False advertising staff member refused to open the door at 23:45pm when its clearly says open til midnight.
Incredibly rude staff at the self serve. The scan & go was not working. Forced to scan at the end. When I asked for help, the assistant was so rude. Thought they were there to help. Never goi g to that Tesco again!!!
Terribly understaffed, just spent 10 minutes waiting at the self checkout because they dont understand mobile coupons mean you have no physical coupon to put in the machine. One member of staff in the shop until and he was behind the till completely swamped so he couldnt help.

Usually, staff are friendly but a guy who was working there today decided to be rude and give attitude because he mumbled and didn't speak up as he chose to block the self-checkout with a shelf so you had to walk around which is pointless, and will confuse people making them think they have to wait in the queue which is to be served by staff.

Its a generic Tesco Express. Its handy for Foregate Street railway station. The staff could be more engaged...
I only use the petrol station it's quite adequate.
Good for most grocery shopping. My only complaint was that they didn't stock their own brand of Assam loose leaf tea when I called in.🥺

Always queues at the checkout only one self-service till for cash. Never enough staff.
Came in on Saturday , i’m new to the area and wasn’t familiar with the layout of the store . I was lost and i couldn’t find the laundry detergent i wanted so asked this lovely young woman who i believe her name was Milly and she helped me with a smile on her face . Fantastic service

I was in earlier was getting sandwiche and chocolate and a bottle of milk but I only had £5 in cash because I drop my purse in town have to cancel both of my card I wan a say thank you for security and a lovely lady for helping me on of shorten of cash and they let me ago I am so happy thank you
Absolutely shocking management 10.15pm no management available as she's hiding from customers. Finally makes an appearance and behold a proper jobsworth, blaming her staff for her mistakes. Rude and unfriendly and frankly crappie person who isn't fit manage a pissup at a brewery. Will be escalating further until she is no longer a management level employee.
Following frustrating use of Tesco Mobile app regarding a faulty sim ,attended this store today and was dealt with by Emily.
Emily can only be described as fantastic,she went the extra mile to resolve mu issues.

Always use Tescos for most of our food shops. Everytime we've been its been clean, tidy and helpful staff.
This store is dirty always I go here now and again for years always dirty so I don’t do my big shop even though it’s near to my house I go out of the way to knockbreda
Shambles, queues are always huge you can never just call in quickly, never been in another Tesco where they just watch the queues build up as bad as Iv seen it here
The store was more useful for me when it used to be 24 hour — but the stock is fairly decent. Also the staff have either been quite lovely or quite rude… concerning all of my supermarket shopping, this store has probably had the rudest interactions I’ve had. I remember a lady with glasses coming to clear an age-restricted item for me, and she randomly said “you’re welcome” when I hadn’t said anything then stormed off onto the next person. Strange — but as a reliable store, it doesn’t deserve a lower rating than three stars
It must be a requirement in this Tesco that if you apply for a job you have to be rude and unhelpful. I constantly get ignored by staff in this place
A good range of products. Some price matching going on , but always check price per 100g etc as some 'deals' can be misleading.
Lovely Tescos, plenty of produce and items. Staff very friendly. Car parking is easy and assessable.
Free parking with plenty of space, and being a Tesco extra it has more stock and selection than a normal Tesco, toilets are at the back of the store on 1st floor near the cafe.
Harassment at the door. Disgusting they allow sales people at the front of their store. Literally chasing after people to say "you look friendly", "quick question for you" completely disregarding customers replying with "no thanks" or "I'm busy". I saw this happening to many different customers in a row. What a nightmare for customers with social anxiety. Is a put off. There is a time and a place for sales.

Staff are amazing. All the shelf fillers are amazing. The check outs are amazing, also went to the cafe upstairs and I did find staff to be very friendly and helpful willing to go extra to make sure you comfortable and got everything you need.
I go in the Tesco's every day and today I walked in with produce from another store and store member accused me of stealing it's disgusting I will not be useing the store again that did not apologize or anything
What's the point of having every pump with a super unleaded nozzle if you never have super unleaded ?

Not a great Tesco. As it’s a bigger Tesco it’s expected they have plenty of stock and a huge choice of products but that doesn’t apply here. They only do for instance one brand of a product and 9 times out of 10 when we’re after something specific they don’t have it in stock so not good suppliers to this Tesco. Some staff here aren’t good at listening or guiding customers including the daughter of Michelle Lucking who worked here who pays no interest to help anyone at the store.
Great store, you can get most of the product in reasonable rates.

Very handy being rite nx to Foregate Street train station for picking up a snack if you are travelling somewhere
I went to pay at pump and it charged me £170 for £50 worth of fuel so contacted them and they have only put £70 back in and it’s been going on for 2 weeks
Decent selection of groceries however the queuing system is a major issue. Customers queued on long lines down the isles which makes it difficult to access certain shelves. Only ever seems to be 2-3 till staff with a lot of staff standing around chit chatting!
Seems to be more reliable when it comes to meal deal selection than the sister store in Market Sq. Bonus marks because they stock the chicken tikka and onion bhaji wrap which is S tier meal deal fodder. Usually quiet at lunch time so a quick in and out job.
I would go down to Tesco Superstore on a daily basis to do my shopping. Staff are very helpful & friendly & will give assistance if there’s anything I need help with. They also have a system, where you can use a machine that reads the bar code of the item that you have picked & then you can use contactless pay as well as cash. Tesco Superstore is well worth a visit for almost anything you require. Stephen Acton.
At 11:54 tonight despite being open until 12 I was refused cigarettes. Not impressed .. apparently the lights go off and key cupboards lock at 11:58 .. I doubt that very much . There were 7 staff chatting in a huddle and several frowned sorry faces at me . I’m no Karen and don’t complain much but I really hate when the team decide to close early because they can . Opening time is until midnight not 11:54 😣
I've been going to this Tesco every single week. I'm a regular customers and all of the employees knows me. A lot of employees are friendly and really helpful but the security guards doesn't like me for no reason. I haven't done nothing for wrong I normally come in and pay then leave. He accused me multiple of time for theft even I always have proof payment went through. He clearly has shown me he doesn't like me by showing anger and getting annoyed even I haven't said a world to him
I use to visit this Tesco atleast 4-5 days a week as I love their service but when the security guard has shown his hate to me I started coming less an less. If this keeps happening I might have to move my business to somewhere else.

5 years ago I worked there in 2018 and I was wrongfully sacked, they are miserable staff and I only lasted 3 months there because I was most popular guy w/ customers and good at my job, so they got jealous. Recently end of december 2022 they ghosted me from a job Interview setup though the jobcenter, kept me waiting for 40 minutes over schedule as I timed it. What a joke of a place, I vowed never to set foot in there ever again and I'm so glad I kept my promise to myself. Antonio lied saying he was "doing my job for me" and Richard lied saying I was "scared of shoplifters" I left there and went on to find a better job that paid more, so obviously I am too good to set foot in there, if I do... Then feel free to go pick up a local copy of the Worcester News and I'll tell you all about it. I have blacklisted them from my shopping experience. Good riddance. Shame as I am a fan of Tesco, but Foregate Street Express is rotten to the core. In about 2040 we should see full staff replacement, hopefully.
Friendly staff good store layout isles clearly. Located on the high street. Taxi rank across the road. Bus station down the road that runs along side McDonald's.
Just tried to do our Christmas fresh food shopping where to begin. The vegetable isle was a poor show the bags of sprouts didn’t look very fresh and were that small by the time you’d topped them there’d be nothing left to cook, very disappointing. No broccoli just bags of trimmed steamed broccoli. As for what was left looked like it had been there all week brown and wilted. Moving on to the meats there was more out of date stuff on the shelves than stuff with at least a 2 day life span. In the end we Abandoned our trolley and made our way to Aldi where we got everything we needed and at half the price & fresher. Safe to say we won’t be shopping at Tesco’s again 👎
Dear Tescos Radwinter road, I've just completed the dreaded Christmas shop and what a great experience it was . Congratulations to whoever decided to staff the extra self service tills and to manage the queues through them ...all I needed to do was pack ! Thank you for taking some of the stress out of Christmas. .merry Christmas to all the staff rgds
Took the breakfast at £4.95 no eggs so 1 extra rasher bacon add 1 Americana cost £7.65? The meal arrived quickly but was luke warm. On the whole dissapointing.
As you’d expect, quite a limited range available. The big let-down for this store is the irresponsible parking that blocks the junction.

This store is closed at 21.12 despite being advertised as open till midnight online and at the store. Was not the only person who came to use the store. Staff saw us waiting and then ignored when asked about opening times and pretended to not understand. Very bizarre and rude behavior.

Pope's in to get a few things as we had a holiday cottage nearby. Was looking for paracetamol and was obviously looking lost when a young lad came and asked me if he could help. I said yes he pointed to the correct aisle. Not sure if he was on shift or not as he had a back pack on over his uniform. A very well trained staff member I must say.
The forecourt was covered in spilt diesel...I told the guy behind the counter and he just shrugged his shoulders....not good customer service....won't be going back there!!!!
Very impressed with the store manager and staff who were so helpful today in looking for a trolley that my mother in law with dementia had misplaced. They really could not have been kinder or more helpful. I am so grateful to them.
I only used Cafe upstairs and yes I had to wait a bit for my breakfast and Avocado on toast but that's ok as the food was delicious and the avocado on toast... well I will just add the picture . I did find staff to be very friendly and helpful willing to go extra to make sure you comfortable and got everything you need.

What is it with your staff closing the store at 10? I spilt my new born baby’s formulation milk powerder around 9:50pm, got to this store at 10:12pm and it’s closed? I tried going there last night at 10pm aswell to get dinner and yet again it’s closed!!! It’s closing hours are 11? Skipping and hour off of work each night, this needs to change! Disgraceful
Decent for shopping. Only thing I didn't like is that I was around the store and was in the fridge and asked by the guy doing the cleaning to move out the way so he could continue cleaning. I don't think that's good customer service.
This was my first time visiting this branch of Tesco. The road layout going into the store is a bit confusing if you aren't a local as all the road markings have eroded. The store itself is a bit dated, but did have plenty of the usual Tesco stock on hand at fair prices. Staff seemed friendly and there would appear to be some renovations going on. Simply marking down as the store is dated and the car park.

If Morrison location is the Mecca of peasants in the area Tesco is the Mecca for criminal behaviour. I go once a year to get a certain flavour of curry powder no other supermarket has however every time and I mean every time there are police outside dealing with fights, shoplifting or unsocial behaviour and the customers are mainly hoodies. However the staff are friendly hence 2 stars however no large shop or your car will not be there on return or on bricks. Car park also tiny.
Checkout woman rather rude. Polite to customers before myself who didn't say please or thank you, then abrupt & unpleasant to myself, a person brought up with manners who does say please & thank you. Then checkout woman was very polite to customer after me.
Manners are not an optional extra when working directly with customers, unless a customer is themself rude, there's no excuse for unpleasantness. Particularly when one demonstrates the ability to show respect when one feels so inclined.
Store layout is also rather confusing. T'was better ten or so years ago. But I guess times change, layouts change and treatment of selected money paying customers also change.
The latter demonstrates poor form & substandard customer service. I guess Tesco feel they can afford to alienate customers otherwise they'd select & train staff more considerately. Good manners cost nothing, bad manners cost business.

Very slow staff, took 6 minute to autherise fuel, had to go inside to tell them to turn the pump on! Is that not there job? Need new staff not 3 chin wagers, that make you feel like your a hassle for keeping them in a job.
When my Dad went in, the guys were talking in a foreign launguage and he asked to pay for fuel first then his items but the guy didn't listen. He then scanned his clubcard and the guy said "To late". Then my dad asked for a receipt and then he finally got the points. Make sure you pay for fuel first.
Easy to park, easy accessable store, staff not great, convenient at the time, but known for being expensive, also stupid tesco club card prices, prices should be the same whether you have a card or not, very confusing and unfare
I took fuel and a pack of cigarettes i paid but the payment void for some reason the guys on the till just snatched the cigarettes from my hand rudely as if i will runaway with it but i was standing there.it was pretty disrespectful I showed him payment is done from my bank he said nothing and left to serve other people.No one deserves to be treated like this and from a big company like Tesco this type of behaviour towards customer is pretty disappointing.

Why do the self service not accept cash any more? It hard enough if the manned tills are only covered by 1 member of staff and every one is queue to use that 1 till.
Handy store for emergency supplies... Costs are high compared to One Stop just across the road.. Can be overcrowded by people who cannot park their cars so they block the entrance and park on double yellows. Friendly staff.
Tesco Express is a good alternative for shopping wen you go to work. Nice place ☺️ nice people.
Waited in the queue for 10 minutes whilst cashier chats to another colleague whos leavong about her holiday, i counted 8 people in the queue, no bell ring. Poor service, I dont have time for it.

Was just served by a very rude man. He was very polite and friendly towards the woman before me. Even asked if she would like a bag, when he served me though said the absolute bare minimum and didnt even bother telling me the total. I was under the impression employees serving people were meant to have people skills.
Just been here for petrol on the way to work, don’t ,t open till dead on 6am which is fine, but staff (two women) look at you like your ruining their day by being there, very rude. If you don’t ,t want to be in a job involving customer service, then don,t work there, plenty of people willing to step in your shoes. A Smile goes a long way and guess what it is free costs nothing yeeeah.

Really good fuel quality bring my BM here as it seems to run so well on the fuel, slightly more expensive but worth the money especially the supreme unleaded out of the peal holiday seasons. Well stocked for what it is. Staff are friendly but a bit slow.
The refrigerators doors in this branch are not repaired or maintained and are often open exposing the cold and frozen food to bacteria and defrost. The hygiene throughout the shop seems to be appalling and the selection of products is small and very poor! A section which seems to be overly stocked is the wine and spirits aisle that it is not use to you if you are there just to buy food and groceries!After two or three visits it was time to give it a miss as the large Tesco is not too far away.

Huge Tesco store with cafe on the mezzanine level. More choice than most other Tesco store's. Plenty of checkouts open with cashiers which was great. Customer service desk staff were really good and went out of their way to assist with a hat lost while shopping in the store.

The staff are mainly polite but I dont like Tesco as a company as they make as much profit as they can out of people and when they reduce stuff near the sell by date it is by 10% or so which is an insult. They do not look after their customers well and why cant they reduce prices of older food by at least 50%. It would save throwing away food and Tesco doesnt even give old food to the foodbanks but sainsbury does and has better quality food.

Just your average store with the everyday basics. The location is useful and the opening hours even more useful. Never seen the place looking anything other than clean and tidy, unlike what some reviews have stated. Queues for the cashiers seem to confuse shoppers as some lines are self checked. It leads to what looks like people jumping the queue. These tills cost it the 5th star and don't appear to be necessary in a store of this size.
Ridiculously slow service. The checkout staff don't have a morsel of urgency between them. The most common sight is a queue of 6-7 customers waiting to be served, and usually the checkout staff casually chatting while they slowly scan.
Has mouldy fruit milk close to sell by date along with cold meats and must have the worst selection of food ever!

Very good and well stocked up. The problem I had was the costumers leave all the fridges doors half open I spoke to the security he was very pleasant man he said people just don’t care, like that the fridges use twice as much energy and the dust from outside gets in side the fridges.

Went there this morning around 9.45am and was served by a very helpful lady on the till. She let me borrow a pen to write a card and was very chatty and pleasant. Always good to give credit where it’s due
Rubbish and rude staff and they can't add up and short change you!!!! One young lady staff member is absolutely rubbish and rude unpleasant shopping in there staff can be too friendly you go to shop not have a full blown conversation and wait in a line while the person on till discusses there life with a customer
The new phone number is useless, no one ever answers.
Lots of Items are a little more expensive then normal tesco, some like ice cubes are £1 for a small bag, where as normal tesco are £1 for a big bag, other items are same as tesco like fizzy drink offers.
Being 24/7, means is a god send, like Christmas eve 7:30pm and you have no ice, yeah that was me, 2015.
