Lovely people, really helpful and knowledgeable, we purchased a mattress which was one of the medium range unfortunately we had to spend £70 to replace it, on choosing what we thought was a higher quality mattress to replace it. It turned out to be one of the most uncomfortable mattresses we have ever slept 😴 on, I can hardly move in the morning due to back pain. I guess we were just unlucky. But the staff are very polite and helpful, very good customer service. Many thanks to all the team at Dreams in Tunbridge Wells.

Really great experience. Alex the sales rep was brilliant. Gave us lots of information and it didn’t feel like we were being sold to.
The delivery service I have received has really put me off using bensons again. Pedestrianised town centre living is becoming the norm and your delivery teams should be aware, capable and not causing unnecessary stress to your customers. It’s a real shame as Ian in the store was an absolute delight and I enjoying going through the buying journey with him.

We were highly delighted with our visit to Dreams. Using the machine to check out which mattress would be suitable for us was a new experience, but it worked and we were able to buy with confidence. The staff member was friendly, patient and helpful.
Great customer service, call an hour before delivery, delivery slot a few days in advance of delivery & delivery team delivered to my room of choice with a smile on their faces.

Would just like to thank Mick and Kelvin for a great delivery experience. They rang in advance and arrived with a smile. Even put on shoe protectors so as not to get our carpet dirty.
From visiting the Croydon showroom to try out the mattresses to getting the one we picked delivered, our experience was great. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and kept us well informed.

Went in the Tunbridge Wells branch today and was welcome by Mike who apologized and explained that the store was being renovated. He was extremely professional and sympathetic to my situation and has great knowledge of the products on offer, I recommend his services.
After being let down by an alternative company we decided to head to Dreams to get our new bed. From the minute we stepped into the store they were excellent, they listened to what we wanted, were respectful of our budget, and it genuinely felt like they were interested in helping us find the right fit not just upsell.
Further to this, the delivery and assembly was second to none. Professional, friendly delivery drivers who were in and out in a flash leaving a lovely assembled bed!
The quality of the product received is excellent and we are overall delighted.

From start to finish, my experience with Bensons for Beds has been fantastic. Showroom staff were helpful and made purchasing our product easy and stress free. The delivery was stress free, the drivers, Mick and Kelvin were polite, courteous and went above and beyond. A credit to Bensons for Beds!

Benson for Beds is a light airy shop with plenty of stock but also plenty of room to walk around. Their staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and explain any questions I had. It is a relaxed atmosphere and I had plenty of time to try out the beds

We were greeted and offered a drink when we arrived in store, we used the bed scanner which was fascinating then a member of staff helped us choose a mattress, he was polite, informative and answered all our questions, the ordering and payment process was quick and efficient, all in all a great experience.
Used Snugworld on Portwood Street again last week it is one of my go to places. Always very good reliable service and fair prices. Delivery was quick and efficient as always. Definitely worth a try.
Fantastic service all round,shop experience was great with amazing discounts. Mattress was delivered today by Ross and Ibraham on time and on the promised day. They took it to the bedroom, took the old one away and all the packing too. Also I suffered a broken leg in October and still in recovery but Ross done the same exactly the year before with the same operation as I had and really reassured me I would make a full recovery, what a top bloke.

Went in, looked at beds, bought a bed - all very straight forward and easy to do. Staff are very helpful and friendly without being too sales-y. A better experience going in store than online where some pricing options were not entirely clear - in store was able to clarify the whole experience.
I saw a lovely bed just right for me ordered paid delivery day waited nothing rang nit on for delivery Monday rang Ahmed nit happy as I had just moved and and had nothing to sleep on next delivery it arrived best night sleep for a long time thankyou to Ahmed and the delivery team

Went in with a vague budget for a mattress but no idea what style or firmness we wanted. Alex helped us use the sleep machine and walked us around some to try based on those findings. He wasn’t at all pushy and actually helped us pick a really cost effective option instead of the most expensive. He gave us plenty of time to think it over and we’re so glad he found us when we walked in the shop. Would really recommend and very grateful to Alex for his help.
Really good experience, due to the knowledge and service of the staff!! Especially Liz, who showed us a demonstration on a computerised machine to tell us which mattress that suited us, as well as offering us drinks!! Nobody was pushy, just informative and helpful!! In the end we bought 3 beds at a reasonable price!!! We recommend a visit to Dreams to anybody!! 🙂

I had a friend who could put it together, it was a big job, took an hour, so unless you have power tools and the know how I'd recommend paying to have it put together.
The guys who came to drop it off phoned with the time slot, were prompt, very friendly and quick and wiped their feet before going upstairs.
Outstanding service from every member of staff and a really lovely bed. I couldnt be happier.

Initially they were very willing to help when making the sale, turns out we were ill advised. When asked for a refund we were told there’s a fee for that, but given our reasons they would take it off, except they couldn’t on the store system, we’d have to ask customer services. Customer services on the phone say they can’t, we have to ask the store. No one taking responsibility for what we were told claiming it’s the system, no it’s policy, cs can do it, no, store can do it. An absolute waste of time and still not had a resolution after staff have made all the blunders.
Wonderful service today from Natalie who explained everything about choosing our new mattress natalie was so helpful and it was great having the technology to assist us in what type of mattress we needed there was no pressure selling and we are looking forward to delivery of our new mattress we also purchased new pillows and mattress protector again the selection was excellent and Natalie's product knowledge was fantastic 10/10 for service and will recommend your stockport store to friends and family
Having bought our previous mattress from Dreams we thought we would go back to explore the range now available. Good decision. Excellent customer service from start to finish. How refreshing to walk into a shop and have a sales assistant approach us to ask if we need any guidance. No hiding behind the display cabinet at Dreams Tunbridge Wells. Our assistant, Melissa, was very knowledgeable, certainly knew her product and was professional throughout. Courteous and helpful and gave us plenty of time to mull over our options. We even used the Dreams Sleepmatch machine which was quite impressive. Definitely recommend considering this company if looking for new mattress

Would have given 3 but we had fun going round! App is frustrating and quite useless! We scanned our stuff thinking it would be a quick checkout but still had to queue 30mins, almost missing out on hotdogs!! Luckily we made it just in time! 😅 clean, tidy, followed the arrows and as usual didn't give ourselves enough time so had to rush through the last few sections.....not ikeas fault of course. Would probably give 5 if they had reinstated the pencils, my battery nearly died trying to navigate the bloody app 🙄

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, we were recommended a range of mattresses after using a matching machine. A woman showed us to each of the mattresses and explained the specs, she was really helpful and went the extra mile. We left and ordered the mattress she recommended later that night. Great service!

Fantastic service from Adam and the team. Left to try all the mattresses after trying out the simulator. My husband and I required a firm mattress. I like IKEA too much. Just walking around and dream. Then have a nice dish in the restaurant. They keep it simple and this is why I like it very much. Coffee is delicious, once you paid for the cup or the glass, you can fill it as many times as just you want.

Ordered a memory foam mattress from Wowcher and what was delivered was the cheapest sprung mattress I've ever felt. Months of emails back and forward to get a refund then to be told to dispose of the mattress myself. 2 days later a courier turned up to collect it. Scammers and horrifically disorganised.

Absolutely fantastic service from Tom. We bought a high quality base, mattress and headboard at a really good price. Communication throughout was exceptional, delivery efficient, just can’t recommend highly enough. It is very rare these days to experience great quality, price and customer service all in one, but this is exactly what you get here. I’m really critical but couldn’t find any fault at all. Will definitely be getting all future beds and mattresses from here and have already told some of my friends. Thank you!
Do not buy from this company. I bought a 'memory foam' mattress through wowcher from this disgraceful set up. It was a cheap sprung mattress, only fit for a small child.

Ordered mattress of wowcher. Stating normal retail price of 999.99. I wouldn't give them 99p for the mattress I got. Advertised as gel memory foam mattress. It's a knock off coil sprung mattress. Stay well clear of this company. False advertising is their remit.

Wrong mattress sent and I keep getting told that the spring mattress that has arrived is the same memory foam mattress I ordered.

Just got a brand new double mattress in today and couldn't help but write a positive review. We opted for the Orthopaedic mattress with a memory foam layer on top this time.
The mattress itself feels amazing. Loving the firmness. I don't feel like I'm sinking in and the springs are holding up my bodyweight perfectly (even on the edges). The Carpetright team, ably led by Terry, were thoroughly professional from start to finish and provided great service, a quality product and fitted it brilliantly, all for a very decent price. The runners were whipped at Harrisons (big thank you to them too). The woollen carpet from Ulster is superb quality and we are very very happy with it. We heartily recommend this Carpetright in Stoke. They have a tremendous range of carpets, runners, laminates and also bedroom furniture too. Go there first. You won’t be disappointed!
One of the rudest and most unprofessional business owner I've ever dealt with, calling me a C*** after he sold the sofa I reserved over the weekend and I confronted him with the communication we had in writing. Avoid, spend your money supporting small businesses that treat the customers fairly and in a professional manner.

"Adrian is a very nasty person, he insulted my wife after she phoned up to complain about items not received. He is a very rude man who needs to pull his manner's from out of the gutter."

Recently purchased an under the counter fridge did not even know about this jem of a place
The young Man Tom just left us to it to look no pressure was pulling out salad draws looking at the stats. He said take off the cellophane if you want a good look which we did and after about half an hour we had chosen a fridge master which was delivered the next day. The packing case on it looked perfect but when we opened it there was a dent on the front so I phoned the delivery man who was so apologetic and back within ten minutes with a perfect replacement! That's what I call great customer service really pleased with the product and fifty pounds cheaper than similar items available in Stockport so if you are looking for electrical items give them a look! Thanks Tom!

I phoned on a Monday to order a low bed base, it was delivered and put together on the Friday. The old bed base was taken away, excellent customer service and I will use again and recommend to anyone

Amazing experience with this company and my bed is of an unbelievable quality. They manufactured my bed bespoke to exactly how I wanted it and it couldn’t be more perfect, I’m in love! What a great shopping experience. From the moment we walked into the shop until the carpet fitter left our house after fitting the carpet we were entirely satisfied with the service we received. David, the salesman, was brilliant and patient even when we changed our minds a couple of times and when the credit card didn't work. The estimator was quietly efficient and the fitter did a brilliant job and made sure that the carpet was installed to our satisfaction. Very happy. Oh and the price was good as well.

Andrew knows his business and offers great value for money, I wouldn't go anywhere else for beds etc. His prices cut out the big prices fancy shops charge because of silly overheads and advertising. Its a no brainer go to Stockport Bedding , you won't regret it
Really happy with the friendliness and speed at which the mattresses were delivered. Also impressed with their knowledge of what size and spring technology I would need for use in my electric bed. When I went to Dreams around the corner they didn’t seem to have a clue.
Good place for decent appliances. Person selling them is a good man. They come with waranty just may be not boxed( no hassle of opening one). Are brand new. Also furniture and matresses available.
