This stay was absolutely wonderful. My family of 4 visited from the United States and rented room with 2 beds. The manager upgraded us to a suite on the house. They took time to answer questions about Athens and showed us things to do around the hotel. Everyone that worked there was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back the next time in Athens. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and comfortable. Traveling in a foreign country can be stressful but they made it a wonderful experience, thank you so much.
Rooms has graphites on the walls, some will like it some won’t. , Shower has relatively weak pressure, staff are nice and helpful, Breakfast at the first floor is excellent and of a refined big choice. looks like very popular to the European visitors. It is very close to the Monesteraki 8 minutes walk.
We have spent few days in this hotel and highly recommended. Everything is spacious, clean, good staff and perfect service provided. Breakfast buffet is also very good. The area has everything (restaurants, coffee, supermarkets) and is also very well connected with the transport.
This is a gem hotel in a great location. The service is very good. We got upgraded to a suite with Acropolis view. The breakfast was great. The concierge was especially helpful and very kind.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, however they placed me in a special needs room, with very low facilities and if you have a back pain and can't bend, it makes your stay really uncomfortable. When asked if all the rooms were this low - sink top, and toilet etc- they said all rooms were like this - clearly not the case looking at the website.

I took a special car organised by you to drive me to the airport at around 3.30 pm on the 6th of December. My driver was an older guy, and the hotel charged me €120 for this service due to the taxi strike. I wanted to let you know that the service was beyond appalling, the driver left me at arrivals - not departures because he didn't want to pay the entry fee. He also told me to pick up my own suitcase - which is something I'd never heard before from any taxi driver in any place of the world. For 120 euros, I'd expect really excellent service and when I mentioned this to your driver, he turned around and walked off without saying anything, not even a thank you and goodbye. I am disappointed and appalled by this behaviour especially when you pay three times as much as a normal price. Please bring this up with your staff as I wouldn't expect such low standard behaviour and service from a driver hired by the Plaza.

Three of us stayed here for a week . Our stay was nothing less than memorable. The staff was extremely courteous, professional , friendly , kind and attentive . The hotel and rooms are clean . Location is superb smack dab in the middle of the action ! A special shout to Maria who took special care of us during breakfast . Will definitely stay here on our next visit ! Highly recommend!
The AthensWas Hotel provided the best hotel experience I’ve ever had, hands down.

The staff was more than accommodating at all times. It was our first time in Athens and this hotel was certainly a highlight of our trip. Beautiful rooms, location etc.
Friendliest hotel ever! I had a broken ankle and they went a Security First Aid who helped me out. They always opened my door and offered ice to my room and epsom salts. In room service was marvelous as the food was delicious! It’s worth the price! Incredible staff!!

My wife and I had a short wonderful hassle free 2 night stay at this boutique hotel (early Nov 23). The location is great central with lots of amenities and food options close by. Entrance to the Acropolis is a minute away with Plaka 5 minutes away.

The hotel is in a pedestrianised street. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Margarita (who was exceptional throughout our stay) and the kind porter. They gave us small canapés and a welcome shot. It was our anniversary and they kindly arranged a bottle of alcohol and chocolate cake and a hand written note. When we advised we don't drink alcohol they exchanged for a mocktails which was lovely. There was a very small issue with the room which was resolved immediately and we were kindly upgraded us immediately to a suite. The room has full amenities with iron and ironing table dropped off for the full stay. Even for tea they kindly provided hot milk upon request.

Breakfast is a la carte on the rooftop with views of the Parthenon. It was a extensive menu with freshly baked bread which was delightful. The breakfast was exceptional and the roof also retracts so in good weather its outdoors! On the first night we had mocktails in the evening which was a lovely vibe with a wonderful lady serving us. Rest of the restaurant staff were ok.

The front of house service is exceptional, Margarita and the porter were truly great. We booked airport transfers through the hotel, as it was our first time in Athens, it was very reasonably priced. When we needed a taxi they went above and beyond going to the main road with us to get a convenient cab. Margarita has exceptional restaurant recommendations, noting we were vegetarian, and we had some of the best meals in Athens. She really knows her stuff and is a credit to the hotel and Athens.

This hotel is highly recommended for any trip to Athens with great service and exceptional location. We had a great stay here, the service meant we didn't even feel the fact that we were there for a short time.
On the recommendation of British Airways, my wife and I stayed at this hotel in our short visit to Athens, a very luxurious hotel, we were upgraded to a junior suite, the staff were courteous and efficient, the restaurant for the breakfast is on 7th floor, and the view of the Acropolis, is breath taking.
We enjoyed the full 4 days' stay in this lovely place.
The service at this wonderful Hotel goes above and beyond, my wife is 22 weeks pregnant and we wanted to do a sex reveal on my wife's Birthday dinner at the Tudor Hall restaurant, and the hotel took care of the whole thing bringing a white cake and the end of the dinner and inside the cake the color Blue appeared 😊 we are truly thankful to the whole staff. We recommend this hotel 100 %
Wow can't beat this stylish boutique hotel for anything in Athens!! Perfect location like 5 minutes to the entrance of the Acropolis and museum! Charming area for eating and shopping Plaka is at your doorstep. Management was so friendly and kind and offered me a upgrade to the most beautiful suite to see the Acropolis day and night! Sheets were so soft and included breakfast had a wide variety. I hate to even tell people about this place just in case it gets too booked! Loved it !!
Wonderful staff! Our rooftop breakfast was included and was delicious. The room was spacious and the hotel was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do.
The food was great and the beds slept amazing. The room was always clean and the staff was very nice. The Hotel was close to a lot of good restaurants or souvenir stores and I had a great time staying there.

Had a four night stay here last week. The hotel location cannot be beat - perfect for on-foot sightseeing in Athens! All of the staff that we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Overall, a nice property. Our room was nice, but seems to be in need of an update. Would have been nice to have some outdoor furniture on the balcony! Again - a nice hotel, but could stand a remodel in the rooms, especially. We also felt that the breakfast was just okay - the hot dishes seemed a bit off somehow (especially the cold breakfast potatoes). But plenty of variety available. Suggestion - how about a rooftop bar? Would have loved to have seen the Acropolis from the top of the building! Seems like a missed opportunity to me!
Me and my friends really enjoyed staying here the only thing we complained about was a particular server named Katerina that had quite an attitude whilst taking our orders on almost every single day I don’t think hospitality is for her because it really shows she’s not happy to be there. Everyone else was amazing! The Captain in charge of the outside bar was also truly amazing he played all the music I wanted and I couldn’t thank him enough. Better quality of sausages should be used for breakfast. The chicken and turkey sausages are a big no no. I would still go back to Stella island
All nice except the towels smelled like the kind of fabric softener poison I usually only get in bad air BNB in the States. A good hotel should know better. If you're immune to that, nice place
I stayed here during October for one week. The moment you walk in, you are greeted by staff and helped with the check-in process and handed a drink while you get set up.

They have an app that makes it extremely easy to make your way around the resort, book reservations, and much more.

The resort and rooms were very clean. As it is an adult only resort, it was very calm and a great place to relax. The pools were beautiful and staff were all very kind and accommodating.

The restaurants were beyond what you'd expect for a resort. The food was of high quality, even at the buffet.

The location was great and not too far from other areas if you plan on doing excursions or visiting other areas. And only about 25 minutes from the airport.

I would highly recommend Stella resort to anyone looking to stay in Heraklion.
Great hotel. Very friendly staff on arrival and throughout our stay. Our room and bathroom were huge. You get complimentary sweets in your room along with a proper coffee machine. Only a 10min walk from Monastiraki Square and Hadrian's library.
Bar on the first floor which was handy.
As for breakfast, my god... Fantastic. So many choices and all great food. A nice selection too for my partner who is vegetarian. You even had the choice of homemade granola bars. Excellent place... keep up the great work
The room we stayed in was awesome, spacious, huge smart tv and checking in was a breeze. Breakfast selection was sufficient for the price paid. The welcome could have been better and friendlier especially towards Asians.

Don't think that the colour of your skin or nationality make you better than others. This comment is directed to the FO staff who have no respect for Asian guests and were busy chatting about with each other when guests are present and don't seem too bothered to answer queries. Either your training was incomplete or you did not put any of it to practice.

Not even a morning greeting extended and there weren't many guests around, shame on you. I believe the staff need to travel the world and educate themselves about diversity and inclusion. Change comes from within and makes you a better and happier person. Oh yes, little did you know that you were serving a hotel auditor for a leading international chain.

We were told we had an updated room with a balcony. It was a very small balcony with a view of the parliament which was nice. Room was small and needed some renovation. Large rust stain running down the tub in the bathroom and outdated fixtures. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and it was a very good location, close to things you wanted to do and had a view of the Acropolis.
Sometimes there are places you go that just exceed even your wildest expectations.

The resort is absolutely stunning, it feels like every corner you turn is another photo opportunity.

The food is absolutely amazing and caters for a huge variety of tastes.

The entertainment was incredible and sometimes quite honestly jaw dropping.

5 stars in every way without feeling pretentious in the slightest.

But honestly the best thing was how we were treated by all the staff.
Above and beyond anything I've ever experienced and I was simply blown away.

I don't particularly want to single any staff out as they were all truly brilliant, however I'm going to anyway.
Maria who was working in the Cabana bar, You showed such warmth and kindness towards both myself and my wife. We both felt like we'd known you for years and it was an absolute pleasure every time we were at the bar.
The cabana may not have been the most picturesque of all the bars on the resort but it certainly became our favourite.

My only advice would be to the owners and management, pay your staff well and keep them as long as you can. They are reason the resort is extra special and certainly why I'll be returning in the future.
Insane. Tunes drift out of the speakers throughout the resort as you chill in hammocks over water, as Anastasia wanders past & asks if we need anything - We had the best time - the staff here are amazing (Anastasia & her team really know how to look after you) The location is beautiful. The variety of food & drinks is incredible - try the float up breakfast after a night of indulgence in one of the ultra fun bars. Bar staff are attentive & want you to know you are there for a good time. The spa treatments are world class. You can have a crazy time or a chill time at Stella, it’s up to you - best atmosphere for both 😎

From Switzerland to the Stella Island Resort & Spa (Adults Only)🇨🇭🇬🇷

Impressive 5-Star Paradise! My stay at the Stella Island Luxury Resort & Spa was simply phenomenal. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in a different world. The architecture and design of the resort are breathtaking and exude timeless luxury.

The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, and offer a dreamy view of the crystal-clear waters. The staff is extremely professional, accommodating, and always ready to fulfill guests' wishes.

The culinary experiences at the resort are top-notch. The various restaurants offer a wide selection of exquisite dishes that satisfy even the most discerning palate. The breakfast buffet is a sensory delight.

The pool area is a true highlight. The stunning lagoon landscape, surrounded by lush vegetation, is the ideal place to relax and soak up the sun. The hotel's private beach is also beautiful and offers numerous water sports activities.

The Stella Island Luxury Resort & Spa made my vacation an unforgettable experience. I can highly recommend it and look forward to returning.
We enjoyed our stay at AthensWas immensely. Our room had a great sized balcony with an incredible view of the Acropolis, the main pedestrian street and Lycabettus Hill. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. They did all these wonderful little things like: giving us strawberry juice and mini apple tarts on arrival, bringing a complimentary fruit platter and bottle of rosé to our room, and finding an excellent Greek cooking lesson for us. The daily breakfast that comes with your stay is the best breakfast I’ve had in any hotel. The rooftop restaurant, Senses, was also a highlight and one of our only meals of modern Greek cuisine on our trip. The view of the sunset over the Acropolis certainly did not hurt. I don’t think there is a better location for a hotel in Athens honestly. Some people we know were staying at the Grande Bretagne which I imagine is also good in a different way, but I would choose AthensWas if you like an excellent boutique hotel run by a very kind, attentive and professional team.
Good value for money. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not in a very tourist location. The back-view is not that great. Nice clean rooms, somewhat small but quiet. Breakfast was ok.
What a gorgeous hotel! Super central. Really friendly staff. Everyone spoke perfect English. The breakfast buffet was awesome with a mix of local foods and American favorites (eggs sausage etc) as well as tons of delicious pastries and fruit. Balcony room was stunning! Beds were firm but comfy. All was super clean. Recommended!
The hotel was good and as well was the service. But one thing that i did not like, was that none of the bathrooms did have Keys to close the doors?! Not even the bathrooms in the coworking space!
Great hotel. The staff is friendly, good restaurant and spacious rooms. Ideal for corporate events, and its proximity to the main road and public transportation is a huge plus. You'll find a couple of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.
Stayed here one night. Rooms are clean, tastfully decorated and updated. Typical size you would expect with enough room to move around. Balcony was small with a view facing other apartments. Service was AAA+, front desk actually found an open pharmacy for some emergency supplies. Buffet breakfast was simple but sufficient. Rates were typical but affordable. Would definitely stay here again. Close to public transportation, restaurants are within walking distance.
Very nice, clean, fully equipped and quiet double room on the second floor. Good breakfast (continental, mediterranean), 5 min walking distance to underground station, 5 min walking distance from lively area with restaurants and cafes. Reasonably priced.

Great location, spotlessly clean, absolutely lovely room.
The staff are very attentive and helpful.
We only stayed one night en route to a cruise, however on our return one week later we had a day to look around Athens before our flight home. The hotel took care of our cases so that we could wander luggage free.
Would highly recommend!
One of my favourite places to stay in Athens for a neighbourhood style visit - the staff are simply the best and super flexible. Clean, modern and comfortable rooms. Includes breakfast. Have stayed here for many years and recommend Golden Age widely.

Great location in the heart of Athens. Many of the rooms have an incredible view of the Acropolis from the balcony. Wonderful service that went above and beyond even arranging a delivery of left behind medication to the airport. The restaurant is up scale and tasty. Room service excellent. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be in the center of the action.
Had an excellent stay here. Exceeded my expectations and have never met such warm and welcoming staff who vacationers seem to know as they are returning which is a good sign as well as kind to each other. The service is 10/10 and the night entertainment is so nice and saves you having to go out. Would highly recommend! Left feeling super happy and relaxed after being well looked after. Would definitely return and recommend. Loved it!!!
My wife and I recently spent the first four nights of our honeymoon at Stella Island Luxury Resort and Spa. It was an incredible experience! The pool, rooms, bars and restaurants/food are all worthy of five stars. I also want to make special mention of how great the staff is. Every person we met was friendly, attentive and made sure that all of our needs were met and our questions were answered. If you are looking for an all inclusive in Greece, I highly recommend you take a look at Stella Island. We can't wait to go back!
My wife and I stayed at the King George hotel over a year ago now and we constantly bring up how incredible our experience staying here was. I felt the need to write yet another review to thank the staff for their hospitality. The restaurant took such great care of us we ate there multiple times! My wife has Celiac disease and the head chef made a special gluten free desert every night we dined there and even came to our table to explained that her entree was free of any cross contamination of gluten. The concierge were kind and patient with us and made sure we always had a ride available when we needed to go somewhere. If anyone is questioning if it’s with staying here, I promise you won’t regret it. Again, almost 2 years later and my wife and I constantly talk about how incredible this hotel was. We truly talk about them even more than the tourist attractions we came to Athens, Greece to see. Thank you King George hotel! And a special thanks to all the staff that was working April 8-12, 2022.

I am not sure how this hotel has gotten beyond a 2/3 star rating just based off the rooms. The lobby was so lovely and the staff was very nice. HOWEVER, the rooms were absolutely disgusting. I felt like I was in a hostel. The bathroom didn’t look like it was ever cleaned from the previous guests (there was USED and STICKY body wash in the shower). The beds were uncomfortable. Nothing felt clean to me at all.
The location is not the safest in my opinion, as this area is notorious for being relatively unsafe in Athens.
If you want to pay 4/5 star prices for a hostel level room, go here!
Wow! It's not often hotels make you feel like writing reviews but our stay at Stella Island has been incredible. From the truly wonderful and welcoming staff, the amazing food and the facilities here left us feeling like we have to come back again and again.
We booked all inclusive and it was so worth it.
A massive range of drinks to choose from at any of the bars at the hotel.
The restaurants we tried - Greek, Mexican and the Steak restaurant were all exceptional.
You do have to book them in advance so when you get there and the staff set you up on their app- do it straight away.
All of the restaurant's were incredible.
The atmosphere, the service and of course the food - the food was amazing. We've stayed in some pretty incredible hotels across the world but this one truly does rank up there as easily one of our favourites....
I know reviews can make and break businesses and there's no pleasing everyone but we've left this hotel feeling very relaxed and ready to book again for next year!

Thank you so much to everyone at Stella Island that made our stay so enjoyable
Athenswas far exceeded our expectations! From the moment we checked in the front desk staff was so kind and helpful. Even helping us learn Greek phrases. The rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfasts were amazing. Eggs, omelets, the best Greek yogurt we’ve ever had and the staff was amazing. We’re pretty picky people but Athenswas gets 5 stars!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Niki Beach Resort in Santorini, and I cannot emphasize enough what an exceptional experience it was from the moment we arrived to the time we checked out. The entire team at this resort deserves recognition for their outstanding hospitality.

Firstly, the Assistant Manager, Ms. Michelle Vathis, ( played a pivotal role in ensuring our stay was flawless. Her unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction and her meticulous attention to detail were evident in every interaction we had with her.

In addition to Ms. Michelle Vathis, I must extend my gratitude to the General Manager, Mr. Panagiotis Melisiotis . His leadership sets the tone for the entire resort, and it's clear that his dedication to excellence permeates every aspect of Niki Beach Resort.

Our initial impression of the resort was shaped by the warm welcome we received from the Front Desk Reception team. They were efficient, professional, and genuinely friendly, making our check-in process smooth and hassle-free.

The exceptional service didn't stop there. Throughout our stay, the maintenance crew ensured that our rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Their behind-the-scenes efforts did not go unnoticed, and their commitment to maintaining the resort's high standards was truly commendable.

Of course, I cannot forget to mention the exceptional servers who made our dining experiences memorable: two most beautiful ladies Genta & Eva , and super nice / funny John . Their positivity, helpfulness, and genuine politeness enhanced our meals, and their dedication to ensuring our satisfaction was evident.

The overall atmosphere at Niki Beach Resort was enchanting, and the culinary offerings were nothing short of amazing. From delectable meals to refreshing drinks, the resort showcased culinary excellence.

What truly sets Niki Beach Resort apart is the dedication of its entire team, from management to the bar staff, servers, our favorite VIP host Jason who we chatted about our tattoos for a long time , reception, maintenance crew, and even the DJ from Iran, who provided an incredible soundtrack to our evenings. Their collective efforts ensured that our stay was unforgettable.

I wholeheartedly recommend Niki Beach Resort to travelers from all corners of the world planning to visit Santorini. This establishment not only boasts great rooms and a fantastic atmosphere but also has the most remarkable staff members I've ever encountered. Our experience here was nothing short of exceptional, and I have no doubt that you will feel the same way. Niki Beach Resort is a hidden gem in Santorini, and I can't wait to return.
Nice party vibe! Staff was friendly and attentive, they upgraded us to a better spot by the pool near the DJ. Around 1700 there was also a live performance which was a pleasant surprise. Prices are OK if you are familiar with the concept. Volcano Mist cocktail was suberb!
Location is great ( close to metro station, tour bus stops very close to the hotel and close to other amenities) the staff were very polite and helpful during our stay. A special thanks to the restaurant manager (George P) who provided us with a selection of different dinners each night (not found on their menu) and their breakfast catered for all tastes as well.
Sea: very good considering the poverty of Santorini beaches compared to other Greek islands.

Staff: can not beat Nikki Porto Heli staff. They don’t greet, don’t smile, they don’t seem very happy. At the seaside and guest pool side, they do not even walk around to attend for drinks. No button at the cabanas or chairs to call the staff.

Pool: this is another story. The hotel has two pools. One is paid even for the guests. The paid pool has Nikki Beach Club concept. All day DJ. Totally has a good vibe.
The guest pool is at another side and silent. The problem is it does not have any vibe at all. It’s like a basic pool from 60s. It’s like abondoned. . You barely hear the music. And the staff hardly appears.
The pool is open from 11:00am to 7pm.
Very late opening. And the lifeguard kicks you out at 7pm.
I recommend the hotel management to create some Nikki Hotel vibe at the guest pool otherwise it’s very orphan.

The food: the food is quite delicious only if they did not run out of a few things. This happened quite often. Sushi chef is great.

Rooms: don’t pay for a signature sea view room. You won’t have a decent seaview. Get a regular room instead and save your money.
This was the best hotel we stayed in out of all the other hotels we stayed in throughout our trip to Greece. Everything about it was perfect, flawless, fabulous, superb, fantastic, wonderful, and perfect. It is ideal for a family with children, but it is still perfect for anyone looking to stay in a good hotel in Athens. The breakfast was delicious and amazing and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was also great, it is about a 5 minute walk from the metro and has many good places to eat nearby. Staying in this hotel was truly the "GOLDEN AGE" of our vacation.
My sisters wedding took place in Nikki Beach Santorini and I think it was one of the best choices we picked as for the location, services and hospitality. Everything was amazing and the hotel treated us all with comfort. Special thanks to Michelle, Mary, and all the other staff that helped us get through my sisters wedding week and accommodate up to 50 of our family and friends. The hotel reception made it easy to communicate transportation or any other inquiries we had including restaurants and beaches. The hotel food service was excellent and quick and the music and vibes were always on point. So thank you again for the warm stay! Will definitely be visiting again !!!!
Dear management,
I would like to thank you and everyone who was part of my wedding planning and organising everything for us.
The wedding was phenomenal from the start to the end more than what I expected thank you for all your help to make it an amazing night and a memorable time for everyone.

The stay at Nikki beach was fabulous the rooms are really comfy to be in with private swimming pool on your balcony with a fabulous view to downstairs pool and beach view. It’s been an amazing time here at Nikki beach will definitely recommend more family and friends to come.

The food and restaurant was so so good I think we covered the whole menu and that stands for something, thank you everyone for this beautiful service and beautiful atmosphere. Special thanks to MARY who organised everything 🙌🏼🤍🤍🤍
Hello ALL,

Oh wow!! What can I say, NIKKI BEACH SANTORINI, it has been a journey with you as we planned our wedding celebration at this beautiful hotel. My family and I, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for organising such a memorable day for us! We were so happy with our stay in the rooms, with the service from when we arrived until we left! Everyone was so welcoming and made the experience for us and our guests just incredible. Our wedding was AMAZING and I can’t thank you all enough!

The staff, the rooms, the FOOD, the beach and pool and always some great music by the DJ’s! Everything is top and service will not fail you!!

I will attach some photos to show you all some of my memories here!

Thank you staff of Nikki beach and all who helped us arrange everything!! A big shout to MARY, the events planner who made it all happen! We appreciate you all and will see you soon!!

It is considered a new home for us🤍

Thank you 😊
Dont let the name “nikki beach” fool you!!! The staff are very unorganised and all over the place, waited for an hour to get a sunbed which is €35 per person which is unacceptable as the beach was dirty and loud music for no reason! There is a staff by the bar in the swimming pool, absolutely disgusting service, he said that we are allowed to smoke but my ashes were flying and i tried helping him and asking him to put water in the ashtray and he had a small tantrum and refused! His service was absolutely horrendous unhuman!! We bought drinks and told us to pay and go! The vibe is OFF!! Nikki beach is finishedd
The hotel has a beach. The shore is stony, to swim you have to climb down the ladder. Beach beds for non-hotel customers cost €35 per person (!). Upon arrival at the hotel, it is suggested to park the car in a public parking lot for 100 m. The driver of the electric train offers a ride from the parking lot to the hotel. We didn't stay long, because the prices of the beach chairs are not adequate, the beach is dirty, loud music is coming from the hotel restaurant. When we returned, we found the cabrio with broken roof, although it only took us 10 minutes we spent in the beach. Thank god we hadn't left anything in the car. We do not recommend this beach.
Flawless experience at this hotel. We were very happy with the concierge, room service, breakfast, airport transportation, and restaurant recommendations. The central location made it very easy for us to venture out to the various neighborhoods, and what a beautiful view of the Acropolis from breakfast. Thank you for the great experience!!
I have been coming here for 3 years now. The location is excellent and rooms are great. There is a delicious breakfast. However I can not say enough about the staff. I lost my Cartier watch at airport security. I realised once I boarded the plane but they would not let me off and told me to go to lost and found when we landed who would not help me. Lost and found gave me the wrong number to call. The front desk staff at the hotel not only found the correct number but spent a lot of time calling themselves and located my watch. They went above and beyond, Georgos and especially Maria! THANK YOU!!! I could not be happier. It is a great value and wonderful experience.

We moved to this hotel since we had a situation in another area of Athens. We were welcomed with a drink and lots of love and understanding from Marisa at the front desk. This hotel was amazing, the people are super accommodating, friendly and on top of making sure you are pampered. From Marisa, John, Valantis and Themis they were all amazing! this was the best part of our stay in Athens. Would go back to Athens but only to this hotel. Felt safe, pampered and on top of all that their Rooftop Rest SENSE is out of this world. Thanks to all the employees for making us feel like at home (or even better)!!!
Stayed here for two weeks and absolutely loved the very welcoming staff.
Food is amazing, especially breakfast.
You will also find a competent hairstylist that will make your hair look great in Athens!
Our family traveled to Greece for the first time during Christmas 2022. I'm writing a review now as I still think about my experience at this hotel - that is how amazing it was. The food, the rooms, the service was impeccable. We traveled overseas with our 18-month daughter and we had a lot of worries about how this experience would be. Every staff member from the door opener, reception, cleaners, restaurant staff and the Manager ensured we had a worry-free trip. We attended the Christmas and New Year's eve dinners and were delighted. The rooms were clean and the hotel is at a walkable distance to the main attractions in Athens. Overall, we would love to stay at this hotel again!
We stayed here for three nights following a trip to the islands and it was delightful. The rooms were cute and comfortable, and we had a terrace overlooking the front street. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They happily agreed to mail our post since the post office was not open on the weekend. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and the staff is very welcoming - making espresso and coffee drinks to order. Included in our stay were two tickets to the Acropolis Museum and a 3-course dinner at the hotel restaurant. I don't usually have high hopes for hotel food, but our meal here was delicious. We shared the cherry tomatoes, beef carpaccio, sea bass, and lamb. I had the pavlova for dessert. Our dinner server was an absolute delight. Would recommend staying here if you have a night or two in Athens.
10/10! We visited Greece for the first time in August 2022 and the hospitality at the King George blew my mind away. I've stayed at many 5 star hotels and the King George is one of the few truly memorable experiences! The location is absolutely strategic, the room service was delicious, housekeeping was beyond great, reception were so welcoming and the concierge was an absolute sweetheart! I can't wait to visit Athens again and stay at the King George for a second time!
Amazing hotel! Perfectly centered next to Syntagma. So much culture within walking distance. The view on the 7th floor for breakfast is astonishing. You see the Acropolis in perfect sight. The hotel staff treat you like family. They are so warm and welcoming. The rooms are beyond beautiful. Top 5 hotels on Athens. A must stay if you can! Worth every cent (in any currency) :)
Great hotel. I was in awe of how big the master suite was from the bedroom to the bathroom. Definitely a lovely place for a romantic getaway for a longer stay. I was only here 1 night but it made quite the impression..the hotel in general is very spacious and clean and well air conditioned. Breakfast has a nice variety of food.
The hotel do not serve dinner but they do have connection with local restaurants and you're encouraged to use their app to order food. It's fantastic really, you can order food from different restaurants and they pick up the food for you and bring it to your door with plates and cutlery. Alternatively you can order food to the hotel directly.

The hotel was good and staff was nice but there was one big exception which put a real damper on our trip. We needed to do laundry and the cost turned out to be outrageous and I feel we were gouged. For 4 people doing 5 days worth of laundry (just wash, dry and hang/fold) they charged us $1,000 (or euros which is more)! Then when we questioned this the hotel manager never responded or called us back and the staff said we should have check the pricing. I fully accept I should have looked at the pricing before but assumed it would be at average pricing that I have seen elsewhere and that I researched, not 2-3 times this amount. Otherwise everything else was very nice at this hotel.
Had a really good few nights here. We had a family room which was excellent and the breakfast buffet was really good with a fantastic selection. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is great. It’s about a 5 minute walk from the metro and then two stops to the centre of Athens. Means it’s a bit more chilled out around the hotel but there are still loads of great cafes and bars very close by to get dinner or a drink in the late sun

The rooms were clean and near the beach ⛱️ the owner and his wife were very friendly the service was awesome , they were very nice people and the price was reasonable, there was 6 of us in 2 rooms , if you are going to Agia Marina I would defently recommend this hotel 🏨. Hoping to see you next year again 😀
We had a great time in Aegina, the hosts were really friendly and helpful, and helped us with our stay. The room was clean with comfortable beds, and the breakfast was very good, they even served us homemade apple pie. Recommended.
Exceptional service, family atmosphere and one of the most value-for-money hotels I could have stayed in. I highly recommend it to anyone.
The hotel is simple and has been partly refurbished. But the hosts are very friendly, helpful and kind. They keep the rooms very clean and they serve a nice breakfast.

I booked this hotel and prepaid about three weeks prior to my stay, based on good reviews. Upon arrival, I am told that my booking has been cancelled due to an overbooking. After inquiring, it seems that there was a group that booked three rooms but needed a fourth to stay together, and unfortunately I was the one to lose a room. While the owner tried to be helpful in finding us another hotel, this practice is completely unacceptable. The fact that I had paid for the hotel three weeks prior and then don’t get a cancellation notice until check in time is unbelievable. I would not wish that experience on anyone else. Don’t assume you have a room even if you paid!
Nice hotel, very friendly people.
I recomended for your stay in Agia Marina.
