2 hour procedure under GA and overnight stay. Excellent care by all staff from the nurses who looked after me during day and night as well as all the team who operate, including prep and post. Only downside is the car park which is very limited. Would happily have another procedure here based on this care.

Good luck trying to get an appointment. I’ve wasted nearly two weeks of my time being passed around (4 calls with the contact centre who offered an appointment when I told them I’d be on holiday). Looks like the earliest I might see someone is mid May or June. I was treated at the Manor 15 years ago and it was brilliant. A shame the administration is so poor.
Doctors are good. Reception on the phone is really bad. Don't know the answers. Transfer to another department, that department doesn't pick up, the line is cut off. What's the point is even calling?

I called this clinic because I was in need of an urgent appointment for a medical screening. I called them 7 times, managed to get passed around through several departments and after several minutes waiting what happened to me, every time, was that the call got disconnected. Like, who is handling this show? Why is it so bad?
Super pleased with the service. I had a foot surgery there and I was well looked after. The surgeon as well as the nurses were all friendly and professional and made me feel like I'm home. Thank you all.
I’m not sure the experience could have been any better. Nurse - Emma was amazing, Mr Porteus was amazing and all the staff. The 6’8 anaesthetist was calming, funny and made it feel like a breeze! A special experience.
I saw a Professor Middleton. To say we did not get on from the start is an understatement. I am retired and very comfortable off. He questioned why I was not still working!!

Professor Middleton Nuffield's photograph was taken I guess 35 years ago when he was 45.
Professor Middleton aligned my legs and feet on the examination coach then turned to me and stated "They all line up".
Just as Professor Middleton's back was to my feet my right foot twisted to the right. I pointed this fact out to him. He was not happy.

On finishing the examination Professor Middleton stated he would not operate on me as I had 9 operations 3 of them have gone wrong. I asked Professor Middleton how an inanimate piece of meat i.e. the patent can affect the outcome of the operation.

I attracted a few unskilled surgeons. The trouble with the NHS you can not choose your surgeon. Surgeons also lie about their competence when you go private.

Professor Middleton Should have been put out to grass long ago.

I took an older friend for a scan very good reception staff and very prompt on timeing from the doctors very happy
PAY THESE HOSPITAL WORKERS WHAT THEY DESERVE. THANK YOU BOURNEMOUTH HOSPITAL ❤️❤️❤️❤️
The receptionist is very welcoming. Mr McGovern is very and helpful and takes his time to chat to you. Thank you.
Incredible service 5 stars.
I am used to working in private hospitals & it was such a relief to visit a professional, high standard hospital with renowned expert specialists after having to deal with the nhs for 2 years through the pandemic. The peadiatrician we saw at The Nuffield knew more in 2 minutes than the nhs did in 2 years.
On this occasion we saw Dr Shortland who I can’t recommend highly enough! I didn’t even have to say anything Dr Shortland just knew from his expertise & wealth of knowledge. He is a true expert in his area & has made a real positive difference to my little boys health moving forward.
Nothing is more important than the health of yourself & your family. It really puts your mind at ease knowing you are dealing with someone that knows their stuff!! I would highly recommended this hospital & Dr Shortland
Thankyou
From initial referral right through to full knee replacement surgery by Mr Porteous & his team, every single member of staff from reception to ward staff were so helpful & professional. Communication throughout was excellent. I cannot find fault with anything or anybody,

UTTERLY DISAPPOINTING OVERALL SERVICE!
Had an MRI in 2021 (which was simply A NIGHTMARE going round circles to book appointment to start with). Ended up with a formal complaint due to extensive delay DUE TO “admin errors” - After a LOOONG and sinply unnecessary correspondence, string arguments and refusals to deal with my complaint, refusing to accept their mistakes, I finally managed to get a response with full acceptance of their mistakes, apologies and £100.00 “gesture of goodwill” (which since, was never paid out, despite replying to them and emailing them a couple of times, calling various dept(BTH calling AND managing to speak to ANYONE is yet another rabbit hole (that will rarely happen!!!! IF IT DOES you end up with London “overflow” team claiming all of their lines are very busy and they will take a message…- that happened EVERY TIME I FANG (15-20 occasions in total!) -

Summarising, they may have shorter waiting times for treatments (IF THEY GET APPOINTMENTS RIGHT that is🤯!)
BUT for the reasons above and the hassle to make contact with ANY departments or people within Spire, I think I’d never use their services.

IF you read this review you are probably here to check their “performance” and reliability— I ASSURE YOU, they are BOTH APPALLING and very overrated OVERALL SERVICE !!

Just seek (private!) treatment abroad - you’ll get exceptional overall service, they are very responsive and hand-on situation. Had several treatments abroad for various minor or major health matters. EVERY SI GLENONE WAS OUTSTANDING. And at least 1/2 of Spire’s Hospitals !!

IF I WERE YOU, I WOULD RETHINK MY OPTIONS !! Spire is just short of a mayhem of a well-advertised Business which appalling reliability and services overall (see proof attached!)
I paid for a health assessment and additional mammogram through my employer. I didn’t realise the mammogram part would be carried out by The Spire. I arrived 30mins before my mammogram, and it took 10 minutes to help point out my policy number to the receptionist, as she had a lot of trouble locating it where it was blatantly spelt out at the top of the referral letter. 40 mins later i had to ask how much longer it would be - only to find out the receptionist hadn’t notified anyone i was even here for my appointment! I was further frustrated a few weeks later to get an invoice in the post for my mammogram, and to have to spend time explaining it was already paid for through my workplace policy with the main health assessment provider. I was assured this would all be sorted. Today i get an email from the healthcare provider who carried out my health assessment, telling me my claim for ‘digestive symptom investigations’ isn’t covered by my one off health assessment, and can i pay The Spire £200. For god’s sake! How can The Spire get their patient admin wrong this many times, and in so many ways! It’s disgusting and i hate to think what complete rubbish is on my record with them, and which treatments/assessments they’ve added on there that i’ve never even had! Do not waste your money with them and avoid at all costs
Absolutely awful administration. I’m sure from other reviews their care can be good but if anything goes wrong be sure you will be the one dealing with the repercussions.

After one failed blood test they called us in for another, and once we got the results there was still things they failed to test. Worst of all they charged for BOTH tests and took the money automatically off our card despite us sending multiple emails and calling up multiple times over two months to try and sort their incredibly stressful (for us) errors.

Now we are out of pocket over £500 for a simple routine blood test that wasn’t even performed correctly. And we still call up to speak to people who have no clue, hand wave us off, talk like this is the first they are hearing of it.

We will be reporting this to the CQC. At least we didn’t use them for anything too serious or too expensive and we definitely won’t be in the future. There are so many other actually good private health care providers.

Had a colonoscopy at The Manor Hospital on 2nd January. I have never felt so comfortable and cared for! Every single member of staff I met from the nurses to the consultant were beyond lovely and sweet. I suffer with anxiety as do a lot of people, and to find people like this who put you at ease is wonderful. Couldn’t praise them enough. Didn’t think I’d be literally laughing my way through a colonoscopy but that’s where I ended up! 🤙🏼
Parking is terrible - this hospital has the most ridiculously narrow parking bays. There is no way to get out of your car other than climb out the boot if there are cars parked in the bays either side of you. I don’t have a particular big car either so if you drive a SUV forget it!
The actual consultants are wonderful but having used this hospital since the early 90's I have to say the administration is now pitiful! It takes ages to get an answer on the phone to query an invoice. They want email which they promise will be looked at 'within 7 days'!? Put through to the wrong extension. Then put through to customer services - answer phone. I'm just trying to pay a bill!!! It would be zero stars but the medical team there are wonderful.
Get more admin staff for goodness sake. You want people to pay you surely?

Outpatient bookings could not be worse. Impossible to get through to anyone. You wait on the phone and then they say everyone is busy and the line goes dead. I called my insurance company to keeping harassing them and eventually they called and said they would send a test kit in the post. They sent it through and there were no instructions on what to do with it or where to take it. Complete joke. It would be funny if I wasn't in pain waiting for treatment.

Parking can be a nightmare. Very tight, small car park.
Receptionist was nice and friendly.
Manor Hospital has the worst admin I have ever encountered. I tried to get a private MRI as my local hospital gave me a long wait and I am in pain. Manor Hospital completely failed to find the referral sent to them by a nearby hospital that they said they often have referrals from. They don't answer their phones at all. I can't comment on their clinical work as I never got that far. My advice is don't bother, find another hospital, it's not worth the agony.
Wasted time and money and incurred stress travelling for a cardiac referral only to be told exactly the same thing as told by the referring doctor and to come back days later for a test that I was led to believe would be carried out on the same day.

Would not recommend this facility if offered it as an option for a referral.
I suffer from acne/rosacea issues and so far my experience Jane Samson has been excellent - she has a professional, comforting manner and all my questions were answered.
I would say it is quite hard to get an appointment, and calling may be the best course of action. Last year I submitted a request via the online form on their website and didnt get a reply, but when I tried again this year I did get a reply - but had to wait for 3-4 months or so for an appointment.
Low rating, if you are Self-funded Outpatient. The hospital is superb in terms of efficiency and professionalism, BUT their fees are three times the fees of comparable clinics. If you can rely on private insurance, go ahead and get a consultation, if not please do research about prices before getting an appointment booked.
Been in twice in 2weeks l Can't fault the politeness from Receptionist lady Ella..? on front desk, Always cheerful friendly and very helpful thank you 5*+service. Thank you all at the centre.. 5*..if you speak respectful in life you will always recieved the same back treat others the way you want to be treated.. Thank you all poole Medical Centre.
Service all round was very good. Except there is no clarity about billing aspects. Will I get a bill? a receipt? Or are the charges deducted from my credit card? And if so, will I get confirmation anda receipt? None of this was made clear.
Felt valued and listened too. Full explanation of my options and gave me hope that my condition can be fixed. Mr David Bell is a wonderful consultant.
Have just had a minor procedure with Mr James Henderson. Have found the service from start to finish excellent. All the staff from receptionists to nurses were welcoming, friendly and helpful, and the procedure itself was carefully explained and delivered with care. Highly recommend Mr Henderson and the team at the Spire.
I can’t have asked for a better experience.
I went in for an initial consultation and was expecting a turnaround/wait of around a month for a surgery required post-consultation.
Dr Leslie was able to organise a same-day surgery for me which was fantastic, especially considering that my issue had been ongoing for a year (due to NHS being unable to operate for ‘necessity’ reasons).
The staff were also most helpful with assisting me with contacting my health insurance provider to speed up the claims processing, as this is usually a 4-day process. Roger was fantastic and is an asset to the team.
Miss Mohanna was brilliant and led me through the surgery in a professional and courteous manner.
A huge thank you to everyone!
Just returned home from Nuffield hospital Clifton having a hip procedure. From the first consultation to being discharged today Mr Schindler and the superb staff are wonderful. The care and kindness given is a credit to them all.
I attended HCA at The Shard last week and can say I was very impressed. On entering the building I was greeted and given directions to my appointment. Once at the reception area I met with a very pleasant receptionist who took my details. I took a seat and was then met by my consultant, Mr Tavakkolizadeh. During my consultation I received the greatest of care and understanding. Everything was clearly explained to me and I left feeling very optimistic.
I can just recommend this amazing hospital, which has got a full of best staff.
I had a hernia operation here. The staff is very nice, very helpful and made me feel very comfortable, the doctors and nurses are do everything to the patient safety, they do their work with the utmost expertise, precision and care, and the patient really comes first to them.
The only reason, why I am not write here anyone by name is that they ALL do their work with the maximal devotion to the patient.
I can just say a massive thank you to all the staff at the Nuffield Hospital the Chesterfield Bristol.
I had a consultation with Dr S. Mohamed was really pleased with the service I received, made me fill that everything I wanted was no problem. Staff when booking were excellent and spent time explaining what is involved and answering the many questions I had, which I never really got with other companies I had contacted.

Not had the operation yet, but if the standard stays consistent, then I will highly recommend.

Once you get past booking everything functions a lot better. Had my MRI and have been booked into surgery relatively quickly. The nurses are great.

Old review: Trying to get a price request for an MRI and surgery and heard nothing.

Called to try booking the MRI and was told they needed to go to bookings to check. No time frame whatsoever.

My consultant was great so I am seeing if he works for any other hospitals as I am fed up of waiting.

You would think private they would care for the money but obviously not.
Lovely people and very compassionate - would definitely recommend when needing a private room to fully rest and relax before a procedure

I can thoroughly & wholeheartedly recommend B'mouth Hospital's Heart Clinic as being so Professional & caring. My experience there could not have been bettered.
I cant believe with a bad rating no ones does anything to help the community.
I Had a health issue outside of the UK and i have to see a doctor in the Uk. Went to my GP and doctor told me to translate the document to ingles and also they couldn’t see the CD of my magnetic resonance imaging because they don't use CDs anymore. So I Informed them that my pills, giving by the country i was, was finishing and i had to see the specialist to help me. After i try to do my best translating the document and once again informing i had pills for 5 to 6 days the receptionist told me that i had to informed them earlier, when doctor told me the medicine was not the same in the UK. So yesterday 18/09/2023, i got mad because at 16:30 they did not send me or call me, and my pills run out today, i ask when to see the doctor, so the receptionist run say, i have you here to ask if its ok to come today 19/09 to see the doctor at 16:15, and i ask why they did not call me or send me a msg, and they answered saying they where about to do it, and that made my really upset because they where 3 chatting as always and no one was looking to the computer or about to send someone a msg.
So when i told them i was going to hospital telling what they do in the GP i go, they ask me if i still wanted to see the doctor, where i answer, do what you need to do its not my job, few minutes after i received a msg.
So just want to ask what they are doing there? All of them! Receptionist, nurses, doctors all.. its like this we have to deal every day for our health? Do anyone care about our health? Why we pay for something that we cant use? Or its our mission to help them! I can google it too, but its my health.
Really bad, before was rude people on the desk but the system still the same.
Such a shame really. 10 years on this country and i could say things about the weather or somethings else but no its our health that they dont care.
Really bad and who see this try a different GP seriously.
Have a ongoing health condition and was seen by DR Eddie whom may I say is one of the best doctors I’ve seen in the last 40 years a very caring and compassionate Doctor appointment was not rushed by Dr Eddie and has now referred me to a consultant specialist a true credit to the NHS once again many thanks
Mr Arun Sahai is the best medical professional I have ever had the pleasure to be treated by. His expertise and professionalism is unrivalled. His secretary Jeanette Bush cannot do more for his patients, her response times are amazing and all the help and assistance she offers is fantastic. Desire the anaesthetist for both of my surgeries was also fantastic, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed at such an anxious time. Larissa the physical I saw for 3 sessions also explained and gave me so much understanding and is so knowledgable and helped me with things that is didn’t even realise were related or a problem. Every test that was carried out no matter how uncomfortable, I was treated with the upmost respect and made to feel as comfortable and reassured as I possibly could be. After my procedure learning about the divorce fitted was so smooth as Rebecca explained everything perfectly. Not only to myself but to my boyfriend who was with me. The level of experience and reassurance and confidence I was given from this entire experience is unbelievable. Considering this was for a troubling medical issue that made all parts of my life so difficult and such a struggle I cannot be happier with the outcome and that is due to everyone i encountered. I cannot thank everyone enough and show my appreciation. The issue I had, I had minimal confidence it could be helped and I would be stuck with it and thanks to Mr Sahai and all his team I have had a 100% success, I couldn’t have asked for more.
I would recommend this hospital higher if I could. From dealings with Mr Whitworth, my surgeon who was always professional and showed great care before and after surgery, what a great gentleman, to the dedicated nurses and staff members who were always very caring friendly and attentive to everything. Thank you
The service I got from Nuffield Bournemouth was par excellence- from the minute I got admitted for a day surgical procedure till discharge around 9pm, the service was top notch. The quality of food was excellent. Highly recommend.

Just been in today for a procedure and i must say what fantastic staff they have in this ward . Although i wouldn’t like to say it wasn’t an enjoyable experience obviously but the whole team were pleasant . The two people that looked after me at the ward were Immanuel and Lovella thank you guys xx Obviously thanks to Dr Tawal and his team in surgery x
I was a bit worried about going here after reading the negative reviews but I needn't have been!

Reception desks were friendly, helpful and polite. I had completed the pre registration online and didn't need to re do this as some people have stated, for me the process was very smooth and efficient.

I arrived early for my appointment and I was actually seen way ahead of schedule so there was zero wait time.

Dr. Tabi Leslie was extremely reassuring, knowledgeable and thorough. She even called the office for the next consultant she recommended as a follow up there and then during my appointment. I didn't feel rushed or dismissed and she answered any of my questions in clear terms without any medical jargon.

For my visit there was nothing that could be improved! Thank you
Having had hip replacement surgery at the Nuffield Hospital on 14th June, 2023 led by Niall Sullivan and his surgical team, can you please pass on my thanks for the professional friendly care I received during my stay. From the friendly caretaker who opened the building to let us in on our early arrival; the cleaning team who do an excellent job; the first-class catering and food service and of course the nursing team. This excellent care has had an impact on my recovery which is going well. My experience at this hospital is 5 star all the way. Many thanks again, John Clark
Absolutely disgusting service, called on behalf of my mother who needs urgent assistance, on hold for over 45 mins and registered online for a call (one day) no one answers thre phone, the online service is slow and clunky. So pleased I don't go to this surgery, can see why the star rating is so low
Thank you for looking after me today Dr John kind Caring and very professional made me feel comfortable and able to express myself.
Also had a blood test with the nurse also kind and professional 👍
I have adhd and autism its a struggle from the doctors to the nurses admin and the pharmacy everyone was really helpful 👍

Terrible service. I had acute pain, Requested appoitment at 2.00 pm got a call the following day at 11.00 am. During consultation found out that referrals had not been sent by another GP. This lost me a month.whilst having acute issues. GP agreed to send prescription to the pharmacy on site. I went to pick up prescription. As I was walking away decided to check my prescription. I was not given the medication for acute pain. Which I made clear was what I went to collect. I was told to speak to reception. I explained to receptionist and asked her to sent the GP a message for a new prescription to be sent to the right pharmacy as agreed. Not the firts time this happens. Receptionist then argued that I needed to call my pharmacy etc, I explained for the third time that as this had happened before I knew the process eventually she did. I was in a lot of pain as had been on my feet for 45 mins. I when to sit down. She was about to help someone else and informed me that the surgery was closed. I examined I needed to sit down for 5 mins and then I will go. She continued to say the same thing.i had to assert my self and got up when I was ready to walk. At which point she was still serving another patient.
Why when errors occur they are not rectified smoothly?
Why the pharmacist did not listen n and issue the wrong prescription I could have end up going home with the wrong medication.
My husband had to pick up the medication. And despite having a reply from theGP and the receptionist being aware what he was waiting for hewas made to wait 1hr. Vindictiveness beyond words. My goodness me I remember the days people in that place care and getting this sorted will take 6hrs, not 18hrs!
Had a procedure today under GA. Everyone from the friendly receptionist to the bright, cheerful porter through to the lovely Health Assistant nurse to the theater and recovery staff were amazing. I was treated as an individual at all times and with kindness, care, compassion and humour. Even the lady taking my catering order did the upmost to make sure I had something to eat to suit my taste.

My room was clean and calming.

I only wish I could thank and praise all of the staff individually!
My asthma was getting out of control over the Easter holiday. I was worried about the strike so I didn’t contact the practice on Tuesday. After a very bad night of wheezing I used the online system very early on Wednesday and received a very caring phone call almost immediately with a 9am appointment with the Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Having taken a history and examined me I was given a prescription which has proved very helpful already. Thank you so much for a first class caring response from all the team.
PA is incompetent …. avoid
Very please with the treatment I received from Nuffield, just had a hip replacement l have nothing but praise for the surgeon who was mr Schindler and the nurses. Every one was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean. The only complaint I have l did not like the food to much .

Went there on 15th of Feb 2023. The receptionist is very welcoming and sweet. Mr McGovern is very kind and helpful. Thank you.
Really good experience as an outpatient seeing consultant Dr Bailey. I left feeling heard, reassured, with all of my (many!) questions answered thoroughly, and my clinic letter covered all aspects of the consultation in detail - I still don’t know how Dr Bailey managed this without taking extensive notes! I was able to book my appointment directly with her secretary, and payment for the consultation was straightforward. Paying the hospital invoice for associated costs was more difficult as the invoice number wasn’t recognised by their own automated system, but this didn’t reflect on the care and expertise I received.
My wife was left in tears having a panic attack after the way the consultant treated her there's probably better places to go in my option

I have been using this surgery since 1998 and have seen many changes over the years. However I have just returned from holiday in Turkey where I had to seek hospital treatment. On my return I still wasn’t well and needed urgent attention. The reception staff at Shore Medical especially the receptionist @ Poole Road surgery were nothing short of brilliant.

I even managed to get an urgent appointment with my registered GP Dr T Alder who is caring understanding and attentive.

I understand the staff work in very stressful environments these days but to remain polite, cheerful and respectful takes a high degree of Emotional Intelligence

I don’t normally write reviews but on this occasion (and many others previously) the feedback is well deserved

Thank you
Excellent service. Personal and professional attitude. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. I could not thank enough for the care Dr Swallow showed. She kept me informed at every step of the procedure which made me feel very comfortable and her expertise was par excellence.
Very friendly. Greeted with a smile and good morning.
Shocking treatment for a privately paying service user. Errors with booking, clinical staff with no apparent common sense on how to rectify their mistake, absolutely no considering for the impact their error had on my health. Reception staff unable to give me the formal complaint contact details I requested, instead they inappropriately gave me a specific member of staff's contact details. And then the most pathetic excuse of an 'apology' letter from the hospital director Ann Hyde that I've ever seen with no actual apology or acknowledgement of my request. And to top it off, surprise surprise, no contact details for Ann on my letter received to be able to discuss / dispute her 'response' to my complaint. All in all, I am NEVER using this hospital's private services again. Appalling.
Not overly happy with the daycase staff here - especially when compared to other hospitals. I have paid for private treatment under GA before and received exceptional service before and after. However, this time I was let down. It could be because I was on a dental list or stuck at the back of the corridor. After my procedure, I had 2 sets of blood pressure taken within 10 minutes of eachother then I was left for over an hour I had to press the call button to get the canula removed, then didn't see anyone for over an hour and a half. After previous experiences and working on these units, I am sure more obs were necessary at spread out times. I had to leave the room 3 times to go and get someone and ask what was happening as I wanted to leave. The staff were mostly all huddled around the nurses station. I asked for paperwork and was told 5 minutes - 25 minutes later I had to go and ask someone again until I was finally able to leave. Upon paying a large amount of money, I expected a better service. Even the food and drink, I asked for a juice and yoghurt, then never saw the lady or the food or drink. There was no sense of caring "about" the patient. Compared to other hospitals where I have had 3 sets of obs, people checking, bringing food/drink, updating on how long I will be, etc. This was more like stick in a room and forget about until you remind them that you are there. That's not to fault the actual healthcare - more the service. The theatre staff were incredible and really nice and professional, only let down by the daycase unit staff.
We had a great experience with Joanna Krata and Dr Chris Critoph at the Dorset Heart Clinic. They were sensational and we were very fortunate to
have them on our team. True life savers and I am eternally grateful. Wonderfully professional both and went way beyond the call of duty.,Thank you both
Had a really enlightening consultation with Dr. Din, and the woman who did my ECG was lovely. Everyone in the clinic was warm, professional, and honestly delightful which put me at ease. Hopefully I’m not back anytime soon, but would feel very safe in their hands. Highly recommended. Thank you Dorset Heart Clinic.

Thank You very much Mr McAlinden for great service. I appreciate that!!!Good luck!!!
Mr Khurana is just rude and not interested at all. You are better off with NHS doctors.
Really impressive, I know it's a private medical centre by think the really lucky to have a right round the corner. Very flexible appointments.
Great place and people that genuinely care and can really make you feel comofrtable. The food is pretty good too. Overall a great experience for what is a difficult time. Some of the staff described it as a beacon of light during covid times!

After my initial emergency treatment, I knew my prognosis, and so I dropped into the Dorset Heart Clinic to ask about private treatment. I accepted the fixed price private consultation on the spot.
My consultant, a highly experienced surgeon, was kind and unhurried. He put me at my ease and enabled me to make a completely informed decision how to choose my procedure. Although I chose the NHS, my consultant maintained me on his case list throughout my later treatment. His office handled all the correspondence between the Royal Bournemouth Hospital and me. His office's advice to get onto a Christmas cancellation list brought my treatment date forward by four months. My consultant even came in person to greet me on the day itself! Having my own consultant smoothed the way for my successful treatment. I will always recommend their expertise!

Lovely, bright, welcoming reception/staff. Consultant extremely pleasant and reassuring - and great with my daughter who was a little anxious.
Have read other reviews but have had no problem getting through to reception - even at lunchtime!?
Fantastic speedy and efficient service. Very quick appointment time. Sleek and professional from beginning to end.
They all of them extremely helpful, experienced, polite and friendly. Furthermore they are really organised and flexible. I would highly recommend it.

The treatment and professionalism isn't in question - but we are nearly 2 decades into the 21st century and this place doesn't accept credit cards!? It also doesn't have opening hours on the website and doesn't update googles opening hours info. I've tried to pay an outstanding amount 3 times now but have been prevented from doing so. Come on Musgrave - is there a lack of group responsibility due to it being a loose conglomerate of consultants?
Litfield House is a beautiful period building set in the heart of Clifton Village. The staff are friendly and welcoming and I am so pleased we decided to base our GP practice here. I would thoroughly recommend it to other healthcare professionals who are looking to consult in Bristol.
I visited the medical centre this week and was very impressed by Dr. Henry's friendly and professional nature. He took his time to observe my 3 year old son and responded to all my concerns regarding his illness. even after I left the clinic, I was able to contact him for further assistance. Not that I would wish anyone to be ill but if need be i would surely go back as their service and care is amazing.
