will definitely come back again!
This is our second stay here and my god ! It was amazing they have entertainment for the children my two boys loved it, the restaurant on site the food isn't great BUT the staff are wonderful and accommodating they was super friendly with my two boys who love to chat to people!! There was a lovely lady doing the disco who again had the patience of a saint !
I had a issue with the room I was given ( no issue of the resort I booked a room that was to small) without a blink of an eye the resolved it in less than 60 seconds !
The boys can't wait to return and neither can I!!!
Highly recommend!

My first visit to a pier was during a class trip to Brighton Pier. Walking along the pier with classmates provided a neutral but pleasant experience. Exploring the area, trying the traditional food, and observing the surroundings offered a glimpse into the typical pier setting. Overall, it was an ordinary yet noteworthy introduction to the seaside pier environment

We love it! A great selection of rides and the staff were fabulous. We particularly loved riding the sky coaster!
Took my wife 10 8 and 6 year old and they loved it! Even my wife who isn't really into this type of thing.
The kit was comfy and kept us warm. OK changing facilities. But the inflatables were great for 7+ year olds. They were tricky for a 6 year old. But just meant I stayed close to him, which was super fun.
Life guards were really good communicators and did great briefings and fun support during the event.
Felt really safe secure and fun.
1 hour seemed short, but I was toast after 50 minutes so perfect timing.
Kids are really keen to go again.
Thanks guys.

Excellent service. From the first phone call until the entire day booking was done, everything was faultless. If you want an efficient, hassle free service I would highly recommend ST14 station taxis.
This taxi firm is exelent and punctual. All ways on time.
Energetic excitement and fun! Prepare to bring the stamina! Definitely plan not to eat at least 30 mins before and bring lots of water! They have a cafe with things but best not to eat before! An hour is good. Definitely check them out!

Ridiculous prices! £22 when another taxi service does the same trip for £12. Money grabbers and never have a set price. Unfortunate how this company is going downhill, especially because of rude treatment to customers!

Great night in Blackpool on central Pier. Amusement arcades, rides, shooting range challenges, food drink, rock, sugar dummies, mystic tarot readers, Teddy bears, hook a duck, bars, bungi ball, virtual reality centre and a ride on the crazy roller coaster at the end of the pier to end the nights events on a brightly lit pier sitting above and over Blackpools sand and sea! SEAGULL BEWARE ALERT IF EATING WHILST WALKING!!! swoop and grabs are frequent so be on your guard!

Very good place to visit. You need a revisit if you came to Blackpool with getting to Adrenaline Zone. Not for the fainthearted.
Took pre booking for a few trips back from our wedding to hotels for guests- turned up on time, called to say he was here, 10 out of 10 👍
Tooooooo much fun! Thankfully my kids had half term a week before those in Birmingham area so we were lucky to get a early slot at Inflata Nation. This place is excellent value for money. You might be thinking to yourself, "Maybe an hour is too short...maybe it's not great value for money..." guess what, you would be wrong. An hour is plenty to give yourself a hernia and heart palpitations for the next year. After 15 minutes in this place, I felt like the big bad wolf, huffing and puffing trying to blow the house down! But joking aside, the entire family loved this so much, it was really an amazing treat, the area is so large and there is so much to do. Adults and children alike will enjoy this place immensely.

Brilliant themed area! Loads of rides and things to see. I would say it is one of the best themed areas in the UK!

Good area, good scenery and amazing rides! 🤩
Excellent place to wear the kids out but don't go on a hot day and sit upstairs. Over all very good value for money and the kids do love it. We go back again and again. Thanks for a great experience every time.

0 stars for this company. They drove me to HMP DOVEGATE, and the driver asked me whether I needed them to pick me up, I said no due to me not knowing what time I was going to need to taxi. I very clearly said no. However, they took it upon themselves to sit right outside where they dropped me and wait for me because they knew what time visits finished. I think that is extremely creepy and weird, and after I said no extremely forceful. The same driver came and said you ordered a taxi, and I said no I didn’t and he said that I did but I clearly stated I didn’t. Twenty minutes pass and the company call me and begin to talk to me disrespectfully and tell me they won’t be booking any more cabs for me, as ‘ I made them wait for 30 minutes’. Extremely unprofessional DO NOT RECOMMEND.
